Einer der Besten! Konstant sehr gute Qualität. Fahre oft extra von Wiesbaden nach Frankfurt für den Burger. Top! Update 10.05.2026: Der Laden steht leer und ist zu vermieten. Mir persönlich ist aufgefallen, dass die Burger zuletzt nicht mehr so gut geschmeckt haben, wie noch zu Anfangszeiten. Insbesondere war das Fleisch viel zu trocken. Ich vermute, hier wurde was verändert (Tiefkühlware ??). Ob das der Grund für die Schließung war, weiß ich nicht. Ich bin jedenfalls deswegen nicht mehr hin.

Sehr guter Burger, frisch zubereitet. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis Oben sitzen hat was. Kann man das treiben draussen gut beobachten. Nur die Toiletten hätten besser sein können.

Nach meinem Besuch im Naturkundemuseum ging ich in ein Restaurant. Es war überfüllt, also stieß ich zufällig auf einen Burgerladen. Ich ahnte nicht, dass es einer der besten Burgerläden sein würde, in denen ich je in Deutschland gegessen hatte.

Super leckere Burger, richtig krosse Pommes und ein absolut fairer Preis.

Das Essen ist ziemlich gut, große Portion.

The staff are incredibly kind. I recommend the hamburgers, but the chicken nuggets and fries are also great! I always come here when I visit Frankfurt once a year!

This is our go to Burger restaurant. It has options for my whole family- cheeseburgers for me and my brother, a veggie burger for my (vegetarian) mom and a gluten free (bun free) burger for my gluten free dad. Definitely recommended! 👍

It's delicious and the portions are generous. A set is about 14 euros. There are about 3 or 4 long tables outside, so it's more than enough. The cheeseburger was delicious :)

I've actually always been satisfied. Yesterday our pets were full of cartilage.

November 2023: I ordered for pickup via Lieferando, and the food was ready on time. The place doesn't look inviting enough for me to eat there next time. It's just a fast-food restaurant. The chicken burger is good, but the beef burger was very salty. Both had too much glaze on the buns for me; they were quite glossy, and that didn't affect the taste in a positive way. So, the taste was okay, but nothing special, and I find the prices a bit high. The €5 portion of wedges, in particular, is very disappointing to look at. It's also a shame that they only offer a vegetarian burger, which unfortunately didn't appeal to me. I would have liked more choice here.

For the price, the burgers are pretty average. The lettuce and onions are bland, and generally nothing special stands out. The fries are good.

After a long time, I finally got a burger and fries. I don't find it particularly inviting for eating in – in the summer, the outdoor seating in front of the shop is just about okay. But I prefer to take my food home. The burger was really good: big, juicy, and tasty. The fries were okay, but I won't have to have them again. The team behind the counter is friendly as always, and everything is quick – the burger is quickly and neatly packaged, ready to go.

The best burgers in Bockenheim, consistent quality for years, and always friendly service. You can sit upstairs in the shop and watch the hustle and bustle at Bockenheimer Warte. Always happy to come back.

I was eating recently and found two hairs in my food – really disgusting. So I went to one of the employees to complain. The guy talked to me normally, but didn't check that I understood Persian. Then he goes to a colleague and says something like: “She’s lying anyway, there was nothing in the food.” I just stood there and was like, Seriously? YOU DON'T KNOW HYGIENE BAHHHH

Terrible restaurant, we sat at the table waiting to be served and the guy who was smoking and saw us waiting went back into the restaurant and didn't come to serve us.

I've ordered 3 days in a row now because it's just so delicious. When it comes to ordering food, I don't usually choose burgers that often. It's just very, very tasty. I can't say more. Bun, sauce, meat, everything is great and what I like is that there are enough jalapeños on it if you order the burgers with jalapeños. Don't know why other places can't make decent burgers like this.

Great burgers, chili burger is actually spicy, menus actually include beer (which is often not the case at burger joints) and fries were also awesome. There were four of us and we were all very satisfied.

Just don't let the owner be in a bad mood all the time. But by the way, what hard-working person wants to eat old overpriced burgers 🍔 and sit next to garbage cans. I would rather spend 50 euros in the surrounding restaurants and be treated as a guest. Don't go, it's a shame about the money 💰.

We stumbled upon this burger joint by chance. There are no real seats in the kitchen area, but if the weather is good you can sit outside and otherwise there are still seats on the 1st floor. It doesn't seem particularly comfortable but you won't spend a long time here either. Overall, the burgers are delicious. The bun was also very good. The map is manageable but contains everything you are looking for. Upon request, it was also possible to get the veggy patty on another burger.

We sneaked out of the book fair yesterday to eat at Joe's Burgers. What can I say? Awesome parts! I would do it again.

I'm reviewing a burger joint here and the food is particularly important. We were very satisfied, the crispy chicken burger was great, as was the chili burger, but be careful, it's not just pseudo-spicy, it's really spicy. Fries and especially sweet potato fries were also very good. The ambience is more like a fast food restaurant, but if you want to eat a top burger for a quick stop, I think this is the right place for you.

Very very tasty food We came here spontaneously and were absolutely thrilled with how delicious the food was. The burgers were all homemade and not a frozen product. We had various variations and they were all very good. The homemade dip is also recommended.

Today we went to see Joe Bürger again. Burnt sweet potato fries. The burgers were also better tk. The order was a disaster, not heard or not understood. Don't feel like working. There are better burgers there. Tables are sticky.

We ended up there by chance and because we were hungry. We ate the farm burger menu with homemade lime lemonade. The bun was very tasty - very fluffy. The bacon was a touch too cooked and therefore very dry. Otherwise the burger was good. The classic fries with the house sauce or mayo were very good. The lemonade could have been cooler - at least on that day. The toilets were very clean. However - and that's why only 3 stars for the ambience - the air was cold on the top floor and so it was very hot. Nobody came to clean the table during our visit.

We live around the corner and if you're craving beef, Joe's Burger would actually be the most convenient choice. Unfortunately there are staff... Card payments only from 15 euros reliably prevented me from taking a burger for 9.50 euros. Apparently I'm not the customer you want, unfortunately I won't be sending my flesh-eating teenager there anymore. I got some mince from alnatura and fried it myself. Delicious !

I had the Crispy Chicken Burger and fries on sides delivered at my home. The burger was soggy and only had one very watery sauce. I believe it was Joe's special sauce, but it tasted very bland with no flavours. Despite my request for chili, there was none in the burger.

We (me and my son) were hungry.My son saw this restaurant and he asked me to get-in because he wanted to fill up his hunger with a burger. We placed an order for a veg burger and a chicken burger. I must say that both burgers were very tasty. We sat on the first floor and we sat on a corner table which had a perfect outside view. Next time we will have full family time here. I can highly recommend this restaurant to burger lovers.

Nice shop and nice people! But the food isn't worth the price... My little son wanted a burger, just meat and bread!, with a small fries and Fanta for 14€, already hard... My burger was ok, the barbecue sauce tasted like it had been diluted half and half with water!

Ordered 2 burgers to take away during a short lunch break from work. The employees stapled the bag all across in what I thought is a nice gesture to keep the food warm. Well…it was just to discourage us from looking in the bag where they included only one of the 2 paid burgers… bye Joe’s, won’t come back!

We stumbled here by coincidence and did not regret it. The burgers were really juicy and tasty. Their homemade sauce as well as their homemade lemonade are also really good. All in all this is a nice spot for grabbing a burger, with some fries and a drink for a reasonable price. The seating area upstairs is neat and clean, not too crowded and the staff was also friendly. We waited around 8-10 Minutes for our food to be ready - so really quick as well.

Joe really knows how to make a proper good fresh burger. On both occasions, the burgers have tasted delicious. Both times I have left Joe's with a full stomach. The fries are fried perfectly. It's the best burger in Bockenheim! Cash and card accepted.

Sehr leckere Burger und Pommes, welche selbst nach der Lieferung noch gut schmeckten. Die Dips sind zwar Lecker, allerdings wird mit den Dips stark gegeizt. Bei der letzten Bestellung habe ich schon zwei Dips bestellt und es reichte immer noch nicht für die ganze Portion Pommes.

Der Gesamteindruck war nicht nach meinen Erwartungen. Ich musste leider unsere Süßkartoffelpommes reklamieren, da sie verbrannt und trocken waren. Die Antwort vom Mitarbeiter: Die sind hier so. Ich bekam aber anstandslos eine frische Portion. Siehe Foto.

Hab über Lieferando zum Abholen bestellt und das Essen war auf die Minute genau fertig. Der Laden sieht aber auch nicht so einladend aus dass ich das nächste Mal da essen würde. Ist eben ein Schnellrestaurant. Der Chicken Burger ist gut, der Beef Burger hingegen war sehr salzig. Bei beiden war mir auf den Buns zu viel Glasur, die waren ziemlich glossy und das hat sich nicht positiv auf den Geschmack ausgewirkt. Also geschmacklich okay, aber nichts besonderes, und dafür finde ich die Preise dann doch etwas hoch. Gerade die Portion Wedges für 5€ ist sehr traurig anzusehen. Schade auch dass es nur einen vegetarischen Burger gibt, der mich leider nicht angelacht hat. Hier hätte ich gerne mehr Auswahl.

Grundsätzlich absolut solider Burger, der schmeckt. Wir haben bisher immer nur bestellt (Lieferung), weshalb ich bzgl. Ambiente und Service nichts sagen kann. Burger kamen immer recht schnell oft manchmal sogar noch heiß an, kommt allerdings sicherlich auch darauf an, wo man wohnt, sollte man es geliefert bekommen. Der Grund weshalb ich keine vollen 5 Sterne gebe, ist, dass oft nicht ausreichend Soße auf dem Burger ist und geschmacklich, wie bereits gesagt sehr solide (!), aber das kleine gewisse Etwas fehlt. Allerdings muss man das auch vor dem Hintergrund des Preises betrachten (was kann man erwarten?), da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung ist.

Solides Essen. coleslaw leider nicht knackig aber sonst nichts auszusetzen.

Der Burger war lecker und saftig. Allerdings waren die Pommes ungewöhnlich süß und fast wie karamellisiert im Geschmack. Der Service war durchschnittlich und die Preise recht hoch. Die Sauberkeit des Geschäfts ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem hat mich das Erlebnis nicht überzeugt. Es tut mir leid, aber das wird wohl mein erster und letzter Besuch gewesen sein.

Dem Burger ist mir leider etwas zu geschmacksneutral. Die zutaten sind frisch und de Burger wird scheinbar mit viel Mühe zubereitet, aber irgendwie hat mich der Burger geschmacklich nicht überzeugt. Eine schmackhafte Soße fehlt, ist meine Vermutung! Kartoffel-Wedges waren sehr lecker, die Soßen zum dippen haben mir nicht zugesagt. Die Atmosphere ist nett! Mir persönlich reicht das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hier nicht aus.
