Food was good, waiter quite unfriendly

An overpriced burger. The burger looks good, but the contents aren't. Apparently, not every burger contains cheese. The buns are fluffy but unfortunately too dry. The patty is unfortunately dry and very, very small compared to the bun. It makes up maybe 15% of the entire burger. A simple burger starts at €9, which is pretty cheeky for what you get. This is neither a classy smash burger nor anything fancy and juicy. The burgers unfortunately arrive almost cold. However, from ordering to delivery, the service is very quick. The staff are also nice. I wouldn't eat there again. Considering that a burger, fries, and a soda will cost around €20, or more than €20 for other variations, you're much better off at a Thai or Indian restaurant for €15-19. The concept isn't entirely clear. Whether it's supposed to be urban or classy, ​​or something else. Unfortunately, the interior of the restaurant is not so inviting, partly dirty and cramped.

Rather inconspicuous from the outside. Positively surprised. Super friendly staff, especially the attentive young lady deserves extra praise. My 10 year old son asked me what the house drinks were (I had no idea) and less than 2 minutes later he got a free sample. Thank you for that. Very clean location and the burgers were really very good. Free parking around the corner. We'll be back

Burger tasted great but unfortunately the patty was very very thin. I can accept this because of the cheaper price but it was still a disappointment. Also didn't like the taste or texture of the fries. Very cute decoration though!

Absolutely disappointing! I was really disappointed with my visit to Sam's Sandwich. The sandwich didn't taste good at all - it was bland and completely carelessly prepared. Also, I was not given any paper or napkin given, which was particularly unpleasant as the sandwich was quite messy. The baguette was also a big letdown: instead of fresh and crispy, it was soft and chewy, as if it came from a cheap prepackaged bag. For the price you really expect more! Definitely not recommended, I won't buy here again.

Quality in this establishment has gone visibly down in the last couple of months due to various cost-saving measures. The portion of fries you get here is the smallest one I’ve seen across different countries (e.g., USA, UK, Austria, Spain, France) as they have standardized the use of container for this —> Makes me wonder if you really get the worth for this…
