The food is good, but the atmosphere leaves much to be desired; it's not family-friendly. The toilets are out of order, so you have to use the one at the neighboring restaurant.

I ordered a falafel wrap. It was very difficult to eat because it was really big. And my friend ordered a doner wrap. There was more salad than meat in the doner. I don't think we'll go there again.

There are seating areas upstairs inside, but it's like construction. It's more suitable for takeout and go; the flavor wasn't bad, but it was a bit salty. We've tried this brand's döner at several locations, and other than being a bit salty, it wasn't bad.

A definite recommendation if you're craving a really good kebab!!! Moderate prices for very good quality!!!

Compare to Bremen it was not so good but it is OK. The restaurant building was under construction. The service was not good they were slow and add little meat to your dönner

We ordered durums, and they were all very tasty and well-sized (it's quality meat, not like in Spain). The sauces were delicious, and the spicy sauce was really spicy. Very friendly service, although the place seemed to be under construction when we went, although you could eat inside.

Definitely a place worth visiting. I tried the Lahmacun and it was delicious. If you're looking for a good döner in Cologne, I recommend this place; you won't be disappointed.

Food good but no seating very bad ambience

Tasty kebab. Worth going to get it if you're hungry. The pita bread was good, and of course the kebab itself. A bit tight on seating, especially since it wasn't possible to sit outside at that moment. But if you take it with you, or come during a non-busy time. We ate two kebabs on pita bread, one French fries and two 0.25l drinks, cost 27e.

I ordered an 8.50 euro bill and they charged me 0.33 euros more. When I asked why, they said it was because I didn't have a European card. I've never had a restaurant charge me more for a non-European card in Germany or other European countries, but they did here; lol. I thought it was okay that they didn't show me the card reader and charged me, but even though it wasn't much, it was still really annoying. I saw another review that said, "They tried to charge me 0.50 euros more, so be careful of scams," but I missed it and regretted it. The food wasn't bad, but I was so upset that they made me feel bad for a mere 500 won, so I'm writing this review. There's a sign outside the restaurant asking for Google reviews, so if Google reviews are that important to you, don't get scammed. ^^..

The portion is generous and the taste is delicious. The guy who makes the pancakes is very nice and greets people in Chinese. It is the best Döner I have eaten in Germany. The second floor dining area overlooks the square.

Get the HDD sandwich with the spicy sauce

It's a very popular place, perfect for delicious, generously-packed Turkish döner kebab. We had to wait in line, but I think it was worth it. They offer not only lavash and bread, but also boxed options. They advertised meat, chicken, falafel, and even lahmacun. I had the mixed chicken, and the sauce and salad, especially the red cabbage, added a touch of flavor. I highly recommend it. I just don't understand the whole concept of La Casa de Papel; it's an interesting choice.

Today, after the trade fair, three of us went to the Haus des Döners in downtown Cologne. Unfortunately, there were no seats, so we had to take the kebabs with us and eat outside – no problem for us, but perhaps worth mentioning for others. The food itself: absolutely fresh and very good! The vegetables, sauces, and skewers not only look high-quality, but taste just as good. The kebab was a perfect overall package – surprisingly good for a chain. Particularly positive: the sauces are spicy and really hot, the pepperoni comes free, and I even think it's fair that the feta cheese costs extra. About the staff: There were two employees there during our visit. One was extremely friendly and patient – ​​even when my little brother spent a long time searching for change, he remained polite and calm. The other was humorous, making remarks that some might find funny, but others might find a little difficult to get used to. Overall, a highly recommended kebab shop in Cologne, which I would recommend to anyone. The flavor is truly strong—one of the best chain kebabs I've ever had. One point I have to criticize, however: My little brother is a very quiet, introverted person, and while ordering, he quietly said that he wanted the whole kebab. Since he doesn't speak out loud, the employee asked him accusingly, "Are you German?" Unfortunately, this seemed inappropriate and disrespectful, as my brother can't help the way he speaks, and it was an uncomfortable situation for him. A very tasty kebab. The meat and vegetables are fresh, and that's what makes it so special. You can actually taste the spicy sauce. There are benches nearby. You can take the kebab to go and eat it while relaxing in the Old Town.

Without doubt one of the best original kebabs I have eaten, I do not regret the journey made.

I waited 20 minutes, hungry, only to be told I should/would have to wait (at least) another 20-30 minutes. As much as I would have loved to eat something, this is unfortunately unacceptable (for a fast food restaurant). It's a shame. What the people in front of me ate looked delicious. The reason was that the new spit had just been delivered/installed (much too late).

I've eaten here twice, and the chicken is so well seasoned that I can't understand what they do in Spain. The prices are reasonable for Germany, and the durum and donner are very generous. If you're looking for donner, this is the perfect place.

There are few comparable kebab restaurants in Germany. The staff are very humorous and cheerful, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. I paid €12 for a Dürüm kebab (with veal) and a drink (Uludag). It was definitely worth it in terms of taste; everything tasted fresh. So far, I highly recommend it!

The meat was generous, filling, and free of any annoying fat or hard, sinewy tissue. It was tender and delicious. The price was reasonable. The other ingredients were also plentiful and fresh. I wasn't going to eat döner kebab in Germany, but I'm so glad I did. It was amazing.

I went to Chief to order a broodje doner for €8.50. However, the man almost charged €0.50 more from my bank account. When I asked why, he said it was because my card wasn’t a European card — even though my bank card is European. I wouldn’t recommend this place and advise others to be cautious — this could be a form of scamming.

We had lahmacun with meat and salad for 11 euros, it's so good, I've never eaten lahmacun like this, but the cleanliness in the room up there on the 1st floor was not good, the smell was unbearable despite the windows being open. I recommend their lahmacun

Our order arrived quickly, and we didn't have to wait long, so we were pleased. We paid around 13 euros per person, and the portions were generous. However, we were a bit disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the place. The tables were dusty, and the restrooms weren't clean enough. While the food was good in terms of taste, I think hygiene needs improvement.

The place is a bit small. But the döner is legendary. It reminded me of the chicken thigh döner made in Türkiye in the early 2000s. The sauce and the filling inside the bread are delicious.

The döner kebab is legendary. You might not be able to finish it all by yourself. We went twice during our stay. Their ayran is their signature dish, and it's delicious. It's a must-try. I highly recommend it. There wasn't much in the way of lines, but there's limited seating. There's an upstairs, but it's small.
