Very tasty burgers and fries with a variety of sauces. Sofia was a friendly waitress. It was quiet during the week at lunchtime, and the food arrived quickly.

They have a delicious vegan BBQ-flavored burger and even a vegan apple pie! But be sure to skip the ice cream, which unfortunately isn't vegan (yet). Highly recommended!

We ordered two burgers, one fries and two lemonades. After a long, long time waiting burgers came together with two fries. We said ok, let’s eat them as they came in the same plate as the burgers. While I was picking fries with my hands the waitress took the small plate from our table and served it in the table next to us …. OMG… remember the 2 lemonades to another waiter… nothing came… So we ate the burgers, nothing really special supposed to be Angus meat, and we asked to pay the meal. Then the seems to realise that lemonades never came… 10 minutes later nothing solved… the waitress that seems to be managing that mess did nothing to solve it. Another 10 minutes later the waiter came to ask if we wanted the lemonades… are you kidding?? It’s almost 25 minutes we are done with the meal!!! We said no, thanks. Almost ten or fifteen minutes later we finally made his way to prepare the bill… their app tried to ask for a tip 😂😂😂😂 Was it full?? Not at all, not even a single table inside, less than half occupancy outside, three waiters and a less than poor service. Also important to mention that having the restrooms like in the pic attached doesn’t make it a good experience in any sense.

James was very friendly and handsome too, he should get more than just a bonus, it was all very good and thank you.

We visited the place on May 22, 2025! The service was excellent! Sophia was there to assist us and she was wonderful! We had a lovely time! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful – right next to the central square of the city!

You can experience the worst service experience in Frankfurt. Tables were dirty and taste is avarage for that price level.

We're here for a training course and wanted a good burger. So we went to Jamie's. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Right across from St. Paul's Church, it's a great place to sit and enjoy the delicious burgers and fries. And if you're lucky enough to be served by Sofia, you really can't complain. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back!

We were here with a large group. The service was extremely courteous and always approachable. Sofia, in particular, deserves praise. The food was also really good! We'll be back!

Jamys is centrally located in the city center. The selection is extensive, and the burgers and fries are delicious. The sodas are fresh and delicious. The service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We love coming here.

This was the best burger I've ever had. The meat is so juicy, perfectly cooked, and has a great flavor. The burger bun doesn't taste run-of-the-mill, but perfectly prepared, totally fluffy, and simply delicious! The BBQ sauce has the perfect balance of sweet and slightly sour; I can't fault it. Slightly salty popcorn is provided free of charge (I don't usually like popcorn, but this one was so lightly salted that the saltiness fits perfectly). The only small drawback: The homemade blueberry basil lemonade could use a bit more fizz.

For six years, I've been ordering from Jamy's or occasionally eating there. Last time, the burger was cold (at the table), and we refrained from commenting because we didn't want to cause a conflict. Today, the meat was not only particularly bad, it was cold again at the table, and it also seemed so meager that I dared to say something after two bites. I was offered a new burger, but honestly, I didn't feel like it anymore. I declined; I'd lost my appetite. When I went to pay, I was told that they had negotiated with the manager, who was absent, and I only had to pay for half the burger (of course, I paid in full for the fries, which I also only ate a third of, and the drink anyway). I'm honestly shocked by this "concession." The place used to be full, but today, when we arrived at 8:30 p.m. in perfect weather, there were three tables occupied. Coincidence? Probably not. The food was very bad, and the service/concession: beyond words. No thanks. After six years and hundreds of euros: never again.

Listed on Google as a restaurant with vegan options. When we arrived there was only one option on the entire menu. And with coffee there was only cow's milk. The sweet potato fries only tasted like fried oil and the whole restaurant smelled like it (it was still next to the door).

The waiter, with the excuse of going to exchange money, did not give me the rest back. I went back complaining and he told a story that I didn't understand. In short... I paid 18 euros for a draft beer.

There were four of us, two of us ordered the Cesaer Salad with grilled chicken which was dry and tough. For the rest everything is ok. They forced us, without the possibility of choice, to give a tip percentage of our choice between 5%-7%-10% (as is customary in the USA). Four of us spent €92, excessive for a place like this.

The service also leaves nothing to be desired, especially a big compliment to Sophia, who does her job with passion. The food price ratio is terrible. The fries came out with a tiny portion. Absolutely ridiculous, not fresh at all! The Cole slaw was also a super tiny portion. Expectations of this place were not met.
