For me it's probably the best way to eat a good kebab in the area!

Long waiting time this time 30 minutes. 2 salespeople, one working the other trying to unwind a roll of aluminum foil for 10 minutes. And then just wait or someone orders fries. All tables were dirty with leftover food. Was my third visit. It was probably my last too.

I haven't been there for a few months until today. The initial warmth of the employees seems to have completely disappeared. The only greeting was "next!" ... really a shame. Not another word. Tastes quite good.

First class food, friendly and relaxed atmosphere

Depending on the time of day, you wait between 30-40 minutes before you can order your food. However, the kebabs taste very good.

After 3 visits or chances I can report the following experience. Card payment is not possible on site. The waiting times are very long (up to 35 minutes). The counter is sticky and dusty. The meat is far too crispy and the kebab is far too expensive at just under €8!

Today I was at Haus des Doner in Pesch. I wanted a doner kebab with chicken and I got a dürüm with veal, that's not bad. I let them know and then grandpa said "no, you're out of luck now". And generally there were three of them there and the line wasn't that long and had to wait 30 minutes. The bad thing was that grandpa was playing with the joopie and kept putting it in his mouth and putting it back in the bottle and then later I saw behind the shop that he was playing with his nose and picking it. That's just disgusting, I didn't eat my dürüm because afterwards I felt disgusting eating it

I just go there and there are man-sized cockroaches who prepared my food. The brother puts juppie sauce with a stinking finger in Vallah Ayip from him. The first and last time for me

I like to get myself and my family something to eat every now and then. The price-performance ratio is also reasonable. What doesn't work at all is if you wait in line and then just random acquaintances or friends are served in advance. You then even get the bulk order and don't have to pay. When I brought this up, I was told that only those customers who wanted chicken were served in advance. That was a lie. I had just placed my order and then had to wait for the preferred customers to be served. Then I was allowed to order again and again in between because someone happened to not have to wait. I'm going back to my old kebab shop. It's not as tasty there, but it's cheaper and everyone is served in turn. I'll come back when you get the service back under control.

If it's just about the food, in my opinion it's one of the best and fairest kebabs in the outskirts of Cologne, there's a decent portion here, the sauces are delicious and the bread is crispy. Unfortunately, the ambience is not the best in the area. Unfortunately you sometimes have to wait in line for up to 10 minutes... but it's worth it!

A really tasty fresh kebab. There is also Dürüm and falafel, currywurst and fries. The service is quick and very friendly. In front of the booth there are a few bar tables on artificial turf carpet. Unfortunately, the guests do not leave the tables clean. But it is also difficult for the people behind the counter to constantly wipe the tables. The rush of customers is too great for that. It would be nice if the guests thought along. There are enough napkins. Nobody bothers to clean their table! But you can also have everything packed up and taken with you.

I'm a very patient person and I understand that the employees are busy, BUT the waiting times are incredibly long, even though there are at most 5-6 people in front of you and you still have to wait 20-30 minutes. It's a real shame because the kebab is delicious. I won't be coming back, I'd rather go to Mangal in Chorweiler, it's quicker there.

Great kebab, absolutely nothing negative to say. It gets a little busy at times, but they try to clear the line quickly. An ordering terminal like McDoof's might help in such a busy branch. :)

Now I like to drive several kilometers to get this kebab, which simply tastes fantastic. All you can really say is that the kebab here is right at the top when it comes to taste and price. Because the kebab is quite large and quite powerful with a lot of ingredients. And the price of just under 8 euros for this kebab is not too much. As long as the kebab stays exactly as it is offered here in terms of price and taste, it will remain my favorite in the north of Cologne. Simply recommended

Ich meine es wirklich nicht böse, da der Inhaber dieses Ladens sehr nett und höflich ist. Aber der alte Mann der den Döner belegt sollte ausgetauscht werden. 4,5x dort gegessen IMMER mehr Salat als Fleisch... Brot wird nicht richtig warm gemacht. Das letzte Mal habe ich es angesprochen und es wurde nicht professionell reagiert. Man sollte wirklich nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter einstellen.

I went to get a large kebab with cheese for lunch today. Sorry guys but the kebab was ice cold! The meat, which unfortunately only consists of minced meat, was not available in sufficient quantity. I already had the large portion for €1 more, or €8.50 with cheese🙆😫. The taste is rather bad in my opinion. To me it tasted like a thinly sliced ​​bratwurst without casing. Ich mag einfach die scharfe Sauce von Haus des Döners. Das Fleisch ist lecker, die Portionen sind ordentlich und der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Allerdings finde ich dass der Preis von € 7,00 für ein Döner Sandwich für die Innenstadt vielleicht noch okay ist. Aber hier im Kölner Norden...?!?

Wir waren für ein Wochenendtrip in Köln und haben Döner im Haus des Döners gegessen, ich muss sagen der leckerste Döner den ich je gegessen habe. Schade das es in Stuttgart kein Haus des Döners gibt. Personal war auch sehr nett.

Wenig Fleisch aber dafür viel Salat. Der dönner hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Für 7€ nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Döner und alle Beilagen sind insgesamt hochpreisig aber von der Qualität her und im Geschmack gleichbleibend gut. Das Personal ist immer freundlich.

Top Döner!! Allerdings oft sehr lange Wartezeiten, da nur 1 Lammfleischspieß vorhanden ist.

Ich und meine Kinder sind von diese Filiale in Pesch enttäuscht geworden. Döner bestand nur aus Salat und kaum Fleisch..... Nächstes Mal rufe ich die Polizei wegen betrug

Wäre ich der türkischen Sprache mächtig, hätte ich wahrscheinlich mein Essen früher bekommen!?! Nachdem ich mich in der Schlange angestellt hatte (drei Personen waren vor mir) und ich eigentlich dran war, wurden erst die anderen hinter mir direkt bedient die offensichtlich der türkisch sprachen und wohl auch „ bekannt „ waren. Nun gut….- leider waren die Fritten sehr matschig, aber der Döner war okay. Trotzdem werde ich wohl nicht mehr wiederkommen und den anderen den Vortritt lassen.

Super netter Verkäufer. Bei dem Preis von 13,50 Euro für nen Dönerteller war ich erst sehr sekptisch. Portion dafür doppelt so groß und ich bin als 197, Meter Maler papp satt geworden. Nur Kartenzahlung wäre cool. Ansonsten alles top

Leider sind wir enttäuschend geworden. Wir haben 3x Döner gegessen. Sehr wenig Fleisch drin gewesen. Nur Salat drin. Die Bewertung hier stimmen überein, Fleisch wird sehr sehr sparsam benutzt. Nie wieder

Geschmacklich leider echt enttäuschend. Viel zu wenig grüner Salat, Mischung stimmte nicht für mich.

Update: Beim 2.Besuch war es leider nicht besser, die Menge des Fleisches ist ein Witz. Quasi Brot mit einem Mini Klecks Soße, wenig Salat und noch weniger Fleisch! Ohne Zwiebeln bestellt, mit roten Zwiebeln bekommen. Das Fleisch musste man suchen, von der Menge her sehr wenig! Geschmacklich okay, mehr aber auch nicht.

Fleisch wurde einfach roh geschnitten, der Dönermann ist sehr unfreundlich gewesen, nie wieder danke.

Unorganisiert und ekelhaft. Nicht nur das man extrem lange warten muss, bis eine Bestellung aufgegeben werden kann. Man wird schlichtweg ignoriert. Das ekelhafteste ist jedoch das ein Mitarbeiter Pommes direkt aus der Auffangschale isst und dabei mit seinen Händen immer wieder reingreift um sich neue Pommes zu nehmen. Wir sind dann doch einfach ohne was zu bestellen wieder gefahren…..

Absolut klasse, überhaupt weit und breit keine Sicht von Konkurrenz für Haus des Döners. Die Scharfe Sauce ist Weltklasse (Achtung, die sauce ist wirklich meeeega scharf)

Was mich bei diesem Laden nicht gefällt ist die Menge an Fleisch. Ich habe Big Döner bestellt, aber meiner Meinung nach keinen Big Döner bekommen. Unter den Salat war sehr sehr wenig Fleisch, oben drauf etwas drauf getan, Damit es viel aussieht. Sehr raffiniert. Kenne ich von anderen Haus des Döner Laden anders. Da geizt man nicht so sehr mit viel. Zumal man extra 1euro dafür bezahlt. Ansonsten geschmacklich gut.

Super leckerer Döner. Brot immer frisch. Salat ist frisch. Das Fleisch ist schön saftig. Die Soßen sind sehr lecker. Wir sind immer top zufrieden mit der Qualität. Daher sind wir auch bereit den Preis von 7€ für ein Döner zuzahlen.

Bedienung leider extrem rassistisch gegenüber Ostasiatischen Leuten. Nach Konfrontation extrem beleidigend und uneinsichtig gewesen, währenddessen mit seinem Sohn ausgelacht werden. Ausreden wie: "War nur Spaß" Schlimmster Kundenservice eh und je wünschte ich könnte minus Sterne geben. Edit: Die Antwort enthält natürlich keine Entschuldigung und wird wieder als "Joke" runtergespielt. Schade

Leider der schlechteste Dönerladen weit und breit. Wir werden dort nie wieder bestellen. Der Mensch, der dort bediente, war super freundlich, und sehr bemüht, aber das konnte nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass dieser Mensch weder der deutschen Sprache mächtig war, noch dass er nicht lesen konnte. Die erste Bestellung mündlich ging schief, weil der gewünschte Döner nicht ohne Salat war, wie gewünscht. Der zweite Döner super scharf, obwohl das Gegenteil gewünscht war. Die nächste Bestellung (2. Chance) wurde schriftlich aufgegeben, es waren 5 verschiedene Döner, aber wir bekamen 5 die gleichen. Die Empfänger entsprechend sauer. Beim Salat und beim Döner wurden die Gemüse sektionsweise eingeteilt. D.h. ein Bereich NUR Paprika, ein Bereich NUR Gurke, ein Bereich NUR Tomate, usw. Wer bitte, belegt denn so einen Döner bzw. macht so einen Salat? Also das bestellte Essen war echt unterirdisch. Und das alles für 7,50 Eu / Döner, da bleiben wir definitiv jetzt weg und warnen alle Kunden davor!

Also ich kann dort die Döner wirklich nur Empfehlen, das ist bis jetzt der beste und einzigste Döner in meiner Nähe der wirklich sehr gut schmeckt und sogar auch Halloumi anbietet, das Fleisch ist wirklich super hatte auch keine dicken Fleischkanten im Döner gehabt was ich richtig toll fand (was ich leider bis jetzt bei anderen Döner Läden immer hatte und ich finde es überhaupt nicht lecker). Einfach nur Empfehlenswert, ich werde jetzt immer nur dort Döner essen gehen. 👍

Leckerer Döner und freundliches Personal. Grundsätzlich hätte aber etwas mehr Fleisch im Döner sein können. Da geht noch etwas mehr im Vergleich zu anderen.

Soviele haben gesagt es sei mega hier. Vorhin ne Curry Wurst Pommes bestellt… Wurst war ohne Soße und die Pommes in kleiner Portion und dafür 6€ 🙄🙄🙄

Sehr sehr leckerer Döner , immer wieder gerne!! Vorallem die Soßen waren sehr lecker( scharf und Kräutersoße). Auch das Brot war reichlich belegt mit Fleisch und Salat!!

Ich habe mir einen Dönerteller für 13 € gekauft für mein Mittagessen. Leider bin ich enttäuscht geworden, wenig Pommes wenig Salat und wenig Fleisch. Ich werde diese Filialen nicht besuchen. Ich kaufe mir in Zukunft ein Dönerteller in Köln Innenstadt

Sehr leckerer Döner. Das Fleisch ist Qualitativ 1a und die Saucen auswahl top! Immer wieder lecker und super bedienung.

Leider ist der Service noch nicht ganz eingespielt. Lange Wartezeiten, trotz wenig Kundschaft und ein wenig durcheinander bei offenen Bestellungen. Hier könnte effiziener gearbeitet werden. Das Dönersandwich war nicht sehr reichhaltig belegt und hätte auch noch mehr Soße vertragen können. Gerne komme ich nochmal zum testen vorbei.

Leider sitzt dort noch gar keine Koordination. Brot ist kalt und kaum getoastet Fleisch muss man im Döner suchen Vor uns waren 3 Personen und einer von denen hat seine Bestellung nach uns bekommen. Döner mit Käse = nur drei kleine Stücke Käse drauf gesetzt 3-4 Personen arbeiten, aber leider hat keiner einen Durchblick. Gegenüber der Kundschaft ist das kein cooler Anblick. Irgendeiner ruft von weit her ein Dürüm und dieser wird sofort fertig gemacht : sehr ungerecht 👎🏻 Döner ist sehr mager belegt. Sehr schade. Haus des Döners Weidengasse bleibt unser Favorit. Ich komme in 3 Monaten nochmal und werde meine Rezension updaten.
