Very tasty and large burgers for a good price :D There is a vegetarian/vegan version for every burger.

The place is losing quality. I don't know what is on the bread but the burgers smell and taste disgusting. Cheese also tastes and looks like a soggy sock. It's basic to wash onions to get rid of harshness.

The people who work there in the kitchen and service had no idea about cleanliness and hygiene. By the way, the kitchen was right next to the toilet and didn't look that clean.

Challenge won Eat 3 pay 2 :-) By far the best burger shop in Frankfurt! The meat came out perfectly rare-medium. Everything fresh, everything delicious Always happy. Unreserved recommendation.

Very tasty burgers. I think it's really nice that you can add extras according to your own taste. There are fries, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, or even corn on the cob as a side dish. However, you choose all the side dishes separately. The ingredients are very fresh and the meat is always juicy. Definitely one of the best burgers.

The interior of the Heroes Premium Burger is interesting and passionately done. Although it is quite centrally located near Berger Straße, it is still pleasantly quiet. You can make a reservation, but you don't necessarily have to. The “own” Heroes beer also has its own charm and is delicious. But the highlight is definitely the Fry'n'Dip fries - crispy on the outside, fresh on the inside and delicious homemade sauces. The burger creations are unusual and diverse. For example, the cranberry sauce on bacon is a completely new but surprisingly good experience. The only negative point: The patty could have had a little more flavor. But overall, Heroes Premium Burgers is a good burger restaurant, especially inexpensive with the lunch menu. A clear recommendation for burger and comic lovers in Frankfurt. Next time maybe fries with spare ribs 😉

A coolly decorated burger shop with a wide variety of burgers at really good prices. Very high quality prepared burgers with an intense taste. You can also order sweet potato fries, which are second to none. You can sit outside well. If you visit by car, you will have to look for a parking space a little longer. I will definitely come back and can only recommend it to everyone.

Honestly one of the best burgers of my life. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, food came out fast, the outdoor seating area was really cozy. Very highly recommend. The menu was a bit overwhelming, but if you like a lot of choice that’s good!

A great burger restaurant that also deserves the word premium in the name? I think that this restaurant has become more popular in recent years. One of the recommendations from Frankfurt was. And it's little things like getting five different dips when you eat fries. Or the excellent garlic bread. The fact that the burgers are 1A and that you can also get any burger plant-based doesn't make things any worse. Great burger place, I would love to come back, would I highly recommend? <3

In einer Wohnstraße abseits der Berger Str. gelegener Burgerschuppen. Seit vielen Jahren ein Frankfurter Liebling, oft ausgezeichnet und bei Einheimischen beliebt. Witziges Comic-Konzept. Sehr große Burgerauswahl. Preise noch OK. Wir hatten den Butch mit Käse für €10.90 und den Chease Fight für €11.90. Cheese Fight kommt mit Blauschimmelkäse, Tomatenrelish, Essiggurken, Zwiebeln, Aioli und Cheddar in einem Brioche Bun. Der Käse steht hier im Vordergrund und trieft aus dem Burger heraus. Burgerpatty saftig und medium gebraten. Es ist eine ziemliche Burgerschlacht. Es trieft und suppt gewaltig, für meinen Geschmack eine etwas zu große Sauerei. Cole Slow wird selbstgemacht und für €3.90 empfehlenswert. Der gemischte Salat für €5.60 ist preislich etwas zu teuer für das kleine Schälchen. Die kleine Portion Pommes kommt mit vier unterschiedlichen Soßen, Aioli ist sehr lecker, auch der eigens hergestellte Ketchup mundet. Service könnte schneller sein, auf den Burger mussten wir an einem Samstagnachmittag dann doch ziemlich lange warten. Toiletten klein und leider pappig.

Went there with the family, expecting an honest burger, but leaving super happy, can't recommend them more. Everything was perfect, from the relaxed, easy-going atmosphere that would be more at place in a small village, to the friendliness of the staff, and then to how tasty the food, beverages and even the sauces were. If you're in the vicinity, or if you're in Frankfurt and just want a quiet relaxing place to have a meal, and maybe a beverage, I would definitely put them on my list!

Ambience typical of Frankfurt's Berger Straße. Very good burgers and fries. Friendly but rather sloppy service. The fries arrived shortly after I ordered, around 30 minutes before the burgers. The burger itself was very good, the pattie filled with jalapeños was well received. Unfortunately, the burgers were thrown together a bit hectically and fell apart at the table. Nevertheless: a recommendation if you can remain calm.

An absolute hit in the quality/price category. Perhaps the atmosphere of the place is better in the evening and during the day. Burgers are ok, I've eaten better ones, I've praised worse ones. Accessories are important here, the more the better. Very good fries! However, I will emphasize: it is difficult to eat this well for this money in Frankfurt, not to mention Bornheim.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant, there was absolutely nothing I would have wished for more. The burger was amazing, and everyone was very professional and kind enough to make my day. From the moment I walked in until I finished my meal, I had no regrets at all. The burger was perfect, and the workers were very friendly and passionate.

A bit away from the city center, but definitely worth a detour! With a lot of luck we managed to get a spot (much in demand - reservation therefore recommended). I had a H**** Boy with classic fries. Top! Not only does it look delicious but it also tastes good. Special feature of these burgers: beef patty filled with jalapenos and parmesan! Sounds strange, but tastes good. Otherwise: balsamic vinegar, coriander mayo, bacon, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce and whiskey BBQ. Sauces for the fries were also very tasty (I tried BBQ and chipotle mayonnaise and can recommend them). Note: the original name of the burger violates Google's guidelines, but you will find it on the menu... 😃

Really friendly service. I love the decorations, which just make the atmosphere super cozy! Burgers are super fresh, with quality ingredients and very filling. Delicious homemade sauces, too. Only minor deduction for the sweet potato fries, which where tasty but could have been in the frier a couple of minutes longer.

We always love coming to Heroes. The burgers are packed with flavor and are absolutely delicious. With so many options, including vegetarian patties, there’s something for everyone. The fries are crisp and tasty, and we can’t get enough of the variety of dips and the homemade ketchup. However, the homemade lemonade could use some improvement—it tastes more like sugar syrup with a slice of lemon rather than true lemonade. Additionally, it would be great if smoking were banned from the patio seating. It’s unpleasant for non-smokers to have smoke blown in their faces, especially when children are present. Overall, though, the food, service, and atmosphere are fantastic!

Amazing burgers, perfectly balanced ingredients and fair prices. The fries are super crispy but not overdone. Enjoyed my visit a lot. And left more than full. Cajun-Aioli dip is more than recommendable, but try your way through the dips!

Heroes is just great. Even when ordered, the burgers still arrive delicious, even if it's sometimes a bit tedious because of the delivery areas. The atmosphere on site is great, the employees are like old friends, funny and friendly. Our own veggie patty is 100% recommended, and the sauces and fries are also delicious. Very good lunch offer with a slightly smaller burger.

we happened to be nearby, hungry, opened Maps and found Heroes Premium Burgers. There is a wide range of burgers to choose from, something for everyone. The portions are decent and the fries (regular and sweet) are very delicious. Various dips round the whole thing off. It's a bit out of the way, but you're not sitting on the sometimes overcrowded Bergerstrasse, which makes it very pleasantly quiet. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended, price/performance ratio is also right, we would love to come back!

There are truly premium burgers here and I really appreciate it when everything really lives up to a title in the name. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is quite appropriate. I am always particularly pleased by the open nature of the employees and feel very welcome. The changing Superheroes (specialty of the month) are also a special and worthwhile treat.

The on-site team is super friendly and accommodating. We had a question about whether we might be allowed to smoke joints outside with the new legalization and this wasn't a problem. The food tasted wonderful and the service was quick. I will always come back when I'm in Frankfurt!!!!!!

We can't judge the ambience and service because we ordered. Unfortunately, 2 out of 6 people who had not previously interacted with each other had food poisoning.

I eat and/or order from Heroes about twice a week. It doesn't matter whether you're with friends or alone. I've tried and tested thousands of burgers in my life. Best burger in Frankfurt. Period! To be honest, the service is often not that keen and is more busy talking to each other than serving the customers. Unfortunately, the ambience is actually narrow and loud. Even though I'm pretty picky when it comes to service, the burger takes the cake for me. It's worth it every time.

Very nice place. It has existed for quite a long time, but was discovered relatively recently. Located near streets with shops. Nice atmosphere, large portions, delicious food. There is even a daily menu. There is a lunch menu. There is also a good selection of additional dishes. And, most importantly, there are ribs!!! Om-Nom-nom. 5 burgers out of 5.

Very tasty burgers and great price-performance ratio :) the staff was nice but sometimes a bit tense. The seats and interior furnishings are uncomfortable and cramped. There were four of us at the standing/sitting table at the bar and it wasn't comfortable. Overall it was good.

Tiny and cozy restaurant located in a nice neighborhood of Frankfurt. The service was great, with menù also available in english, which is always nice if you are not local. The fries were very good. However, the butter bread was too soft for my taste, I did not really enjoy it. The hamburger was very good, although a bit cold and watery. But the size and ingredients were both abundant. The price for the hamburger is around 10-12€, which is very good nowadays. The starter are also about 3-4€. All in all, I would recommend it, must try at least once!

Heroes Burgers have always been one of the best in Bornheim... but the order that was delivered to us yesterday really disappointed me. Had 3x HBC (Halloumi) burgers... then found hair in one. We also ordered a Caesar salad, which we only ate today because it was simply drowned in sauce... We just discovered that a piece of plastic was hidden there. That is not how it works!

Very exciting atmosphere with the superheroes really impressively decorated and well thought out! The menu has a very large selection of burgers. I had the moonshiner with a large portion of sweet potato fries. Full but not too full. The doneness of the burger itself was well done and the flavor was really tasty. I have to admit that in the end I wasn't 100% satisfied with the meat. I can recommend it to everyone but I wouldn't say it's the best in FFM. All in all, you get a tasty burger with really good portions here, worth a visit!

I called Heroes yesterday and ordered a Piqué burger with fries to pick up. As promised, the burger was ready for pickup 15 minutes after I called. The burger was very tasty, and especially the combination with parmesan and jalapeños tasted really great. I ate fries after the burger and they were still warm and crispy thanks to the good packaging. Overall, a great burger, okay price (maybe a little expensive), nice service.

It was divine. It was there years ago and ordered every now and then. I have to go there more often. Really nothing to complain about, from prices, location to taste, service, everything is A1! The food came very quickly, the service was very quick and friendly. Not an amateur, more of a machine that churned out burgers in the restaurant. You get the feeling that the store is very busy and everything runs like an assembly line and the processes are right. The interior is very unusual and you really get the feeling that the store has been around for a long time and has been successful for a long time and that a lot of effort has gone into it. The only thing I would personally do better: the cards. As cool as they look, they are not that user friendly. Difficult to read, no pictures, too colorful and confusing. I pulled out my phone and looked at the map via Ubereats, with nice appealing images and large, simple font. People are lazy and I can't imagine anything about a candy burger until I see an image in my mind. See you next time!

Very nice staff who are absolutely helpful. There are different variations of the burgers, which can also be combined differently, for example. Don't want to eat beef. Fries are homemade and plus points are the various dips (mayo, remoulade, sour cream and the homemade ketchup, which tastes very tasty. Not too sweet and has a slightly fruity taste). The prices are completely acceptable for Frankfurt standards and you can't complain about the size of the burger either.

Die Auswahl an Burgern ist auch klasse; viele unkonventionelle Kombinationen die aber überraschend gut schmecken. Muss man unbedingt mal probiert haben.

Are you looking for a burger shop that is a little more unusual? Then you've come to the right place. We were there with our 3-year-old and our 3-month-old son and the staff helped us a lot (reservations/putting tables together, etc.). The interior itself is relatively small, but that shouldn't detract from the taste experience here. I already knew the place, but not the peanut butter burger! I asked the waiter if this was really good because it was quite unusual.... After a "DER IS GOIL" sounded behind me, this was ordered. And what can I say... IT'S REALLY GOIL. My wife and my 3 year old were also thrilled. Especially the homemade ginger lemonade! Speaking of homemade... Even the ketchup, mayo and more are made here... And you can taste it! So if you want a really damn good burger for a really good price, you should put Heros Burger (beware of the pun) on your menu 😉 The only drawback with complaining on a high level factor.... Other types of beer would be an advantage!

The restaurant is beautifully and colorfully decorated. The food and the vegan burger at the neighboring tables looked good. I just ordered a homemade lemonade which was delicious. Maybe next time I visit Bornheim I'll order the delicious-looking fries.

Overall, the restaurant offers a positive experience with individual needs taken into account, juicy and tasty burgers and cleverly shaped fries that are ideal for the dips. The sour cream dip is particularly noteworthy. Unfortunately, my burger was a bit watery, probably due to freshly washed vegetables not being drained sufficiently, and I had the feeling that individual components in the burger were lost in taste. The fries and aioli sauce could be more flavorful as they were bland for my taste. The price is a bit high. Despite minor flaws, I think you can give Heroes a chance to have your own experience.

Always very happy! Burgers are cooked as ordered. Twice rare-medium-rare and once medium came to the table at the same time and correctly. Ingredients top, buns in FFM at least top3, imho top. Meat tastes great to me and is apparently fresh. Everything was very clean, the service was friendly and open-minded and helpful!

Pedí una hamburguesa picante y debo decir que lamentablemente no picaba nada, muy probable se confundieron, fuera de eso, la hamburguesa estaba muy bien, precio mmmm a mi gusto algo caro, €11 solo por la hamburguesa sin papas ni bebida todo eso aparte, en lo económico no renta mucho, el lugar es muy lindo, tranquilo y llamativo ya que tiene una temática de DC por lo que vas a ver a todos los personajes de DC por todos lados, el que más resalta es Batman seguramente cuando vuelva a estar por ahí cerca le daré otra oportunidad al lugar.

Die Burger sind saftig und schmackhaft, und die Pommes sind knusprig und lecker. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Einziges Manko ist die begrenzte Auswahl an Beilagen und Getränken. Auch die Preise sind etwas höher als bei anderen Burgerläden. Trotzdem ist der Laden einen Besuch wert und bietet eine gute Erfahrung für Burgerliebhaber.

One of my fav burger stores in Frankfurt. Delicious burgers with non-standard variations and tasty sauces + their own beers.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes kleines Restaurant mit sehr guten frisch zubereiteten Burgern. Schön finde ich, dass man einzelne Zutaten tauschen oder komplett entfernen kann. So kann man den Burger nach Belieben bestellen. Die Soßen zu den Pommes sind Eigenkreationen und die meisten sogar mit kostenlosen Refill. Die Wartezeit war trotz ausgebuchten lokal sehr kurz. Es wird empfohlen vorher einen Tisch zu reservieren, sonst ist mit einer Wartezeit zu rechnen.
