A rock-solid “corner pub” that you could only wish for in some places. Good food, good draft beer and the ladies are always awake and attentive so you never have to wait long. Thank you and when I'm back in the corner I'll definitely take a look again!!!

From an “old-established” restaurant, I expected delicious, warm food to be served in a friendly manner in addition to a cozy place. Added to this is the many years of experience of the service staff, who can read your wishes. Unfortunately, that is not the case with Kortmann. We had previously reserved a table for two people. We and Kortmann presented a cozy evening. Instead, our table was in the middle of a large room… I call it the “auditorium”. Unfortunately, comfort is out of place here. The bright light and the large hall make you feel like you're in a canteen. The food was served after about 15 minutes. So quickly you ask yourself? Unfortunately the food was carelessly prepared. Still very tasty! The service was initially good, but gradually declined. After the food was served, no one came. We had to go to the counter to pay. There, where long-established pensioners sat and where they paid significantly more attention than to us as “normal guests”. EC card payment was not possible. Luckily the bank was next door. Nevertheless, despite the partly negative criticism, the staff was always very friendly. Dear Kortmann team, maybe you had a bad day... but please take my/our criticism to heart! Such a really great restaurant should remain in the heart of Roxel. Please don't dwell too much on the successful past but move with the times.

Delicious food from basic ingredients, nice old atmosphere, good service, all in all a nice restaurant

Nice welcome from the hostesses, clean simple room and shower. Downside: smokers who stood outside chatting at the entrance until the late hours!!!

We had dinner with 4 adults as a stopover on the way home after a visit to the city. Excellent restaurant with a small varied menu with affordable prices. Authentic tasty dishes. Cozy pub atmosphere and excellent enthusiastic service. We would love to come back here again.

Not enjoying food. In contrast to October, Schnitzelmampf consists of ready-made products. Meat is clearly laid out and presented and fried. Chicken skin is dry and hard everything was significantly better.

Unfortunately, the very good food has a bitter aftertaste: the owner is rude and not very service-oriented. E-mails are ignored or answered rudely, calls are brushed aside. It would be better for him to stay in the kitchen and leave customer contact to others.

We stayed at the Parkhotel Wienburg in Münster for 3 days. The host is very friendly and accommodating and is always available for a chat. You also get little tips for excursions from him. The breakfast was varied (different types of bread/rolls, different types of sausage/cheese, vegetables, yoghurt, muesli, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs) and in our opinion there was something for everyone. The rooms, although old, are very clean and that's the main thing. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

The local cuisine is excellent!!!!

The schnitzel was too tough, the fries were too weak, the sauce was out of the bucket. It's enough for the campsite guests. I'd rather drive 700m to a better restaurant.
