Unfortunately, this "restaurant" gets a very bad rating from me because my supposed Geschnetzltes with Spätzle looked like goulash, hard pieces of meat, sauce completely over-salted and peppery. To pay you had to go to the counter and then the woman took a long time to give you the money No tip was given. My companion had schnitzel that looked better and I tried it. It wasn't that bad. Overall, quite disappointed. It wasn't busy and the man lied on the phone about being busy. You could count the people on one hand! I won't go there anymore. Somewhere else is better!

You can get porcelain for a deposit - Food expensive but salty and with cartilage in the meat - not available within the posted opening times I found the restaurant near my holiday accommodation online and called to see if I could also order takeaway, which was answered in the affirmative. Since there is no current menu online, I went there quickly to order the food and then take it away. Only THEN was I informed that there was no takeaway and that I had to pay a €10 deposit for the plate. And it wasn't until I was paying that I found out that I could only pay in cash. I ordered a spaetzle pan with cabbage sausage and smoked cheese. For €22.80! I didn't stay there because everything looks old and it smells slightly smoky. When I arrived at the accommodation, I was really looking forward to the meal. After biting on cartilage for the second time, the appetite for meat was gone. In addition, the food was unfortunately totally over salted. I like salty food, but this was inedibly salty! Unfortunately, I was very hungry so I forced myself some more noodles. If I had been in the restaurant, I would have returned it straight away. The next day I had to adjust my vacation schedule according to the restaurant's opening times because of the plate and got there at 1:50 p.m. - according to the notice and according to Google it was open until 2 p.m. - but no one was to be found! Since the house doesn't open again until 5 p.m., I had to drive home without having accomplished anything with my expensive, inedible meal and plate for a total of €32.80. What an expensive failure!!! The Restaurant zum Moorteich gave me underground experiences (which are certainly NOT normal even in the village!!) and itself a pissed off guest!! I still have the deposit slip and will exchange the plate for my money when I'm nearby again.

If you like convenience products, this is the right place for you. Kitchen very inflexible, vegetarian requests regarding small changes to the dish (simply leaving out a food) were not taken into account. The potato salad from the bucket costs over 5 EUR and is simply subterranean, which is what we told the waitress. Answered “I’ll pass it on” and she was gone. No apologies, that's it. Never again Paulaner Wirtshaus. And no, there are no second chances either

I was invited to a class reunion here and found everything to be a success. The service was nice, even after the kitchen closed there was still something to eat. Good price-performance ratio. The atmosphere was great and there was no end in sight...

We, the Münster stroke self-help group, are from that Totally impressed with the place. We always enjoyed being here and felt very comfortable. The food is always delicious, no matter what dish you order. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Unfortunately we had to move our 3-week group meetings back to ZAR. Nevertheless, we would be happy to come back here privately at any time. For us that is Local, the owner and the service are top. If you want GOOD middle-class food...the red ox is just right. Whether roast pork with spaetzle or gypsy skewer with fries, mixed salad... totally DELICIOUS. A soup first........let's go. The portions are generous and the price is really okay. Thank you, we'll be back!!!!! It's also a long way....

Didn't make a reservation but lucked out and sat at the bar and ate. Matje's housewife style was very tasty, beer too.

Very cozy restaurant. Extremely hospitable with very friendly service. Hosted a class reunion there. Everyone was excited.
