The waitress's service was very good and attentive. The burgers were average. The only thing we found a little shocking was that when we were asked to pay, we felt "obliged" to tip a certain percentage using the credit card. The waitress was waiting for us to give the exact amount we left (even though we were going to leave a tip, but we felt obligated to tip it as a percentage of the cost). This didn't happen to us in Dusseldorf, for example. Perhaps that's how they handle it here.

Sofia our waitress was really welcoming and extended warm hospitality, a big star of our visit there. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised by the sizing of the meal given to us for around £15++ per pax! Delicous burgers with great flavours.

This burger place in the middle of the city centre is a great place to get a burger. I tried the classic jamys cheeseburger with Coleslaw on the side and apple juice. 10/10 on taste, each thing was perfect. The service was quick and they are good with different languages as well. Great place to sit and admire the city as well. Accessible by S bahn station Hauptwafe

There's only one burger option for vegans or plant-based eaters. It tastes solid, but nothing special. The falafel patty is a bit too hard and large in texture, and only semi-combines with the burger. A real shame. There are more vegetarian options, but I can't comment on those. The homemade iced tea was okay. The fries were good. The ambiance was nice, but there were what looked like large ribs (?) hanging somewhere in the background—perhaps we, as animal lovers, made the mistake of eating here.

The place offers a beautiful dining room inside, but since the weather was nice, we sat on the terrace, very pretty. We were served by James, an excellent waiter, who was always attentive throughout the service, making sure we didn't miss a thing. It was spectacular. The food was unbeatable, with very large burgers made with quality ingredients. We ordered a vegetarian portobello burger with cheese and a smashed burger. The bread was exquisite, and the rest of the ingredients were also top-notch. I recommend not skipping the house sauce, as well as the mint lemonade, which is not only delicious but also comes in a good amount for the size of the meal. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes before they brought us all the dishes, which is also appreciated when everything comes together. I would return every time I'm in Frankfurt 👍❤️

It was hot outside, so we dined i side. The bulk of customers were outside so our waitstaff needed to cover both areas. There was a small drink mix up, but otherwise service was great. The food was enjoyable as well.

Unfortunately, I didn't find what I expected here. The employee was very unfriendly, and this behavior continued when paying. She simply didn't give me the change in coins, but put it straight into her pocket – completely unacceptable behavior. I don't care about a few cents, but I can't remain silent in the face of such disrespect. Furthermore, the portions were very small compared to the price. If you're really hungry, I definitely can't recommend this restaurant.

I’ve been to this place quite a few times and it never disappoints but today it was different… Niki made the experience EVEN better! She was the kindest server I have had in Germany, super attentive, great suggestions, etc etc! Thanks for bringing a water bowl for my puppy 🩷

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Went to Jamy’s Burger today and got the Jamy’s DoublePack with fries — wow, this was next-level! Juicy, perfectly cooked patties, fresh toppings, and the flavour was just insane. Honestly the best burger I’ve had in Germany so far. If you’re a burger fan, you have to try this place!

Unfortunately, my visit didn't live up to my expectations. The food arrived significantly later than advertised, and the taste wasn't convincing. The burgers were dry. The service was attentive, but couldn't make up for the wait. It's a shame, though; the timing and quality weren't quite right for me.

I don't even know where to begin. The burger arrived lukewarm, the bun was soggy and tasted like it had been sitting on the shelf for a few days. The meat was as dry as a shoe sole, and the sauce was more like runny mayonnaise from a tube than anything fresh. The fries were soggy, the drinks were stale—and all this at a price where you'd really expect more. Unfortunately, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. I left the place hungry and disappointed.
