Who wants to wait 27 min to get a burger at a fast food restaurant. You should as a minimum warm the customer f such a wait as it’s not expected at a fast food joint. My advise if you are short of time go somewhere else

Used to be a great place. Now it's really nothing! The price/performance ratio is simply not good anymore; almost €16 for a burger that isn't even that good. It's a shame. Two or three years ago, it was a real "must-go" in Frankfurt. Now, it's best to steer clear.

A complete disaster. I ordered 5 burgers and fries for delivery. The food arrived cold – okay, it's not the shop's fault, BUT you should be able to count to 5! They simply charged me for 5 burgers, but didn't deliver one. No real alternative offered, they just picked up a new one... unbelievable! One person was allowed to watch while they ate.

I beg your pardon, what am I paying so much for? The taste has deteriorated dramatically! No more Urban range. There are great alternatives in Frankfurt, and they're definitely cheap. I really liked Urban, but this is just not acceptable. €50 for two people without even getting enough to eat. If the atmosphere at least matched that, I could understand it.

Place with good burgers. In my opinion it wasn't pricey. The staff were also nice and helpful. The only minus are fries which were a little too greasy, but still pretty tasty. :)

I saw it on YouTube and, since it was in Frankfurt, I wanted to test it out. But it simply disappointed me. For me, it was run-of-the-mill and nothing special.

We tried two burgers at Urban Ranch. There's nothing to say about the ambiance; it's in a shopping center, so it's neither nice nor cozy. The burgers are very expensive compared to other Smashburgers throughout Germany. We had the Thanos and the Chicago Bull. Both burgers tasted exactly the same. The bread-to-meat ratio isn't balanced. The bread is too big for the patties. Nothing special in terms of flavor. Nothing particularly stood out about this burger. The crust wasn't perfect, unlike other Smashburgers. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was attentive, but seemed unmotivated. The fact that they were just handing over shifts and didn't want to give us the water in advance because we hadn't paid for it yet is fine under normal circumstances, but it was about 30 degrees outside and the center wasn't really air-conditioned. I personally found that to be poor service.

Unfortunately, disappointing for the price 👎🏻 A burger costs around €11, and toppings and even simple dips like ketchup or mayo are €1.50 extra each – that's too much!! The bun was too overpowering for my taste: the hard crust made it almost taste like bread, drowning out the meat. The sauce was also too sweet. The overall flavor wasn't coherent, and after a 25-minute wait, it wasn't worth it for me. The fries, on the other hand, were outstanding – crispy, hot, and absolutely delicious! 🍟

Delicious cheeseburger with a sweet Joppie sauce. Unfortunately, they served arugula instead of lettuce, but it was still very good. The fries were nice and crispy and really fresh. Definitely recommended.

I ordered a burger with fries and a Coke for the meal. The burger was quite good, but the portion was a bit small, the fries were unfortunately bland, and there was a tiny portion of ketchup, which was almost outrageous. And all of this for almost 20 Swiss francs, a bit of a hefty price for what you get. Shopping center, so the atmosphere was very loud.

Best halal burger in Frankfurt, by far! The meat quality is consistently impeccable, The bun is absolutely perfect, and the overall composition is simply delicious. For my taste, they sometimes use too much Joppie sauce. Half a point deducted because none of the burgers come with pickles, not even as an option.

Urban Ranch's burgers are absolutely impressive. Whether it's the C.B.B. Double, the Thanos, or the new PB&J Burger... they all deliver. Urban Ranch's prices are certainly on the higher side, but you're not getting a burger from a fast-food restaurant; you're getting top-quality food from people who take pride in their craft. The success of this concept is demonstrated not least by the fact that customers are happy to wait well over 30 minutes for their order. So, be sure to bring some time with you when you visit the guys at Urban Ranch. However, the Skyline Plaza invites you to use your waiting time wisely.

A really good smash burger, in terms of taste. The patty is nicely cooked on the outside, yet still juicy. The homemade bun with caramelized onions, a hint of bitter arugula, and the sauce round out the whole thing very well. However, it's not for those on a budget.

You're in for a treat if you stop by this Lil powerhouse of a burger store sitting right in the middle of multiple other food outlets in the Skyline Plaza food court. A new favourite of mine in an unexpected place.😋 My partner and I were doing a bit of shopping and wanted a bite to eat and as burger lovers, something about Urban Ranch caught our eyes the moment we passed - and we were not disappointed! I ordered the Julius Cereza burger which was one of the best balanced burgers I've had so far. The buns tasted fresh and not overly "bready"...the fried chicken was delicious, umami, and juicy...the sauces were dynamic and generously applied to give a fantastically constructed burger. My partner got the CBB single and that was equally as delicious. The food experience was good enough to make me forget that I was sitting in the middle of an extremely busy mall with people everywhere. The only reason why atmosphere gets one star less. Mall food over the years has never really been anything to write home about for me, but I'm glad that Urban Ranch is the first food place situated in a mall to give me something to actually write a review for! The burgers are pretty good, but in my opinion way too expensive. 15.90 for the Thanos Burger without any side dishes? That would be justified as a menu price, but only for the burger? Difficult.

First of all: The burgers taste good, you can't say anything against that. BUT: What about customer service? I spent over EUR 46 on two menus and ordered 2x Cola Zero when ordering. When picking up the menus, my ten-year-old son wanted an apple spritzer or Sprite instead of the Cola Zero. I asked if I could please swap and it was refused by the cashier. Then I asked for it again, the cashier asked her colleague who was making the burgers, and he also refused on the grounds that you can no longer change the drink in the register during my checkout process. I mean, hello? Where do we live? You can't change the drink at the checkout? Besides, let's assume it actually doesn't work, but where is the idea of ​​service? Where is the customer friendliness? I pay over 46 EUR for two meals and you can't exchange a drink (mind you the other drink would have cost the same)? So to this day I still don't understand it and I'm really upset.

It's a shame they sell Coca Cola. Halal is more like sourcing meat Halal.

After the unfortunately disappointing visit to Urban Ranch on Berger Strasse, we tried Skyline Plaza this time. In the food court there, UR joins the ranks of roasters, pasta makers, pizza makers and all sorts of other stalls. Since the crowd was manageable, we were able to order straight away and took two classics and one fries with homemade sauce. While the branch manager was very concerned about order, gave appropriate instructions to the staff and even went after the Wolt delivery person to ask him to close the bag so that the food didn't cool straight away, the employee at the checkout seemed a little sleepy; one would think. Since we weren't sure whether she had actually taken the order and entered it into the system and given us the correct beeper, we kept glancing over from our seats. As far as the seats are concerned, you sit here like you are in a school or university cafeteria. Quite a food court, where there are places for everything and everyone. While the seats were sober, our food this time was not. Whether it was because of the burger chosen this time (meat instead of Beyond Meat) that it didn't end up in a mess or whether the preparation was simply neater: I have no idea. In any case, it tasted good and was easy to eat even without a plastic apron. The fries were hot, some still had remnants of the peel on them and the sauce...., yes, there's nothing more to say about them. Delicious. So if you really want to go to Urban Ranch, you should go to Skyline Plaza. If you're generally looking for good burgers or maybe even better ones, you could find them in many other places. Nevertheless, Urban Ranch, especially in Skyline Plaza, is a recommendation.

Hello everyone, I had dinner at Urban Ranch a while ago. I ordered a chicken burger with fries. The meat was way too big for the bun and definitely too oily. Instead of tasting like a chicken burger, it tasted mostly like oil. Unfortunately the fries were too cold. I shared my feedback with the waitress, but they only responded with a “yes” – without any further interest or apology. All in all, I regretted my visit there. The worst thing, however, was that I spent the night on the toilet and vomited several times. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

But if you don't have a problem waiting more than half an hour for your burger, you'll definitely get your money's worth here. I would choose this place over the hype burger joint that starts with "G" any day. The two stores are not comparable in price, but here you get significantly more quality for your money. The ambience is like the open restaurant area of ​​a shopping center. Not really nice, but could be worse.

Unique smash burgers in the Skyline Plaza food court. We were skeptical at first, thinking it was the next run-of-the-mill fast food. We tried it anyway and weren't disappointed. 10/10 In the picture you can see the individual burgers, including prices.

Were there for the first time... tastes ok-good... but more like a snack bar citizen. Sauce wasn't bad but thin patty - hardly any meat tasted, rather disappointing for the price.

I must say this was the best Burger I had so far in Frankfurt. Very tasty, fresh and flavourful. They use halal meat. Petty they use is balanced between being juicy and crispy. Quality, taste and quantity at one place. If you’re visiting Frankfurt, this is a a must to have.

A few months ago I had a really tasty burger with a crispy patty here. Today I got a tasty, indefinable slush and when I complained at the counter, I was told (or woman) that it was the burger I ordered. For 14.90 the quality must be better and I won't come a third time.

Delicious, fresh burgers, the portion is fair. the price. The ambience is debatable (it's just a food court in a mall). But the employees have to be particularly praised! I was today. The exhaust system didn't work and we almost suffocated when we ordered. There was smoke in the whole store and our eyes were burning. Very dirty shop from floor to table and toilet everything was dirty. When the food arrived after 25 minutes it didn't convince me 2/10 the scales.

By far the best (smash) burger I have eaten in Germany so far. Unfortunately, there are sometimes hard waiting times on weekends, so it's better to go during the week. The guys really give it their all and put their heart and soul into it and are also very friendly and correct. Definitely a must try in FFM!

We just ordered the cheeseburger from the menu in the truck. He is currently still in the Ring Center in Offenbach. The burger is the best we've had in a long time. Even our favorite stores can't keep up. Not overly greasy, burger doesn't fall apart. The fries are to die for. Some of the shell is still on, but we love that. Not dripping with fat or salt, but just right. And they taste like potatoes. A dream for which we would also like to travel to FFM. The sauces put the ready-made sauces in the shade. The guys are super nice, competent and friendly. Always my pleasure. Only the Mio Cola wasn't quite to our taste, but that's where opinions differ

Waited 20 minutes. The Thanos Burger was made wrong to begin with, no additional patty. The burger is medium, so I would give it a 6/10. The store is totally overhyped, as some would say. No service but self-service, which is a shame. As a Frankfurter you are used to different standards. The fries were so normal that there was nothing special about them. The air everywhere is greasy, smoke accumulates, even in the very small dining area. You can tell that it is designed for to-go. By the way, the Thanos Burger probably wasn't even made again, just spiced up because it was no longer hot but warm.

We were here on Saturday lunchtime and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. The burgers were very tasty & fresh. (Had Sloppy Joe, CCB, Cheesy Classic) Fries with Joppie sauce are also highly recommended! The employee is also super friendly. I can only recommend it!!

Ordered late but food delivered quickly

Ordering took over half an hour even though there were only 6 people in front of us. People were constantly coming, having discussions or picking up food for the delivery service, so the queue didn't move forward. From ordering to receiving the food it took another 50 (!) minutes. That would be borderline for a restaurant, but it is not acceptable for a fast food shop. We had actually planned an hour to eat before a concert in the Festhalle, but of course that didn't work out. It's no use if the burgers themselves are delicious if it takes you 1 hour and 20+ minutes to get your food - they're definitely not so tasty that they're worth the wait, even if we have endless time would have had.
