Der Bürger ist viel zu klein für den Preis von 14,90€ Ist echt heftig. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett, und lange Wartezeiten mit einplanen.

Leider hat bei Urban Ranch die Gewinngier sich bemerkbar gemacht. Die Größe des Burgers ist stark geschrumpft. Habe die Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen, die die Verkleinerung der Burger leider auch bejahten.

Hier gibt es unglaublich gute Smash-Burger! Meist verbunden mit etwas Wartezeit, aber die nimmt man für fantastisches Essen gerne in Kauf.

Leider extrem nachgelassen ! Das war mal noch vor 1 2 Monate ein geschmasksbombe ! Ich bestelle mir immer den Thanos , heute wieder aber kein Vergleich wie am Anfang , sehr trocken klein andere brot sehr dünne Patty's ! Mitarbeiter auch sehr unintressiert irgendwie neutral und lustlos mein Burger stand da und keiner hat mich gerufen also wird kalt wenn ich nicht alleine hingehe , dann habe ich gefragt ist das ein Thanos burger ? Ja ! der sah früher anders aus ? Kein Antwort von beiden Mitarbeiter ! Vielleicht habe ich auch was falsches bekommen ?!

Der Burger war stark, richtig lecker. Die Pommes hingegen waren richtig krass. Absolute nice. Kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

In den letzten Jahren war ich hin und wieder hier da, um Burger mit Pommes zu essen. Meine Erfahrungen waren in der Regel auch recht positiv. Heute war ich wieder nach einer langen Zeit vor Ort, habe mir einen Cheeseburger und Pommes bestellt. Die Zubereitung erfolgte trotz Mittagszeit sehr zügig und ich konnte bereits nach knapp 10 Minuten mein Essen abholen. Zu meiner Verwunderung stellte ich fest, dass die Größe meiner Portion Pommes in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis steht. Auch der Burger war dieses Mal sehr flach und regelrecht zusammengedrückt. Das Bun hatte einen Crunch, was ich bisher so nicht kannte. Vermutlich wurde es zusammengedrückt und getoasted, für mein Empfinden zu viel. Geschmacklich hat es mich dieses Mal auch nicht überzeugt. Der Burger war okay, aber nicht so, dass es mich umgehauen hätte. Mir fiel auch auf, dass die Portion insgesamt sehr bescheiden rüberkommt. Daher war ich enttäuscht, dass ich hierfür 16,40 Euro ausgegeben habe. Für mich persönlich stimmt das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Urban Ranch ist einfach eine andere Liga. Ganz klar Nr. 1 in Frankfurt, wenn es um richtig gute Burger geht. Auswahl, Specials, starke Saucen, geile Pommes und alles schmeckt! Wer hier einmal gegessen hat, merkt schnell: Die anderen Burger-Läden in der Nähe können da nicht wirklich mithalten. Hier kommandieren 5 Star Generals den Grill!! Starker Laden, klare Empfehlung.

Burger war 12/10 lecker, leider rechtfertigt kein Burger der Welt, der aus einem Take Away Stand kommt, einen Preis von 15€. „Service“ kann man dementsprechend auch nicht mit in die Bewertung aufnehmen. Wer das Geld hat - gönnt euch 🫰🏼

Absolut fantastische Burger! Der Laden ist echt gefährlich für mich weil er direkt aufm Weg zur Uni liegt...

Ich bestellte den Thanos-Burger. Der Burger, den ich bekam, war der traurigste, den ich je gegessen habe. Er sah überhaupt nicht aus wie auf dem Bild in der Speisekarte. Ein dünner, trauriger Burger mit mittelmäßigem Geschmack. Es war kein Rucola drin. Als ich mir später das Bild ansah, dachte ich: Okay, vielleicht haben sie ein Blatt hinzugefügt. Sehr enttäuschend. Vielleicht waren sie früher mal gut, wenn man sich die alten Bewertungen ansieht.

Urban Ranch war einmal einer der besten Burgerläden im Frankfurter Raum. Aus einem Stammlokal, in das man wöchentlich gerne gekommen ist, ist inzwischen ein 08/15-Burgerladen geworden. Die neuen Fritten schmecken nach nichts, und auch der Thanos Burger ist mit dem von vor ein paar Monaten nicht mehr zu vergleichen. Dass die Preise für die Burger gestiegen sind, wurde nie kritisiert, für Qualität und Geschmack zahlt man schließlich gerne. Aber die Preise zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig die Qualität deutlich zu senken, ist in der heutigen Gastronomiewelt mit zahlreichen Mitbewerbern ein Schuss ins Knie. P.S. Ein ganz normaler Burger, nichts Besonderes. Aber das teure Eistee ist total langweilig.

Köstlich! Der Geschmack ist fantastisch, aber der Burger ist nicht so groß wie erwartet. Die Royal French Fries sind auch sehr lecker, die Portion ist groß genug für zwei Personen. Absolut empfehlenswert! 👍

Ich hatte den Chicago Bull Burger. Grundsätzlich war er sehr lecker. Die Größe sollte man schon hinterfragen. Auf meinen Bildern sieht man den Vergleich von Bild zum Original. Die Umgebung im Food Court ist einfach laut. Aber dafür kann Urban Ranch nichts.

Richtig geiler fresher Burger saftig und lecker. Kann man auf jeden fall nur weiterempfehlen.

Es hat sich überhaupt nicht gelohnt, sehr gewöhnlich, klein und teuer. Nur die Bilder in der Speisekarte sind schön.

Trockenes Brötchen,Fleisch zart,naja, 2 Mini -Rucola - Stängelchen, fanden sich nach aufklappen des Burgers in der Mitte, Burgersosse schmeckte nur nach Zucker ..... Für mich .... nie wieder!!!!

Eigentlich sehr gute Burger, aber viel zu lange Wartezeit nach Bestellung, dabei ist nicht einmal viel los… Unsere Bestellungen kamen nicht zusammen, sodass der Burger kalt war und die Pommes matschig. Bei einem Preis von 23€ für Burger und Pommes absolut unverschämt

Vorbestellung via Uber abgegeben um dann vor Ort zu erfahren, dass ich meine Bestellung nicht erhalten werde, weil der Grill (scheinbar schon länger) nicht funktioniert. Anstatt, dass man die Personen mit Bestellungen proaktiv kontaktiert, damit man als Fastender frühzeitig nach Alternativen schauen kann. Absoluter Joke dieser Laden…

Leider gibt es in der Küche einen Mitarbeiter, der sehr unhöflich und respektlos ist. Sein Verhalten ist inakzeptabel. Außerdem macht er keinen sauberen oder gepflegten Eindruck. Aus diesem Grund kann ich das Restaurant absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Eigentlich wirklich einer der besten Burgerläden aber den Beyond Meat Burger gegen Fallafel zu tauschen ist unmöglich. Hoffe es ist nur eine Kurzzeitiges Problem. Veganer / Vegetarier sind es leid Fellafel zu essen und für die die kein Fellafel mögen keine alternative. Sehr schade damit leider ist von mir aus einen Kunden verloren….

Wir hatten einen großartigen Besuch bei Urban Ranch in Frankfurt. Die Burger waren hervorragend – saftig, geschmackvoll und mit hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns kompetent beraten. Ein tolles Gesamterlebnis, das ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Ich verfolgen Urban Ranch schon sehr lange, seid der Zeit wo es nur den Foodtruck bei der Skylineplaza gab. Und ich wollte schon immer ein Burger dort essen, da ich dann zu Besuch in Frankfurt war und der neue Flintstone Burger raus kam war das der beste Zeitpunkt mal da zu essen. Der Viktor war unnormal korrekt so wie das restliche Personal auch, der Flintstone Burger war auch der Hammer und vorallem für 20€ sehr günstig. Jedoch gab es meinerseits eine Enttäuschung, undzwar die BBQ Sauce, die leider mehr nach Sojasauce als BBQ geschmeckt hat, deswegen würde ich mir nur da eine Verbesserung wünschen, ansonsten habt ihr einen Kunden mehr dazu gewonnen mit mir. Vielen Dank an das Team und für das Butterweiche Fleisch.

Ich kenne Urban Ranch seit 2021 vom foodtruck und bin begeistert, wie sich das Team über die Jahre weiterentwickelt hat. Die Arbeit ist durchgehend kreativ, professionell und qualitativ auf sehr hohem Niveau. Statt stehen zu bleiben, wird es von Jahr zu Jahr sogar besser. Man spürt die Leidenschaft und den Anspruch, immer das Beste abzuliefern. Klare Empfehlung!

Personal fehlt! Am Montagnachmittag bestellten wir drei Burger: Thanos Burger Menü 26 € Schwarzer koreanischer BBQ-Burger 16,50 € Sloppy Joes 15,90 € (Lieferung +5 €) Wir haben weder die Pommes frites noch die Cola erhalten, die im Thanos Burger Menü enthalten waren. Ich habe dreimal versucht, im Laden anzurufen, aber niemand ging ans Telefon. 60 € für drei Burger zu bezahlen, kommt mir wie Betrug vor.

Ehrlich gesagt einer der besten Burger, die ich seit Langem gegessen habe. Das Short Rib war extrem zart und saftig, die Sauce richtig gut abgestimmt und das Bun schön weich. Nichts überladen, alles passt zusammen. Würde ich sofort wieder bestellen.

Essen sehr lecker. Beim Bestellen wurde ich gefragt, ob ich den Burger als Menü möchte. Ich habe zugestimmt, da ich von einem Preisvorteil ausgegangen bin. Abgerechnet wurde jedoch alles einzeln, wodurch zusätzliche Kosten entstanden sind. Das war für mich nicht transparent und leider enttäuschend.

Super leckerer Burger, aber ich würde das Brötchen gegen ein hochwertigeres, knusprigeres und nicht so dünnes austauschen.

Das war für uns das letzte Mal, zumindestens hier im Skyline Plaza. Die Patties sind gefühlt ein Blatt Papier. Ich hatte einen Chicago Bull, Pommes und Sosse für knapp 17€ und bin nicht satt geworden.

I was inspired by the young audience on TikTok to call it the best burger place in Frankfurt and was extremely disappointed. I couldn't understand the hype at all. You can eat the burgers, but it's far from a 5-star experience.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered a burger menu. I later realized I had been charged the full price, even though there is a lower lunchtime price for the same menu. I wasn’t informed about the difference during ordering, which left me disappointed. The burger itself didn’t meet my expectations in terms of quality, especially considering the final price of around 20€. This was not the value I was hoping for at lunchtime. Overall, my experience didn’t match what I look for in a good burger place

A one-off visit, as we were only in Frankfurt for an event. Our craving for burgers drew us to Urban Ranch. All four burgers were truly delicious, and the portions were finally sufficient for hungry mouths. The restaurant appealed to us amidst the overwhelming number of dining options. While waiting for our food, we did notice that the server handling orders and pickups wasn't entirely organized.

The staff were super friendly and happy to help with any questions. I had the Chicago Bull, which was simply delicious – nice and juicy and flavorful. With fries, it was a perfect combination. The ambiance is just an open area in a shopping mall. Nothing special, but if you get hungry between meals, this is a good place to stop. I will definitely go back and can 100% recommend Urban Ranch.

Very tasty. But what would definitely be better: instead of bruschetta, a delicious salsa with the Bella Frites. It would also go better with guacamole and sour cream – it would practically be the Mexican flag! Then they could have called it 'Juanito Frites' or something like that 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm really disappointed with my visit to Urban Ranch. The food was already poor – the burger was dry, the fries soggy and tasteless – but what really ruined the experience were the staff. They were unfriendly, annoyed, and not at all service-oriented. You got the feeling you were more of a nuisance than a welcome guest. A smile or a little bit of friendliness would have been the least they could do. Honestly, for a restaurant with such good reviews, I had completely different expectations. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience that I certainly won't be repeating.

I absolutely cannot recommend this place. A €20 meal deal? The patty and meat were as thin as paper; it felt like you were just eating bread with lettuce and tomatoes. It was completely unacceptable. That was the last time I'll ever eat there.

I often eat here for lunch and I'm impressed. Despite the lunch rush, the staff works quickly and is always friendly. The burgers taste excellent.

Urban Ranch Frankfurt – highly recommended! 🍔🔥 I had the Thanos Burger with fries – simply amazing. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and a true smash burger, just like in a picture book. The fries were generously topped with guacamole, bruschetta topping, and sour cream. They really didn't skimp on the ingredients, and the taste was simply amazing. The homemade iced tea was fresh, fruity, and truly delicious. The atmosphere is a little less like a traditional restaurant due to the self-service, pager-based approach in a shopping mall, but it's still pleasant. ⭐ Conclusion: The best burger I've ever eaten – highly recommended.

Mega Good Burgers even got to try the Joppie sauce. Their own iced tea was also great.

I asked the store about alternatives to Coke and Fanta because I like to support smaller brands instead of always supporting large corporations. Many other stores have already accommodated this request, for example, with Fritz Cola or other regional alternatives, but unfortunately, it wasn't here at all. Instead of addressing my request neutrally, I was immediately told that they "don't engage with politics" and offer "everything for everyone," which is obviously not true if there are no smaller alternatives. My suggestion was ignored at all; on the contrary: the manner in which they were handled was unfriendly and not very customer-oriented. I was particularly disappointed by the reaction of the staff: They essentially told me I could just go somewhere else. I've never experienced anything like that before. It's a shame; I simply wished for openness and a bit more appreciation for customer requests.

Very tasty smash burgers and the mozzarella sticks too. Everything is very fresh and prepared with lots of love. I would definitely recommend it. And finally, a place with beef bacon! For those who don't eat pork. The service could be a bit friendlier and more attentive.

I've eaten there several times, and despite the long wait times, the food has always been delicious, but yesterday was an exception. The man in the kitchen was anything but friendly, and the food was very greasy, which unfortunately gave me stomach problems.

Used to be a great place. Now it's really nothing! The price/performance ratio is simply not good anymore; almost €16 for a burger that isn't even that good. It's a shame. Two or three years ago, it was a real "must-go" in Frankfurt. Now, it's best to steer clear.

A complete disaster. I ordered 5 burgers and fries for delivery. The food arrived cold – okay, it's not the shop's fault, BUT you should be able to count to 5! They simply charged me for 5 burgers, but didn't deliver one. No real alternative offered, they just picked up a new one... unbelievable! One person was allowed to watch while they ate.

I beg your pardon, what am I paying so much for? The taste has deteriorated dramatically! No more Urban range. There are great alternatives in Frankfurt, and they're definitely cheap. I really liked Urban, but this is just not acceptable. €50 for two people without even getting enough to eat. If the atmosphere at least matched that, I could understand it.

Place with good burgers. In my opinion it wasn't pricey. The staff were also nice and helpful. The only minus are fries which were a little too greasy, but still pretty tasty. :)

We tried two burgers at Urban Ranch. There's nothing to say about the ambiance; it's in a shopping center, so it's neither nice nor cozy. The burgers are very expensive compared to other Smashburgers throughout Germany. We had the Thanos and the Chicago Bull. Both burgers tasted exactly the same. The bread-to-meat ratio isn't balanced. The bread is too big for the patties. Nothing special in terms of flavor. Nothing particularly stood out about this burger. The crust wasn't perfect, unlike other Smashburgers. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was attentive, but seemed unmotivated. The fact that they were just handing over shifts and didn't want to give us the water in advance because we hadn't paid for it yet is fine under normal circumstances, but it was about 30 degrees outside and the center wasn't really air-conditioned. I personally found that to be poor service.

Unfortunately, disappointing for the price 👎🏻 A burger costs around €11, and toppings and even simple dips like ketchup or mayo are €1.50 extra each – that's too much!! The bun was too overpowering for my taste: the hard crust made it almost taste like bread, drowning out the meat. The sauce was also too sweet. The overall flavor wasn't coherent, and after a 25-minute wait, it wasn't worth it for me. The fries, on the other hand, were outstanding – crispy, hot, and absolutely delicious! 🍟

A solid burger, but not well-rounded. The meat was too subtle, the sauces too overpowering, and unfortunately had a pre-made sauce vibe. I'd rather try something else.

I ordered a burger with fries and a Coke for the meal. The burger was quite good, but the portion was a bit small, the fries were unfortunately bland, and there was a tiny portion of ketchup, which was almost outrageous. And all of this for almost 20 Swiss francs, a bit of a hefty price for what you get. Shopping center, so the atmosphere was very loud.

Urban Ranch's burgers are absolutely impressive. Whether it's the C.B.B. Double, the Thanos, or the new PB&J Burger... they all deliver. Urban Ranch's prices are certainly on the higher side, but you're not getting a burger from a fast-food restaurant; you're getting top-quality food from people who take pride in their craft. The success of this concept is demonstrated not least by the fact that customers are happy to wait well over 30 minutes for their order. So, be sure to bring some time with you when you visit the guys at Urban Ranch. However, the Skyline Plaza invites you to use your waiting time wisely.

Best halal burger in Frankfurt, by far! The meat quality is consistently impeccable, The bun is absolutely perfect, and the overall composition is simply delicious. For my taste, they sometimes use too much Joppie sauce. Half a point deducted because none of the burgers come with pickles, not even as an option.
