The first döner kebab where I had to ask for the spice to be turned down a bit (in a good way). Aside from the food, not only was the döner excellent, but the staff were also incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Furthermore, the doner kebab was cold, even though we ate it right away. We were given cold meat that had been sitting there for a while, even though he had just sliced ​​it fresh. Probably because the friends were supposed to get the warm stuff. The bread roll? Burnt. The employee saw this, asked one of us if he shouldn't throw it away, and all we heard was: "No, no, abi, use it!" I've attached a photo of the unfinished doner kebab. An employee—tall, blond, and rather slim—was on the phone speaking Turkish and said something like, "There are Uber orders coming in, should I release them or wait for you?" A few minutes later, a burly man arrived in a dark blue Mazda. As soon as he entered the restaurant, another blond employee pressed the Uber button and took the order. This man obviously works as an Uber driver. From the conversation, I gathered that he is probably a relative or close acquaintance of the owner or chef. I also see him at the restaurant quite often. This makes me wonder if that might be the reason why my orders are so frequently late.

I understand Turkish and live near the restaurant. I witnessed something amiss firsthand and would like to file a complaint. I often order through the Uber app, but my orders always arrive very late, even though I live quite close to the restaurant. Once, I was at the restaurant and ate there. There were also Uber orders, and a restaurant employee—he was tall, slim, blond, and on the phone—was speaking to someone in Turkish and said, "There are Uber orders coming in. About five minutes later, a heavyset man arrived in a dark blue Mazda, entered the restaurant, and another employee—also blond—pressed the Uber button and took the order. This heavyset man apparently works for the Uber delivery service. Afterward, they all laughed, and from the conversation, I gathered that this man is the brother of the restaurant's manager or chef. I often see him at the restaurant and have always wondered why my orders arrive so late. ... This is fraud and deception towards customers, completely unprofessional and immoral. I was truly shocked by what they're doing. I wonder if the manager or the chef really condones this kind of behavior. The restaurant owner should definitely replace these employees.

The bread had been sitting out for at least half an hour and was therefore extremely hard. It was so badly bent that the doner kebab was only half full. It was also cold and tasted awful. €8 for that is insane!

I was at Haus des Döners today. People rave about this kebab shop. I've eaten kebabs many times before, and this time I ordered three – including for my son and my wife. The kebab bread was very cold; although it had been toasted beforehand, it was still cold. There was very little meat in the kebab, and the entire package was inedible. Despite the stress, something like this shouldn't happen. There was a skewer on the left and right, and in the middle, only a wafer-thin piece of bone remained. Nevertheless, they tried to scrape out the leftovers – some of them were burnt. Only one star for me. A disaster – my first and last time. And my son only wanted meat with sauce, but the inside was very dry.

I've had food poisoning since Friday after eating a kebab. I don't recommend anyone eat there.

I ordered a Big HDD Wrap, which of course cost more. It was busy and the wait was long, which I accepted. When my Big HDD Wrap was being made, I quickly stood in front of it, and when they added extra meat, it was only two extra strips. Both employees then spoke in Turkish and started grinning. That really made you feel good as a customer. That was the last time.

We just ordered via Uber East. The delivery was a disaster. The driver couldn't find the address, so we had to pick up the kebab ourselves from another address on foot. Communication was also very poor. Unfortunately, the four kebabs were cold, and the contents were incorrect.

Unfortunately, one star is still too many. You wait two hours for your food (the restaurant is five minutes away), and then the order is canceled. I think that's a real shame!

The incompetence of the employees is clearly evident; whether there are 2 or 20 kebabs in front of you, you wait 45 minutes. Kebabs are supposed to be fast food, but this shop turns it into an hour-long visit. In terms of time, a visit to a restaurant and eating a kebab in this shop are the same. The employees can't make the kebab the way you want it, but if they do, they do it after asking a whopping 8 times. The employees should be trained. The employees only became kebab sellers, but they can't even do that.

We ordered a kebab to be delivered to our home. The shop is only 10 minutes away, and it arrived very quickly. However, the kebab was ice cold, the fries were full of grease, and the fries weren't fried properly. We all had stomach aches afterward.

Today, we decided to order two doner kebabs via my husband's Liferando account. We were both very hungry after work. Everything was fine with him, too. I ordered the doner kebab. In the app, you can select that option, which I think is great, without any raw vegetables and without salad, because I just don't like that. It was supposed to be just chicken, garlic sauce, onions, and spicy. When the delivery arrived and I opened my doner kebab, it was unfortunately completely tossed. So I checked the app again to see if I had made a mistake. I had listed everything correctly: just meat, onions, sauce, and spicy. What do I do with a doner kebab that's full of things I don't like and don't want to eat? So I scraped down everything I could. I have to say, though, that I couldn't eat it because of the taste and remnants of the raw vegetables and salad in the doner kebab. And as I said, I just don't like that. 8 euros for a kebab is a lot of money, but I'm willing to pay it. If I have to throw away this kebab, which cost me 8 euros, because the order wasn't read correctly and it was made incorrectly, I don't see why I should pay. I've already contacted Lieferando and am now waiting for feedback on the incorrectly delivered food. We'll see what happens.

Was there spontaneously yesterday because I was nearby. You have the choice between chicken and veal. There are 3 sauces to choose from. Herbs, garlic and spicy. I decided on a big kebab with veal and garlic sauces and one with herbs. It was very tasty. Bread toasted, not too much, not too little. Salad was super fresh and delicious. Meat tasted great. All in all, tip quality. I'd love to come back when I'm nearby.

Actually really delicious food but if I don't get any compensation after the feedback then that would be the last time. I was just there with my friend and we ordered a kebab and a pom kebab when I told the guy with the bald head that I really wanted a little bit of spicy on my kebab and I emphasized it a second time. Today I was at Haus des Doner in Pesch. I wanted a doner kebab with chicken and I got a dürüm with veal, that's not bad. I let them know and then grandpa said "no, you're out of luck now". The bad thing was that grandpa was playing with the joopie and kept putting it in his mouth and putting it back in the bottle and then later I saw behind the shop that he was playing with his nose and picking it. That's just disgusting, I didn't eat my dürüm because afterwards I felt disgusting eating it

I like to get myself and my family something to eat every now and then. The price-performance ratio is also reasonable. What doesn't work at all is if you wait in line and then just random acquaintances or friends are served in advance. You then even get the bulk order and don't have to pay. When I brought this up, I was told that only those customers who wanted chicken were served in advance. That was a lie. I had just placed my order and then had to wait for the preferred customers to be served. Then I was allowed to order again and again in between because someone happened to not have to wait. I'm going back to my old kebab shop. It's not as tasty there, but it's cheaper and everyone is served in turn. I'll come back when you get the service back under control.

If it's just about the food, in my opinion it's one of the best and fairest kebabs in the outskirts of Cologne, there's a decent portion here, the sauces are delicious and the bread is crispy. A really tasty fresh kebab. There is also Dürüm and falafel, currywurst and fries. The service is quick and very friendly. In front of the booth there are a few bar tables on artificial turf carpet. Unfortunately, the guests do not leave the tables clean. But it is also difficult for the people behind the counter to constantly wipe the tables. The rush of customers is too great for that. It would be nice if the guests thought along. There are enough napkins. Nobody bothers to clean their table! But you can also have everything packed up and taken with you.

I'm a very patient person and I understand that the employees are busy, BUT the waiting times are incredibly long, even though there are at most 5-6 people in front of you and you still have to wait 20-30 minutes. It's a real shame because the kebab is delicious. I won't be coming back, I'd rather go to Mangal in Chorweiler, it's quicker there.

Aber der alte Mann der den Döner belegt sollte ausgetauscht werden. 4,5x dort gegessen IMMER mehr Salat als Fleisch... Brot wird nicht richtig warm gemacht. Das letzte Mal habe ich es angesprochen und es wurde nicht professionell reagiert. Man sollte wirklich nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter einstellen.
