Great, uncomplicated and completely ok for the price

The food is always great here, the staff is super nice, just what you want!

I would like to keep my review short and sweet. The service and ambience get 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can only rate the food with one star and I find that to be very positive for goods that are exclusively frozen goods, i.e. frozen foods that are only warmed up here. But everyone has to decide for themselves - I personally found the food very borderline and in the end that's the reason why I go out to eat so that I hopefully enjoy it. The staff and location are very, very nice, but perhaps you should change the cook in the kitchen or you don't even need a cook to warm up this frozen food. Really a shame :(

Very nice service and nice atmosphere. But unfortunately, in our opinion, cooking is entirely based on convenience products. The fact that the food was on the table after only 10 minutes confirms this assumption. --> Good canteen food at high prices. Too bad.

Nice cozy rustic atmosphere. The staff is very accommodating and always have a smile on their faces. A must every time on your annual vacation. Only to be recommended!!

We like to come back every year, even several times. Quaint restaurant. Perfect fish dishes. exactly how you imagine it. Service and staff are always friendly and there is time for a chat. You always get the feeling that you are a regular guest, not just a tourist. see you next year 😀

We spontaneously went to eat here. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice. The food is relatively expensive for the quality you get. It's all frozen food, we had schnitzel with vegetables, fried potatoes and hollondaise sauce as well as two children's plates. The food was ok and came within 10 minutes of ordering. However, without exception it was frozen or ready-made sauce. So it's more like canteen food than restaurant quality.

Ambience was ok. Seemed friendly to us. My friend and I had schnitzel. The schnitzel was really ok (nothing special but ok), but fries without dip, if you don't do that with it (at a hefty price of 19 euros), you should at least offer it and tell the customer that you will have to pay extra for it want. The vegetables were frozen and cooked too long... a shame, I would have preferred a small salad. I was a bit disappointed afterwards.

We had lunch here, it was delicious! The herring was a dream, the salad was fresh and beautifully put together, the schnitzel was fried and sometimes not fried, the taste was a hit! The service was very busy with the terrace, we sat inside and were served very hesitantly.

Ate a very tasty salad plate with three different fish fillets and drank a glass of white wine spritzer. The service was very attentive and friendly, all in all great. I can only recommend this restaurant.

Good old bourgeois restaurant? Maybe it used to be good. Unfortunately a tourist trap these days. Went there for dinner with 4 people. 4 different main courses such as steaks, meatballs with fried eggs or fish. But canned mushrooms or frozen vegetables with hollandaise sauce from a tetra pack showered on every plate is not an option. Nothing is fresh here apart from the fried potatoes and the fried eggs. As an apology there was a Sambuca on the house. Even that wasn't an original but a fake booze. Sad for a long-established restaurant. Service but very nice and friendly.

First of all, the food was very tasty but the service seemed very overwhelmed. We had to wait a long time before we could order even though the restaurant was not even half full. And no one came to the table and asked us if we would like something new to drink. As already mentioned, the food was really tasty but I think the price is very high for such a minimalist plate.

We went to this restaurant two evenings in a row. We had the same waiter both evenings and he is great! Very attentive, very friendly and also knows a few anecdotes. You can tell he's having fun and since my wife doesn't speak German, he speaks English fluently. The only drawback, but the restaurant can't help it: the road travels at a speed of 50 kmh. This can be very loud. It feels like most people drive very slowly in the evening.

When I read the menu, I noticed the prices of the drinks very negatively, for sinalco (cheap drink) 0.4 l 5.30 euros. There was no sauce when eating and the vegetables were overcooked. Very expensive restaurant and no German staff. It feels like there are hardly any German owners in the restaurant anymore, although if it tastes good it doesn't matter. But German cuisine is fresh and they don't use frozen food

The waiter was very unfriendly. They charged an extra 2.50 to change the type of potatoes. Portions were not impressive. The sauce they brought to go with the fish was not nice. We had seen much better portions walking past other restaurants.

Very well eaten, friendly service and a clear recommendation. It's now on our list for a Fehmarn vacation.

We were there with our 3 year old daughter. The service staff is friendly and can also deal well with smaller visitors. The food was really tasty and for a fair price. Definitely recommended.

Local in an old trading house Very nice staff who take care of the guests and try to make all wishes possible. We come here every time we stay on the island and have always been greeted in a very friendly manner and treated courteously. All I can say is, no matter how you call it into the forest, it will come back. The food was always good and reasonably priced - not cheaper elsewhere. We'd love to come back

Food was good, but almost €20 for three matjes with potatoes is quite steep. There should have been at least five of them. If you're hungry, you won't be satisfied.

We had the farmer's breakfast and the Holstein schnitzel. Both were served quickly and tasted very tasty. The service is very friendly. The restaurant was well attended.

The staff was really nice. The food came surprisingly quickly, but this is due to the fact that it is carelessly prepared canteen food of medium quality, but at restaurant prices. In contrast to the food, the women's toilet was surprisingly lovingly prepared. It's ok to fill you up, but it's also much cheaper elsewhere.

The food was okay for us and tasted good. But nothing more. Salad garnish seems to be from the 90s, something could be done in a more modern way here. Children's menu good. Otherwise prices are quite high for the food. Drinks are expensive, €5 for 0.4L of Spezi is too high. The ambience is certainly a matter of taste, I find it a bit old-fashioned. Carelessly packed on the plate and zero quality. Meat that's so well-done...vegetables, thawed frozen food with no taste, but reasonable prices and service that only gets nice when you want to pay. But the island has better to offer just a few meters away.

The Landhaus Kröger is a good, middle-class inn in the heart of Burg 🏰. The cuisine is highly recommended and the service is very attentive. A reservation, especially for dinner, is recommended. We didn't reserve, but got a table after a short wait 😉. Many thanks to the service 👍 We would be happy to come back.

The country house is a traditional restaurant. The food is old German cuisine. The service staff was okay and the food was also okay. The ambience inside has adapted to the age of the building and the name. There is a nice large terrace outside. Price performance is okay. But you have to say, they are very child-friendly. The parking option is okay.

Ate the fish platter for 2 people. What can you say = absolutely top class, plenty of 🐟 🐟 🐟 🐟 and small crabs, loving and tasty side dishes (salad, fried potatoes, aioli). Service is quick, super polite, with fun. All in all = Really can only be recommended, hence all the stars!

We cannot understand how the usual reviews come about. It's really weak that for €20.90 you get a Jäger-style schnitzel with a ready-made sauce, as if a rest stop carelessly tried to improve it with fresh mushrooms. Service station canteens don't eat anymore either 💁🏼‍♂️.

In my opinion, it's not a classic schnitzel fried in a pan by the butcher, but rather from the freezer and sliced ​​super thin. The food is not prepared from fresh ingredients, everything is frozen food that was warmed up and served (we had a schnitzel with fried potatoes and vegetables and a pollack fillet with fries and salad) the schnitzel was a ready-made schnitzel from the freezer, the fried potatoes were also frozen fried potatoes and the vegetables were a frozen mix with a ready-made hollandaise sauce, the fish was also a ready-made fish fillet from the frozen, the salad was a ready-made salad with a ready-made dressing. It tasted like frozen food tastes, I can prepare it at home and then pay a lot less (frozen prices are around 5 euros per dish and that's a benevolent calculation...). I am happy to pay a RESTAURANT PRICE (approx. €20 - €39), but in return I also expect fresh and well-prepared food. That is not the case here and I would neither recommend the restaurant nor will I eat there again. The ambience is okay in terms of the rough decoration on the table, but I don't find plastic tablecloths and a carelessly planted poinsettia in a paper cup particularly appealing and it doesn't make a nice impression.

In the 80s, people still haven't learned to sell sensible fried potatoes, the menu hasn't changed in 20 years, if you don't keep up with the times, you're going with the times...

Small, cozy restaurant in the heart of Fehmarn, easy to reach as it is located in the middle of the small pedestrian zone. There are parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant and in the immediate vicinity. In the winter months (November-January) the first two hours of parking are free. The decor is older and very rustic yet cozy and the food and service are good and friendly. The price-performance ratio is still okay so far.

Sonderwünsche, wie Bratkartoffeln OHNE Speck waren leider nicht möglich. Die Holundais schien mir aus dem Tetrapack. Der Grünkohl schmeckt sehr trocken. Wer Braunkohl nach braunschweiger Art ( heißt das so?) erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein. Wir würden dort NICHT wieder essen. 🫥

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit deutscher Küche, einem hervorragendem Service und einem gemütlichem Ambiente. Man wird überaus freundlich Empfangen und wird mit viel anstand und Respekt behandelt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und im Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wenn ich mal wieder in Brug a.F. bin komme ich gerne wieder hierher

Wir haben hier sehr gut gegessen. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht es allen recht zu machen. Die Preise sind gut, die Portionen reichlich. Immer davon ausgehend, als wir hier vor Ort waren. Für uns ( 4 Erwachsene Personen ) steht fest, wir kehren hier gern wieder ein.

Wir waren 3X da. Die Bedienung war super nett sogar herzlichen. Unsere Getränke und auch das Essen ließ nicht lange auf sich warten. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind kommen wir bestimmt wieder rein.

Ich hatte das Steak Hofmeister. Mega lecker. Habe Medium Rare bestellt und dies ist dem Koch auch auf den Punkt gelungen. Sehr gut angerichtet und alles zusammen ein Genuss. Auch meine beiden Frauen 3&35jahre sind mit ihrem Schnitzel sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Grappa auf Haus hat dem Ganzen einen runden Erfolg gebracht und mich zum wiederkommen ermutigt. Vielen Dank

Leider keine Wiederholung wert ! Hatte das Jägerschnitzel und meine Frau Matjes. Die Soße beim Schnitzel hat nach NICHTS geschmeckt auf Nachfrage ob die Pilze aus der Dose kommen wurde mir gesagt ne die seien tief gefroren. Kommt letztendlich auf das gleiche hinnaus weil die Pilze dadurch einfach nur matschig werden und sich mit Wasser vollsaugen. Die soße angeblich frisch gemacht das bestreite ich jedoch da konsistenz aussehen und Geschmack an Tüten Soße erinnert haben. SCHADE !! Dafür dann 20€ zu verlangen füllt twar die Kasse aber erfreut nicht den Gast! Mine Frau hatte für 22€ 2 Heringfilets mit einer Backkartoffen dazu fertiger Quark und fertige Sauce! Liebe Leute das ist keine Gastronomie der 2000er sondern der 80iger ! Allerdings mit dem Preis von Heute! Völlig aus der Zeit gefallen und überteuert. SCHADE !!!

Wir waren mit 4 Leuten dort zum Essen. Sehr freundlicher Service, gute Speisen und Getränkeauswahl. Schneller und zuvorkommender Service. Wir bräuchten weder auf die Getränke noch auf das Essen lange warten. Faire Preise. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.😀👍

Ein sehr schönes Hotelrestaurant seid 1644. Ein schönes Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen und die Bedienung ist sich sehr freundlich! Der Preis ist Ok! Vor gibt es Parkplätze aber da Restaurant in der Innenstadt liegt sind die Parkplätze meist voll, aber ca 150m entfernt hier dem Restaurant ist ein ganz großer kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz!

Gutbürgerlich in guter Qualität. Scholle in Eihülle sehr lecker. Chefin sympathisch und freundlich-professionell. Service ist sehr kundenorientiert, aufmerksam und pragmatisch unkompliziert ( als meine Kleine direkt die Apfelschorle über den komplett eingedeckten Tisch verschüttete). Preis-Leistung angemessen. Ambiente gemäß des historischen Alters des Hauses ist ausbaufähig und letztendlich Geschmacksfrage.

Super schnelle Küche. Essen machte einen hochwertigen Eindruck und schmeckte sehr gut. Portionen waren auch sehr groß. Preislich etwas teurer, aber das Geld wert.
