It was a really nice evening. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the food was absolutely delicious. The portion left us full. The waitress Sopia was very friendly and listened to our wishes.

The burger restaurant impresses with a cool bar and a great atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxed evening. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes the visit very pleasant. However, the burger was a bit dry and could use a little more juiciness. The operation could also be a bit quicker at times, although this is really complaining at a high level. Overall, a successful evening that I would like to repeat!

Das Burger Restaurant überzeugt mit einer coolen Bar und einer tollen Atmosphäre, die perfekt für einen entspannten Abend ist. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Besuch sehr angenehm macht. Allerdings war der Burger etwas trocken und könnte etwas mehr Saftigkeit vertragen. Auch die Bedienung könnte teils etwas flotter sein, obwohl das wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist. Insgesamt ein gelungener Abend, den ich gerne wiederholen würde!

Absolutely loved this burger joint! The selection of vegetarian options is great and the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. The burgers are always freshly prepared, super tasty and have great flavor combinations. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Perfect for a quick snack or a relaxed dinner. Will definitely come back!

nice staff. There is a vegan burger with a matching bun - and the burger is also filling, which fits the price-performance ratio. The vegan burger tastes good too and, according to the waitress, there will soon be a new, second, even better vegan burger... I'm very excited. we will definitely come back. Better understanding for people with a vegan lifestyle than purely vegan restaurants.

For the price the service is subpar. We were forgotten and there was hardly anything going on. Then I ordered a fried egg on my burger. This was forgotten but served to me cold on a plate just in time after the burger......

By far the best burger, the best fries and everything came within 10 minutes (2 people). I can only recommend it and will come again.

I liked the food, the lemonade may be a bit too sweet for some people, for me it was perfect. The service was perfect, I was there two days in a row and the service was exactly the same high quality. The food as brought relatively fast, around 10 minutes. Both bread options are good and not dry.

Waren Samstag zur Mittagszeit da, konnten noch einen Tisch bekommen und mussten erst einmal 10 Minuten warten bis uns nach Getränke gefragt wurde. Wir bestellten Eistee und 2 Burger. Nach 20 Minuten kam das Essen. Solider Burger, aber nichts besonderes! Bekommt man in jedem Peter Pane oder Hans im Glück genau so. Als wir bezahlen wollten beim Kellner, hat er einen anderen Kellner Bescheid gesagt, ehe dieser nach einer halben Stunde kam, als wir ihm das Geld gaben musste er erst Wechselgeld holen. ( es waren 10€ Wechselgeld ) was meiner Meinung nach eigentlich mit sich führen sollte. Er war 15!! Minuten mit dem Geld verschwunden ehe er wieder kam.

Food like it was fresh from the trash can – or worse, like someone had farted in the food. Absolutely disgusting, never again!

Very long waiting time (50 minutes) for less good taste! Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right.

Large, well-kept, everything was clean, we got a place on Sunday lunchtime without a reservation. The burgers were typically Jamy's tasty and a decent portion. They arrived about 10 minutes after ordering which is very good. The house lemonade was very tasty. I would come again

We were there on the weekend. The staff was friendly. It took a while to serve the food (staff was understaffed!). It tastes good but not wow.

This is the second time I have eaten at this burger restaurant with my family and it has never disappointed us. We are going on a trip and, as soon as we arrive in Frankfurt, we stop by here! Without a doubt my trusted site. The delicious truffle burger, the lemonade never disappoints and the potatoes and sweet potato delicious! The attention is very pleasant, everything clean, quiet and very beautiful💗

Went to Jamys Burger for the first time today based on a recommendation from my wife. I'm not usually a fan of burgers and often have a problem with ready-made meat. Today, however, my waiter Sofia showed me the raw piece of meat that was later served in my burger and the restaurant completely convinced me. Good quality is the top priority here and with such an open-minded, friendly service (Sofia) it was a completely well-rounded evening

Very good food! Very good service but you notice that you save money on service!!! Very long waiting time but the young lady in service did everything to ensure that all guests were satisfied! Always had a smile on his face! Consider yourself lucky that there is still someone in the catering industry who loves their work so much these days, but I would hire more staff because I'm not the only one who sees it that way!

Wooow, first of all we were welcomed by the friendly staff. Someone was there right away. 💞💞And the food arrived at our place quickly after we ordered. The burger along with the sauce were delicious. I liked the truffle fries best, so you really can't complain. 🥰 we had Jamy's Classic €11.90/ AvocadoTrip €13.90/ Truffle Parmesano Friese €7.90

5€ for a small portion of fries and 0.90€ extra for a mini portion of ketchup?! I'm out of there
