This restaurant is cash only…and the owner acted like you are not allowed here if you don’t have cash on you. I mean I have 20 on me so I wanna see the menu to find out if it’s enough for a meal. He literally rolled his eyeballs and pointed the door like I’m forced to leave or sth. With his gesture and his attitude, I’m never entering this freaking restaurant again. The worst in Frankfurt!!!

Went back today after a walk around the Twistesee. Everything was great, the restaurant was very cozy, the food was delicious😄, I can recommend everything without reservation👍

A rustic restaurant. The food is delicious and served in a down-to-earth manner. The portions are filling. The interior could use a refresh. The owner and his son could be friendlier sometimes. But all in all, good home cooking.

Spontaneous stop for a walk along the Main. The temperatures were so pleasant that we sat down on the terrace and simply enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere for two hours. The service was really great!

It was a farmer's market with a lot! good weather. So it's accordingly full. The restaurant was not at all prepared for this rush. We had to wait almost an hour for the food. Kitchen and staff totally overwhelmed. The Djuvecreis is a mess. The pork was way too dry, the beef was ok. French fries, well. In any case, we won't go there again. Drinks took almost half an hour. Customers were served earlier than us, even though we were there earlier. Despite all the excuses, this isn't possible!

Kleines knuffiges Lokal direkt am Goethetum, perfekt als Ausflugsziel bei Spaziergängen durch den Frankfurter Stadtwald. Speisekarte generell kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber der Kaiserschmarren war richtig gut. Und frisch zubereitet, was ja in 90% aller Restaurants, die "Kaiserschmarrn" auf der Speisekarte haben nicht gemacht wird. Dafür 10 von 10 Punkten.

Rarely have I had such good beef liver 😋👍 delicate, not overly seasoned. Recommended. I also like the atmosphere, I feel comfortable there.

To avoid, the waiter specifies at the start of the meal that you must hurry and eat in 1 hour max. If there are people lining up after you, they will favor the largest number of people to make more numbers. In short, go to the restaurant next door, they are much friendlier

Not the real thing. The food wasn't anything special, not even for the others. Typical tourist trap right at the cable car, which unfortunately I also fell for.

We can only highly recommend the Schnitzelhaus Darmstadt branch in Pfungstadt, the food is top quality, great delivery, very friendly!! Will eat there often.
