We once ordered a burger and a baguette. The fact that the food arrived cold - the journey was long after all - was annoying, but still understandable. Unfortunately, the bigger problem was that the meat in both the burger and the baguette was undercooked. Unfortunately, it was really unappetizing and we couldn't finish the meal. The hardly any salad in the baguette was also disappointing. Overall, unfortunately not a good experience - we will not order again.

We have been coming here regularly for several months and have never been disappointed. Very good value for money and always delicious.

I was there today, my burger was delivered incorrectly without the caramelized onions and then I had to pay even more than I actually ordered... Burger was ok, fries too. Never again Hans im Glück can do it much better.

My wife and I ordered the California Burger from the menu twice and were sadly disappointed. The bun was too sweet and artificial, the patty too thin, and the sauce didn't taste good (mayo would have been even better). The only positives were the fries and how quickly they were prepared. The restrooms are unfortunately quite old, but still usable. That definitely needs to change. If they keep going like this, all the social media hype won't do any good. We were tempted, tried it once, and wouldn't go back.

There were five of us dining there, and we really enjoyed it. Everyone was super friendly, and the food was delicious. The menu offers enough options for everyone, whether meat, vegetarian, or vegan. I definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately disappointing for the second time I used to really enjoy ordering from Glückspilz and was always satisfied - unfortunately this was the second time in a row that the quality of the food had deteriorated significantly. The burger meat had an extremely salty, dry and strange taste, almost as if it had been spoiled. The fries were dried out and no longer hot, and the chicken nuggets were also disappointing in taste. Overall, the food didn't taste good at all - on the contrary, I hope we don't get food poisoning from it. Delivery via Uber Eats was quick and the driver was very friendly, but unfortunately that alone can't make up for the disappointing food. I really hope that the quality improves again soon - as I was used to.

The four of us ordered burgers and fries, the food arrived quickly and was hot too. Unfortunately, part of our order was missing, but after a short conversation with a very friendly employee, it was delivered in a very short time. All in one, a very good experience. Can absolutely recommend it!

A very nice, well-maintained shop with a lovingly decorated ambiance. Fast and very polite service. Overall, I felt very well looked after at HIG Bielefeld and would gladly come back! Thank you for the wonderful time at your restaurant! :)

Today we had ordered a menu for 10€ and it said so on the menu that we asked again if that was true and they said that in the end we had to pay 22.80 again. I would never in my life.

How bad will it get? Industrial patties, brioche, it just tastes soggy and shit. Despite a large press appearance in the village NW. It doesn't work at all! 2 EUR delivery fee for 900 meters and 0.22 service fee. If the tip is 78 cents for the gentleman who can't even press the right number in the elevator - then it's probably appropriate. A lot of money, little performance. Goodnight Germany. Is there anyone still performing? Or just a rip-off to the power of 10? Really sad.

The order was placed at 8 p.m. Should arrive at 9pm. Arrived at 10:30pm after multiple calls. The person on the phone was very unfriendly and the food was cold. I will never order from this store again and I recommend that to you too.
