It was a Saturday and there was a lot going on, but unfortunately it was still too much -The food was cold -When asked, the drinks only came after the meal The menus were broken -The employees are unfriendly (even when there is a lot going on you have to remain polite) -We explicitly asked for tips. All in all a bad restaurant experience.

Best burger in Sülz!!!! Great sweet potato fries, Yoppie sauce so delicious, the burgers so tasty. Here's the one with mushroom sauce. Eat on site or take home. What will we do without you??? If you open a store again, please let me know! Your regular guests!!!

Five Guys is a great restaurant for burger lovers. The burgers are delicious and have the added bonus of being able to customize them to your liking. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. However, the prices are quite high, which might be a drawback for some. The wait time is average—not too long, but not particularly fast either. Overall, I give the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars, as the quality and taste are truly impressive, but the prices could be a bit lower.

Hello, I rarely write reviews but it's important to me here. Food simply tastes fantastic. So far I've had the cowboy burger 9/10 don corleon burger 8/10 leonardo da vinci burger 9/10 avocado burger a clear 10/10 next time I'll add bacon on it then definitely an 11/10. The fries are generally not seasoned enough for my taste 7/10, the loaded fries too but the ones with garlic oil and avocado tartare are still a 9/10. The currywurst is also a real dream 10/10. So thank you very much for having this burger shop, one of the best burger shops in Cologne so far. I can only recommend it to everyone. Ps I'll try all the other burgers too. Accordingly, I hope that the usual quality will be maintained.

Our favorite burger shop! Have often ordered there for self-collection. Special requests regarding sauce or toppings were always taken into account. Our favorites are the Italian burger, BBQ burger and fly burger. Sweet potato fries are always great too! Significantly better than 90% of the delivery services, I'll happily buy there again and again.

I mean, I haven't eaten lahmacun for a long time, but is it better? It's visually beautiful and crispy, but it doesn't taste like minced meat, it just tastes green, unfortunately they can't do anything with it.

We waited three hours for our ordered food and, after calling twice, were put off. Finally, at 10:30 p.m., we received our cold burgers, soggy fries, and a small bottle of Coke as compensation. A total disappointment!

After a negative review the owner called me and wanted to clarify something. He didn't even let me finish my sentence until I got a bit louder. In any case we couldn't come to an agreement. It was about an order of burgers with fries. On the website it says all burgers are delivered with fries. I didn't get any fries with them. I wrote that in the review. He then said that I had ordered a single burger and that there were no fries included. However, when the homepage says all burgers it means EVERYONE to me because it is a burger and not a pizza. He said that I shouldn't order from him again. So I was banned from the premises. He was very, very unfriendly. That was the last time I ordered anything from there.
