5 stars – highly recommended! I've been to the kebab house several times now and am thrilled every time. The kebab is not only huge, but also super fresh and tastes great. The meat is perfectly seasoned, the bread is crispy and the sauces are to die for. What I find particularly positive is how friendly and quickly the staff works - even when there are larger crowds. The price-performance ratio is simply right here. If you love kebab, you should definitely stop by!

Can't fully understand this high rating. I got a Big HDD Dürüm (called a wrap here) with shepherd's cheese and didn't find it amazing, just delicious. The shop is very narrow when there are more visitors and at the beginning we didn't know exactly where we were ordering, which is why we stood in line somewhere without anything going on until we were asked to check out by the staff. Everything is more marketing than quality. But quality of food is adequate. Paid a total of €13 and also bought an Ayran.

Staff unfriendly and overwhelmed. Seats dirty, had to be cleaned before use. Toilets are an imposition. Everything looks good and fresh. Unfortunately, the taste of the food wasn't good either.

We were just there with the family. We ordered a kids box and a kebab bag. The food was okay, but the behavior of the waitress was absolutely unacceptable. This is no way to treat customers! She was rude, disrespectful and seemed like she was being forced to work there. She clearly missed her job. She would be better off at a butcher.

Well, it was okay. I've eaten a lot of kebabs and it really wasn't anything special. I know kebab with fried vegetables (it doesn't sound tasty, but it is)...I'm not from Cologne and don't know if they have something like that here...I paid €8.50.

Bit chaotic inside because it’s small but pretty easy process. Sandwiches are hefty and they do not skimp on anything. Fresh vegetables, flavorful meat, bread is thing but still manages to hold it all together and the sauce is top notch. 100% would come again.

The selection of fresh vegetables was plentiful - crisp lettuces, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers that harmonized perfectly with the meat. The sauces were creamy and well measured without overpowering the taste. The flatbread was also soft and slightly browned, which rounded off the whole experience. The kebab was also generously topped so that you were really full. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere in the store was pleasant. I ate a Falafel plate which was so delicious. I think that was the best falafel I ever ate. I recommend it. 🇭🇺: The Falafel bowl is very delicious, I could hardly eat a huge portion. The atmosphere is only four stars because there are few places to sit outside, but overall everything was fine.

Been there for carnival. Unfortunately not recommended, very fatty “meat” that was declared as chicken. Regret getting us here for almost €10.

The Arab employee among your employees was not hygienic at all, he prepared döner kebab for us with a disgraceful attitude. He wasn't wearing gloves and he coughed into his hand and touched the bread. When we asked if he could change the bread, he told us that he would not cut our doner kebab. I could never find it suitable for such an institution.

The tables are very dirty and the upstairs smells disgusting, I recommend you don't go.

I don't know if it was because of the stress of the service and the workers being overwhelmed, but it was the worst Döner I have ever tried in Germany.

unfortunately the dining area on site was very dirty. There were stains and leftover food everywhere so we couldn't sit there and were forced to eat outside. In addition, the food was not only cold, but also tasted completely different than in other branches of your restaurant. This was very disappointing for us as we had expected consistent quality

Don’t know what the rave about the food is — pretty average. Toilets are non functional (or so they say) which makes it very difficult for a tourist to relieve themselves (even being a patron) Honestly, not worth it.

We tried the meat doner and it was very delicious. My only negative comment was that it was very difficult to sit with the baby and the tables were very dirty.

I don't understand why this doner kebab and this place got so many points. It was incredibly dirty inside, I'm thankful I didn't get sick. There was nothing in the way of cleanliness and hygiene. Döner was served almost uncooked. The taste was normal, but after seeing the ingredients and the people who made it, I lost my appetite.

The food is really good, specially because the portions. The flavor of the sauces is delightful, the 3 of them. Unfortunately not understanding German limits to ask only for the principal dishes. The best döner I've had in Köln by far, upstairs sitting are was small but there are plenty of sitting area. Central location, definitely must taste.

No hygienic care. The toilets are closed. The kebab is very small that it's not even worth €8. The tables were unclean and upstairs where you sit there is no real atmosphere for a restaurant but it looks like a bar.
