Jamy’s Burger in Frankfurt am Main

The burger was really good! The bun is homemade and a dream! The patty was very good and crispy, and the burger overall wasn't dry. The lemonade was good too. The service (from Sofia) was super friendly, and overall, the price/performance ratio was absolutely fair.

The waiter, with the excuse of going to exchange money, did not give me the rest back. I went back complaining and he told a story that I didn't understand. In short... I paid 18 euros for a draft beer.

There were four of us, two of us ordered the Cesaer Salad with grilled chicken which was dry and tough. For the rest everything is ok. They forced us, without the possibility of choice, to give a tip percentage of our choice between 5%-7%-10% (as is customary in the USA). Four of us spent €92, excessive for a place like this.

The food was really, really tasty, tasted great and was absolutely reasonable for the price. The atmosphere is super cozy and stylish, you immediately feel at home. The service also leaves nothing to be desired, especially a big compliment to Sophia, who does her job with passion. You can tell she has studied customer service, attentive, friendly and professional. Props definitely go out to you.

The food price ratio is terrible. The fries came out with a tiny portion. Absolutely ridiculous, not fresh at all! The Cole slaw was also a super tiny portion. Expectations of this place were not met.

Had the vegan falafel burger, which was okay but unfortunately not anymore. The patty was deep fried and a little too greasy. Prices a bit high for the small portions in my opinion. Ketchup for the fries €1 extra. Waitress was quite nice.

Service was super nice. Cozy shop with relaxed lighting where you can stay here for a good 2 hours. Otherwise the price is steep compared to normal but probably normal in the Roman district. Fries were ok but not enough for my taste. Ordered chicken burger was also completely fine.

On Friday, March 28, 2025, we visited the store at 9:30 p.m. but were asked to leave because it was closed. Six people from our group were asked to leave, along with two other customers. It's a shame... according to the opening hours, we should be served until 10 p.m., at least for takeout. I'd check the till sales; I'm sure they don't take any more cash after 9:30 p.m.

Was here on lunch break on Friday, end of March 2025. We were warmly welcomed when the weather was good and then sat outside in the sun. Also very nicely decorated inside. Food came relatively quickly and was very tasty, definitely great value for money and highly recommended! The only small point of criticism is that the fries don't necessarily have to be served on a small and wobbly special dish ;-)

We went there for lunch today after a long wait; it wasn't very busy. Despite plenty of waiters, we waited a long time for our drinks and even longer for the food. The sweet potato fries were lukewarm; we didn't want to say anything because we were incredibly hungry after the long wait. Even though they use an ordering system, my order arrived incomplete, and I had to wait another five minutes for the fries. The top burger buns and the meat were good, only the bottom burger buns were soggy from the tomatoes and fell apart. Also, the restaurant was pretty chilly, even by my standards. At the end, when we wanted to pay, the waiter asked if everything was okay. We told him how our experience was, and he didn't say anything, but he emphasized and explained how to tip electronically, as if I didn't know how to do it—they simply didn't deserve it. Conclusion: A bad experience; there's still a lot of room for improvement...

I had the pleasure of being served by waiter Rod and was thoroughly impressed with his outstanding service. He was extremely attentive, friendly and professional without being pushy. Rod demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the menu and was able to provide helpful recommendations. Our orders were taken quickly and accurately, and he always made sure we didn't lack anything. We particularly appreciated his friendly manner and his sensitivity to the guests' wishes. His commitment and positive charisma made our visit a completely pleasant experience. THEY SHOULD SERIOUSLY TEACH THEIR WAITERS HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! I tested this place on March 15th. The waiter didn't come near me for a long time after leaving the menu. I had to go to her and order it myself. It was one of the most delicious burger I've ever had. 4 days later, on the evening of March 19th, I was here again to try it with my friends. From the moment the black waiter with black frame glasses contacted us, he acted as if we were unwanted there. While continuing with his ridiculously rude behavior, when he dropped the metal container on our table as if he was throwing it hard, my patience ran out and I told him to slow down. While he was mockingly saying he was sorry, he grapped my shoulder against my will. Don't do to others what you don't want done to yourself! I wrote to the business before leaving this comment here. They ignored me. Pathetic.
