I'm very satisfied with my first visit to HANS IM GLÜCK. The interior and ambiance of the restaurant are very nice. I particularly liked the wooden look. You can also sit outside. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The selection of dishes and drinks, in my opinion, has something for everyone, and they're delicious too. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it if you want to eat burgers in Frankfurt.

Quite good burgers, including various vegetarian options. Besides burgers, there are a few other dishes, although I haven't tried them yet. Sauces are always available at the table, and the atmosphere is cozy, but it can be a bit cramped, or you might have to sit without a backrest. In the summer, there are also outdoor seating areas.

Friendly and attentive staff, who were happy to answer questions. The food is pretty good; I can recommend the sourdough bun for burgers and the dragon fruit drink. They also offer a menu discount. I thought the decor with the birch logs was pretty cool. Everything was clean and pleasantly decorated.

It was a very nice evening. The staff was very friendly. We had a dog with us. We immediately got a water bowl for him and a table where we didn't disturb anyone. The service was very attentive but not intrusive, gave us good advice, and served everything quickly. Most importantly, the food was also very delicious. The burger was fantastic and the fries were nice and crispy with delicious sauces served at our tables. All in all, a very nice evening. We will definitely be back.

We ate there on the evening of September 12th. I already know the restaurant because I love ordering food there, but I'd never been there before. The service is really friendly, and the selection of drinks and food is impeccable. The atmosphere is very cozy, the food came quickly, and, as always, tasted great. My only criticism: The menu offers vegan churros for dessert, which are supposed to be served with pistachio cream and berry cream. When I asked, I was told that the pistachio cream isn't vegan at all, which is obviously disastrous for allergy sufferers or vegans when you can order a vegan dish in good conscience and are only served a vegetarian one. The berry cream was completely missing in our case. There's a parking garage right next to the cathedral, which is really inexpensive, so you won't have any problems parking your car. We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend the Knusperschote Burger. They taste delicious, and the burgers are almost indistinguishable from the ones pictured on the menu. No one asked us if we wanted anything else to drink, even though we had been sitting in the restaurant for almost 2.5 hours. Furthermore, after we expressed our desire to pay, we had to wait a very long time for a member of staff to arrive. Apart from the service (today), we were very satisfied.

You let people use the bathroom for free at Pride. Are the bathrooms full because of that? No! Will I eat at your place more often from now on? Yes! Marketing worked – in a positive way!

You're spoiled for choice... I opted for a classic burger – the meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and incredibly tasty! Sharing onion rings – crispy and crunchy... We'll definitely be back – there are so many other dishes, including vegetarian ones, that sound so tempting... And our waitress was so, so nice – you don't experience that very often! In summary: top-notch! We'd gladly go back anytime!

Every visit to "Hans im Glück" is a joy and offers culinary diversity. I love the wide selection of burger creations, some of which are quite unusual. The many variations to suit different tastes are also helpful. So far, everyone I've taken to eat burgers at "Hans im Glück" has enjoyed their meal.

We visited the restaurant on a friend’s recommendation—they had been to the Munich branch. Everything was spot-on, just as expected. The burgers, fries, and drinks were all great. The service was polite and full of positive energy, and even though the place was nearly full, the food arrived quickly.

I haven't been to such a good restaurant in a long time! The look is unusual but very nice. The staff is very friendly and young. There's a lot of flexibility in ordering; you can choose your bun, make special requests, etc. The food is mainly burgers but also fresh salads. For drinks, you can of course buy a regular Coke, but the house thirst quenchers and iced teas are more recommended. The burger itself was incredibly delicious and juicy, and the lunch menu with great fries and a drink was filling, but enough to leave no food behind. I was even able to drop off my phone for charging and got it back after paying! (Requirement: Bring your own charging cable.) If you're ever in Frankfurt, you should definitely stop here!

I didn't go there, so I can't comment on the service or the atmosphere. We only ordered and had it delivered to our home. We love burgers and try out different restaurants, and I have to say, I haven't had a burger that I liked this much in a long time. The ingredients were good, you can choose the bun, the burger was generously topped, and the sauce was fantastic. Unfortunately, the burgers were only lukewarm, but that was just because we had to travel a long way, as we weren't exactly around the corner. It wasn't cheap, but it was definitely worth it. I will definitely eat there again, but then I will eat there again.

Absolutely delicious and unique burgers, bowls, wraps, and salads in all varieties: whether vegan, vegetarian, with chicken, or beef. They simply taste amazing. They're served with delicious homemade sauces. The desserts are also amazing and a true feast for the palate.

The decoration is quite nice but the seating comfort is modest.

Hamburgers, hamburgers! One of the best places for hamburgers. You can choose between different types of bread and various meat and vegetarian patties. The servers are friendly and quickly find a seat if you don't have a reservation. The drinks are good too. Nicely decorated, and the prices are in line with Frankfurt standards. I've been here a few times with family and friends, including at different locations. And every time, we got enough food and sides to fill us up.

The smashburgers are good, and the iced tea is also delicious. Otherwise, it's more of a bar. Because all the other burgers are frozen...

Dear Readers, I previously gave this place a 5-star rating under the food section, but I've now decided to lower it to 2 stars. I've been a regular customer since 2017, so I’ve seen the place evolve over the years. However, during my visit on May 10th, 2025, I noticed that the menu had changed, and the burgers no longer tasted the same as they used to. The ingredients didn’t have the same quality, and I just couldn’t connect with the familiar taste I once loved. The food was tasty, but not exceptionally good. The service, however, was unbearable. Very friendly staff, and our order arrived within a few minutes. :) Unfortunately, the ambiance is a disaster. Yes, it's cozy. However, the tables are WAY TOO CLOSE together. You can barely use the cutlery while eating, and your back is constantly touching strangers because they're sitting on the same bench behind you. Unfortunately, I found it very tiring to sit like that, which is, of course, crucial for a cozy restaurant visit. :(
