Haus des Döners in Köln

Den besten Haus des Döners Döner (tolle Formulierung 😬) hatte ich immer noch in Düsseldorf... Trotzdem war der Döner auch in dieser Filiale lecker und die beiden Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und gut gelaunt.

Super unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und dann noch beschissen werden! Abgezockt und irgendwas in die Hand gedrückt bekommen. Freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass man das so nicht bestellt hat (Falafel statt Fleisch) und darauf wird einem das Dürüm aus der Hand gerissen- ein(!) Stückchen Fleisch oben reingelegt und wieder retour gegeben. Als wir uns beschwerten (nachdem wir es öffneten und sahen- dass nichts alders war) , wurden wir angemotzt und angeschrien, wirklich unterste Schublade….

Wirft alufolie weg obwohl ich zum mitnehmen gefragt habe

Döner ist ein Grundnahrungsmittel auf das man nicht verzichten mag.

Ein Döner 8,50 €. Sollte ich eines Tages im Lotto gewinnen, komme ich noch mal wieder

Ich war heute am 15 April um 17:00 Uhr dort Der Mitarbeiter war sehr langsam und vergaß meinem Döner mit extra Fleisch noch mehr Fleisch hinzuzufügen Als ich nachfragte sagte er er hätte es getan, gab es mir aber nicht Mein Geld war rausgeschmissenes Geld es war wirklich ärgerlich

Einfach unglaublich! Er hatte zwar keinen Salat da, aber er hat mir trotzdem einen geholt. Zaki war echt ein Held. Er hat mich vor einem gewalttätigen Mann beschützt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hab ohne scharf bestellt und mit scharf bekommen. War nicht zu essen

Das Essen war sehr lecker aber wenn man kein schweinefleisch isst sollte man aufpassen da man das Fleisch dort einfach untergejubelt bekommt. Auch ist das Essen ziemlich proteinreich da im Döner meiner Affäre sogar eine Kakerlake war. Vielleicht hat der Dobermann diese aber auch mit Absicht untergemischt da er wusste dass sie meine Affäre war und er meine Frau mehr mochte…

Habe mit ein Kollegen 2 Döner bestellt Wollte erstmal mit Karte zahlen was nicht ging. Hab dann BAR gezahlt , die blonde Frau hat es nicht in die Kasse eingegeben sondern das Geld genommen und direkt das Wechselgeld rausgegeben . Hab sie extra nach einen Kassenbon gefragt ;) und sie hat dann mich warten lassen und gehofft das ich dann sage das ich den Kassenbon nicht mehr brauche . Hab aber extra gewartet bis sie dann doch eingeben musste. Der Döner hat uns wirklich nicht geschmeckt, der Döner war leider fettig deswegen nur zur Hälfte gegessen und dann weggeschmissen. Einen Tipp an die Mitarbeiter schämt euch mal und bitte putzt mal eure Stühle und Tische die voll mit Vogelkot sind . Die anderen Betreiber neben euch schaffen es ja auch aber ihr nicht . Hauptsache die Gerichte nicht offiziell in der Kasse registrieren und unhöflich und Außenbereich verdreckt lassen . NIE WIEDER

Ich wollte mir gerade einen Döner holen. Der Mitarbeiter sagte zu mir, dass er Pause macht. Ich meinte daraufhin, dass ich dann nach seiner Pause bestellen werde. Darauf sagte er jedoch: „Geh weiter, du störst.“ Alles okay, aber ich denke nicht, dass man so mit Kunden umgehen sollte. (Der Mitarbeiter mit den Narben auf der linken Backe.)

Nette Bedienung, freundliches Lächeln... aber der Döner schmeckte sehr schlecht.

Ich wollte mir heute ein Döner holen. Die blondhaarige Dame war alleine und kam von hinten und stellte die Ayran Palette auf die Pommesschüssel (sehr unhygienisch). Danach bestellte ich mir ein Döner, holte mir ein Ayran aus dem Kühlschrank und sagte "Ayran kommt auch dazu". Die Dame drehte sich im und meinte: ,,Was?". Ich wiederholte mich. Nachdem Sie den Döner geschnitten hat, fragte ich sie was sie von mir bekommt. Sie meinte mit einem wütendem Ton "Moment, bitte". Daraufhin sagte ich ihr, dass ich sie unfreundlich finde und es bei ihren Kollegen flotter geht. Dann habe ich ihr gesagt, dass ihr ihren Döner behalten kann. Sie warf die Zange und beleidigte mich: "Yürü git be salak". Das war definitiv der letzte Besuch. Mag sein, dass ich sie überfordert habe mit meinen Fragen. Ich finde aber trotzdem, dass man mit Kunden respektvoll umgehen sollte. Was ist das bitte für ein Umgang mit Kunden? Lächerlich & inkompetent. Nie wieder.

Guten Tag, ich habe gestern in diesem Laden einen Dürüm gekauft. Es war sehr lecker. Leider wurde meine bestellung falsch angenommen und dafür mir Schuld gegeben- obwohl das gleiche mit einem Kunde bereits vor mir passiert ist und die Mitarbeiterin angeblich einen schlechten Tag hatte. Es kann jedem mal passieren, allerdings es ist leider nicht in Ordnung, respektlos mit einem Kunde umzugehen. Ich wünsche mir, mehr Stars geben zu können, da die Qualität des Essens wirklich gut war. Ich hoffe, es ist möglich, Eigentümerseits mit der jeweiligen Mitarbeiterin ins Gespräch zu kommen und sich vergewissern, dass der Umgang mit den Menschen sich verbessert. Ich sehe, es wurde bei den Reviews hier bereits mehrmals thematisiert. Ich wünsche dem Laden alles Gute.

Konnte das Essen nicxht probieren weil es denn angestellten wichtiger war mit irgendwelchen Damen zu flirten. So schlecht wurde ich in noch keinem Imbiss behandelt. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne geben

Ich habe mir gestern einen Pommdöner und einen normalen Döner bestellt (Fleisch in Brot). Der Döner und Pommdöner waren bisher die besten die ich je gegessen habe. 10/10. Der Service ist auch sehr gut!👍 Jedoch ist das Gebäude sehr klein und man kann nicht drinnen essen, aber draußen.

The doner kebab was good, the salad was fresh, the meat was delicious, and the bread wasn't soggy like in other places. But I spontaneously ordered a doner kebab after a hard day at work, simply saying I'd like one. The saleswoman just laughed at me instead of accepting it and asking what kind of meat I wanted...! How could I have been so silly? 😅😅😅🤣🤣

Very friendly staff. The woman was very nice, friendly, and served quickly and respectfully. I'll definitely come back! 👍

Never again at that branch! The doner kebab had so little meat that you could only taste the salad and sauce, and for that price! I'm used to a different standard from Haus des Döners.

Simply a disaster! €8.50 for a doner kebab? Okay, it's small, so for a woman it's okay because most women can't finish a whole doner anyway. But taste-wise, I really expected more, especially since they're such a popular name. But no, sorry, the doner was disgusting. I almost lost my appetite because the sweet herb sauce, the Samurai sauce, and all the other sauces tasted awful. The whole doner was terrible, even the meat. I thought to myself, is it pigeon meat or something? Seriously, I have no idea. And no, sorry, there were flies in the salad and sauces. It was just awful, I'm telling you honestly. So I just took three bites and then threw it in the trash. Honestly, it was just a waste of money.

Hi, I went there for dinner with a best friend on Sunday evening. The service was terrible, the lady behind the counter was unfriendly. The salad was perfect, but the meat was so disgusting that I threw up on the way there. I chose the tzatziki sauce, but it wasn't yogurt sauce; it was a remoulade sauce. Never again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...

Unfortunately, the prices here have become excessive. Last time I was there, I had to pay €11 for a Turkish pizza. The extras at the cash register suddenly cost more than what was on the menu. Unfortunately, the tables next to the cars are usually quite dirty.

The employee is totally rude and disrespectful! I got raw meat and didn't eat any more, and I paid €8.50 for it! I'd rather go next door to Podolski!

Ordering via terminal is easy and straightforward. The World Champion plate is hot and plentiful, with plenty of meat and salad. The space is large, inviting, perhaps a bit dark. Restrooms are available, and above all, they are clean!

The quality has declined significantly. Service is unnecessarily unfriendly. The meat strips aren't browned, there are barely any fries on the kebab plate, and instead there's a mountain of meat. A shame.

The meat was cut into long, rolled strips and was very dry. The portion of meat was also small. At €8.50, it wasn't good value for money. The fresh vegetables are a plus.

When I have a late shift, I get a chicken doner kebab here. It tastes delicious. My lovely Dürüm makes sure I get enough. The service is also very friendly. Best doner kebab in Cologne. Super delicious

I've been to many branches of this chain, but this was by far the worst kebab I've ever eaten. The lady behind the counter was extremely unfriendly and seemed very insecure—her hands were practically shaking, as if she were afraid of putting too much meat into the kebab. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing. I will avoid this place in the future and definitely cannot recommend it.

The best street food is HDD portion. I dreamed of trying such delicious food like this and my dream came true!

For a €10 big wrap, the taste is pretty subpar. The chicken was dry and bland and the sauce was not used.

The food was good, but the conditions weren't the best. The outside area isn't too inviting either. But it was worth it for the kebab.

Incredibly unfriendly. There were two of us and one person had a dürum. We weren't allowed to eat on site even though the whole restaurant was empty because a Dürum per se is not eaten in the restaurant. Accordingly, we were asked to take our food outside and were not allowed to eat on site.

Such rubbish, the employee was so unfriendly and felt like she threw the food around. The meat was raw and the fries were cold. Not recommended!!

Anyone who likes unbaked rolls is welcome to come here. It's been a long time since I've had such an unsatisfying meal... Dough was in the oven for less than 30 seconds and then served. So all in all, still cold. What they can do, however, is sharp. Maybe I had a bad day, but it definitely wasn't cool.

I ordered and paid for a “salad bag + shepherd’s cheese”. However, I only received some bread with salad. When I asked where the rest was, I received the answer “it’s over, bad luck”. You could have said it before. Rarely have we experienced something so unfriendly - definitely don't eat here.

There is NO original kebab here. But “rotisserie”. So a fake quality. The shop makes a poor hygienic impression in the evening hours and little meat and contents are pressed into the bread. Bad value for money. Even worse: the garbage caused by this snack bar is transported onto the street by the employees instead of being collected

Absolutely not recommended. An employee mixes old fries that have been sitting around for a long time with new ones. Your bad mood can also be understood in other languages. I left the kebab and fries behind. There are many good kebab houses in Germany, but this one shouldn't bear the name. Ketchup is sold separately for 50 cents. Fries without ketchup? I tried Haus des Döner for the first time. I don't understand why HDD has such a problem. The bag is so big that the contents just fall out. In terms of taste, I only tasted the yogurt sauce. It could have had any vegetables in it and it would have tasted the same. The vegetables were carelessly packed into the bread. The bread was soggy, not tested. I'd rather go to Poldi. Everything is right there.

I have now tried all the kebab providers on the Hohenzollernring. Haus des Döners simply offers the best kebabs - both in terms of taste and quantity. 100 percent recommendation!!!

I and a few of my colleagues were there for lunch during the lunch break. First the payment was made incorrectly and when this was pointed out the lady at the checkout got really rude. Two wanted to pay together and one wanted to pay for the meal alone. We said kindly and drew attention. The third wrap was thrown into a cupboard even though it was supposed to be prepared and the lady started to get angry. As we sat outside and ate, we heard the lady behind the cash register yelling at another customer and throwing things around. Also that she yelled at her colleague. I'm sorry, but that kind of behavior isn't acceptable and the professionalism leaves a lot to be desired! At the end the lady pointed fingers at us and said something and something like that is also inappropriate! It was the last time we ate there!

Reviews are simply deleted because they don't like them. When I ordered something, the work was not done cleanly and it was unhygienic. The waitress got annoyed and took the normal sauce from the hot sauce with a spoon. It shouldn't be like that. You should be able to take criticism and not just delete reviews!!!

Finally you can try Haus des Döner. Had the vegetarian option with falafel. Fresh vegetables, great garlic sauce and fruity, spicy hot sauce. Friendly service. Perfect to have on hand

I visited Haus des Döner Imbiss and was appalled by the racist behavior of the staff. They spoke to me disrespectfully and made fun of my friend's dress code. This discriminatory treatment was deeply disappointing. I urge management to address this issue. I cannot recommend Haus des Döner Imbiss to anyone seeking a respectful dining experience. ---
