Shalaan Kebap Haus in Köln

Mochte noch nie so wirklich Drehspießfleisch. Aber ich hab heute Mittag ein Stück von meinem Kollegen probiert, weil es fantastisch gerochen hat. Es ging mir den ganzen Tag nicht mehr aus dem Kopf, bis ich mir heute Abend selber eine Portion geholt habe. Einfach nur köstlich, diese Würze, dieser Geschmack.

Zu Patrick Reuter : Das ist alles so furchtbar traurig und gewissenlos was man Ihnen damit angetan hat. Also Wirklich! Ich bewundere Sie! Das Sie nach So einem schweren Schiksalsschlag ,noch bei geistiger Verfassung bleiben können! Bei 1000 Metern Entfernung hätte ich Ihnen die Pizza auf einem Skateboard mit nur 2 Rädern noch warm geliefert! Aber Sie müssen das verstehen! Sie haben sich richtig ins Zeug gelegt um Ihrer Beschwerde schon nahezu einen Oscar zu verleihen, indem Sie es Derart an Fassunglosigkeit vorgetragen haben, als wäre ,"Flipper" gestorben x-D Ich finde der Mann ist zwar ein bißchen trocken, aber Er ist Cool und kocht gut! Ob warm, Ob Heiß oder ob völlig kalt ! Mir schmeckt es trotzdem!

Mittlerweile viel zu teuer bei den immer kleiner werdenden Portionen . Super Döner aber ein Mitarbeiter mit Brille macht den Laden mit seinen Kindergrößen kaputt . War das letzte mal jetzt da !!!

Ich bin heute wieder sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und habe vom Chef das Grillgemüse empfohlen bekommen. 100 Punkte, meine Frau war begeistert. Endlich mal etwas Neues. Mein Klassiker, der Döner war lecker wie immer. Frisch gemacht kam er auch knusprig und warm zu Hause auf den Tisch. Ich habe vor Ort erst bestellt und bekam dennoch das Essen trotz hohem Andrang sehr schnell. 3 Mann hinter der Theke, einer organisiert, 2 bereiten das Essen zu. So soll es sein. Weiter so!

Ich hatte ein Döner Sandwich. Das hat mich so gar nicht abgeholt. Das Fleisch war nicht knusprig und recht fettig.

Ich habe mir einen Gemüsegrillteller gekauft. Anstatt Gemüse bekam ich Kartoffel mit Paprika. Die Kartoffeln sahen aus wie Bratkartoffeln. Wenn man bereits Pommes auf den Teller hat, und Gemüse erwartet, ist man von diesem enttäuscht. Das Fleisch ist sehr lecker, doch Gemüse werde ich wohl nicht mehr dort bestellen.

0 Sterne! Einfach unverschämt! Unsere Nachfrage, nach 1.5 h Wartezeit, wann unser Essen geliefert wird, wurde telefonisch auf unterstem Niveau entgegengenommen. Frech und respektlos! Der Fahrer war so nett aber der Mitarbeiter am Telefon....Katastrophe! Als das Essen ankam, war es kalt!

Besser nicht bestellen!!! Pizza kommt immer kalt an. Steine im Salat. Ständig wird was vergessen. Wir haben mehrere Jahre regelmäßig bestellt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal stets freundlich. Wir haben teilweise 10-15 mal im Monat dort bestellt. Die Fahrer bekommen stets gutes Trinkgeld von uns. Leider waren 7 meiner letzten 8 Pizzen kalt geliefert worden, obwohl wir nur 1 Km weit weg wohnen. Habe jedes Mal angerufen, und um eine heiße Pizza gebeten. Daraufhin kam jedes Mal eine heiße dampfende Pizza hinterher. Letzte Woche wieder das gleiche Spiel. Der Chef rief dann persönlich an, war recht pampig aber dennoch einsichtig und wir hatten ein respektvolles ruhiges Gespräch in dem er eingestehen musste, dass der Fehler bei ihnen liegt. Zum Abschluss bat er darum, dass meine Frau und ich künftig bitte woanders bestellen. Konnte kaum glauben was er da gesagt hat, habe dem aber zugestimmt. Der Fahrer sagte mir im Anschluss, dass wir bitte wieder bestellen sollen und der Chef nur einen schlechten Tag hat. Ich habe angeboten, dass er mir das gerne persönlich mitteilen darf. Das ist leider nicht passiert. Unterm Strich haben wir hier einen Besitzer welcher nicht in der Lage ist Verantwortung zu übernehmen, und einfachste Prozesse wie die Anlieferung einer heißen Pizza über 1000 Meter Strecke zu steuern. Einen seiner besten Kunden nach mehreren Jahren abzurasieren ist natürlich unglaublich dumm. Wir alle machen Fehler. Wichtig ist am Ende, dass man dafür grade steht. Falls Sie das lesen, Rufen Sie mich bitte nicht an, mit der Bitte diese Bewertung zu löschen. Diese ist aufrichtig und vollkommen berechtigt. Wünsche dennoch alles Gute.

Ein kleiner nettes Kebap Haus. Sehr freundliches und gutes Personal. Große Auswahl (es gibt auch Pizza und Überbacken es) und alles sehr lecker 👍👍👍

I ordered a mega doner kebab specifically with cocktail sauce, mixed meat, and NO onions. I didn't get it. Instead, I got a mega doner kebab with chicken, full of onions, and tzatziki. I had to wait two hours for it, and only after repeated requests was the food prepared. I don't know what's wrong with this place, but this has happened so often that this is the last kebab I'll order there. How can they not care about their customers?

I can't say much about the service and ambience, as we always order in. That's why I've given it 3 stars. However, I do have something to say about how the food has developed in the past. We've been ordering there for a long time. The food was always great; this used to be one of the best kebabs. But this has declined considerably. Today was the peak. The meat was pale. The sauce had the consistency of water. The fries were just as browned as the meat. The vegetables were fresh, but someone really didn't feel like chopping them. They might as well put a whole onion in there and I'll just bite off a piece now and then. That's it for us with Shalaan in Dünnwald for now.

We ate there and were completely satisfied. The service was good, the staff friendly. The food arrived quickly and tasted very good. Good value for money. My son said it was the best doner kebab he'd ever eaten ☺️ I ordered the vegetable doner kebab with veal and found the vegetables with eggplant and potatoes delicious. Something different. I find the TV unnecessary given the small space, but that's a matter of taste. We were only in the area as guests; otherwise, we would come more often.

Never again! The fries were really bad, undercooked, and had almost no salt on them. Mini packets of ketchup cost 50 cents. On top of that, the service was incredibly unfriendly, and they couldn't even manage a hello or goodbye.

Ultimately, I don't even expect the service to be polite to me or have the decency to say hello, considering how I was treated from the moment I walked in. But I ordered fries and got almost raw fries, with little or no salt; I will avoid it next time.

Unfortunately the last deliveries weren't okay. Long delivery time, small portions and missing extras. You were so good once. What a shame!

Since a new employee started working there, they no longer offer pickup. I've enjoyed coming here for years, it's a shame

We have always ordered from Shalaan, always top quality and very, very tasty. In the meantime, things have decreased significantly, incorrect deliveries are becoming more and more common and the quality and taste are slowly leaving something to be desired. It's a real shame, I've always loved ordering from there. But now half of it is missing or delivered incorrectly. Soup is getting thinner and the quality of the food is now at its lowest point. Sorry

Ordered food to pick up. I picked up the 32 pizzas were 29 cm Drüm with veal were all with salad it should have been without salad. Small fries were totally translated, therefore inedible. After calling, I was told I had ordered that way, why they charged overpriced prices, and there was no answer...Never get food there again.

We've always been happy to order. Now definitely never again. Food is not delivered even after waiting 1.5 hours, and when I call and ask, I only get rude, vague answers. "The driver should be on the way." 20 minutes later there is still nothing there. Completely overpriced and not good enough for such a service. We don't support that anymore. There are more than enough good delivery services!!

So we ordered today, the meat on all the dishes was already black. I think it's a cheek to deliver something like that to the customer. Next time I'll go somewhere else

Small but nice kebab restaurant. Mainly for toGo, but also with a few seats. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices and very tasty. Only recommended.

The food is actually good if you can order it. The last attempts were not accepted every time you ordered through Wolt. After rejecting the order, the restaurant goes offline every time. Very annoying as this has happened several times now.

I waited a total of 2 hours for my order and was put off again and again. The employees didn't let themselves be bothered at all and kept coming up with new lies. In the end the food was still cold.

Food arrived completely wrong than ordered. Drink was forgotten. Wrong sauce arrived. The pizza rolls were not cut and the casserole had no fries even though it came with it. I'm glad that something arrived at all.

Be careful, if you order on the homepage you won't get anything. When you ask after an hour, the restaurant doesn't have any orders. I will never order anything there again.

Normally I never write reviews but with this store it's just the way it is. Great and super friendly men at the counter who do an amazingly good job. The kebab and other great dishes taste simply excellent and freshly prepared. Everyone must have been there!

I always get my order as quickly as possible and the food always tastes great.

The food there is actually good. However, the service towards customers with children is outrageous. A small child has to go to the toilet, but is not allowed to go to the toilet because the guest toilet is being renovated. The child was 4 years old and there is a staff toilet. Instead, mothers with children are not given permission to use them briefly. If it had been the other way around, you would have been racist for denying a SMALL CHILD that walk. Unfortunately, exactly such behavior in Germany leads to more and more people drifting in the wrong direction when it comes to interpersonal relationships. For this reason, I don't recommend going here, even if the food is good so far. It's a real shame, because if it were your own children, there would have been a huge outcry and there would have been drama.

Good solid kebab and lahmacun. There are also great salads. The small salads are also enough for a meal. Otherwise schnitzel, fries, pizza, chicken nuggets and more. For children KidsBoxes. Also vegetarian offer. Very friendly staff and bosses!! 4 tables (each for 2 people, can be put together) also invite you to eat. There is also delivery service. Order via your own Shaalan app.

I think it's the tastiest kebab in the area🤷🏽‍♂️ It's definitely worth ordering a kebab.

Order wasn't complete when I called and was told straight away that the sauces were missing... Then why don't you deliver immediately but wait for a complaint....and I don't know any hunter's sauce with peppers either....well all in all dissatisfied

So we were always very excited when we did our usual ordering online. But what happened today is really not nice. We had a kebab with veal. What did I find out, there was also fatty, sticky chicken, which I didn't order. Then there was no tzatziki on the kebab and the extra bowl of tzatziki was not delivered. And even though I didn't want onions, there were some on it. The rest was ok, not as great as usual. We've never had such bad luck, we were otherwise really enthusiastic about the food. WHY HAVE YOU LOSED SO SO??? The delivery driver was very nice and friendly.

I'm currently in the hospital and was hungry for rice and schnitzel after a long fast. I then ordered this and it was delivered surprisingly quickly, congratulations on that. But what I got wasn't as delicious as it should be. The schnitzel is a FINISHED PRODUCT that tastes soggy and totally industrial at the same time. The rice was basically just rice which is normal but the sauce was horrible and really not recommended. The salad was good 👍 but the rest unfortunately a 0 out of 10.

After I had a few complaints, the boss was very accommodating and we are now fine again. The kebab meat is above average. The map just needs to be reworked a lot, which he promised me. The food is impeccable. It's always a pleasure to add to the menu.

Hier gibt es richtig gutes Essen und vorallem Stimmen hier die Preise. Lieferung ist so schnell wie der Blitz und es kommt immer warm an. Wir werden hier jederzeit bestellen.

Immer wieder bestellen wir bei Shalaan Kebap Haus. Heute hatten wir Döner Drehspießfleisch mit Hähnchen und Kalb. Beiden waren sehr mächtig und mega lecker. Tolles Fleisch, ohne Knorpel oder Fetteinlagen. Frischen Salat und klasse Saucen drin. Dazu habe ich aus neugier Börek gefüllt mit Hackfleisch und mit Weichkäse und Spinat bestellt. Das Börek mit dem mit Weichkäse und Spinat hat uns nicht so zugesagt, da es zu lange im Ofen war und mir zu wenig Käse drin war. Das mit dem Hack war wiederum sehr lecker. Ja und was sollen wir sagen. Last and but not least das Baklava. Das ist an frische und Geschmack kaum zu übertreffen. Den Vogel haben allerdings die beiden Mega Drehspießfleisch mit Hähnchen und Kalb abgeschossen. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besten Dank an das Team Shalaan Kebap Haus.💗✅👍

Döner mit Kalbfleisch sehr lecker! Türkische Pizza leider nicht gut…schmeckt wie ein normaler wrap - relativ wabbelig :/

Pizza war komplett verbrannt und in der Pizza waren Haare drinne war eckelhaft !!(Lieferando )

Wir bestellen nun seit einem Jahr immer mal wieder dort. Die Baklava sind die besten die wir je gegessen haben. Ansonsten haben wir von Lamacun über Falafel bis hin zum Schnitzel sämtliche Gerichte probiert und sind sehr zufrieden. Manchmal ist das Essen einen tick zu kalt, aber ansonsten ist die Lieferzeit kurz (trotz anderer Stadt) und die Portionen groß.

Mega super lecker, wir hatten nen chickensalat und Döner. Beides war lecker. Die Bestellung war einfach und lustigund der Fahrer war auch freundlich Immer wieder gerne, danke und die pizzabrötch wäre auch gut nur zu wenig, aber sehr lecker

Ich war sehr überrascht. Hatte einen Lahmacun mit Fleisch. Es gibt nichts dran auszusetzen! Die Portion war groß, ordentlich Fleisch drauf, die Soßen lecker und einfach ein echt sehr leckerer Döner. Zudem hatten wir noch eine Margherita, wo man natürlich abstriche machen muss. Es ist ja keine Holzkohle Pizzeria, sondern ein Dönerhaus. Aber auch die Pizza konnte komplett überzeugen. Der Teig war eher fluffig und die Pizza geschmacklich gut. Im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Pizzerien sehr gelungen. Bei den Nachbarn kann man keine Pizza essen. Das Personal war locker drauf und sehr freundlich. Ich komme auf jeden fall jetzt regelmäßig.

Habe bei Shalaan In Dünnwald bestellt. War eigentlich immer zufrieden. Diesmal fehlten aber 3 Positionen aus meiner Bestellung, was aber erst auffiel, als der Lieferant schon weg war. Mehrfache Kontaktaufnahme um wenigstens eine Gutschrift über den Betrag der Nicht gelieferten Speisen zu bekommen, war leider komplett ohne Erfolg. Schade! Aber so bindet man keine Kunden an sich.

Sie haben uns abgezockt haben uns schon das 2. mal das geld für ein getränk zahlen lassen und haben es nicht bekommen ich hoffe wir werden es das nächste mal kriegen wenn nicht einen kunden verloren das geht nämlich garnicht.

Ich bestelle hier super gerne, das essen ist lecker und der service könnte auch nicht besser sein. Macht weiter so!

32 CM Pizzen bestellt und auch bezahlt. Beide Pizzen sind jeweils knapp nur 30 CM lang. Als ich anrief wollte man auch nicht drauf eingehen, und das könnte nicht sein. Ich sagte den Mitarbeitern dass die Pizzen früher mal größer waren und ich das nicht okay finde und auch nachgemessen habe, da man es schon mit dem bloßen Auge sehen konnte, dass die Pizzen kleiner geworden sind. Shalaan hat einfach super nachgelassen, früher gerne bestellt, heute das letzte mal!

Toller Service, alle Extrawünsche werden umgesetzt, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Allergien werden berücksichtigt, super Geschmack, immer wieder gerne.

Sauber und lecker, aber leider keine Toilette und keine Möglichkeit die Hände zu waschen. Deswegen nur 3 Sterne
