Gude. Visited the burger shop on recommendation. It is rather difficult to give a short conclusion here. Therefore a long version: - Ordering is only possible at the counter inside. No menu outside so read the whatsbeef website for FFM. At the counter you notice that the online prices are no longer correct. This is a no go for the operator. Point deduction. Order placed and paid for cashless and placed back on the terrace with the order number plate. - Food arrived quickly. The milkshake is really to die for - worth it. The burger tastes mediocre and is almost the same price as a schnitzel with fried potatoes and a side salad. By the way, the latter is far more filling than the burger. - The customer is encouraged to clear up after the meal using serving trolleys set up. Which isn't a problem, but has a canteen feel - just like standing in the order queue. - Summary: more of a purely overpriced fast food restaurant. The only thing worthwhile is the milkshake.

This place is amazing. My girlfriend and I came to Frankfurt for an afternoon and we were looking for a good burger place in town. The food was absolutely fantastic and of amazing quality. It also warmed my heart to see that they offered a student deal, being that we are university students. The real cherry on top was when I asked the employee at the cash register if they offered cheese sauce to dip fries into and told me they didn’t sell the cheese sauce off the menu. I thanked the gentleman and after taking my seat outside, another employee, who I assumed was the manager and overheard the conversation, then brought out a container of cheese sauce free of charge. The employees are amazingly friendly and clearly go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed and cared for. 5 stars!!!

Great shop, I've eaten there several times with a friend and ordered the cheat day menu twice, which is absolutely amazing. The burgers are great, no question. The shake you get as dessert is simply amazing. This makes charging super convenient as soon as you come in. Prices are fair and service is top, no question. Highly recommended and would come again and again.

Das bei einer Auslastung von 4 Tischen und rund 10 Personen, gegen 17 Uhr wochentags. Die Bestellung, direkte Bezahlung und Mitnahme der Getränke erfolgt über Self Service am Schalter. Gefragt, wie "durch" der Burger sein soll, wird nicht gefragt. Der Bacon Cheese Burger für satte 14,50 EUR kam nach weit unter 10 Minuten an den Tisch. Größe, Optik und Preis stehen aus meiner Sicht nicht im Verhältnis;siehe Foto. Leider muss ich Bezug auf den Geschmack zu einem ähnlichen Urteil kommen. Für das Fleisch war noch ganz leicht rosa und eigentlich so in Ordnung, aber viel zu salzig. Die restlichen Beilagen waren Standard. Übrigens, gibt es kein WLAN. Was bedauerlich ist, denn mobiles denn mobiles Internet funktioniert indoor quasi gar nicht. 18 EUR für einen Burger & Cola auf Bahnhofsnivea? Keine Empfehlung

As I enter, I suspect that we've walked into a merch store that also happens to sell burgers. At the counter I don't order a cappy, gold coins, bottle opener or T-shirt, but a burger. The courage level today is at 3/3, so mushroom patty with cheese filling. The homemade lemonade makes the waiting time go by quickly. Outside, a storm is blowing through the urban canyons. Like in a western, napkins and bills fly in balls across the floor. The burger including fries is here. Surprisingly large for the price. A completely new world fills me with taste. I'm excited. My clothes are also learning new things: black fungal sauce stains. Shouldn't detract from the day, the washing machine takes care of things. In short: strong store, clear recommendation.

Self-service for drinks and ordering at the counter. Food is then brought to the table. Food delicious, could have been a little hotter, but ok. Counter Kraft was new and didn't know Aperol Spriz or anything like that. Gin and tonic was made with sparkling water instead of tonic water. After the complaint, we apologized very carefully and brought a new drink. They then asked again if everything was ok and shortly afterwards they apologized again with 2 vouchers for €7 each. It's a shame that the new employee wasn't accompanied during onboarding. But the situation was more than saved by the attentive apology.

From the outside the store looked serious. Overall we were happy with the service and the ambience, but the burgers weren't that outstanding. Meat, strange seasoning and everything else, they tasted rather mediocre. So if you just want burgers, I don't recommend it.

The food was really good. We have to order n pay at the counter and then it is brought to us. The only thing I did not like was that there were too many little mice roaming around in the outside sitting area looking for crumbs.

I had the BBQ Fabulous. It’s a good choice. I don’t think the burger is amazing in anyway. One thing to note is that they make their own buns, which would’ve been amazing, but it’s honestly not that tasty either.

The Double Smash Burger on the menu was good. The quality of the meat is great! The burger was tasty and carefully topped. There were also Sierra Nevada beers on the menu. Top! However, the smash burger was only half-heartedly smashed and the crispy edges were missing. Therefore a star deduction🤷‍♂️

My tip if - exceptionally - you want something a little less hearty or you have to take out your vegetarian mother-in-law: The “Lady Marmalade” with the beetroot patty from “Purple Haze” as a low-carb version. Looks great and tastes delicious too.

A really nice restaurant, you order at the counter and the food is served at the table. The food is prepared very quickly, you don't have to wait long for the food to be served to the table. Very nice interior, the decorations are fantastic. The burgers are very tasty, the meat is really juicy and well seasoned. The regular fries and the ones with cheese on top are delicious. Sauces such as ketchup and mayonnaise, as well as pickled cucumbers and pepperoni, can be conveniently taken at the counter. We will be back definitely! 😊

I have no idea where these reviews come from, but this was one of the worst burgers I've eaten. I still have the disgusting taste in my throat. I wouldn't even pay €1 for the burger, but at €18 for a burger you don't need to be so stingy with the salad.

Tables, chairs/plastic seat cushions, floor and toilets are very dirty. Burgers taste bland, the meat is lukewarm and watery. The burgers and fries sit on the counter for too long before they are served. The poor heat lamps cannot keep the food warm. The coleslaw has a boring dressing. Nothing special! The wet wipes were not refilled in the designated racks on the table. Price-performance not justified. It's a shame that the restaurant is so run down. I'm crossing it off my favorites list! I can praise it, the outdoor area is very beautiful.

The good reviews brought us here after the game. Everything looked nice from the outside. At first we were on the small terrace and nothing happened. The first surprise was the self-ordering inside. Then we saw the prices and were pretty satisfied again. 15 EUR for a burger and 21 EUR for a burger with fries. Of course it seems to be decent meat from the region. But the bored, shuffling, unmotivated, bad-looking service didn't match the exorbitantly high price, nor was the food beautifully prepared. A fairly small burger carelessly slapped onto a silver platter. In contrast, McDonald's is a 5 star restaurant in terms of presentation. No napkins or cutlery were brought. You could then get it separately inside. But at least the burger tasted good. Overall, very disappointing!
