A very cozy cafe with incredibly delicious vegan food. The owner was friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable. When we are in Überlingen again, we will definitely come back!

We celebrated our Christmas party in the Ratskeller in Ludwigsburg and unfortunately I didn't get the expectations I had hoped for. When we asked over the phone, we were assured that there would be chicken schnitzel instead of pork schnitzel. This was initially denied on site, but after asking again it was said that there would be a chicken version. Unfortunately, the colleagues who ordered the chicken schnitzel had to wait almost 40 minutes for their food, while the others had long since finished. When it finally arrived, the portion was disappointingly small - and for a whopping €22, which I found really unreasonable for what was on offer. The fries were overly salted and the dessert, a baked apple with vanilla sauce, also didn't live up to my expectations, especially given the price. Overall, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn't seem well prepared for the situation.

Absolutely catastrophic! After 90 minutes of waiting and cold delivery, no response to telephone or written contact. Since I've had problems with Angelo's Pizza Taxi twice in a row, I won't be ordering from here again and would advise against it.
