How can you not have correct opening hours in Google these days? Outrageous

Meat was raw. The employee was impatient. We actually ordered 15 minutes before closing time, but then it would be better to say that the timing was no longer right instead of offering raw meat.

I ordered via uber eats on March 25, 2025. Order number: 0C889 (if you immediately say “we cannot assign your order” as you can read under every bad review. So now about the delivery: It took a little long but it was okay…. To eat: In short the only good thing was the cola and the bread from the burger. The meat was really not edible...like it came from the freezer...really hard. The remaining ingredients on the burger were really not tasty either. The fries were lukewarm, wobbly and completely soggy. I would have preferred to go to the yellow M and pay €10 less. Sorry but never again! I might reconsider my choice of products.

This place offers really brutal burgers and the price-performance ratio is great 👍 The ambiance is also very inviting...

0/10 ordered via Lieferando 2 hours before closing time. A longer delivery time was always announced. After trying to reach the restaurant several times, they told us we had to contact Lieferando to see how long the meal would take. After a total of 3 hours of waiting, we received a notification that our order had been canceled. Absolute disappointment.

I just ordered here via liferando and today was the 3rd time they cancelled my order AFTER I WAITED FOR 1 HOUR FOR IT. And they don't even pick up the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't even TELL YOU WHY the order was cancelled .. made me wait 1 hour for NO FOOD
