We ate at Bozz Burger by Azad today and ordered the lunch menu for €14 (extra: chicken nuggets). The burger was okay... The harissa sauce was very tasty, but the meat and the bun were a bit dry. The chicken nuggets, on the other hand, were a 5/5. Unfortunately, we have to deduct another star because the employees argued loudly in front of the customers and it made you feel a little uncomfortable. There was also a lot of banging on the table.

Below is the experience the four of us had that day: Patties: Unremarkable in taste and barely coated with sauce. Onion rings: Unevenly cut so they were fried unevenly. Some were undercooked and therefore pulled out of the breading when trying to take a bite Chicken Popcorn: Neutral in taste, sometimes too cooked and therefore tough (fried a second time?) Fries: standard frozen. Sauces on the starter plate: Large selection, but very limited Service: Very cheerful and nice people Toilets: They're okay - a weak point in many other smaller stalls. Maybe we had a bad day or we were spoiled by better burgers elsewhere. So be it. All in all: no replay.

Best service, individual requests are taken into account and space was quickly made for our group 👍🏼. The food is great and the price is really unbeatable!!! Anyone who knows Bozz, Azad is unbeatable in everything!

In the middle of the hustle and bustle on lower Berger Straße is Bozz Burger. The dishes are freshly prepared, the selection of different burgers is not too big, but not too small either. Special requests are of course also possible. The burgers are served hot and on a wooden board. The accompanying fries are served with a mix of different sauces - some of which are quite spicy, which we were unfortunately not informed about. The service was very friendly. Overall, the burgers were tasty and the fries came fresh from the deep fryer. Unfortunately the prices are too high for my taste, hence “only” four out of five stars.

I came with high expectations, which were far exceeded! Without a clue, we wanted to order and had our order ready in 10 seconds. Thanks to the owner, thanks to his good advice. Incredibly delicious food and uniqueness. Definitely recommended and will 100% come again.

Azad your shop staff would have to specialize in butter chicken or Indian cuisine. They really can't make burgers, I begrudge you all that from the bottom of my heart, but don't do that to your fans and please hire people who are experts.

People don't order a wrap in the store. The wrap is smaller than I have no idea what and overpriced!! But the burgers taste good.

The first time I ate at Bozz Burger was with my son because he heard about it through TikTok videos... and we loved it. Super delicious, fresh, varied... the food. Chilled, friendly, attentive... the staff. Today we were there for the second time, now with the whole family. AND IT WAS EVEN BETTER! Taste is individual, but for us Bozz Burger is the best burger shop! INCREDIBLY GOOD! We just say: thank you very much and keep it up!

Best food I've ever eaten would keep it up again and again

I took advantage of today's great weather to stop by Bozz Burger. There I ordered a menu consisting of Loco Burger, fries and Mezzo Mix. After about 10 minutes everything was ready and served by the friendly waitress. In terms of price, the whole thing was at the expected level at 17 euros. In my opinion this is appropriate if you expect to work with fresh and high quality goods. My impression is that the guys at Bozz Burger do that too and I liked both the burger and the fries. I personally wouldn't have needed the cheese sauce with the fries, but tastes vary. What surprised me a bit was that I was the only guest during my entire stay (approx. 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.). Maybe it was too warm for many people at this time today. The restaurant definitely deserves more visitors.

Rarely have I had such a bad burger! Dry bread; oily, tasteless meat; Almost no toppings and just dry old salad. Sauce diluted with water and inedible. Service otherwise very nice

This restaurant is absolutely disgraceful. Seriously putting something like that out there as a contributing person is really incredible. 22 EUR for a burger where half was forgotten - no cheese, a blob of sauce carelessly slapped on. The meat looked like it had been frozen and thawed. Pomeranian limp, cold and small portion. Burger also cold. Pure comedy show, I can't explain it any other way. Should shoot fewer TikToks and focus on the minimum quality.

I actually never write reviews. I really tried not to let the negative reviews here influence me, but in retrospect I can understand them. I placed an order on Uber Eats today saying I didn't want arugula. And lo and behold, I had a big portion of arugula, which had already mixed with the sauce and become soggy. The sauce was definitely diluted with water, it was so tasteless and runny. I tried to ignore it, remove the arugula and just enjoy my food. However, this wasn't really possible - the brioche buns were old and therefore not soft, but harder. Like a bun that was lying around for a few days. The burger was poorly topped and had hardly any toppings on it. Except that oil was dripping down the whole time. The combination of dry bread and oily meat was disgusting. Furthermore, people are constantly advertising how good the food is on social media. The fries were dry and every bite was like a bite in cardboard. Honestly catastrophic. the price is also absurd. For €22 you get a limp burger with stingy fillings and stale fries. I advise everyone not to order there. 22€!! (+ delivery costs…) The only good thing about the entire order was the cola. I would even give you -1 star. Lower your prices because they are absolutely absurd and unjustified.

The operation also leaves nothing to be desired. The shop is on Berger Straße...walk a few meters further and you have enough baba alternatives.

We ordered there via Uber Eats. The sweet potato fries were still hard and raw on the inside. The burgers were very carelessly topped and half of the toppings were missing. The nuggets that we ordered and paid for were not delivered at all.

We ordered burgers which were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, my colleague discovered a hair in the middle of his first burger. We immediately informed the employee in charge, who offered to bring us a new burger. This idea of ​​service was initially appreciated. After 15 minutes without further notice, I asked about the status of the new burger and was given the curt answer that none was coming. This type of communication is disappointing and not customer-friendly. I tried to speak to the shift manager to calmly explain the situation, but was interrupted. He claimed that 90% of the burger had been eaten, which I denied and my two colleagues could attest to this. I politely asked for a refund for the burger. Instead we were served a new burger, but it wasn't cooked properly. We then left the restaurant. I strongly advise against eating there, especially due to the poor customer service. It would be advisable for Mr Azad to train his staff so that they are able to deal with customers professionally and respectfully.

EVERY TIME some offers are presented on Tik Tok to attract customers and as soon as you are there, these offers strangely don't exist and you are told that this is wrong etc. Annoying and not transparent.

The fries unfortunately had no salt, but were crispy, the chicken nuggets were ok. O., but the burger - a no-go. Bun too dry, no cucumber, tomato or onion on it and the patty is way too small and thin. It was an iceberg salad with a bit of sauce and a bit of meat roll. At the end I still had 1/4 dry bread roll left. We were disappointed and drove specifically to FFM.

It's a shame that you even have to give one star. I ordered a burger and according to Lieferando it said after 55 minutes “it will be with you in 0 minutes”. However, no one came. Clearly it was Lieferando's fault, but when I called Bozz Burger to ask, I was quickly told (without being able to say anything) that the store was packed and that I should contact Lieferando if I had any problems, and they hung up before me I was even able to answer. After that, no one answered anymore. Customer service = -1

It's a small, chic shop. The service is wonderful and the employees are super nice. However, the burgers really didn't convince me that much. The buns are huge, but the patties are relatively average. The selection isn't very large, but it's probably enough for most people. All in all, still a good shop!

We came all the way from Mannheim to try Ani's burgers and our expectations (even though they were high) were exceeded. Mega delicious freestyle burger that was specially adapted to my needs. The sauces were all brutally delicious 👍. The trip was definitely worth it and we'll definitely be back... keep it up 👌

The patties were the worst thing about the burger. Frozen ones from Rewe would have tasted better and there was no sauce on them. Only the sweet potato fries, the nuggets and the dips were quite okay. For the price you could have easily eaten a steak and the taste can even beat McDonald's.

I was there today with my daughter (she is 6 years old). We sat at a table in the restaurant. We ordered 2 hamburgers and fries. After 30-40 minutes the cashier came to our table and asked me in an annoyed tone, “Are you staying late?” Can you go? There are a lot of people waiting”!!! I said we hadn't finished our food so we weren't leaving. He said, “But your daughter isn’t eating! She is playing with her tablet”!! I said, “I don’t care. We'll leave when she's finished eating, without rushing." After 5 minutes he came back with a pack and suggested that I take the rest of the food with me. I got angry and repeated, "We're not leaving until she finishes her food." He left in a huff. If you want unfriendly or rude service you can visit the restaurant. I won't come back. The hamburgers were ok, but very greasy.

Oh, that was really disappointing. I've been following the store on Instagram since the beginning and really loved it, but when I finally got there, the reality somehow wasn't so great. The service felt more like a well-rehearsed dialogue - always recommending the same thing to everyone without really responding to individual requests. They simply ignored my special requests, and the homemade lemonade I ordered was really not good - there was even a film of grease floating on the top! When I brought this up they didn't really seem to take it seriously and didn't even offer to refund the difference for the water I took instead. And as for the food, well, the burgers were pretty average. I mean, I've eaten much better burgers in Frankfurt. And then that cheese – it was more like cheese sauce instead of real cheese.

The burger here was very juicy and overall had a good flavour. The waitrer (that you may know from tiktok) was there and if you don't know what to choose, he makes a surprise burger which tasted great. The sides are fine , normal fries , normal onion rings the chicken bites were good , I think they use good chicken breast.

When we were finished with the order, the employee at the checkout suddenly wanted €25. Couldn't explain it properly. With extra here and extra here. You really didn't understand anything. Ps: The coleslaw was missing I won't come again No wonder why the shop was so empty at peak time.

Fries are not salted at all and taste really bad. I wanted an apple spritzer but didn't have any more. I expected more from the burger, it was ok. Seems really cool and professional from the outside, unfortunately the food didn't reflect that.
