A great burger joint. I haven't had such a delicious, fresh burger in a long time. It was lovingly prepared and tasted great. The prices are okay—not exactly cheap, but absolutely reasonable for the quality. The only thing that bothered me was that they only served Krombacher beer; I prefer regional beers. I would definitely go back if I wanted a great burger with fries.

Everything was perfect. Delicious food, great service, and very good value for money. We'd love to come back.

I've rarely eaten such a good burger. The fries with sour cream and the cheesecake were also top-notch! The decor and ambiance were nice and fitting, and it was air-conditioned. If I lived in the city, I'd be a regular. I highly recommend it! Best wishes from Saarland!

The burgers were delicious and the atmosphere was very inviting. I found the burger selection to be very diverse! In my opinion, the prices for drinks and food are a bit too high for what you get. The service was a bit slow, but friendly.

We were able to sit outside. Even though we went in the evening, we were able to find seats without any problems. The burger was delicious, the meat was juicy and the fries with the homemade sauce were also great. All in all, a very satisfying burger joint! 👍

From the very first bite, I knew I was experiencing something special. Jamy’s Burger delivered the best burger I’ve ever had — hands down. The patty was perfectly juicy and flavorful, clearly made from high-quality beef, and cooked to perfection. The brioche bun was soft yet held everything together beautifully without getting soggy. Every ingredient tasted fresh, from the crisp lettuce to the rich, melty cheese and the bold, house-made sauces that tied it all together.

Recommended for skyline photographers, it is right next to the famous bridge

Great atmosphere with great food. We stopped here before heading to a local comedy show. The service was quick and friendly. The parmesan fries were delicious and a good sharing portion. Bonus: they accept American Express.

The restaurant is very good but the people who work there are not good.

Food was great! Unfortunately, the service was so bad that I would give it minus stars if I could. The service person was inattentive, listless, haphazard and then expected a tip! So if you don't have a problem with repeating your order several times, following the waiter to get the right food and being basically ignored, you can really have a positive experience here.

Today I had a burger with a side salad. The burger was good as always, but the salad was a bitter disappointment: the lettuce was wilted and partly brown, and there were no fresh leaves to be found. If the season or storage isn't right - just don't sell salad.

Unfortunately, the visit to the restaurant was a big disappointment. There is only one BBQ burger as a vegan option. We asked whether the Fallafel Veggieburger could also be made vegan. After a brief consultation with the kitchen, the waiter told us there would also be vegan rolls. I then asked if the entire burger would be vegan. His answer: yes. I asked again if the avocado mayo was vegan. His answer: yes. We ordered and waited and already drank our drinks. At some point the waiter said the mayo wasn't vegan and asked what I wanted instead. He couldn't tell me what other vegan sauces were available and asked me whether guacamole was vegan. (Usually yes, but how should I know the restaurant's recipe?). He went into the kitchen and came back later and offered me the BBQ sauce. I deliberately didn't choose the burger. It wasn't overcrowded and yet the waiter was making an unbearably loud noise with the cutlery as he was putting things away. The waiter stood at reception on his cell phone for several minutes while at least 4 finished burgers stood in front of the kitchen and got cold. Another employee had to point this out to him. We were assigned a new employee. Our drinks were refunded due to the long wait. The burgers are ok. My husband, who ordered a double meatball unlike last time, was also disappointed as the two meatballs were as thin as a single one last time. Especially as a vegan, I can't give any recommendations. Unfortunately, that was our last visit to Jamys Burger.

When we entered it smelled a bit strange. The toilets weren't very clean when we visited, but they were still ok. Everything else was great. 👍

The food was great, the location and the service were very nice, but instead of 18 I was estimated to be 16 on my 18th birthday, which hit me deeply 😢😉 Still highly recommended!
