The burger was very bad, the meat quality was very bad, everything was burnt. It wasn’t at all.

If you dine at the "Traumkuh", you could easily think that you have landed in burger heaven. The portions are so generous that I almost needed a second table to accommodate everything. The fries? Crispy, golden brown and so delicious that I briefly considered secretly hiding them in my bag - just in case I got hungry later. The sauces are awesome! No matter whether you enjoy them on the burger, the fries or straight from the cup with your finger - everything is allowed. Speaking of fingers: It's also better to have them ready, because the burger was so huge that it was better to tackle it with a knife and fork. But who needs dignity when you can fight your way through such a heavenly delicious burger? The best part: Despite the huge portions and intense flavor explosions, the service was lightning fast! So, if you're looking for a place where you get a workout for your chewing muscles with every order, "Traumkuh" is the place for you. Just a tip: pack a bib, it might get muddy. 😉

A mega store in the heart of Bornheim where the staff is particularly impressive. Rarely have the service been so friendly, if you want more sauce you can get it and otherwise top notch service. The atmosphere in the store is great and looks very chic. You can sit outside or, if you want to be a little away from people, inside. Food was very good, I can recommend the garlic fries, my companion can recommend the burger & the sweet potato fries. MUST try the homemade iced tea! Clear recommendation 🤝

The burgers are pretty nice. However, I find some of the guys who take the orders just anti-social... I often order there because I work next door, and a certain gentleman always looks at me extremely disparagingly and doesn't say a word to me while I'm ordering. Although sometimes he still discusses my order in a mushy way. The boss, on the other hand, is super nice. I don't understand why he hires those 😮‍💨

The presentation of the food was very good and the taste was excellent.

Taste doesn't matter when you pack a burger in butter paper whereas pack the fries in a burger box. Look at the pictures, does this look like a burger!!! horrible serving. Also looking at some other customer images, it seems like that the bun for serving there is different compared to the one being packed. On top of that, they asked about the sauce which was set to chilli for both burgers but there was no sauce given!

I discovered this place by chance last week. The employees were in a good mood and explained the sauces when asked, as it was not clear what they were made of. I had a citizen's menu with sweet potato fries, sour cream and homemade iced tea. Everything was very tasty and the price was right. The restaurant is easy to reach and you have the option of sitting either inside or outside. You order at the checkout and the food and drinks are brought to your seat. A place with a certain charm. Definitely worth a visit.

Place located inside the Nordwestzentrum, judging from the location it seems like a Japanese place but instead the food is completely different (and I found it quite ironic) the prices are honestly medium-high (also thanks to the location) however we ate enough well, the burgers were tasty and not at all dry, all prepared on the spot with an open kitchen (which is always an added value in restaurants) praise for the really good and special fries (I have never eaten fries like this and I have eat a lot 🤣). In summary I recommend it.

The taste of the food was really okay. However, the price is completely excessive, especially for the size of the meal. The employees also prefer to talk to each other and customer contact is unfortunately perceived as more of a nuisance.

Great burgers and poutines! Mega varied fries and sauces that are great to combine and alone justify eating here. Best experience that has to do with burgers. The names of the dishes do it justice. I recommend "Bison his father".

Had dinner here yesterday. We ate the Canada Poutin and were very impressed with it. Although it seems strange at first that you order at the counter like at a fast food restaurant and take it with you, you could also wish for a little more ambience when it comes to the seating inside. Eat: The portion was generous, the combination of sauce, cheese and fries was filling. The homemade lemonade was very minty and served in copper style mugs. Payment by card and cash is completely unproblematic. We only waited 15 minutes.

The burger was bland, the fries were cold and the main thing was that everything was charged extra. Price performance doesn't match. We're not coming anymore!

Had fries with a cheeseburger and a Mezzo. The cheeseburger tasted a bit like Maggi - 3 bites and it was gone.. the so-called fries, well.. soggy and totally served in fat. And on the tray it reminds me of prison. I was asked if everything was good so far, I said about the fries and you dear people, it doesn't matter to them anyway. The whole thing still cost 18.50... okay ...but the price-performance ratio isn't right here. Well, it's on the Bergerstrasse... okay... but seriously, you can get a cheeseburger for 10 euros better made elsewhere and we'll forget about the fries entirely. But if you're in a cave with one If you want to sit on a Japanese artificial tree then...not to mention the great carpet and the hygienic top.

The burger was really very good! But about 1/3 of the fries were not edible as there were only small hard “leftover pieces” which was a shame. I also think a price increase of €2.50 (for the Khanzir replacement burger) is very high. The fries have been increased by €0.40. (Price comparison with July 2023).

There is a large selection of food and what I think is great is that everything is halal.

I've actually only heard good things about Traumkuh and went there today with my colleagues. We are really disappointed. The burgers were very salty and nothing special. The tables were not cleaned by the staff. The store itself is very nice, but I don't like the service or the food.

We were at Traumkuh after 7pm. It was full of people and it took around 20min till having our food after ordering. The server was very kind. Although there is no bier, there are some selections of some soda and homemade beverages. The food was nice in general. Even though the bun on top was a bit cold and sauces were a bit disappointed(two different sauces: bbq and mustard) in my standard, the veggie was fresh and beef was tasty:) Also, the price is very reasonable. I will definitely visit again.

The burgers were very good and really tasty, nice paddis, sauces were well seasoned. Points deducted for the greens, the fries get cold immediately due to the sour cream, they would have to be served separately, sitting inside is uncomfortable due to the self-collection queue that runs through the small shop .

The shop should be called Nightmare Cow. First of all we had to wait 3/4 hour for our burgers. There is also not enough seating. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, but were mistakenly served a spicy burger. Both burgers were a complete disaster in terms of taste. Can't recommend this store to anyone and the price-performance ratio can't be justified at all.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Tables are scattered around the restaurant in a disorganized manner. Some tables with two are missing a chair. Waiting time for two burgers with fries and dip was about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the patty on my colleague's burger was cold, but mine was warm. The fries were in the deep fryer too long. On the tables outside on the street there are still the half-eaten meals of the previous guests, including drinks, etc. Any McDonald's branch is more reputable than this store

Measured according to the location - the best is achieved. As far as service and friendliness are concerned, complete satisfaction! When it comes to food, the restaurant lives up to its name. Burger was juicy and fluffy, not with too many ingredients, but topped just right to enjoy everything. The truffle mayo dip is a poem and the homemade garlic fries are second to none! We'll definitely be back!

We love eating burgers, which is why we test different burger restaurants all over Frankfurt. We read the positive reviews here and were not disappointed. I had the Juarez 187 burger with fries. In my opinion the burgers weren't spicy, but still very juicy and tasty. The fries also tasted good. There are numerous sauces to choose from. The staff were nice and very quick, so we had to wait about 10 minutes for our food.

No wheelchair access and obnoxiously loud. Their overpriced attempt at poutine didn't even have real cheese curds aside from the gravy being way too salty

Best burger restaurant I've ever been to

Poutine was great, loved the seasoning on the fries! Definitely reminded me of Canadian poutine. The ultimate burger was…..strange. We thought it might be one of those “wow who would have thought chocolate in a burger would taste so good!” moments, but it wasn’t. The chicken burger was good.

Sad that we made a reservation for iftar and we arrived on time and the seats were gone. No respect for people who fast. Therefore 1 star!

In fact, I've rarely had such a bad burger. The bread was crumbly and seemed to have been drying carelessly for hours. The meat that was supposed to be the main protagonist was an insignificant supporting role, smaller than the onion that accompanied it. The prices of this burger shop are disproportionate to the quality offered. I have a hard time understanding how this store could receive over 1700 reviews with an average of 4.6 stars. Perhaps I had fallen into an unfortunate exception.

Chili Cheese is too weak and Tora Bora is way too sweet. Not recommendable. Forks are missing at the entrance. Service doesn't clear plates.

I give Traumkuh five stars because they really do offer the best burger in town. The price is a bit high, but that's okay. Halal and everything homemade is a huge plus. The toilet could be a little cleaner, but otherwise there is nothing to complain about. Burgers and fries are always served hot. The staff is super nice and accommodating. I've tried a lot of burger shops that claim to be the best shop in town. It's a dream cow! The meat is so tender, it melts in your mouth. The burgers are filling for me with just two patties on the menu. It's always an experience to come with my family. It's the store everyone should try. Poutine with meat is also extremely delicious. I would give this store 10 stars if I could. I'm already looking forward to June 1st, because Wagyu patties will be available from then on.

In February it was colder inside than outside. The burgers were quite good, but you have to like that curry sauce. The sweet potato fries were delicious. The normal fries are not recommended. We would have to swap the supplements with each other because they were distributed incorrectly. High chair dirty, toilets dirty. Not a second time.

Ordered at 7:00 p.m. Delivery should arrive at 8:14 p.m. At around 8:00 p.m. the message came that the delivery wouldn't arrive until 9:30 p.m. CANCELED. And that despite a 99 cent service fee and 4.99 euros. Service is different!
