Haus des Döners in Köln

The quality has declined significantly. Service is unnecessarily unfriendly. The meat strips aren't browned, there are barely any fries on the kebab plate, and instead there's a mountain of meat. A shame.

The meat was cut into long, rolled strips and was very dry. The portion of meat was also small. At €8.50, it wasn't good value for money. The fresh vegetables are a plus.

When I have a late shift, I get a chicken doner kebab here. It tastes delicious. My lovely Dürüm makes sure I get enough. The service is also very friendly. Best doner kebab in Cologne. Super delicious

I've been to many branches of this chain, but this was by far the worst kebab I've ever eaten. The lady behind the counter was extremely unfriendly and seemed very insecure—her hands were practically shaking, as if she were afraid of putting too much meat into the kebab. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing. I will avoid this place in the future and definitely cannot recommend it.

For a €10 big wrap, the taste is pretty subpar. The chicken was dry and bland and the sauce was not used.

The food was good, but the conditions weren't the best. The outside area isn't too inviting either. But it was worth it for the kebab.

Incredibly unfriendly. There were two of us and one person had a dürum. We weren't allowed to eat on site even though the whole restaurant was empty because a Dürum per se is not eaten in the restaurant. Accordingly, we were asked to take our food outside and were not allowed to eat on site.

Such rubbish, the employee was so unfriendly and felt like she threw the food around. The meat was raw and the fries were cold. Not recommended!!

Anyone who likes unbaked rolls is welcome to come here. It's been a long time since I've had such an unsatisfying meal... Dough was in the oven for less than 30 seconds and then served. So all in all, still cold. What they can do, however, is sharp. Maybe I had a bad day, but it definitely wasn't cool.

I tried Haus des Döner for the first time. I don't understand why HDD has such a problem. The bag is so big that the contents just fall out. In terms of taste, I only tasted the yogurt sauce. It could have had any vegetables in it and it would have tasted the same. The vegetables were carelessly packed into the bread. The bread was soggy, not tested. I'd rather go to Poldi. Everything is right there.

I have now tried all the kebab providers on the Hohenzollernring. Haus des Döners simply offers the best kebabs - both in terms of taste and quantity. 100 percent recommendation!!!

I and a few of my colleagues were there for lunch during the lunch break. First the payment was made incorrectly and when this was pointed out the lady at the checkout got really rude. Two wanted to pay together and one wanted to pay for the meal alone. We said kindly and drew attention. The third wrap was thrown into a cupboard even though it was supposed to be prepared and the lady started to get angry. As we sat outside and ate, we heard the lady behind the cash register yelling at another customer and throwing things around. Also that she yelled at her colleague. I'm sorry, but that kind of behavior isn't acceptable and the professionalism leaves a lot to be desired! At the end the lady pointed fingers at us and said something and something like that is also inappropriate! It was the last time we ate there!

Reviews are simply deleted because they don't like them. When I ordered something, the work was not done cleanly and it was unhygienic. The waitress got annoyed and took the normal sauce from the hot sauce with a spoon. It shouldn't be like that. You should be able to take criticism and not just delete reviews!!!

I visited Haus des Döner Imbiss and was appalled by the racist behavior of the staff. They spoke to me disrespectfully and made fun of my friend's dress code. This discriminatory treatment was deeply disappointing. I urge management to address this issue. I cannot recommend Haus des Döner Imbiss to anyone seeking a respectful dining experience. ---

I have no idea what problems the others are having, the taste of the kebab is the same as in the other branches. I mean the ambience is minimal, what do you expect given the size of the store? :) Normally I pick up at the front on Venloer Str. but you definitely can't go wrong here if you're in the corner. The staff was also very nice and friendly, there is nothing negative to mention. Anyone who comes from the East will have a hard time finding a good kebab in Cologne, but the HdD chain definitely brings back a bit of culinary delight :)

Unfortunately there is no comparison to Düren, Lechenich or Euskirchen. Staff unfriendly, not all products available. Salad, which was left on the uncleaned work surface when preparing the products, is thrown back into the display. Doner kebab is poorly prepared, for our own compatriots there are top-quality kebabs. For other guests the opposite. The competitor a few meters away was happy about 4 kebabs.

Hab einen Döner mit Hähnchen Fleisch bestellt.. noch in der selben Nacht hab ich starke Bauchschmerzen gehabt. Am nächsten Tag im Krankenhaus mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung gelandet.

Auch in Köln, 7€ für einen leeren Döner, wenn man in den Steiten drückt gibt es nur Brot!!

Schlechtester Döner den ich je gegessen habe. Bedienung war dermaßen unfreundlich das ich an liebsten direkt wieder gegangen wäre. Döner wurde nur zusammengeklatscht ohne liebe und so hat er auch geschmeckt. Hähnchenfleisch war zart aber hat geschmacklich nichts hergemacht. Kräutersoße war gut aber Salat hat nicht wirklich gut geschmeckt. Das einzig gute am Döner war das Brot.

Habe 7€ für Döner bezahlt obwohl nur 6€ auf Karte steht, obwohl 6€ schon echt viel wären für das was man bekommt! Nicht besonders großes Brot und auch nicht viel Inhalt. Satt wird man definitiv nicht.

Top Bedienung, essen schmeckt auch richtig gut!

Das erste mal da gewesen war Alles ok. Gestern ging absolut gar nicht, richtig unverschämt. Bedienung war genervt, auf die Salattasche kaum Soße geschweige denn Salat gemacht und absolut nicht ordentlich zusammengerollt so, dass beim Essen der Halbe Wrap ausseinander fiel. Kann ich selber besser. Zudem Alles sehr unhygienisch!!! Mit dem Löffel von der Kräuersoße beim vorherigen Gast einfach in die scharfe Soße gegangen und dann wieder in die Kräutersoße! Die Frau soll sich einen anderen Job suchen! War das letzte mal!

Der Döner ist frisch, kostet nur 7€ und schmeckt gut.Einziges Problem, es gibt keine Sitzplätze.Wer geht aber auch zum Dönerladen wegen Sitzplätzen man geht dorthin um sich einen Döner zu holen.

Grundsätzlich ist der Döner von der Kette her der besten in Deutschland. Leider macht der Standort an den Kölner Ringen den Ruf der Kette etwas kaputt. Wie alle hier schon mitteilen sind die Portionen mehr als lächerlich im Vergleich zu den anderen Haus des Döners Standorten. Darüber hinaus zockt dieser Standort die Gäste ab. Da an den Kölner Ringen die Gäste meist Hoch alkoholisiert sind, merken diese meist erst einige Tage später das mehr abgerechnet worden ist als gekauft worden ist. Lasst euch immer die Zahl auf dem Karten Terminal anzeigen und streckt nicht nur die Karte dahin sobald der Verkäufer eine zahl sagt.
