Heroes Premium Burgers in Frankfurt am Main

There were 4 of us there and we had a reservation. It was a small restaurant but it was pretty busy. The selection was great and what we had came quickly, was freshly prepared and super tasty. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately not quite as attentive. But there were only 2 employees there and the place was full. It was clean but also relatively cool where we were sitting. Because many people had ordered to pick up, there was a lot of coming and going.

I've had my eye on this restaurant on ubereats for a while now... the photos didn't look too promising, but the reviews said otherwise. However, somehow the order never came. Sometimes I didn't feel like eating burgers... sometimes I didn't feel like taking risks... and taking a bite. However, today was the day. I thought I'd take a chance today! Ordered to the university on a Sunday and I can tell you one thing... THE REVIEWS DON'T LIE. It is really the best burger AND FRIES I have eaten in Frankfurt. I would even be willing to go so far as to say that I have never had such good fries anywhere. The aioli sauce! And the BURGER! Lots of meat, very tasty bun (I had the moonshiner burger by the way) nothing too much nothing too little just perfect. Conclusion: It is the best burger in the city in my opinion

The service was really good, the place is nice, just 4 because there is some spice missing in the burger. That would not stop me for going again.

Review - Eating On Site (February 2025) I ate at Heroes for the first time today and have to raise my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I was really completely convinced. The service was outstanding, the burger (Pique) was sensational, the fries were crispy (my recommendation is the fig mustard), and the price was also average. The burgers are juicy, full of flavor, and stay solid until the end. At the end we got a little money on the house - just great! I would recommend making a reservation, which you can easily do on Google. Card payment is possible from 25 euros. The only minimal drawback would perhaps be the non-alcoholic Pilsner - which I didn't really like. But next time I'll just use non-alcoholic wheat. Review - Takeaway (March 2024) I called Heroes yesterday and ordered a Piqué burger with fries to pick up. As promised, the burger was ready for pickup 15 minutes after I called. The burger was very tasty, and especially the combination with parmesan and jalapeños tasted really great. I ate fries after the burger and they were still warm and crispy thanks to the good packaging. Overall a great burger, okay priced. Service nice.

If I could give half stars I would give this restaurant 3.5. The burgers tasted good but lack a better presentation, the burgers were a little bit uncomfortable to eat. Additionally, the size of the patties make it possible to personalize how would you like it cooked (ex. medium, well done) but that was not given as a possibility. Nachos were basic but more often than not most places in Germany have terrible nachos so these ones were good in comparison. I would also like if there were any “menü” options (add fries and drink to your burger or something similar) available all day and weekends. I would say prices were fair. But could be better. Also, card payments only available from 25 eur up is also a factor. Service was good, the staff is friendly and my food came quickly but nothing spectacular. The place looks clean. The ambiance is spectacular, the comic book theme makes this restaurant unique.

The burgers on the menu are really unusual and super tasty. The staff is cool, very friendly and accommodating. I've already tried a few burger restaurants, but Hero Premium Burgers remains my absolute favorite and is one of my favorite restaurants in Frankfurt. Please stay exactly as you are.

Burgers are so-so. When it comes to a vegan burger, the meat is definitely minced meat!

A fairly small place, but it's worth it. The burger I ordered was the moonshiner that I recommend because of the amount of flavors it has, they don't accompany it with potatoes so you have to order something in the center that suits my taste better than the nachos, they are not at the level of the rest.

I had lunch here with colleagues, the burgers were good and so was the service. I can't think of any reason why I should deduct any star here. Everything was great.

The burgers are really good and if you want you can try something new. The house beer is also good. The team is nice, friendly and motivated. Anyone who sits at the bar gets their beer really quickly :-).

A cool place with DC heroes on the walls and great, friendly staff. You should definitely make a reservation in advance because it is very crowded there. Tip for people with wheat allergies: order gluten-free burger buns. The food tastes super delicious :)

We didn't feel like cooking - typical for a Sunday - and really wanted burgers. Since we don't always want to eat at the same places, we came across this place after a quick google search. And what should we say? We've never eaten such damn good burgers. We had ordered takeaway and were told it would take between 20 & 35 minutes, but we got there earlier and everything was ready (after just 12 minutes) - we had never experienced that before. So we are absolutely thrilled and will eat directly in the store next time - the decor is also amazing! Really wow!!

The waiter was super friendly. Despite arriving 45 minutes before the reservation, he greeted us with a natural smile and found us a table. The fries are the best I've ever had, and I have to say that I don't normally eat them. Of these potatoes, I would have repeated. They serve them with a delicious fried tomato sauce and a mayonnaise that has a real flavor. The burgers are of good quality and taste just like what you order. Very good quality-price ratio. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is becoming increasingly dingy and the service is becoming increasingly unfriendly. Too bad. Food is still good.

My favorite burger shop in Frankfurt's Nordend with a large selection of burgers, side dishes, salads and drinks. Everything is freshly prepared on site and homemade. As the name suggests: Anyone who likes heroes from comics will get their money's worth in the interior of the bistro.

An absolute hit in the quality/price category. Perhaps the atmosphere of the place is better in the evening than during the day. Burgers are ok, I've eaten better ones, I've praised worse ones. Accessories are important here, the more the better. Very good fries! However, I will emphasize: it is difficult to eat this well for this money in Frankfurt, not to mention Bornheim. Today it was a repeat and a hit: a peanut butter burger. Awesome, I'm upping the rating for the food.

The restaurant is decorated in a cool way and the employees are very friendly. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced by the burgers and fries. I was really looking forward to the cool selection of burgers, but the burger was dry and bland and the fries were dripping with grease.

I have eaten so many times there and they never disappoint. The smashed burger was amazing!

It's a hamburger shop. The inside of the store had an American comic book feel and was fun. The chicken burger I ordered with mushrooms and cheese had a strong red paste on the bottom, but it was delicious. I don't like raw onions, so something with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and cheese would have been better. The meat of the hamburger itself was delicious. The cucumber salad is refreshing and recommended if you like pickles.

It was the first time I was here, the welcome was super friendly, the food arrived very quickly and was extremely tasty! I can really only recommend it, especially to people who have to eat gluten-free ;)

The place is losing quality. I don't know what is on the bread but the burgers smell and taste disgusting. Cheese also tastes and looks like a soggy sock. It's basic to wash onions to get rid of harshness.

The people who work there in the kitchen and service had no idea about cleanliness and hygiene. By the way, the kitchen was right next to the toilet and didn't look that clean.

Very tasty burgers. I think it's really nice that you can add extras according to your own taste. There are fries, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, or even corn on the cob as a side dish. However, you choose all the side dishes separately. The ingredients are very fresh and the meat is always juicy. Definitely one of the best burgers.

For example, the cranberry sauce on bacon is a completely new but surprisingly good experience. The only negative point: The patty could have had a little more flavor. A coolly decorated burger shop with a wide variety of burgers at really good prices. Very high quality prepared burgers with an intense taste. You can also order sweet potato fries, which are second to none. You can sit outside well. If you visit by car, you will have to look for a parking space a little longer. I will definitely come back and can only recommend it to everyone.

Tasty burgers and a tasty fried chicken sandwich. I do really wish they had a grilled chicken option. Food is fresh and tasty. Service is usually fast, though it can be a bit disorganized. The comic style theming is really cute. My only mild complaint is that the restroom is tiny. Airplane lavatories are larger

A great burger restaurant that also deserves the word premium in the name? I think that this restaurant has become more popular in recent years. One of the recommendations from Frankfurt was. And it's little things like getting five different dips when you eat fries. Or the excellent garlic bread. The fact that the burgers are 1A and that you can also get any burger plant-based doesn't make things any worse. Great burger place, I would love to come back, would I highly recommend? <3

In einer Wohnstraße abseits der Berger Str. gelegener Burgerschuppen. Seit vielen Jahren ein Frankfurter Liebling, oft ausgezeichnet und bei Einheimischen beliebt. Witziges Comic-Konzept. Sehr große Burgerauswahl. Preise noch OK. Wir hatten den Butch mit Käse für €10.90 und den Chease Fight für €11.90. Cheese Fight kommt mit Blauschimmelkäse, Tomatenrelish, Essiggurken, Zwiebeln, Aioli und Cheddar in einem Brioche Bun. Der Käse steht hier im Vordergrund und trieft aus dem Burger heraus. Burgerpatty saftig und medium gebraten. Es ist eine ziemliche Burgerschlacht. Es trieft und suppt gewaltig, für meinen Geschmack eine etwas zu große Sauerei. Cole Slow wird selbstgemacht und für €3.90 empfehlenswert. Der gemischte Salat für €5.60 ist preislich etwas zu teuer für das kleine Schälchen. Die kleine Portion Pommes kommt mit vier unterschiedlichen Soßen, Aioli ist sehr lecker, auch der eigens hergestellte Ketchup mundet. Service könnte schneller sein, auf den Burger mussten wir an einem Samstagnachmittag dann doch ziemlich lange warten. Toiletten klein und leider pappig.

Went there with the family, expecting an honest burger, but leaving super happy, can't recommend them more. Everything was perfect, from the relaxed, easy-going atmosphere that would be more at place in a small village, to the friendliness of the staff, and then to how tasty the food, beverages and even the sauces were. If you're in the vicinity, or if you're in Frankfurt and just want a quiet relaxing place to have a meal, and maybe a beverage, I would definitely put them on my list!

Ambience typical of Frankfurt's Berger Straße. Very good burgers and fries. Friendly but rather sloppy service. The fries arrived shortly after I ordered, around 30 minutes before the burgers. The burger itself was very good, the pattie filled with jalapeños was well received. Unfortunately, the burgers were thrown together a bit hectically and fell apart at the table. Nevertheless: a recommendation if you can remain calm.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant, there was absolutely nothing I would have wished for more. The burger was amazing, and everyone was very professional and kind enough to make my day. From the moment I walked in until I finished my meal, I had no regrets at all. The burger was perfect, and the workers were very friendly and passionate.

A bit away from the city center, but definitely worth a detour! With a lot of luck we managed to get a spot (much in demand - reservation therefore recommended). I had a H**** Boy with classic fries. Top! Not only does it look delicious but it also tastes good. Special feature of these burgers: beef patty filled with jalapenos and parmesan! Sounds strange, but tastes good. Otherwise: balsamic vinegar, coriander mayo, bacon, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce and whiskey BBQ. Sauces for the fries were also very tasty (I tried BBQ and chipotle mayonnaise and can recommend them). Note: the original name of the burger violates Google's guidelines, but you will find it on the menu... 😃

Really friendly service. I love the decorations, which just make the atmosphere super cozy! Burgers are super fresh, with quality ingredients and very filling. Delicious homemade sauces, too. Only minor deduction for the sweet potato fries, which where tasty but could have been in the frier a couple of minutes longer.
