DANGER! DO NOT ORDER! Although the store is shown as open on Lieferando and online, it is not! I've driven by many times in the last two months and the store has always been closed, despite opening hours online. Google should definitely set it to temporarily closed for now!

Even not deserve to give them one star! I ordered the food 2 days before from Lieferando and I got stomach aches! Wasted my money ! And the manager of restaurant without asking permission send me message on what’s app ( you are not allowed to use the customer personal data’s ) and pushing me to delete the comment and then they will refund the money and suggesting the free food ! I don’t need that money , keep for your self but be honest with your customers and don’t give them the rubbish food

They never have sweet potato fries, put what you ordered in the burger and are then rude

Great service! Fast and really tasty. We picked up locally and meatfree crunchy is awesome! Will probably be our favorite store :)

One of the best community stores in the neighborhood. Highly recommended if you are looking for delicious burgers & salads.

The burger was truly delicious—juicy, well-prepared, and made with high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the service significantly spoiled the experience. We had to wait 20 minutes just to place our order. Then it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes for the bill. The napkins were missing from the table—we had to ask for them. When two cups of coffee were brought to us, sugar and teaspoons were missing. There were only knives and forks on the table. The service wasn't particularly friendly and didn't seem to be trying hard. It's a shame that the quality of the food doesn't match the service.

The store is not fussy and the staff is highly flexible. Super delicious, everything made with love, You can taste it, who would have thought. Anyone who is nearby should go the food tastes good and not just looks good.

I was convinced, and based on the two experiences I had in this shop, I will make my own burgers in the future rather than setting foot in this shop again. It should be said: It was quite clean, everything seemed well-kept, even if a bit rustic. But my girlfriend and I weren't impressed with the food at all, and when we asked the staff about it and demonstrated the burger (which was definitely burnt), we were ignored at first and then made fun of. The food, as well as the staff, was an absolute no-go for us personally. The fries were okay, but they didn't seem any better to us than frozen fries from the hot air fryer. If we compare this experience to other restaurants, this is really the worst case overall.

I ordered here a few months ago. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Since I had visitors who really wanted to eat here, we ordered through Wolt - which was then possible. The fries aren't my thing, but that's a matter of taste. The burgers were ok, but not particularly special for the price.

The burgers were really tasty and freshly prepared. However, you couldn't enter the dirty toilet. Really disgusting, not usable for guests on site.

The food was ok, but it was disgusting how they handled the money and cooked with the same hands. stopped going after realizing this. It's misleading to think that gloves are sanitary if they do all kinds of stuff with them and then handle the food. washing hands is more sanitary.

At this burger shop I can bring my gluten-free burger halves (the bread) and they will make me delicious burgers with them. I like my burgers as simply as much and they deliver every time. I mean the quality :-)

Typical Five Guys at the Kurfürstendamm subway station. Good quality of burgers and hot dogs. Everything is freshly prepared. Short waiting times. For me personally the volume level is a bit too loud. Everything is within reasonable price.
