Traumkuh - Burger & Poutine in Frankfurt am Main

It's always been a good spot, but unfortunately there were problems with the last delivery; my order didn't arrive at all. I ended up having to cancel my order through Uber support. Otherwise, the burgers have always been good, but this time the burger unfortunately didn't even arrive.

Small self-service restaurant. The burgers with fries were very tasty. The dining room feels very cramped because of the tree. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because of the cleanliness of the restroom.

I went to the burger joint today and I'm absolutely thrilled. The service was super friendly, the atmosphere cozy, and the food amazing! My absolute favorite burger is the Juarez 187 – juicy, perfectly seasoned, and simply incomparably good. I can also highly recommend the Juarez 261 poutine. Crispy fries, delicious sauce, and a flavor that's simply irresistible. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended! 🤩

We only came here as a last resort. Now it's my favorite burger place. They have some pretty extravagant burgers on the menu. If you have any questions, they explain everything. You can tell the guys are passionate about their product. We even got to try their homemade drinks before buying them. Our burger was really delicious. The prices are very fair for the quality and for Frankfurt. We found the seating a bit cramped, but the interior is still nicely designed. The food and the friendly service more than make up for it, so I don't want to deduct any points. 5/5 We'll be back.

I ordered food, and it arrived nice and hot – a big plus. I ordered a cheeseburger, a chicken burger, and garlic fries. The fries were exactly what the name promised: loaded with garlic. The chicken burger was good, especially with the coleslaw, which went perfectly with it. But the absolute highlight was the cheeseburger: a truly classic, juicy burger – not too greasy, with the cheese and sauce perfectly balanced. Everything about it was just right. I would definitely order from there again or go there just for that burger – it was really, really good!

Only wanted to comment on the poutine. Having eaten a ton of em all over Quebec, i think it's a good "4 out of 5" poutine : the cheese is not quite right (though much better than many poutines i've tried elsewhere in Europe), the gravy is not quite the right texture (but taste is very good!), and the fries are great (don't expect the more typical yellow fries you get in normal stands/Imbiss, which are good in their own right, but don't make for good poutine fries). Would recommend. But that arugula just doesn't belong there.

I have a lot of cravings for Essen. The Essen (M. Bison Burger) is a bit pricey. My fare is a bit of a chore! Dankeschön. We chose the M. Bison burger with a side of sweet potatoes. The burger was delicious, and the portion was adequate. My only suggestion is that the burger bun should be a bit larger, because the ingredients were so rich, the bread fell apart, and we struggled to eat it. The sweet potatoes were also very well-fried, and I loved it. Since the meat is halal, we can eat it with peace of mind as Muslims.

I am not sure if they are using additional oil to grill them or just fattier meat in general, but grilling them without additional oil or using 10% fatty meat could do the trick. Here you can get burgers and sweet potato fries with various sauces. A small restaurant with an interesting Asian atmosphere. Everything is well topped, the fries drown a little in the sauce. I like the drink selection. The latest trend of pressing burger meat has not yet arrived. But everything worked out. Nobody went home hungry.
