Update of my review after today's response from the restaurant, which has now taken almost a year!! I realize you don't like this review! Unfortunately, your answer/reaction clearly shows how unprofessionally you deal with criticism and therefore also with your guests. 1. It's a completely honest review and it's neither rude nor unfair, just fact. 2. You haven't had any reaction at all for almost a year now, so it didn't matter (until now). 3. The burger was almost completely gone, but as the host you show interest and ask if something was wrong. But NOTHING came! As already written, the lady must have had a bad day! AND 4. You can be sure that you can do without us as guests in the future, which you are happy to do. Especially after such an answer, which I consider to be untrue and outrageous, sorry! We love spending our money where we are welcomed and treated courteously and friendly. Best regards Unfortunately I have to vent my frustration here today! We have been guests here on several vacations. The food was always ok, the service was usually good too, the ambience was good with a view of the Baltic Sea. Completely different today, unfortunately! We were greeted in a rather unfriendly manner, the lady was definitely a seasonal and tourist “damaged”! Nevertheless, as a host you should treat your guests ALWAYS Welcome friendly and with a smile! The be-all and end-all in a professional restaurant! If I had been alone, I would have turned on my heel! Then to dinner... I rarely had, Oh what, I've never had a worse burger in a restaurant in my life!!! Incredible! And that for just under 20 EUR! I'm really more than disappointed!!!! Tough, dry, bad taste, nothing fresh on the roll, the cheese was to be found, simply grade -- unsatisfactory --! Even with the big M, the burgers are actually more appetizing and tastier for me. It's a shame, especially about the money! And even though the part was three quarters back, there was ZERO interest, or no question why. You'll probably already know. I can only advise against ordering a burger in this establishment! The paddy was definitely finished goods of the worst quality! Luckily, Kellenhusen has some really good alternatives! After this experience we definitely won't come back.

Good food. Cozy place, a little cold because move when the doors were open to the pedestrian street. Hygge disappeared when we had to pay and enter the amount that we had to pay ourselves, because they have also started with that gratuity shit. I always tip, but I won't ask if I want to tip.

Good home cooking. Very friendly service! I would come back there at any time.

Das Essen ist gut, sowohl von der Qualität wie auch von der Menge. Aber die Bedienung gibt sich wirklich Mühe unsympathisch zu wirken. Schnippische Bemerkungen, Teller abräumen wenn jemand am Tisch noch am essen ist, dass geht garnicht! Eigentlich kann man da ganz gut essen, aber nur wenn einen sowas nicht stört. Meine Familie und mich sehen die jedenfalls nie wieder!

The older pictures no longer correspond to the current situation. It is a rustic snack bar. Pizza and the like are poor and overpriced frozen goods. You can really save yourself a visit.

It was our first time in this inn with parking right in front of the door. Very friendly and attentive staff. But the food also kept up very well and we would be happy to come back. Thanks

Ate a Holsteiner schnitzel with fried potatoes, fried eggs and vegetables with hollandaise 😋 The food was very good, rich...simply delicious. Service was very good...friendly and we didn't have to wait long.

Wir waren Ostern zu Gast in der Strandperle. Wir waren, wie schon die Jahre zuvor, sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten Lasagne mit Lachs, Currywurst, Zigeunerschnitzel, Schnitzel a la Meier und Rumpsteak. Alle Gerichte waren sehr gut! Bier war auch lecker, da können wir nur volle Punktzahl geben

A majority of the available tables are either reserved for guests of the adjacent campsite or designated as drinks/cake tables, so that as a "normal guest" you can save yourself a trip if you come here to eat what is even in the name - or anything other than cake. You simply won't find a table. find
