I would prefer to give minus stars. Ordered almost 3 hours ago, food was supposed to arrive over 2 hours ago. The voicemail comes straight away because you only see a cell phone number. We will no longer accept the food because after waiting for 3 hours, Lieferando now says it has been delivered. I can only advise everyone not to order from such a store.

Delicious burgers of well-known quality, location on the ground floor of a large cinema complex - therefore the atmosphere is a bit restless. Service was nice but unremarkable

Best burger in Sülz!!!! Great sweet potato fries, Yoppie sauce so delicious, the burgers so tasty. Here's the one with mushroom sauce. Eat on site or take home. What will we do without you??? If you open a store again, please let me know! Your regular guests!!!

BURGERS AS THEY SHOULD BE! I was there with a friend on a Friday and had a bacon cheeseburger. Staff very friendly, the burgers & fries were PERFECT! One of the best burgers EVER 💪! Definitely come back

I think the döner they give at a terrible place is ready-made. They warm it up and serve it with bread. Portions are very small.

Currywurst is an acidic beef sausage, totally unusual, the fries were just greasy, cold, soggy, I haven't had worse fries in 50 years. PS: Service has forgotten me in the meantime

We actually order from Burgerme regularly, but what's been there lately is a complete disgrace. Apart from that, we now often receive an incomplete order or someone else's order was 1. The driver was rude, unfortunately I didn't react at all when he didn't give me the remaining money. Then I took my food and unpacked it and it was missing Half, so called the hotline and complained. I passed up a new burger because I was hungry and was supposed to get a hat voucher. When it arrived I really thought they were kidding me, I ordered a burger for €11 (it was a menu but the burger alone costs €11) and they sent me a voucher for €2. I feel slightly fooled. Update Ordered again on Friday and this time everything arrived as ordered.

I ordered a burger menu and it was really not enjoyable, dry bread, not melted cheese, a finished beef patty and completely overloaded with sauces. Completely disappointed!!!

It was our first time eating a burger there and we were pleasantly surprised. Both burgers were very tasty. The buns and patties were very good and the salad was also fresh 👍🏻 I've had worse burgers in other more expensive places. I would definitely recommend this store. And: we'll be back!

I don't understand all the bad recessions. It was delicious here, the staff were very friendly, the food came quickly... yeah and there's not really anything else to add. Some people must have really hit their head in the morning to think such reviews are justified here.

They had no time for the customers. Meat comes out bit red and the burger was weird. But it was good...not perfect.
