Delicious, everything homemade. The shop is absolutely charming. The service was super friendly. I'd gladly come back again and again.

We were visiting from Bremerhaven, and the shop immediately caught our eye. Sofia served us, and we were very pleased with her cool and relaxed manner :-))

Excellent place to grab a bite and try out some delicious dry-aged beef burgers. Despite there wasn't an English menu, the server (Sophia) was very friendly and helpful. She was attentive and had a cheerful attitude - the traits of an excellent server. The burgers were reasonably priced, and each bite was so flavorful that by the time I stopped, I realized I had finished my burger. Definitely recommend, and will come back to try some of the other items.

The ambiance is very pleasant, albeit quite dark. The service was very good, and the waitresses were very friendly and energetic. Now for the food: The burgers are very good, and you'd want to order another one if you weren't already full. You can order fries as a side dish – the garlic truffle fries are highly recommended. However, I have to criticize the rather limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks. The classics like Coke, Fanta, etc. are available, as well as a few sodas. All in all, a really good restaurant with excellent food and a nice, relaxed atmosphere.

The worst service I've ever had. I waited 15 minutes for my Coke and another 10 minutes just to order! And no, there were only three customers there! The lady just doesn't feel like working! Turning the music down a bit would have been great! I didn't even get to eat because I left after 45 minutes!

A fantastic atmosphere. The prices are absolutely reasonable. We had four different burgers. All of them were very good. The regular and sweet potato fries were incredibly delicious. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even introduced themselves by name, which I'd never experienced before.

Despite the sheer stress of the insanely large number of guests, the staff was super friendly and relaxed. It was a pleasure waiting for the 5-star-plus food. Thanks to Sophia, the waitress.

The waitress's service was very good and attentive. The burgers were average. The only thing we found a little shocking was that when we were asked to pay, we felt "obliged" to tip a certain percentage using the credit card. The waitress was waiting for us to give the exact amount we left (even though we were going to leave a tip, but we felt obligated to tip it as a percentage of the cost). This didn't happen to us in Dusseldorf, for example. Perhaps that's how they handle it here.

This burger place in the middle of the city centre is a great place to get a burger. I tried the classic jamys cheeseburger with Coleslaw on the side and apple juice. 10/10 on taste, each thing was perfect. The service was quick and they are good with different languages as well. Great place to sit and admire the city as well. Accessible by S bahn station Hauptwafe

The food and drinks were excellent. There was generally no long wait. The service was friendly and attentive.

There's only one burger option for vegans or plant-based eaters. It tastes solid, but nothing special. The falafel patty is a bit too hard and large in texture, and only semi-combines with the burger. A real shame. There are more vegetarian options, but I can't comment on those. The homemade iced tea was okay. The fries were good. The ambiance was nice, but there were what looked like large ribs (?) hanging somewhere in the background—perhaps we, as animal lovers, made the mistake of eating here.

The place offers a beautiful dining room inside, but since the weather was nice, we sat on the terrace, very pretty. We were served by James, an excellent waiter, who was always attentive throughout the service, making sure we didn't miss a thing. It was spectacular. The food was unbeatable, with very large burgers made with quality ingredients. We ordered a vegetarian portobello burger with cheese and a smashed burger. The bread was exquisite, and the rest of the ingredients were also top-notch. I recommend not skipping the house sauce, as well as the mint lemonade, which is not only delicious but also comes in a good amount for the size of the meal. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes before they brought us all the dishes, which is also appreciated when everything comes together. I would return every time I'm in Frankfurt 👍❤️

It was hot outside, so we dined i side. The bulk of customers were outside so our waitstaff needed to cover both areas. There was a small drink mix up, but otherwise service was great. The food was enjoyable as well.
