The best burger I've ever eaten. Even the sauce upgrades can be enjoyed without having to spill everything on your plate or the table. The seating capacity and the friendly service were also great.

In a rustic yet atmospherically beautiful wooden setting, they prepare very good burgers. However, the burgers lack that certain something to earn five stars. We've been here twice already and give the burgers a very good 4.4 on Google Maps.

A truly fantastic burger restaurant. Even though we arrived a bit late on Friday, we were still served very kindly, which isn't always the case. The burgers are delicious, juicy, and flavorful, and the potatoes were exceptionally good—crispy and perfectly seasoned. The interior is very cozy and inviting; you immediately feel at ease. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience, highly recommended.

Hans im Glück is very attractively decorated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Even when we were repeatedly put off (we didn't yet know what to order), and when the staff explained the cocktails in detail, they remained calm and always polite and cheerful. We had salad, sweet potato fries, and American cheesecake. Everything was excellent. The salad was very fresh. The sweet potato fries were delicious. The American cheesecake was good. I highly recommend it! I suggest making a reservation, especially in the evenings or on weekends. The ambiance is unique, featuring many birch tree trunks. The restrooms are clean and also have an unusual design. Even the lighting is well thought out.

There's a wide selection of toppings and different buns to choose from. There's also a set menu, or you can create your own meal from scratch. I like the flexibility to choose all the extras.

The food was average. They don’t offer burgers cooked to your preference (rare, medium, well-done) — the waiter said they’re just standard patties, McDonald’s-style. Definitely not worth the price. The seating arrangement is odd; you end up sharing your seat with strangers. On the positive side, the staff were polite.

There were four of us and we had reserved a table in advance. The table was large enough (actually a table for six), so we could eat comfortably and relaxed without feeling cramped. All four of us had the evening meal menu (burger of your choice - side dish - cocktail) and we were very satisfied with the service. The staff were very nice and friendly. In summary: We went there for the first time with our after-work group, but it certainly won't be the last!

We love it there; everything is super fresh, the staff is great, it's very clean, easy to get to, there are lots of great vegan options, and you just feel good eating there! ☺️✨️ It's also very child-friendly; you get pens and a coloring book, and at the end, a Hans im Glück coin to throw into the wishing well. ✨️☺️

I'm very satisfied with my first visit to HANS IM GLÜCK. The interior and ambiance of the restaurant are very nice. I particularly liked the wooden look. You can also sit outside. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The selection of dishes and drinks, in my opinion, has something for everyone, and they're delicious too. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it if you want to eat burgers in Frankfurt.

Quite good burgers, including various vegetarian options. Besides burgers, there are a few other dishes, although I haven't tried them yet. Sauces are always available at the table, and the atmosphere is cozy, but it can be a bit cramped, or you might have to sit without a backrest. In the summer, there are also outdoor seating areas.

Friendly and attentive staff, who were happy to answer questions. The food is pretty good; I can recommend the sourdough bun for burgers and the dragon fruit drink. They also offer a menu discount. I thought the decor with the birch logs was pretty cool. Everything was clean and pleasantly decorated.

It was a very nice evening. The staff was very friendly. We had a dog with us. We immediately got a water bowl for him and a table where we didn't disturb anyone. We ate there on the evening of September 12th. I already know the restaurant because I love ordering food there, but I'd never been there before. The service is really friendly, and the selection of drinks and food is impeccable. The atmosphere is very cozy, the food came quickly, and, as always, tasted great. My only criticism: The menu offers vegan churros for dessert, which are supposed to be served with pistachio cream and berry cream. When I asked, I was told that the pistachio cream isn't vegan at all, which is obviously disastrous for allergy sufferers or vegans when you can order a vegan dish in good conscience and are only served a vegetarian one. The berry cream was completely missing in our case. There's a parking garage right next to the cathedral, which is really inexpensive, so you won't have any problems parking your car. We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend the Knusperschote Burger. They taste delicious, and the burgers are almost indistinguishable from the ones pictured on the menu. A shame, considering they cost an extra €2. However, they tasted excellent. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. No one asked us if we wanted anything else to drink, even though we had been sitting in the restaurant for almost 2.5 hours. Furthermore, after we expressed our desire to pay, we had to wait a very long time for a member of staff to arrive. Apart from the service (today), we were very satisfied.

You let people use the bathroom for free at Pride. Are the bathrooms full because of that? No! Will I eat at your place more often from now on? Yes! Marketing worked – in a positive way!

We'll definitely be back – there are so many other dishes, including vegetarian ones, that sound so tempting... And our waitress was so, so nice – you don't experience that very often! In summary: top-notch! We'd gladly go back anytime!

Every visit to "Hans im Glück" is a joy and offers culinary diversity. I love the wide selection of burger creations, some of which are quite unusual. The many variations to suit different tastes are also helpful. So far, everyone I've taken to eat burgers at "Hans im Glück" has enjoyed their meal.

Reservations are also possible – even for outside seating! And great service with friendly people...

We visited the restaurant on a friend’s recommendation—they had been to the Munich branch. Everything was spot-on, just as expected. The burgers, fries, and drinks were all great. I haven't been to such a good restaurant in a long time! The look is unusual but very nice. The staff is very friendly and young. There's a lot of flexibility in ordering; you can choose your bun, make special requests, etc. The food is mainly burgers but also fresh salads. For drinks, you can of course buy a regular Coke, but the house thirst quenchers and iced teas are more recommended. The burger itself was incredibly delicious and juicy, and the lunch menu with great fries and a drink was filling, but enough to leave no food behind. I was even able to drop off my phone for charging and got it back after paying! (Requirement: Bring your own charging cable.) If you're ever in Frankfurt, you should definitely stop here!
