Delicious food, very friendly service

This is our favorite. I enjoy eating and celebrating here. I love restaurants that always have consistent quality. Bavarian and Swabian cuisine without a lot of frills. The food is like your grandma's, you can hardly get it anymore. I get my sulz in two versions, lean and fat if you want. Great taste. Schnitzel tastes great. We have already celebrated with 70 people and it was simply uncomplicated and the food was excellent. I will always have my birthday party here because I won't be disappointed here. Thank you for everything, it's not a given to be so satisfied.

Great ambience, friendly staff and delicious food

If I had the opportunity to give 10 stars, I would do it. The Wirtshaus unter dem Bogen is by far the best restaurant I was able to visit. We visited the restaurant for the first time in 2021, and now we regularly drive from Heilbronn to Augsburg to eat here. Everything is really perfect here. There is an existing card that should leave nothing to be desired. There is also a seasonal menu that changes depending on the season. Regardless of whether you are a vegetarian or a meat lover, you really get a treat for your palate here for fair money. Another thing worth mentioning is the well-coordinated and still the same staff, which also shows that it is a great restaurant and employer. About the restaurant itself, it is in the heart of Augsburg and in mine. It is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone and has a large outdoor area as well as a rich and traditionally furnished interior which is spread over two floors. Even the toilet is worth mentioning. It is always clean and decorated in the same style as the rest of the restaurant. I give a really big recommendation and say *thank you* for the great food I was able to eat here. Please keep it up. **Addendum: Young families are also catered for here, there is enough space in the hallway of the stairwell to park your stroller, there is also a large selection of snacks and, as far as I know, there is also a changing facility**

If you still like real German cuisine, this is the place for you. Food inexpensive and tasty, staff friendly, cozy rustic atmosphere. In summer you can eat outside on the covered terrace. In winter you can park there, in summer you have to look for something outside in the side streets, but that's not the end of the world - we've been coming for years.👍🏻

Excellent experience, fast service, good food, characteristic environment

There were six of us at lunch. Unfortunately there were two points of criticism. 1. The side salads could have tasted better. 2. My red cabbage tasted very Christmassy, ​​like cinnamon and that's not to everyone's taste. But all around the food was good.

The ladies' toilet is a stereotypical train station toilet, smells awful, dark and disgusting. It's unbelievable that this is even accepted by the owner and staff. Food was lukewarm to cold, not well cooked (schnitzel breading was partly still "raw"), or cooked for two days (roast), strange cheese patties, burnt onions in it that are slithering on top, long waiting times even though we were there very early, later guests were delivered before us, not enough service staff for the rush, there was no reception at the entrance, why make a reservation if everyone goes in without one anyway. The ambience, the furnishings, really impressive, it's a shame that it's so poorly used. It was our first visit and probably our last.

Preiswerte bayerisch bürgerliche Küche. Wochentags täglich wechselnde Gerichte für den kleinen Geldbeutel, die aber auch dem großen Hunger gerecht werden. Bei großem Andrang, vor allem wenn im Nebenzimmer eine Veranstaltung ist, muss man zum Essen Geduld mitbringen.

Nice shady beer garden. The Swiss sausage salad was very fine both visually and in taste. The service is quick and very friendly.

We had super delicious goat cheese wrapped in bacon, a great salad, and a fantastic currywurst with potato dippers. It tasted really good.

The perfect alternative if you want to order for home and not just pizza or kebab. The onion roast is medium rare, the Kaiserschmarrn is like on holiday in Austria. Super tasty. Fast delivery, friendly driver, gladly 5 stars.

I went to a successful party. Very good food, special atmosphere. A nice place where you can party to your heart's content.
