Good burgers, but not cheap. What's not clear from the menu is that there are many different sauces for the fries, but they're not listed on the menu; they're posted on the wall in two places inside. If you don't specify a sauce, you'll get random sauces. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, but reservations are recommended.

We went to Heroes Premium Burger in Frankfurt am Main with a total of 6 people, including 3 children. Choosing was surprisingly easy for all of us – the menu is creatively designed, and the burger names are truly eye-catching. Ordering was quick, and the food was ready at exactly the right time. A real highlight were the homemade drinks – fresh, delicious, and even a hit with the kids. The burgers were delicious, especially the "Dirty Pain" is a must for all spicy food lovers – nice and fiery without losing any of the flavor. What's particularly cool: The shop used to be a comic book store, and you'll spot various comic book characters everywhere – creating a very special, nerdy atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience: fast service, friendly atmosphere, and absolutely recommended for the food. We'd love to come back!

I saw Heroes on Uber Eats and decided to give it a try. Placed an order, waited, only to hear that the kitchen turned off mobile ordering. I called the restaurant and was told to try again in a few minutes. Those few minutes turned into a half an hour, with still no luck. A half hour which could have been used to order from a place which actually has a functioning kitchen. A week later, I tried once more -the photos did indeed look delicious. This time, the restaurant accepted the order, but the delivery time became later and later while three different drivers accepted then passed up the order, until the restaurant closed and cancelled the order itself. Again, an hour and a half which I could have looked elsewhere for food. Not happening again, will not order from such a dysfunctional restaurant.

When we arrived, no one was there, but many tables were still dirty and uncleaned. The service was friendly, but they didn't ask during or after our meal if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else. The burgers, as many have already written, were quite tasty but nothing special, and the patties were cooked all the way through. The only thing you can really do wrong with a burger...a shame. The sides were great.

I'm absolutely thrilled. I went there spontaneously because I liked the website and the previous reviews so much. I received a warm welcome, was seated immediately, and my order was taken very quickly. I had the Fat Joe Burger with sweet potato fries and two homemade dips (Cajun aioli - simply delicious - and Whiskey BBQ - also super tasty, but Cajun a bit better). I underestimated the size of the burger and unfortunately couldn't manage the fries. But if I were from Frankfurt, I'd eat here regularly. Note: Card payments over €25

We're actually regular customers, but lately the quality of the food and service has left a lot to be desired. On May 31, 2025, I had pieces of bone in my patty and almost broke my teeth. The server immediately made the pieces of bone disappear and offered to only charge half the price for the burger. The fries were cold, just like today (July 7, 2025), so I asked for fresh fries. Today, there was a new face in service again, and they brought me warmed-up fries instead of fresh ones, despite me having to call. I think that's a disgrace. To be honest, I was getting tired of arguing with such unprofessional people. Maybe this will get to the right person now. 🙏🏼Well, back to May 31, 2025. As an apology, we were offered a shot on the house (at least 🙄). When it came to the check, my friend paid together and the waitress actually made her pay the full price 😤. As if I had suspected it, I asked for the receipt and did the math myself. Extremely annoyed, I went back to the restaurant to confront them and was immediately charged the difference. I'm really wondering what this is all about?

We recently visited Heroes Premium Burgers on Leibnizstraße 13 and were absolutely delighted. This place combines quality cuisine with a unique interior inspired by superheroes. On the walls are pictures of Batman and Hulk, which gives the place a special atmosphere. The menu is impressive in its variety: more than 20 types of burgers, including meat, chicken, vegetarian and vegan options. We tried the "Horny Boy" stuffed with jalapeño and mozzarella - juicy and rich taste. Signature sauces such as aioli and chipotle give the dishes a special piquancy. French fries are crispy and perfectly cooked. The staff is friendly and attentive. Despite the popularity of the place, the service was fast. It is recommended to book a table in advance, especially on weekends, as the place is in high demand.

I trudged with my companion – a fearless connoisseur and conqueror of every burger mountain – into the legendary realm of Heroes Premium Burgers. The name itself suggested that you don't just dine here - you go on a hero's journey, armed with a fork and greed. As soon as we crossed the threshold, we were greeted by the friendly burger people - creatures with quick hands, sharp eyes and the talent to take orders and whip up lemonades at the same time. No unnecessary frills, no waiting like in the gloomy waiting rooms of fast food princes - no, everything here was quick, friendly and fabulous. I, an adventurer of carnal desires, chose the legendary spare ribs - a dish that, according to tradition, only sends the palate into ecstasy when prepared correctly. And lo and behold: what was served to me was not an ordinary piece of ribs, but a delicately fleshed work of art that peeled itself obediently from the bone like a shy dragon from its scaled armor. The marinade: an elixir of sweet, smoky and mysteriously spicy essences that was probably brewed in the deepest sauce cellars of Zamonia. My companion, brave as ever, dared to try the mythical Höfding Burger. Anyone who thinks burgers are just bread with meat has never been to Heroes Premium Burgers. And if you don't try the spare ribs, you've never really lived.

Great burger place with really good selection. The moonshiner tasted very good, the meat was juicy. Coleslaw and fries completed the experience. I like the comic style and the whole design. Very nice place. It has existed for quite a long time, but was discovered relatively recently. Located near streets with shops. Nice atmosphere, large portions, delicious food. There is even a daily menu. There is a lunch menu. There is also a good selection of additional dishes. And, most importantly, there are ribs!!! Yum-yum. 5 burgers out of 5.

We tried the cheeseburger here with a colleague full of expectations - unfortunately we were absolutely disappointed. I haven't eaten such an average burger in a long time. The fries were delicious - a premium burger shop should primarily make its burgers tasty, the side dishes are also important but of secondary importance... For my part, unfortunately I can't recommend the store, I wouldn't try it a second time and I'm surprised at the many good reviews. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was special, but that's something for fans and also the unique selling point of the store, so I would like to rate it neutrally.

Certainly one of the better burger shops in Frankfurt. Interesting and tasty styles, like the spicy burger, where the meat is stuffed with jalapenos and cheese. Good service and completely reasonable in terms of price. The location is in a rather quiet residential area and the outdoor area of ​​Heroes makes a nice impression. The only minor point of criticism would be the somewhat soft rolls.

Yesterday I went to Heroes Burger with a friend and we were very impressed! The burgers are not only super tasty, but the selection is also really unusual and exciting. Price performance wasn't given because the meat wasn't good, Gouda was used as cheese, which had no place on a burger and the staff wasn't really friendly or interested. I couldn't even try the food because the service is the worst I've ever seen. I reserved a table specifically to eat at the shop and then I arrive on time and the employees tell me they don't have a table anymore despite the reservation. So how can you treat your customers like that?! I will avoid this store in the future and unfortunately I have to tell anyone who asks me that this store should be avoided. We were in Frankfurt for a day and I had specially reserved two seats here because it is supposedly one of the best burger restaurants in Frankfurt. I can't say that (or the burger standard here in Cologne is better, I don't know). I took a risk and ordered the peanut burger after the waitress assured me that the peanut butter was very easy to taste. That wasn't the case. The peanut butter flavor overpowered everything and the consistency of the peanut butter made the burger even drier than it already was. The patty was well cooked and definitely NOT juicy. Which you can see from the fact that there is no juice on the plate. My friend ordered a more classic burger, which was still okay. But unfortunately his burger was anything but juicy. I complained about my burger right after 2 bites and they didn't offer me a new burger. At least we got the drinks waived. I then ate the burger without the peanut butter bun so that I was full. What's good: the decor is really stylish and the fries with the dips were also very tasty.

Review - Eating On Site (February 2025) I ate at Heroes for the first time today and have to raise my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I was really completely convinced. The service was outstanding, the burger (Pique) was sensational, the fries were crispy (my recommendation is the fig mustard), and the price was also average. The burgers are juicy, full of flavor, and stay solid until the end. At the end we got a little money on the house - just great! I would recommend making a reservation, which you can easily do on Google. Card payment is possible from 25 euros. The only minimal drawback would perhaps be the non-alcoholic Pilsner - which I didn't really like. But next time I'll just use non-alcoholic wheat. Review - Takeaway (March 2024) I called Heroes yesterday and ordered a Piqué burger with fries to pick up. As promised, the burger was ready for pickup 15 minutes after I called. The burger was very tasty, and especially the combination with parmesan and jalapeños tasted really great. I ate fries after the burger and they were still warm and crispy thanks to the good packaging. Overall a great burger, okay priced. Service nice.

If I could give half stars I would give this restaurant 3.5. The burgers tasted good but lack a better presentation, the burgers were a little bit uncomfortable to eat. Additionally, the size of the patties make it possible to personalize how would you like it cooked (ex. medium, well done) but that was not given as a possibility. Nachos were basic but more often than not most places in Germany have terrible nachos so these ones were good in comparison. I would also like if there were any “menü” options (add fries and drink to your burger or something similar) available all day and weekends. I would say prices were fair. But could be better. Also, card payments only available from 25 eur up is also a factor. Service was good, the staff is friendly and my food came quickly but nothing spectacular. The place looks clean. The ambiance is spectacular, the comic book theme makes this restaurant unique.

A fairly small place, but it's worth it. The burger I ordered was the moonshiner that I recommend because of the amount of flavors it has, they don't accompany it with potatoes so you have to order something in the center that suits my taste better than the nachos, they are not at the level of the rest.
