We were back at Jamy’s after a long time. The restaurant has a new concept, which initially made us curious. For me there was the Red Head Burger, what I personally think was a shame was that there were no jalapeños in the burger like before, but instead fried peppers. The burger tasted good, I didn't like the peppers with their consistency and intense taste because I didn't taste anything more than peppers. Therefore I removed the peppers. The homemade lemonade was delicious and was the reason we wanted to eat here. However, the recipe for the lemonade has also been changed and it no longer tastes as good to me. We had two waitresses, initially a gentleman who was very friendly. The lady who was responsible for collecting the money was unfriendly and had a very derogatory manner towards us. The burger was ok, but in my opinion it wasn't good value for money. I really like the atmosphere.

Unfortunately I have to revise my 5* review. On our last visit, nothing was right at all. First ordered drinks, these came very warm / not cooled. When we asked, we were told that the cooling system had failed and that was just the way it was now. We were offered bottled beer, which according to service was chilled. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. We left drinks and complained. Unfortunately, the food was not of the usual quality. Burger was cold, the meat was uncharacteristically dry. Yes, everyone can have a bad day, we understand that. We ended up just asking the waiter to cancel the drinks, which he refused to do. Before our public review, we shared our experiences of the evening via email. Unfortunately the email remained unanswered for several weeks now. We couldn't recommend Jamy's Burgers more. Actually, it's a shame.

Even 1 star is too much Type of complaint / product name Site (general): A mouse infestation was detected. The food produced, processed and marketed at the facility was exposed to a risk of contamination. Due to the rodent infestation, the operating rooms were so contaminated that a thorough cleaning and disinfection of all equipment and surfaces was necessary. Due to the serious hygienic deficiencies including pest infestation (mice), the operator was prohibited from producing or serving food.

Food was great and Sofia is really a great waitress! It was a lot of fun with her and it was very tasty ☺️

Location is pretty good and the place can be found very easily in the center. However atmosphere of the outside was not the greatest. We had pigeon poop in our table and the employes take their sweet time to clean it up. Burger was great, also the fried potato. It took 50 minutes though. I wanted to have beer beside them but they didn't bring it. Besides I asked several times to bring it but no. Even though they did a bad job to keep track of customers, the waiter added his tip pretty quick to the tab. Not cool.

Jay was great and made the meal all the more enjoyable. I will return when I come back to Frankfurt. BP from NC USA

The burger has many choices, between gluten-free and brioche etc. At lunchtime there are different burgers and cheaper than in the evening, I think it's a great idea. The taste of the burger was fascinating and top, that's how a burger should taste. And it fills you up completely, with fries and dip, the best alternative for lunch! Keep it up🙌🎉

This is a hamburger restaurant with a nice atmosphere. But why are you afraid of orders? If you keep making eye contact, someone else will come and pass by. I was so tired that I had to go to rest, but it was difficult. You must choose bread, side menu, and sauce. Bread is disappointing. It's hard to eat because I'm thirsty. It's said to be dry-aged beef, but I'm not sure. The taste is ordinary.

Shady, everyone can choose what he or she would like. There are burgers without bread. Very nice service from Sophie and the others were also very friendly. Near the Hop of Hop on Bus. I can definitely recommend it if someone likes light and healthy food.

Best veggie burger I ever had! Normally at places like this veggie options are an after thought, but not here! I had the portobello filled with cheese burger and my friend the goat cheese one with a side of fries (which were also very good). They also had plenty of vegan options. It was all amazing! Im coming back for sure when im in town

Nice atmosphere in the pedestrian zone near Römerplatz. Burgers were very good, fries were also extremely crispy and the dessert (chocolate souflé) rounded everything off perfectly. The service was also extremely friendly and accommodating.

It hit the spot. The BBQ Burger was perfect—extra flavor without being over the top. The Rhubarb Spritzer was a novel delight. Fries and sauce perfect. And best yet, the price was reasonable and my server (Bence) was excellent!
