We found it very good here. Food was really tasty. Everything tasted fresh and looked good too. Service was great, the kids had forgotten something and it was promptly added. Toilets were clean and our table was wiped too. Not a given in some restaurants. The birch trees are probably the design of the necklace, I like that.

Really nice staff and really good food. They have a huge variety of options for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters and you can customize the burger bun as well as your side to your liking. You get unlimited extra sauces (mayo, ketchup, bbq, orange-mustard) at the table which is a plus. Easily accessible by public transport and a very chill atmosphere. The bathrooms were clean. 4 stars because the prices have gone up significantly in the last few years and 25€ for a meal and one drink is just quite something.

Great place and delicious burgers

Overall good burger shop. The location is a bit noisy, too close to a main road. The burgers were all very tasty and big enough. The garlic and cheese fries were disappointing. Unfortunately, the normal fries are nothing special either. The cocktails were okay. Frankfurt prices... A bit too high in my opinion.

Overall quite ok. Service friendly, food was hot, busy, prices adjusted, not really much to complain about, but nothing particularly worth highlighting either. Overall everything is ok.

Centrally located, good food and drinks, I love coming here

We were here as a huge group of 15 people. We made a reservation by phone and there was no problem when we told them by phone that we would be arriving later. The service was great and took the order quickly and the food came very quickly and was very good. We were allowed to choose whether we wanted to eat inside or outside. It was really very good :)

The food was very tasty and the service staff were very friendly. The burger meat was tasty and the ingredients seemed fresh. The homemade cocktails are also highly recommended. When one of our guests suffered from circulatory problems due to the weather, the staff took care of him. Since we had a doctor with us, we decided not to call emergency services A blanket and pillows were brought and water was given. The employees asked several times whether everything was okay. A big thank you again for this; Really very commendable! We would love to come back here.

Food is average and completely overpriced. The non-alcoholic mango cocktail only tasted like basil... Not a good combination.

Every year, when we return to Frankfurt, we always stop by to eat something at HANS, many options also for vegetarians and vegans and above all friendly staff!

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Burgers and fries are ok. the selection is good, price/performance average. More for normal occasions or in between. The many birch logs that transform the restaurant into a small grove are original.

Everyone was very friendly, quick service. Quality of food and drinks good, but not exceptional. I'm missing something special here. That's what you get with the drinks! The paper drinking straws have been replaced with glass, which I think is very good. I'm too old for seats without backrests :-)

Nice concept of a birch grove in the middle of the city. The burgers are just not my thing... My Merlot was a little too warm. The staff is friendly!

Great homemade drinks, all delicious. The burgers are also recommended, whether “meaty” or vegan. The benches are quite uncomfortable and the groups of tables are very squashed and narrow.

There are various burgers and fries in a nicely designed environment. The burgers are nothing special, but perfectly ok. We had garlic cheese fries, there was no salt here. I wouldn't take them again, but that's a matter of taste. The waitress (Alina) was very nice and was happy to help and explain the system.

Was there on a Sunday lunchtime. Wasn't too crowded. The food was very tasty. This time I had a green skirt in my lunch menu. It was perfect. I can also recommend the pepper bag. The lunch menu offered is absolutely fair in terms of price. The location was very clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Very central near the cathedral and the Romans. I can highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

The food and service were good. Only the seating was far too narrow, so you felt a bit uncomfortable.

Nice restaurant for the lunch break. The service is friendly and it's quick enough. The salad was delicious with a tasty dressing. You wouldn't want to sit on the narrow benches for an entire evening.

I've never been to Hans im Glück before, but it finally worked out last week. There were 12 of us there to sit together comfortably among our colleagues. I really liked the atmosphere at first glance. Unfortunately it is extremely narrow. You can tell that this is designed for the masses. Bank to bench so that even the smallest space can be filled with guests. I personally didn't like it that much. We sat in an awkward spot where you either walked into the lamp to get to your seat or where you had a tree behind your back while sitting. Unfortunately, comfortable is something else. It was very busy on the day we visited. Accordingly, it took a long time for the food to arrive or for the dishes to be cleared away. There were empty glasses standing around, but the waitresses kept passing by. The menu is very promising and the food sounds very good. Unfortunately I wasn't that impressed with the burgers. I've had better burgers by far 🤷‍♀️. We actually wanted to order and try dessert, but since everything took so long, we gave up. But I have to praise the mint-elderberry lemonade. It was really very good. All in all, I was really hoping for more based on the reviews.

Food was cold and we got our food at different times. We weren't a group, just the two of us. The staff was chatting, eating and smoking the whole time, but less working.

Cozy eatery. Service made an effort to find a table. We had to wait 10 minutes, but we didn't find that a problem. Tasty burgers and a nice atmosphere. Recommended if you visit Frankfurt!

Hans im Glück is a place with very tasty food, the hamburger, potatoes and salad with very good flavor, accompanied with a delicious golden cocktail. The attention is first class.

The place has a wonderful vibe 😊 They have lot on their menu and the service is quite good. We had the lunch combo and believe me we couldn't walk after eating so much! I loved the olive patty and guava mocktail.

Erstbesuch. Waren mit dem Angebot der diversen Burgern sehr zufrieden. Es gibt ein Happy Hour Angebot. Das Ambiente ist optisch sehr schön, allerdings sind die Sitzbänke gagelisch und ohne Rückenlehne, deshalb 1 🌟 weniger.

Restaurantketten mag ich eigentlich nicht, aber hier stimmt halt alles: Freundlicher aufmerksamer Service, angenehme, durch die Birkenstämme interessante und nicht zu laute Atmosphäre (im hinteren Teil), Preise o.k.., saubere Toiletten. Wir hatten nur Kaffee und Softdrinks und die waren gut - zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen.

Das Essen ist super lecker und man wird definitiv satt, aber es hat such einen stolzen Preis, zumindest finde ich die Burger mit Beilage bei ca. 20€ nicht wenig. Leider mussten wir aufgrund des hohen Andrangs draußen auf einen Tisch warten, was eigentlich für Hans im Glück spricht. Das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, man sitzt nur leider so eng beieinander, dass man gefühlt kaum Privatsphäre hat und die lautere Musik am Abend erschwerte normale Gespräche. Ich nehme an, dass dies das Konzept ist. Wenn es einen nicht stört, ist das Restaurant zu empfehlen. Wegen dem Essen würde ich wieder kommen.

Die Burger sind saftig, lecker und die Auswahl der Beläge und Soßen ist überdurchschnittlich. Bedienung sehr nett und sympathisch. Aber was ist denn mit den Cocktails los? Mehr, als die Hälfte besteht nur aus Eis (siehe Bild). Eine halbe Limette, ein Minzblatt und ein bisschen Ginger Ale für 8,90€ (alkoholfrei). Das grenzt an eine Frechheit. Damit sind die Menüs erstmal Geschichte. Der Rest ist aber gut.

Das vegane crunchy Chicken Patty war wunderbar!

Tolle vegetarische und vegane Burger mit vielen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten. Ohne Reservierung nach mir 10 Minuten einen Tisch zur Höchstzeit bekommen. Super nettes Personal, Essen kam super schnell und war richtig lecker.

Alles gut In Zukunft wünsche ich mir das Portion Pommes etwas große ist Fleisch und Getränke optimal

Tres tres bon burger 👍 Menu complet pas cher avec une bonne tres bonnes qualité. Serveur et serveuse tres sympa.

Wir hatten einen veganen und vegetarischen Burger und beide haben unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen, noch nie so gute vegetarische/vegane Burger gegessen. Auch der Hausgemachte Eistee war super lecker und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Die Location ist der Wahnsinn. Das Essen war ok. Ich hatte einen Burger der bis auf die etwas Cheddarcreme lecker war. Die Bedienung war absolut professionell und hat uns super un die Speisekarte eingeführt. Preis-Leistung passt für Frankfurt. Parkplätze gibt es nicht direkt vor Ort, hier wäre es besser die Öffentlichen zu nehmen.

Ich persönlich war nicht so begeistert von dem Santa Kraut Burger. Rösti zu weich und zu wenig Rotkraut drauf. Ich finde es auch recht eng dort. Service war sehr freundlich.

Great place with unique interior, which made me feel like I was in the forest having a picnic. Excellent service and atmosphere.

Wirklich schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, man kommt sich vor als speist man mitten in einem Birkenwald. Die Burger hatten ebenfalls eine gute Qualität und auf individuelle Wünsche wird Rücksicht genommen. Was mir allerdings nicht so gut gefiel, ist dass man gegen Ende des Essens regelrecht genötigt wird möglichst schnell zu zahlen damit der Tisch erneut vergeben werden kann.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Folglich war das Restaurant auch sehr gut besucht und eine Reservierung ist auf jeden Fall notwendig. Leider finde ich jedoch, dass die Tische zu nah zusammen stehen und man fühlt sich sehr eingeengt zwischen den ganzen Gästen. Außerdem musste man sich die Bänke, durch die enge Sitzordnung, mit anderen Gästen teilen.
