Ordered once, never again!!! By far the most tasteless burger (who’s the bozz) in Frankfurt! - Bun: falling apart and full of fat - Patty and bacon: tasteless, tough and dry - Sauces: not identifiable - Onion ring: mushy - Arugula, roasted onions and jalapeños: not available PS: Who’s the Bozz - definitely not you!

The food was completely cold and stale. The quality was so bad that we couldn't eat it and threw everything in the trash.

The visit to this “restaurant”, if you can even call it that, was a complete disaster! The employee at the checkout was completely crazy and couldn't wait 2 seconds for us to place our order. Since it was our first time there, we were thinking about what we wanted to eat. The burgers were cold, the sweet potato fries and the bread were hard. Nothing about crispy and crunchy, it's all a lie!!! For such a price and such performance, it doesn't even deserve one star. The atmosphere in this store was so unpleasant that we couldn't stand it for a second longer and left immediately. As loudly as the colleague spoke in Pakistani, he almost threw us out in a loud tone. We didn't understand our own words. Never experienced such unfriendliness. So people can eat anywhere but there. Unless you want to be traumatized like us!

What we got did not match the description in the menu. The BozzBurger didn't have arugula, fried onions or Joppi sauce - it wasn't good. And the chicken wrap was a disaster, almost empty, just batter, and was cold. I am very disappointed. From now on I would always believe other customers' reviews. I was at Bozz Bürger and got the Bozz Bürger in the menu. Price-wise it was okay. Anyone who wants good quality knows that it doesn't come for free! You were greeted very friendly and warmly. Which I appreciated, even though the store was busy. The citizen was also very tasty and juicy. The fries too, and there were 5 different dips, which I think is great, since in some other shops you only get such a small portion. And if you want more, it costs extra. At Bozz Bürger, you can look forward to it without any ifs or buts. Overall I wasn't disappointed and will definitely be going back soon. Kudos to the whole team and keep it that way.

Ordered there for the first time yesterday. Can someone tell me if the onions are pickled? If so, then they just don't taste good. If not, they were probably rotten. Anyway, today my wife and I are having the diarrhea of ​​our lives. The burger was just wet at the bottom and I don't even have to start with the wrap. The outside of the wrap was wet and oily, so please either clean the work surfaces more often or change gloves. But from what I read through the comments, it seems it's probably just a delivery issue.

I don't know what these 5 star reviews are about. There is no more than 1 star. The Advent offer for 17 euros is just a scam. Burgers for 9 euros and 8 euros for some fries that tasted like plastic and a few nuggets where I could only taste oil. I didn't expect much from the burger and was still massively disappointed. A small pile of meat that didn't taste like anything. For that price I can make 10 burgers at home that taste much tastier than what the store here has to offer. By far the worst burger I have ever eaten.

First I got the wrong burger even though at least 5 witnesses could testify that I had ordered the right one. Tried it and have to say, the roll was bad, like 0815. The fries are far too few for the price. The toilet and entrance wet and slippery. The sanitary facility smells and doesn't look very well maintained (moldy). For me it's like a snack bar and not a high-class burger joint. Cheaper and better up the road at Urban Ranch. Ginkgo will soon be tried and it already looks more inviting.

We ordered two burger menus on site. The burgers looked very good and fresh. The sauces on the burgers taste fantastic. We also got 6 different dips with the fries. The meat patty wasn't very thick but still well fried. The vegetarian patty with Beyond Meat (€1.50 extra) was significantly thicker and tasted very good for a vegetarian alternative. It didn't negatively affect the overall taste of the burger. We would come back at any time.

The burger was by far the worst we've ever eaten - the ingredients were obviously wholesale ready-made products, neither fresh nor tasty. The prices were completely overpriced and disproportionate to the quality of the food. The ambience also left a lot to be desired: the tables were dirty and you felt generally uncomfortable. The service, which was handled by the owner's parents, was particularly negative - their behavior was extremely rude and lacked any hospitality. For us one thing is certain: once and never again!

A must as an Azad fan... We haven't been here regularly since we opened because we don't have enough time, but we've been here at least 10 times so far, always very friendly and tasty. It's also great that there are promotions like the lunch menu or the crazy freestyle burger... unfortunately a few combinations are only available for a short time, like the sucuk burger or the one with peanut butter, which I never got hold of, but hopefully at some point I was always rewarded with a great freestyle burger .

The burgers taste cheap, the fries were undercooked and the “homemade” iced tea comes from a tetra pack and is way overpriced at €3.50. I recently had dinner there. I saw an advertisement on Instagram and since I was in Frankfurt and it wasn't far from the Zeil, I went there. The prices are ok. Unfortunately, the patty was a bit cooked and the bun was at most lukewarm. The sweet potato fries were good, but the "normal" fries were still a bit soft. The sauces were OK too. The burger tasted ok too. The ambience is rather simple, the service is friendly. I will come again.

We were in a larger group at Bozz Burger because we knew the store through social media. The appetizer platter was OK. The chicken bites and the halloumi (really very tasty) particularly stood out. However, the burgers and fries were disappointing. The price is also a bit more expensive than comparable stores.

The sides platter is a good option alongside the burger. Burgers taste solid, but sometimes the bun size is skimped on, so that sometimes you only bite into bread.

I saw a lot about the burger joint on TikTok and thought I'd give it a try. I had the expectation that completely different people would work there and that it would just be *order a burger, wait, eat, done*. But Ani, who introduced all the different types of burgers in the Tiktok videos, was really working at the checkout and in the kitchen. And in reality he is simply friendlier and nicer than he appears in the videos. I couldn't decide on a burger so he simply asked what I generally like to eat on burgers and implemented exactly that in a "freestyle burger" for me. Unfortunately, the arugula on the burger was a bit bitter, but otherwise the burger was very tasty and inexpensive. I would definitely come back just for Ani's friendly service :)

We ordered the chicken and beef wrap because there was a 2 for 1 deal on UberEats and we wanted to try the place out. Even at half the price I wouldn't order the wraps again. The wraps were completely empty, they were only filled with (unfortunately not exaggerated) 2 pieces of vegetables and 2 pieces of meat. On top of that there is a very artificial tasting greasy cheese sauce. The portion was therefore very small and the 4 wraps were not enough for 2 people. These 4 wraps would have cost 40 (!!!!!) euros without an offer. The uncomfortable feeling in the stomach after consumption, which is included in the delivery, does not justify this price. Definitely not recommended, for the money you get significantly (!) higher quality food.

We ate at Bozz Burger by Azad today and ordered the lunch menu for €14 (extra: chicken nuggets). The burger was okay... The harissa sauce was very tasty, but the meat and the bun were a bit dry. The chicken nuggets, on the other hand, were a 5/5. Unfortunately, we have to deduct another star because the employees argued loudly in front of the customers and it made you feel a little uncomfortable. There was also a lot of banging on the table.

Below is the experience the four of us had that day: Patties: Unremarkable in taste and barely coated with sauce. Onion rings: Unevenly cut so they were fried unevenly. Some were undercooked and therefore pulled out of the breading when trying to take a bite Chicken Popcorn: Neutral in taste, sometimes too cooked and therefore tough (fried a second time?) Fries: standard frozen. Sauces on the starter plate: Large selection, but very limited Service: Very cheerful and nice people Toilets: They're okay - a weak point in many other smaller stalls. Maybe we had a bad day or we were spoiled by better burgers elsewhere. So be it. All in all: no replay.

In the middle of the hustle and bustle on lower Berger Straße is Bozz Burger. The dishes are freshly prepared, the selection of different burgers is not too big, but not too small either. Special requests are of course also possible. The burgers are served hot and on a wooden board. The accompanying fries are served with a mix of different sauces - some of which are quite spicy, which we were unfortunately not informed about. The service was very friendly. Overall, the burgers were tasty and the fries came fresh from the deep fryer. Unfortunately the prices are too high for my taste, hence “only” four out of five stars.

Best service, individual requests are taken into account and space was quickly made for our group 👍🏼. The food is great and the price is really unbeatable!!! Anyone who knows Bozz, Azad is unbeatable in everything!

The first time I ate at Bozz Burger was with my son because he heard about it through TikTok videos... and we loved it. Super delicious, fresh, varied... the food. Chilled, friendly, attentive... the staff. Today we were there for the second time, now with the whole family. AND IT WAS EVEN BETTER!
