I love the burgers here, especially the double chili cheese mix, and the chicken burger is amazing (I don't usually like chicken burgers, but this one is really different). They're very well seasoned!

Very nice service in the restaurant and super delicious food! The many different sauces are a special highlight. Deliveries for orders are also quick and uncomplicated. We now order there almost every week. Absolute recommendation!

We waited more than 15 minutes for our order to be taken, and it was barely there. After we asked the waiter about it, he continued to look at his phone and ignore us. So we left the store.

The atmosphere was cool, and the heaters made it pleasant outside in milder temperatures. Cocktails very good, service good, food mediocre. Japanese shredded beef – I'll be honest, there was nothing right about this dish. The flavors were anything but Japanese. I was expecting typical salty-sweet à la gyudon and instead got German pieces of beef in sauce – also quite overcooked. The rice wasn't ideal either, rather dry than fragrant. The price was also rather mediocre for the amount of "shredded" meat. The kimchi was also rubbish – dressed with dressing instead of properly "made," i.e., fermented. If I can't or don't want to do that, I'll just buy it. The same goes for the mini spring rolls, which were obviously convenience foods. To round off the negative experience, these also had too little of the standard sweet chili sauce. I have no idea. I'll come back for the smashed burgers. There aren't many choices in Bielefeld, so we'll see.

In terms of food and ambiance, the Bürgerladen Glückspilz is a solid 10 out of 10. Everything was absolutely spot-on – delicious, freshly prepared, and lovingly presented. The ambiance also invites you to linger: modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. In this respect, a clear recommendation without any deductions. Regarding the service, I unfortunately have to deduct two stars. Ordering via the terminals worked wonderfully – uncomplicated and efficient. Unfortunately, however, no invoice was issued directly, which is problematic for me as a self-employed person, as I absolutely need a receipt for business expenses. After checking with the staff, I was assured that the receipt would be brought to me promptly. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. It's a shame, because it tarnishes the otherwise consistently positive overall impression. Conclusion: The food and atmosphere are top-notch, but there's still room for improvement when it comes to service – especially in terms of transparency and traceability.

I was there last week with my husband and children and unfortunately we didn't like it at all. The food was served cold and the staff was unfriendly.

We went there for the first time today and really enjoyed it! The burgers were delicious and fresh, as were the fries. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was friendly. We'll definitely be back.

We used to be regular customers but since last summer the quality has declined rapidly. Something is always wrong or missing. No fries, no fried onions, no tomatoes, raw bacon on the burger. It's just something every time. The store was temporarily closed, but you could still place an order, which was paid for but never arrived. Then we have to run after our money. That doesn't work at all. It's a shame, we won't be ordering anymore. This also scares away your regular customers. Your own fault.

The order was placed at 8 p.m. Should arrive at 9pm. Arrived at 10:30pm after multiple calls. The person on the phone was very unfriendly and the food was cold. I will never order from this store again and I recommend that to you too.
