Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Fleisch in meinem Döner war teilweise roh, und nach dem Verzehr bekam ich Bauchschmerzen. Aus hygienischer Sicht sollte so etwas nicht passieren. Außerdem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter keine große Lust hatten zu arbeiten und wenig Interesse an den Anliegen der Kunden zeigten. Insgesamt leider keine positive Erfahrung und daher keine Empfehlung.

Sehr guter service. Sonderwünsche wurden wurden berücksichtigt. Qualität top. Gerne wieder.

Sorry aber früher war es besser, Fleisch schmeckt nicht. Döner ist dazu kalt weil vorgeschnitten wird. Was ich am schlimmsten finde ist diese Politik das jemand der hinter mir ist vor mir dran kommt weil er einen da kennt super sache, dahin geh ich nicht mehr und empfehle tue ich es auch keinem. Lieber zum anderen mit drive in da ist es besser

Bin enttäuscht von Haus des Döners in Pesch. Den es war nur ein Hauch von soße auf dem Brot, so daß die döner sehr trocken waren. Habe 3 Stück bestellt. Haus des Döners am Kaufland in Niehl mit großem Abstand viel besser. Es war das letztes Mal dass ich in Pesch bestellt habe.

Ist ganz lecker Döner da... sonst gibt es nichts spektakuläres zu sagen. Wer einen guten Döner möchte, kann da beruhigt hingehen.

Ich habe einen hdd döner bestellt und es kam ein wrap an. Der wrap hatte viel zu viel fleisch drinne circa 90 % fleisch kaum salat und auch kaum sauce. Ich hatte extra nach mehr sauce gebeten und obwohl sie kein döner brot mehr hatten und einen wrap geschickt haben war kaum sauce drinne. Der wrap war deutlich zu trocken für die menge was man auch auf dem foto sieht. Ich bin wirklich sehr entäuscht und werde nie wieder bei euch bestellen. .

Ich war heute auf der Suche nach einem Döner. Haus des Döners war die 5. Anlaufstelle. Andere hatten, trotz Öffnungszeiten, schon zu. Der Döner beziehungsweise das Haus des Döners Sandwich war ganz lecker. Und für 8€ macht man nichts verkehrt.

Portionen wurden drastisch verkleinert und geschmacklich sehr schwach. Die Portion Pommes bestand aus 9 fritten.

Der beste Döner in ganz Deutschland! Das Fleisch ist so zart und weich und nicht so zäh die Soßen sind top! Das Brot sehr geil knusprig und die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und geizen niemals mit dem Fleisch die tuhen immer viel Fleisch rein echt top!!! Ich komme extra aus Wesseling um dort zu essen!

Ich habe gestern dort einen Döner bestellt. Leider ist es nun schon das zweite Mal, dass sich ein Haar in meinem Döner befand. Zusätzlich musste ich für zwei Döner eine halbe Stunde warten. Umso enttäuschender war es dann, beim Essen ein Haar zwischen dem Salat in meinem Döner zu entdecken. Das ist sehr unappetitlich und sollte in einem Gastronomiebetrieb nicht passieren.

1 h und 20 min am warten weil der fahre irgendwo hin fährt und essen voll kalt und schmeckt nicht schlimmste Döner Laden

Letzte Woche habe ich hier einen Döner gegessen und danach leider unter Übelkeit, Erbrechen und Durchfall gelitten. Ist die Gesundheit der Menschen wirklich so wenig wert? Anscheinend steht hier nicht die Kundengesundheit im Vordergrund, sondern nur, wie viel Geld in die Kasse kommt. So ein verantwortungsloser Umgang mit Lebensmitteln ist inakzeptabel. Ich verurteile das aufs Schärfste und kann diesen Laden absolut niemandem empfehlen.

But what we saw next was absolutely unacceptable. Friends of the staff arrived after us, and there were 5 people behind us also waiting. And these "friends" were simply served before us?? Furthermore, the doner kebab was cold, even though we ate it right away. We were given cold meat that had been sitting there for a while, even though he had just sliced ​​it fresh. Probably because the friends were supposed to get the warm stuff. The bread roll? Burnt. I live not far from the restaurant and I also understand Turkish. Unfortunately, I witnessed something unpleasant there and would like to complain. I regularly order through the Uber app, but my orders almost always arrive late, even though I live very close by. Once, I was eating at the restaurant itself. While I was eating, they were also processing Uber orders. An employee—tall, blond, and rather slim—was on the phone speaking Turkish and said something like, "There are Uber orders coming in, should I release them or wait for you?" A few minutes later, a burly man arrived in a dark blue Mazda. As soon as he entered the restaurant, another blond employee pressed the Uber button and took the order. This man obviously works as an Uber driver. From the conversation, I gathered that he is probably a relative or close acquaintance of the owner or chef. I also see him at the restaurant quite often. This makes me wonder if that might be the reason why my orders are so frequently late.

I understand Turkish and live near the restaurant. I witnessed something amiss firsthand and would like to file a complaint. I often order through the Uber app, but my orders always arrive very late, even though I live quite close to the restaurant. Once, I was at the restaurant and ate there. This heavyset man apparently works for the Uber delivery service. Afterward, they all laughed, and from the conversation, I gathered that this man is the brother of the restaurant's manager or chef. I often see him at the restaurant and have always wondered why my orders arrive so late. ... This is fraud and deception towards customers, completely unprofessional and immoral. I was truly shocked by what they're doing. I wonder if the manager or the chef really condones this kind of behavior. The restaurant owner should definitely replace these employees.

The bread had been sitting out for at least half an hour and was therefore extremely hard. It was so badly bent that the doner kebab was only half full. It was also cold and tasted awful. €8 for that is insane!

Absolutely disappointing and definitely my last visit here. • Meat: Tastes artificial, tough, and simply disgusting – almost like plastic. No trace of quality. • Bread: Old, dry, and crumbly. You can immediately tell it's not fresh. • Service: Was OK. All in all: Never again! There are so many better kebab shops in Cologne – you can really skip this one.

I was at Haus des Döners today. People rave about this kebab shop. I've eaten kebabs many times before, and this time I ordered three – including for my son and my wife. The kebab bread was very cold; although it had been toasted beforehand, it was still cold. There was very little meat in the kebab, and the entire package was inedible. Despite the stress, something like this shouldn't happen. There was a skewer on the left and right, and in the middle, only a wafer-thin piece of bone remained. Nevertheless, they tried to scrape out the leftovers – some of them were burnt. Only one star for me. A disaster – my first and last time. And my son only wanted meat with sauce, but the inside was very dry.

I've had food poisoning since Friday after eating a kebab. I don't recommend anyone eat there.

I ordered a Big HDD Wrap, which of course cost more. It was busy and the wait was long, which I accepted. When my Big HDD Wrap was being made, I quickly stood in front of it, and when they added extra meat, it was only two extra strips. Both employees then spoke in Turkish and started grinning. That really made you feel good as a customer. That was the last time.

We just ordered via Uber East. The delivery was a disaster. The driver couldn't find the address, so we had to pick up the kebab ourselves from another address on foot. Communication was also very poor. Unfortunately, the four kebabs were cold, and the contents were incorrect.

Unfortunately, one star is still too many. You wait two hours for your food (the restaurant is five minutes away), and then the order is canceled. I think that's a real shame!

The incompetence of the employees is clearly evident; whether there are 2 or 20 kebabs in front of you, you wait 45 minutes. Kebabs are supposed to be fast food, but this shop turns it into an hour-long visit. In terms of time, a visit to a restaurant and eating a kebab in this shop are the same. The employees can't make the kebab the way you want it, but if they do, they do it after asking a whopping 8 times. The employees should be trained. The employees only became kebab sellers, but they can't even do that.

Today, we decided to order two doner kebabs via my husband's Liferando account. We were both very hungry after work. Everything was fine with him, too. I ordered the doner kebab. In the app, you can select that option, which I think is great, without any raw vegetables and without salad, because I just don't like that. It was supposed to be just chicken, garlic sauce, onions, and spicy. When the delivery arrived and I opened my doner kebab, it was unfortunately completely tossed. So I checked the app again to see if I had made a mistake. I had listed everything correctly: just meat, onions, sauce, and spicy. What do I do with a doner kebab that's full of things I don't like and don't want to eat? So I scraped down everything I could. I have to say, though, that I couldn't eat it because of the taste and remnants of the raw vegetables and salad in the doner kebab. And as I said, I just don't like that. 8 euros for a kebab is a lot of money, but I'm willing to pay it. If I have to throw away this kebab, which cost me 8 euros, because the order wasn't read correctly and it was made incorrectly, I don't see why I should pay. I've already contacted Lieferando and am now waiting for feedback on the incorrectly delivered food. We'll see what happens.

Was there spontaneously yesterday because I was nearby. You have the choice between chicken and veal. There are 3 sauces to choose from. Herbs, garlic and spicy. I decided on a big kebab with veal and garlic sauces and one with herbs. It was very tasty. Bread toasted, not too much, not too little. Salad was super fresh and delicious. Meat tasted great. All in all, tip quality. I'd love to come back when I'm nearby.

Actually really delicious food but if I don't get any compensation after the feedback then that would be the last time. I was just there with my friend and we ordered a kebab and a pom kebab when I told the guy with the bald head that I really wanted a little bit of spicy on my kebab and I emphasized it a second time. He then repeated it and smeared spicy all over my kebab. It was unbearably disgusting and hardly edible

Long waiting time this time 30 minutes. 2 salespeople, one working the other trying to unwind a roll of aluminum foil for 10 minutes. And then just wait or someone orders fries. All tables were dirty with leftover food. Was my third visit. It was probably my last too.

I haven't been there for a few months until today. The initial warmth of the employees seems to have completely disappeared. The only greeting was "next!" ... really a shame. Not another word. Tastes quite good.

After 3 visits or chances I can report the following experience. Card payment is not possible on site. The waiting times are very long (up to 35 minutes). The counter is sticky and dusty. The meat is far too crispy and the kebab is far too expensive at just under €8!

Today I was at Haus des Doner in Pesch. I wanted a doner kebab with chicken and I got a dürüm with veal, that's not bad. I let them know and then grandpa said "no, you're out of luck now". And generally there were three of them there and the line wasn't that long and had to wait 30 minutes. The bad thing was that grandpa was playing with the joopie and kept putting it in his mouth and putting it back in the bottle and then later I saw behind the shop that he was playing with his nose and picking it. That's just disgusting, I didn't eat my dürüm because afterwards I felt disgusting eating it

I like to get myself and my family something to eat every now and then. The price-performance ratio is also reasonable. What doesn't work at all is if you wait in line and then just random acquaintances or friends are served in advance. You then even get the bulk order and don't have to pay. When I brought this up, I was told that only those customers who wanted chicken were served in advance. That was a lie. I had just placed my order and then had to wait for the preferred customers to be served. Then I was allowed to order again and again in between because someone happened to not have to wait. I'm going back to my old kebab shop. It's not as tasty there, but it's cheaper and everyone is served in turn. I'll come back when you get the service back under control.

If it's just about the food, in my opinion it's one of the best and fairest kebabs in the outskirts of Cologne, there's a decent portion here, the sauces are delicious and the bread is crispy. Unfortunately, the ambience is not the best in the area. Unfortunately you sometimes have to wait in line for up to 10 minutes... but it's worth it!

A really tasty fresh kebab. There is also Dürüm and falafel, currywurst and fries. The service is quick and very friendly. In front of the booth there are a few bar tables on artificial turf carpet. Unfortunately, the guests do not leave the tables clean. But it is also difficult for the people behind the counter to constantly wipe the tables. The rush of customers is too great for that. It would be nice if the guests thought along. There are enough napkins. Nobody bothers to clean their table! But you can also have everything packed up and taken with you.

I'm a very patient person and I understand that the employees are busy, BUT the waiting times are incredibly long, even though there are at most 5-6 people in front of you and you still have to wait 20-30 minutes. It's a real shame because the kebab is delicious. I won't be coming back, I'd rather go to Mangal in Chorweiler, it's quicker there.
