Unbelievable! How can it take almost an hour to make two burgers?! This is the hardest part. We sit here and wait and wait. The food may be good. The burgers are delicious, but if takeout is more important, I don't understand. Then there's the kitchen. Burgers sometimes sit around for 10 minutes – then the kitchen comes up with the idea of ​​putting fries on them. That can't be right. Of course, it's more important to deliver takeaway. I'm completely stunned right now. Here? Never again!

Anyone who wants to wait 45 minutes for their food is welcome to eat here. I can't understand how anyone could ruin such a delicious experience. Either increase staffing or shut down the takeaway business.

The hamburgers are tasty, but not necessarily better than elsewhere. The atmosphere is miserable; as a customer, you wish for much friendlier service.

Fries would be better, truffle mayo - ready-made mayo with a little truffle oil - no, homemade. Lemon juice, ice cubes, mint, non-carbonated water = disappointing. Therefore only 3 stars for goods, 4 stars for the friendly, careful service. The ambience seems thrown together - brewery, industrial and bar style all rather inappropriate. Quite loud

I recently went to Der Fette Bulle on Oeder Weg and I was thrilled! I had the Fat Bull Burger and the Chili Cheese Fries - and both were simply delicious. The burger was perfectly juicy, the meat was excellently seasoned, and the combination with the fresh ingredients and the delicious sauce was just right. The chili cheese fries were nice and crispy and had just the right amount of cheese. Sharpness could have been a little more ;) There was also super friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. I can absolutely recommend the shop and will definitely come back when I'm in Frankfurt again.

We went to Der Fette Bulle and had a great evening – not least because of Lucas! He is by far the best waiter we have ever had. Super friendly, attentive and always with a smile. Our wishes were fulfilled in a flash (request for a place, etc.), and his recommendations were top! Add to that the delicious food and the cozy atmosphere – simply an all-round perfect experience. If you eat here, you should definitely let Lucas serve you. Absolute recommendation! We'll definitely be back!

This restaurant in Frankfurt is highly recommended, especially if you are celiac or cannot consume gluten. It is a fairly inclusive place in this regard. In my case, I ordered a cheeseburger with vegan cheese and gluten-free bread. Although the bread was small, everything was delicious. As for the potatoes, we found them quite expensive: €5 per portion. They're not the best, but they're still delicious. I recommend sharing a portion or ordering the loaded fries, which come with cheese or chili and are ideal for sharing. The service was excellent. They treated us very well and, despite not having a reservation, they gave us a table without any problem. We didn't order dessert because, as far as I saw, there were no gluten-free options. I didn't ask, since I didn't see any indicators about it. Overall, I recommend it. The price is good, the quality too, and I would definitely go back.

Used to be my favorite burger shop in Frankfurt. On my last visit the burger tasted just mediocre. I don't know if it was bad luck or if the restaurant in general declined. Next time I go to the cinema I'll try Peter Pane across the street. The fat bull was usually sacred to me, but with this performance they shot themselves out of control.

We have been regulars at this restaurant for years, but after today's visit we are extremely disappointed. During our meal, my child pulled a live, crawling worm out of her hamburger. Something like this absolutely shouldn't happen in a restaurant! But what shocked us even more was how the situation was handled. Instead of waiving the entire bill as a gesture of goodwill, we were forced to pay everything except for the one hamburger that was affected. A simple apology was considered sufficient - that was completely incomprehensible and outrageous to us. We always felt comfortable and enjoyed visiting the restaurant, but after this incident we definitely won't be coming back. Hygiene and customer service should come first - we didn't experience either today.

Stopped in after arriving to Frankfurt. We stayed at the Moxy which was 5 mins walk away. Gluten free bun option and vegan options. Excellent quality beef burger. I got the lunch special of the burger, fries, and lemonade. Staff were awesome. Really appreciate taking time with us as English speakers. They heard us conversing and provided an English menu. We would come back.

The potatoes had absorbed too much oil and were overcooked in our opinion, they could not be inserted with a fork. They thought of everyone and acted sensitively in the menu. One of my criticisms is that the spices in the meatballs and homemade ketchup were a bit Indian-inspired, as if curry was used, that is, it looked like it was made for a juicy home-cooked meal, not for a hamburger. If they change it and make a small cooking difference in the potatoes, it will be perfect.

Ordered food via uber eats. Two out of 4 things were missing. When I called and asked for it to be forwarded, the cheeky employee explained to me why it wasn't possible instead of offering me compensation. The food arrived cold and incomplete over an hour late. Additionally, being cheekily told on the phone that Uber Eats was to blame and not the restaurant. I asked for a manager - no one present. Incredibly bad service. Naughty on the phone. Cold, incomplete food and then I have to chase my money. I will never eat here again. Unbelievable behavior with a customer.

Ordered via Uber Eats and received the food about an hour later than communicated. Well, something like that could be due to Uber Eats. But I find it problematic that a whole salad for a few and twenty euros, as well as an extra beef patty for €6, were completely missing. I called the branch and let them know and asked for the order to be forwarded. The incredibly rude employee on the phone said it was Uber Eats' fault that food was missing, no idea if Uber prepared the food in their kitchen, but that was the answer. There was no manager in the branch that you could talk to. We reserved a table for 20 people from our team and I took my dog ​​- who is always part of the team - with me. In front of the door, a young man told us in a really bad mood that we weren't allowed to go in with the dog. That was the first time that I wasn't allowed to go into a restaurant in Frankfurt with my little 4/6 kg toy poodle. At first I thought, then I can go home and leave him at home. But the team suggested going to Peter Pane - opposite - and asking if they had free tables for 20 people and they immediately organized everything and got water for my dog. And we had a cozy evening because we got an area just for us. But at the Fat Bull we had to sit at a separate table. We then looked at the website and the information on Google Maps again and nowhere did it say that dogs were not allowed. When we made a reservation, the lady told us on the phone that we had to pay an additional 10% for service for 20 people. Which we were also surprised because you pay tips anyway and why do you HAVE to pay an additional 10%??!! We didn't have a birthday or any other occasion! We just wanted to go out to eat with our colleagues and we didn't request any additional service!!!
