Restaurant closed although it says open 1/21/24

Unfortunately a disappointment. Service uninterested and inattentive. Starter and main course came at the same time. Burgers tasted arbitrary. Ingredients weren't fresh. Meat was ok. Only paying in cash is no longer appropriate. The restaurant seemed like it used to be has seen better times...

I ordered and paid via Uber Eats. When I picked up my order, the guy at the cashier told me I had to pay again and just wanted to rip me off...

In my opinion the best burger in Düsseldorf, I've already tried a few here. But the guys from pearl s kitchen really do a good job. Job :€

I'll never order there again, I waited 2.5 hours for the food to come ice cold. The fries were rancid and far too few...the driver smelled like sweat. The drinks came in cups instead of bottles... simply catastrophic... the only good thing was that the citizen was somewhat edible, but only because I was on the verge of starvation. AMK

Very tasty food ordered through uber eats. Very good premium burgers and sweet potato fries!

3/2025 It was very crowded when we spontaneously wanted to eat there. Very flexible staff, we were able to share a table with other guests and didn't have to wait long. Food very tasty and nice and warm. Service was very patient with us 😉

Everything is zero respect, zero taste

DO NOT ORDER! FAKE! WILL NOT ARRIVE! Ordered via Lieferando - simply didn't arrive, number wasn't assigned, didn't get a notification or anything else. We even drove to the store after 3 hours - no one there, no food there

Had to switch to Five Guys because another burger place around the corner was terrible. At Five Guys you know what you're getting. Nice fresh, greasy burgers or hot dogs, crazy soft drinks and a cool, classic US burger atmosphere. Preparation could be a little quicker, but the checkout staff were very friendly and accommodating. For me personally it's always worth a visit.
