The little Paşa in Köln

Until a few months ago, I would have given it 4 stars (initially even 5), but unfortunately, that's not possible right now. The doner kebab, for example, isn't as good as it was after they first opened. The bread is often toasted for too long, so it's far too dark and crumbles when you eat it. The meat itself is okay, and the sauces are tasty. Overall, and compared to other restaurants of this type, this place is in the good middle range. The prices are reasonable and standard. If I happen to be in the area and I'm hungry, I'll still get something to eat there. As soon as I notice any improvement, I'll adjust my rating accordingly.

Chuky’s in Köln is proof that great kebab doesn’t need fancy prices — just big portions, bold flavor, and a super friendly uncle who treats you like family. The kebab is insanely tasty, loaded generously, and somehow still cheaper than expected (which feels illegal in the best way). You come for the food, stay for the vibes, and leave full, happy, and wondering why every place can’t be like this. Absolute gem.

The food itself was quite good, just a little bit small, and the waitress was quite nice. However, previous reviews (from a year or more ago) seem to refer to a business that no longer exists. A change of ownership, including a name change, must have taken place within the last year (Jäger Döner → CAPON'S IMBISS 66). Furthermore, doner dishes are no longer labeled as such, but rather "doner style," meaning that the minced meat content is over 60% and the sliced ​​meat content is under 40%. In conclusion, I can only say that the current 4.7 rating seems a bit exaggerated to me, and I would rate this snack bar more as a 4.0.
