Good burger place, service sometimes a bit slow.

I was at this restaurant recently and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. During my visit I saw rats in the dining room. One of them even walked right behind me on the bench. This was very concerning and I hope the restaurant resolves this issue as quickly as possible.

The burgers are okay, but the brioche buns are really sticky... The service is practically non-existent... you wait forever for drinks... that's how a store makes its turnover, how can it be that the food comes before the drinks and then if you want a second drink, three more times Have to ask until something finally comes along? The ambience is right on a big intersection... you have to like it, but you can see that if you look for the store on Maps.

The burgers here are just amazing! Fresh ingredients, juicy meat and rolls that simply ask for more. The selection is large enough to suit every taste and the side dishes are also delicious. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I'll definitely be back!

Not recommended on Sunday evening. 1 hour waiting time for the food to arrive. Fries very soft, burger cold and then the same waiting time to pay. Only the vegetables and the homemade lemonade ensure that we give at least two stars.

Ordered on recommendation of the waitress the classic burger, v v decent. Came with a salad fresh and crunchy. Went down with a non-alcoholic spritz, it’s mixed in house and I liked v much. I couldn’t do German but they had an English menu.

Just as I praised the chef at the service, here I had a hot burger for the first time in a restaurant that really burned! What's more, it was completely stuffed with ingredients, the bun was beautifully soft and toasted on the inside (although I personally would prefer to toast it at least a little on the outside as well). The prices are average and the quality of the food justifiable.

I honestly can't understand so many good reviews. It may be that the quality is good, but who would pay for TWO BURGERS AND ONE FRIES!!! Demanding 34 EURO is a gross exaggeration. Let's say the 2 burgers cost 14 euros each WITHOUT SIDE, then that leaves 6€! for the fries. FOR FRIES!!! I don't like quality has its price, the location, or the service etc. None of this justifies your exorbitant prices. For that money I could have easily gotten 4 DÖNER (I'll do the same next time). Thanks anyway, but you've seen the last of me. And my wife and I are still not full, which wouldn't be the case with 4 kebabs. PHILOSOPHY BLA BLA, you pay a lot more for your “PHILOSOPHY”. Until a burger costs 20€ at some point, because of PHILOSOPHY and AMBIENCE........

The food here was delicious and, above all, came very quickly, I especially like the sour bacon fries. The service was super friendly and helpful. And the ambience was also very nice. It is also close to the Main, which means you can have something to eat here after a relaxing day on the Main. I would love to come back here.

The drinks and food are completely overpriced for the size and quality. The burger with truffle hardly tasted of truffle and the meat was dry. The dessert (the cheesecake and the souffle) were very good! The service was very nice and accommodating. Our waiter Alessandro was very friendly and professional at all times.

I've been a fan of the Redhead Burger for a long time because it's a spicy burger without jalapenos. This time it tasted great again, my brother had a different burger and was also very satisfied. 😻 The service was also super friendly and competent. The price is a bit too high in my opinion, but I would still recommend everyone to go there.

Very pleasant restaurant. Shortly from the city center with a great view of the park and the Main. The burgers come in interesting variations and the fries are top notch.

The burgers were OK. The service was poor.The table was dirty.There were no napkins or cutlery.The very young staff was busy with themselves.Although almost everything inside was empty, we were ignored. We must have disturbed you. Two other guests felt the same way. These two left the restaurant without ordering anything.

It's an imposition, there were 6 of us on Saturday evening, the shop was normally not overcrowded, the waiting time for drinks was 45 minutes, and the food was just as long. Food itself okay. Not really recommended. I don't come here anymore.

During the stay of my trip to Frankfurt, we visited your place, of course we managed a wonderful sunny day, we sat in your outdoor area and enjoyed your delicious hamburgers! Very nice flavors, big quantity! The cool mango drink I chose was also amazing!

The location looks amazing, very cozy. We ordered a classic burger and a “runny egg” and both were incredibly tasty. So was the lemonade, probability the best I’ve tasted so far.

A really trendy restaurant in the middle of Frankfurt, not far from the banks of the Main. The price is OK for Frankfurt standards, the drinks are a bit expensive but the burgers are fairly priced (approx. €14) The burger with Angus beef and truffle sauce was really sensationally delicious. The sweet potato fries weren't bad either, but they're even better at Heroes Burger 😜, but the burger was first class. What is particularly noteworthy here is the quality of the meat. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Free parking is difficult, like everywhere in Frankfurt, but a parking garage can be found nearby. We would love to come back and I can definitely recommend a visit. P.S after a good meal you can also take a nice walk directly on the banks of the Main to burn off the excess calories ;)

Unfortunately, we waited half an hour for the order to be taken. Afterwards another half hour so that we can get our food, but not at the same time but separately. We got drinks with our food, so we find it very bad to sit and wait. Increased price - €6.90 for sweet potatoes

The service is nice and accommodating. The European Championship games are currently playing on the terrace. The prices are a little higher, but the quality is good. The fries are pretty much the best I've eaten so far, very tasty and well seasoned, not just with salt. I also think they are double fried because they are very crispy, more than you are used to. I deducted one point for the (only) vegan burger, which is a falafel burger, which in itself is really good and well thought out, but the patty is incredibly thick and massive and therefore quickly seems dry, but it harmonized well with the French fries sauce and was therefore easy to eat. Those who live a vegetarian lifestyle have significantly more choice. The portion size was also more than sufficient. At the beginning you always think it could be more, but gradually it becomes more of a struggle. Everyone else was also very satisfied, so I can only recommend the store.

I've eaten here several times in the beginning. The burgers were always very tasty, but now they're only occasionally one of the best burger shops. Service is always very friendly, unfortunately sometimes inattentive.

Great place for burger lovers. Large and interesting selection, not just standard burgers. Everyone will find something for themselves. A big plus for the possibility of different rolls. Very nice atmospheric place.
