This was our second time dining at the Gasthaus Krone with a larger group. The restaurant immediately impressed us upon entering. Its beautiful, chic, and tasteful ambiance. The service staff welcomed us warmly, and we were professionally and hospitably accompanied throughout the evening. The food is of the highest quality and very deliciously prepared. We had a variety of starters and main courses. Everyone was extremely satisfied and delighted. The prices are very fair and justified for the quality. We can thoroughly recommend the Gasthaus Krone. A place for culinary enjoyment.

Nach langer Zeit waren wir mal wieder im Winkmannshof - die Erinnerung an die leckere Fischsuppe war zu verlockend. Also einen Tisch reserviert und ab zum Lokal. Um es kurz zu machen - es war wieder sehr gut. Da ich zu Beginn des Abends erwähnt hatte, dass ich wieder wegen der Fischsuppe gekommen sei und eine hohe Erwartungshaltung habe, kam es wie es kommen mußte: Nach dem Verzehr der Suppe vergewisserte sich der Koch, ob meine Erwartungen denn erfüllt worden seien - hier konnte ich mein JA mit besten Gewissen geben. Auch die folgenden Linguine mit Meeresfrüchte waren reichlich, und vor allem lecker. Meine Begleitung war genauso begeistert wie ich. Da auch das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war bleibt nur noch zu sagen: Wir kommen wieder! Und dann werde ich auch nicht vergessen, Fotos zu machen ...

We were very pleasantly surprised, after being closed for so long, we tried it out, very good cuisine, super nice and dog-friendly. Will definitely eat there more often now, a good menu for everyone 👍😊 Unfortunately the second time was catastrophic 😢

It's very nice there and the staff is nice. However, we had to wait an hour for two schnitzels and the food was not good. Unfortunately it was a disappointment for the price.

Food was okay, value for money was great. The service was rather less good, there was nothing going on and you had to wait forever for service. The atmosphere is very old and worn out.

I have known the Abel restaurant since I was a child. It was my father's favorite restaurant. I still like going there today. The food is good. I can also take our dog with me. There have never been any problems with the dog not being welcome. Of course, that was always pleasant for me. I've had different experiences in other restaurants. In the summer you can also sit very comfortably in the beer garden. I'm very happy with Abel.😀

The food was quite good, but I got food poisoning. Maybe don't eat schnitzel.

We got a table for 4 people for Easter Sunday at relatively short notice. There was a slimmed down “EASTER CARD”. We ordered different dishes. All 4 were of the opinion: it was really tasty. The food came pretty quickly and was served by very nice staff. We were very satisfied all around. We'd love to come back. Many thanks to the entire team.

They made reservations as much as possible and were very kind, so we had a pleasant meal. During our stay, my colleagues and I visited three or four times. The schnitzel with Madagascar pepper cream sauce was very delicious, and the French fries were very delicious. It's a place where all the beers are delicious. I also recommend the rump steak.

The double loop is simply unique. Events from the comedy world, cabaret and dance fun take place here. In summer you can sit in the tree-covered beer garden (seating is a bit uncomfortable, just classic beer garden chairs). The food is always good, varied and sometimes unusual. I've never been disappointed in all the decades I've been going. The majority of people working there are nice and attentive. This place is easy to plan into a bike tour and is located on beautiful hiking trails. Everyone is welcome at Zweischlingen. And in fact, a diverse range of people come together here. For example, young and old, people interested in culture and beer garden lovers. It is Meeting point for many interests, as there are large tables and rooms with colorful furniture thrown together. There is always a table for two or four. It wouldn't be a bad idea to make a reservation, especially on the weekends.
