I was here with friends and we were really satisfied the BBQ Ranch burger was just great so delicious that we didn't want anything else the menu selection is quite large the smash burger is also a must the atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff was very friendly and helpful Prices are really fair if you love burgers you should definitely stop by here

The burgers and fries are super tasty and fresh. Soft buns, delicious sauces, juicy patties and crispy fries. You can tell that everything is prepared with love. The store is neat/clean and the staff is very friendly. I'll go there more often.

A few months ago I had a really tasty burger with a crispy patty here. Today I got a tasty, indefinable slush and when I complained at the counter, I was told (or woman) that it was the burger I ordered. For 14.90 the quality must be better and I won't come a third time.

Delicious, fresh burgers, the portion is fair. the price. The ambience is debatable (it's just a food court in a mall). But the employees have to be particularly praised! The chefs work neatly hand in hand and even visibly have fun with the stress. The young lady at the checkout who took the orders was really exceptionally friendly and did her job prudently - and this on December 30th. at lunchtime with a queue of at least 10 waiting guests in front of you. She also responded nicely and positively to a small complaint. Top!

Burgers 🍔 are tasty though patty was a little bit over cooked and dry but sauce and sweet onions were adding to the taste. Fries were good but it was too pricy. I went to the skyline plaza food court. Service was quite good and quick. Overall good experience.

The cheesy classy was so delicious and the portion size of the burger was really good too! The fries were good, but I've definitely had better ones. But if you want a delicious burger, this is the place for you.

I was today. The exhaust system didn't work and we almost suffocated when we ordered. There was smoke in the whole store and our eyes were burning. Very dirty shop from floor to table and toilet everything was dirty. When the food arrived after 25 minutes it didn't convince me 2/10 the scales.

I ordered a burger on October 29th, 2024 at 8:00 p.m., after a long wait I see that my burger has been ready for a long time and that the employee doesn't give it out and continues to take orders. I complained that my food got cold, unfortunately very unprofessional team who have no idea how to deal with customers, Paid 20€ for a cold cola and cold fries, the cashier works at a snail's pace, they have no idea about gastronomy, the entire team because of that I wanted my money back because I wanted to save myself another headache, guess what I'll get my money back have! No, I didn't, I was offered a voucher or a burger, after a long discussion I decided on a burger, after a short wait I noticed that the employees were pissed off, so I moved on because I was afraid that someone would spit on my food or something , 20€ minus and left hungry, with the cold food that McDonalds can do much better and cheaper In my opinion, the price/performance just doesn't add up. By far the best (smash) burger I have eaten in Germany so far. Unfortunately, there are sometimes hard waiting times on weekends, so it's better to go during the week. The guys really give it their all and put their heart and soul into it and are also very friendly and correct. Definitely a must try in FFM!

Waited 20 minutes. The Thanos Burger was made wrong to begin with, no additional patty. The burger is medium, so I would give it a 6/10. The store is totally overhyped, as some would say. No service but self-service, which is a shame. As a Frankfurter you are used to different standards. The fries were so normal that there was nothing special about them. The air everywhere is greasy, smoke accumulates, even in the very small dining area. You can tell that it is designed for to-go. By the way, the Thanos Burger probably wasn't even made again, just spiced up because it was no longer hot but warm.

We just ordered the cheeseburger from the menu in the truck. He is currently still in the Ring Center in Offenbach. The burger is the best we've had in a long time. Even our favorite stores can't keep up. Not overly greasy, burger doesn't fall apart. The fries are to die for. Some of the shell is still on, but we love that. Not dripping with fat or salt, but just right. And they taste like potatoes. A dream for which we would also like to travel to FFM. The sauces put the ready-made sauces in the shade. The guys are super nice, competent and friendly. Always my pleasure. Only the Mio Cola wasn't quite to our taste, but that's where opinions differ

We were here on Saturday lunchtime and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. The burgers were very tasty & fresh. (Had Sloppy Joe, CCB, Cheesy Classic) Fries with Joppie sauce are also highly recommended! The employee is also super friendly. I can only recommend it!!

Ordered late but food delivered quickly

Ordering took over half an hour even though there were only 6 people in front of us. People were constantly coming, having discussions or picking up food for the delivery service, so the queue didn't move forward. From ordering to receiving the food it took another 50 (!) minutes. That would be borderline for a restaurant, but it is not acceptable for a fast food shop. We had actually planned an hour to eat before a concert in the Festhalle, but of course that didn't work out. It's no use if the burgers themselves are delicious if it takes you 1 hour and 20+ minutes to get your food - they're definitely not so tasty that they're worth the wait, even if we have endless time would have had.

Waited 60 minutes for a burger and then got it wrong. Unfortunately not organized at all with a lot of orders!!! But burgers are going well for you.

By far the best burger I have ever eaten. Had the C.B.B Double with Fries and Tropical Homemade Iced Tea. Burger 10/10 especially the caramelized onions. The fries were also very good. The only minimal point of criticism would be the iced tea. I spoke to the employee about it and he said they are still in the testing phase and the final product will be there in the near future. Never had such a delicious burger before. Everything went great, the meat was nicely seared and seasoned, the ingredients were fresh and super tasty. Of course you have to expect waiting times but it's worth it.

I can only say something about the delivery. But it is catastrophic. I have an allergy to tomatoes and onions. I wrote it down so many times with an exclamation mark and received the burger with both three times. I don't understand what's so hard about leaving out the tomatoes and onions.

If you're looking for a juicy, fatty, perfect burger, look no further! I ate my best smash burger here. The fries are also good, I just found it a bit excessive to pay €20 for a meal.

We were there at lunchtime. The employee pointed out the lunch menu, which was well priced! The place is pretty stylish and I also thought it was cool that you could pick up cucumbers and ketchup and a few other things separately at such a small corner. What I also want to emphasize again are the employees. They were really nice and said something about dinner. I felt very comfortable. I found myself in better hands there than in most restaurants

The shop is small but really good, you should wait a bit but it's really worth it. The burger is freshly prepared and there is a great selection of sauces to go with the fries. Super cool staff and great food. I can recommend it 😎👌🏼

I was at Urban Ranch once 2 years ago and wasn't particularly impressed with the smash burgers. Now I wanted to try it again, this time vegetarian. There's a vegetarian burger with a Beyond Meat patty. That gets smashed too. The taste is quite okay. But just under €13 for it? With all my love, I think that's too much for the fact that this isn't even a real restaurant. The seating in Skyline Plaza isn't particularly comfortable either.

We had to wait in line for about 45 minutes and then an additional 45 minutes for the food. Although we ordered completely different burgers, we somehow got the same thing. There are also only the burgers that are shown on the board and not the ones from the website. Price is also way too expensive for what you get. But fries are delicious.

Absolute disappointment. I buy a hamburger as pictured and after a few bites all I got was bread meat and onion. More than half was missing. After commenting, they were willing to give the money back and I had to give the hamburgers back immediately. I mean it didn't taste good and I wanted to get what was in the picture, but what kind of philosophy is that??? The cashier gave some customers the information: only card but with us and others took cash. Everything's kind of weird. Clearly never again.

Funniest eating experience in a long time Really wanted to try the burger. Price for a menu 19€. It's okay, let's go for a good burger. After 15 minutes the burger was ready. Burgers looked dreary and somehow wrong. The first bite wasn't that great either. Until we noticed that the burger (contrary to the pictures) was missing any vegetables (rocket, tomatoes, onions). When asked, the cashier commented that the vegetables were out. Come on! That can't correspond to the company's philosophy. We collect the full amount and only put half on the burger in the hope that it won't be noticed. Aside from the fact that the other burger was mediocre, this behavior says everything about the place. We asked for our money back and deducted it. Thank you Urban Ranch, we will definitely remember the experience 😂

DISASTER! That has nothing to do with burgers at all...

I was here a few times two or three years ago and found the burgers to be good but not excellent. After all the hype on social media, I went back yesterday and I have to say I didn't remember him wrong. Unfortunately the burgers are nothing special, my companions share my opinion. A burger that may not be available on every corner - but there are already some corners with much better burgers in Frankfurt.

The burger was tasty and juicy. Very greasy. The mix between the meat, the sauce, onion, pepperoni was very good. I just don't understand this beef bacon. Not recommended in terms of taste either. Regular bacon would work much better. Especially because of the crunchiness. Too bad. Otherwise great burger with various choices. Service was okay and the location is more suitable for a short stay.

I was back in Bornheim and had “ordered” a Chicago Bull. Employees are overwhelmed and long waiting times are the rule. At first the burger was the best, but now according to the employees they have gotten rid of the lettuce and tomatoes. That doesn't exist anymore, I was told. Then I told him that it was still on the screen. He said it was old. Then please pull the plug!! Aside from that, mine didn't have any bacon in it and the meat was burnt. I'm really very disappointed because I always told everyone "Urban Ranche is the best". Now it was him. Unfortunately, I'm not even alone with this opinion. Well, then I'll look for a new Smash Burger place.

The best burger I've ever eaten! Super nice service, acceptable waiting time and excellent burgers/side dishes. Come regularly to eat Thanos and it will stay that way. Heared about the store through word of mouth and wasn't disappointed.

I recently visited the burger shop in Frankfurt and overall I was very satisfied. The burger was really tasty and was of good quality. The amount of sauce was a bit too much for my taste, but that's certainly a matter of taste and might appeal to other guests. A small point of criticism was the table, which wobbled for us. There were four of us at the table and it was a bit disturbing. I would therefore recommend checking the tables regularly and stabilizing them if necessary. Otherwise, the visit was great and I can definitely recommend the store!

Chaotic ordering system, ridiculously long waiting time, cold food, rude and unfriendly employees and work in slow motion... worst burger experience ever! We waited in line for 40 minutes, even though there weren't many people in front of us. You don't even get the food or drinks straight away, just ordering it takes so long for no reason! So when we stood in front of the checkout after queuing for 40 minutes, we were ignored for another 5 minutes. No greeting or comment that things are about to continue. It doesn't work at all. This meant we were able to take a closer look at the disaster for a little longer. The unfriendly cashier first had to take care of his paperwork. The entire order is first written down on a piece of paper with the token number and then entered into the cash register. I have no idea why you don't just print out two receipts from the cash register (one for the roasters and one for the cash register) and write the token number on them, but ok. Then we were allowed to watch as the cashier distributed napkins, sauces and wet towels to the finished trays at such a snail's pace. I've never seen it before and was amazed at how you can work in such slow motion in the catering industry. Nobody has to rush, but with all the reviews, picking up the pace a little is the least you can do. When the cashier whispered a greeting and we were able to order, I ended up asking how long we had to wait for the burger because we had already been standing in line for 40 minutes. The gentleman didn't like it at all and said it would take 15 minutes and what should he do now? My thought: Work faster perhaps? The 15 minutes became 25 minutes. The neighboring table who ordered after us got their food before us. How can that be? We talked briefly and she couldn't understand why the work was so slow. When we got the food and drinks - you don't get the drinks when you wait 25 minutes, but rather sit dry during this time - the food was cold. Fries were cold and salty, burgers were cold and the cheese was hard again. So we waited 70 minutes and paid almost 37 euros to get 2 cold burgers, 1 cold fries, 1 sauce (which cheekily costs extra) and two drinks. A joke! When we walked past the shop again, the cashier was already shouting at the next customers... although it should be clear in the restaurant that when we asked how long it would take, the answer was "what should I do, I've been standing here since 7 a.m." is definitely the wrong one. Please urgently train staff, give out drinks directly, revise the ordering system and encourage staff to be friendly, quality and quick. In addition, an employee who was there at 7 a.m. shouldn't still be there at 8:30 p.m. (13.5 hour shift?). We're definitely not coming back.

I'm writing this review BEFORE I eat the burger. No matter how it tastes, it's not worth the ridiculous wait! Waiting in line for 45 minutes at a mall fast food stand. There were a maximum of 4 customers in front of me. The team is working aaaaaalllaaannnngggsssaaaammmmmmhhh. Really ridiculous. When it was finally our turn, the waitress ignored us for 10 minutes because he had to organize some paperwork. In between, customers came who also had special requests and were of course given priority. After I asked how much the Spar-Manu cost (since there is no price listed for it), the waitress whispered a price in a very incomprehensible manner. I was just annoyed and just ordered what I wanted. When everything was over and I understood after asking for the third time that the man was trying to ask me in a whisper and with a strong accent (unfortunately I didn't really understand what he was saying, but you could guess it. At least!), Which type of iced tea I wanted, there was one of those vibrating devices that let you know when the food is ready. I thought I was losing faith when it was AGAIN: WAIT. No thanks. Never again! (No matter how good this burger is supposed to taste)

The burger is very fragrant and has its own unique sauce, and the burger steak is very juicy. The fries were ok, paired with bottled drinks. There are also vegetarian options.

Food was okay. Prices way too high. 1 euro extra mayo. Menu discount for over 20 euros was only 90 cents. I would say the taste was 3/5. Price/performance 1/5. All other options in the Plaza have been better so far. Better and cheaper compared to Vedang Burger

Before Goldies arrived, you guys used to be the best burger place in all of Frankfurt! I have always been a fan of Thanos since Skyline Plaza and have been able to enjoy him many times at the Berger. No matter how long it took, you endured it to be able to eat Thanos. The Thanos was your trademark and the unique selling point compared to the run-of-the-mill Smashburgers from others. Unfortunately, you didn't do yourself any favors with the price increase. Especially because the burger hasn't improved in quality but, on the contrary, has become worse. I only recently found my way back to you. To my surprise, that wasn't what I knew about you. A thick slice of tomato was slapped on top, the cheese was too overpoweringly dosed. All you can taste is cheese in the middle of the burger. Don't get me wrong, it's not inedible and still tasty, but it no longer lives up to its name. And that at a price of almost 15€ euros. Sorry guys, I'd rather get 2 good burgers for the price from Goldies, where I know what I'm getting. So either increase the quality again and take more time, or you can drastically reduce the prices. I enjoyed being your customer, but you might see what hype can do to you.

Was there today on July 23rd. Got a lukewarm Coke for €3.90 in my hand. Couldn't wash down the subterranean burger with the lukewarm drink. When the listless teenagers are at the checkout and at the grill, it's better to avoid it. The shop is a shadow himself.

Food, 5/5, can't complain. However, the waiting time, 1/5. I stood at the checkout with no one in front of me. I waited about 5 minutes until I was asked what I wanted to eat. Service friendly. Very good burgers when the right team prepares the burgers. They are currently on tour at Champions Burger with the Sloppy Joe, which is also very tasty. At Skyline Plaza I usually eat the CBB Double and occasionally the Thanos, since my absolute favorite Juicy Lucy is unfortunately no longer available.

The burger was just disappointing and I can't understand the hype. The bun was very dry as was the meat for this price I can't recommend it. Here the food bloggers are clearly served better dishes than the normal customers.

The burgers aren't actually bad, but for the price I would have expected more meat. You can hardly taste the meat. 4 burgers, 2 fries and 2 cokes a whopping 60 euros. Very loud, hardly any space and it's very unpleasant in Skyline Plaza.

There's nothing there, the burgers are good and the fries too. But they're not so outstanding that you have to shell out almost 20 euros for a portion of fries and a bottle of sprite for a medium-sized burger. This is available with the same quality and also cheaper with a better ambience. When in doubt, I prefer to grill myself. I know what I have and pay a fraction.

I was there today. The fact that I waited 25 minutes was tough. But that I bought a burger for €11.90, the picture on the flyer was a burger that looked fat. Then it arrives and feels like it's 2 cm thick. The whole burger! That's a disgrace. To pay 12€ for this. Very cheeky.

We tried the Sloppy Joe’s or a vegetarian burger at “The Champion’s Burger” in Cologne. The burgers were both absolutely delicious. The sauce is great and very full-bodied. Simply divine!

I was waiting for 1 h in the que, to be told when taking the order that the credit card machine is not working. The employees had no ideea what to do and kept going in circles. They did not announce to the people in the que that the machine is not working. Also the cleaning conditions are far from clean. I asked personally one of the employees to clean the table where the food was prepared. I wouldn't mind to wait for a good burger if the service would be good. It is such a shame that a good product gets such bad service.
