Simply unbelievable, I would never have expected something like this in a hotel like this. If you forget to lock up your valuables and come back, the cleaning lady just emptied the whole room and I don't get a refund because they say it wasn't in the safe, so I still have something like that I've never experienced it and I've been in a lot of hotels, even in Turkey, something like that hasn't happened to me or in other countries 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

The unbeatable location. On Alexanderplatz itself. In front of the television lollipop It has a viewpoint on the 35th floor and if you are one of those who like action they have an attraction as if you were going bungee jumping (only for the most daring, I'm not crazy) 🤪 the rooms are quite good. The beds are super comfortable, clean and with everything you need. The breakfast is pretty good, you can go to the one on the first floor or the one on the second. If you want to pay it separately it is quite expensive €26 per person.

The rooms are very small. The view is beautiful from high floors. A very popular hotel, so there are a lot of people in it and everywhere. Queues for the elevator, queues for the reception.

This hotel is located in the middle of Alexander Platz and is known for its view. You have a beautiful view of the television tower and other sights. In just a few seconds you go from 0 to the 35th floor. From there it is a further 4 floors of stairs. At the top you buy your ticket for €6 p.p. and you can use the terrace for as long as you want. It's not very big, you can't go around. Definitely worth it if you like views.

Good hotel, excellent location and friendly service. I would have liked fresh vegetables and fruits for breakfast. Even cucumber. I thought the rooms had minibars or refrigerators, but there weren't. In this heat, I would have liked to enjoy the drinks cold while in the room. Also the air conditioning should be bit more efficient.

I have been to the hotel several times as a guest. Unfortunately, this time I couldn't really enjoy my stay with my wife because the toilets were flushing around the clock. Even after the 3rd day and more than 4 malignant signs, it was not resolved nor was anything done for our short nights. The cautious indifference surprised me somewhat. Otherwise everything was as usual and we still felt at home.

Rooms layout is smartly designed but a bit outdated the design. The beds are not that comfortable especially the pillows. WC is separated bathtub in the room separates by a curtain. Staff was rude and bored on several instances both in check in and check out. Location of the hotel is great both in terms of proximity to transport and distance from several parts of the city. Because of the location it’s worth staying there

The room, which was supposed to be a suite, was inside. Without any windows, on the 28th floor.

The front room people are a joke and they treated us very badly. First of all we reached the hotel at 12.30. They told us that room is not available until 3 pm. We said it’s, OK and they told us that they will call us once the room is ready. We waited for 4 hours and still they said that they don’t have the room and finally at 10.30PM we got the room. Now come the amazing part. The first room is full of bedbugs and lavas and we had to shift to another room .. with all these delays it was 12.30. And when we go the room, the bathroom and the washroom are part of the room!! What!!(???) if you take shower the entire room is filled with it. And looks like they don’t want people to shower either. Coz when you shower, the water leaks into the bed (?) room. Sorry , confusing isn’t , there is a toilet and shower in the bedroom with a curtain separation !!! What ? And why this place a 4 star ? They got us a table side fan? And we spent $150 a night ! And if you are going there in August, good luck!! NO AC! They have a a small fan and we Coudnt sleep the entire night.

The lack of empathy of the reception staff I have asked for a thermometer since I was feeling unwell, and they tell me that they don't have one in the Hotel's medicine cabinet. It is quite unlikely that in a Hotel of that size they do not have such basic things.

We were here for 4 days. 28th floor. Great view. Everything was clean. It's hard to understand why as a guest you have to pay 2 euros to store your suitcases and 6 euros to enter the roof terrace.

If you want to visit Berlin, it's in an area that you can walk and use public transport. Great location and I recommend getting a room above the 24th floor, the view is worth it

We have just arrived in Spain, after a 7-day stay in that hotel. It is a very large hotel but we have been very comfortable, it is super central, the rooms are super good, the bathroom layout is a little strange but we have not had any problems. The breakfast was great and I can say that everything was great, I will definitely recommend it.

A top hotel for its location alone, with an adjacent underground car park and a breathtaking terrace that is worth a visit. The functionally designed rooms offer comfortable sleeping accommodation. The breakfast is first class and highly recommended. The online check-in is fantastic. Here you can avoid queuing at reception and the process takes less than 5 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Mr. Matuschelc from the reception.

Really nothing wrong with this Hotel. The location is perfect and the rooms stay cool during hot days. I will stay here again.

Overall we were happy with the hotel. It's centrally located, the view is to die for, it's clean and everyone was friendly. Nevertheless, it is very much geared towards mass tourism and the attention to detail is lacking. I think the shower in the room is terrible unless you're traveling with your partner. We wouldn't stay there again. A view of the roof terrace should also be included in the price.

Wir waren jetzt 4 Tage jeden Tag davon dort essen. Das Essen war eine Geschmacksexplosion. ( überhaupt die salted caramel bowl) die Kellner waren unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und modern gestaltet. Die cocktails waren sehr angenehm gemischt. Alles im allem jederzeit wieder. Ist ein richtiger geheim tipp !!!!

Unser Sightseeing rund um den Alexanderplatz haben wir mit einem Besuch im ALEX verbunden. Der Geschmack und die Portionsgröße unserer Gerichte waren TOP. Super war zudem, dass insbesondere der Innenraum angenehm kühl war. Lediglich das Personal im Innenraum könnte hinsichtlich weiterer Getränkebestellungen etwas aufmerksamer sein. Ansonsten ist das Servicepersonal jedoch sehr freundlich.

Nice place to have something to eat or to drink for a lunch break when sightseeing Berlin. Located at the bottom of the famous Berlin’s TV Tower. I can recommend Flammkuchen and Berliner Weisse mit Waldmaister.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city and ideal for sightseeing, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does get very busy. I had a room looking over the city.

A good hotel in an advantageous location for exploring Berlin. We had a room on the 33rd floor and therefore an indescribable view over the city. Everything was very clean and comfortable, the rooms are big enough. Before booking, however, you should be aware that most rooms do not have a bathroom, but a toilet and shower, separated only by glass, in the middle of the room. Unfortunately you couldn't shower in our room without flooding half the room. In addition, you could NOT turn off the air conditioning yourself, you could only regulate the temperature. So it ran loudly all night long, competing with the ventilation in the bathroom - even after complaining to reception, nothing changed! The breakfast was very varied and delicious, the entire team was very friendly and absolutely well organized. Despite over 1000 rooms, you could always find a free table and there were no long queues at the two buffets - hats off! Conclusion: All in all, a really good hotel - but the best hotel is of no use if you hardly get any sleep! A pity.

The rooms, which look good in themselves and were quite clean for me, would be positive. The toilet is separated by a kind of curtain. There is a need for improvement there! The breakfast itself is good, there is everything you need. Only one thing is annoying. There are staff running around all the time clearing the tables. You feel very watched. It's more reminiscent of a school assignment than breakfast. Location is good, you can quickly get to the gate, Reichstag, television tower, etc. However, Alexanderplatz is pretty crime-ridden. I don't recommend going there in the dark or staying there alone. All in all 3 stars. Okay for a few nights, but not for 2 or more weeks.

How can it be that when you are in the lounge you have to walk down from the 35th floor to go to the toilet? How can it be that you still have to walk up and as a hotel guest you still have to pay 6 euros

Absolutely appalling, simply a disaster! The room is in a dilapidated condition - dirt and grime everywhere. The toilet? Directly in the bedroom, separated from the bed only by a simple cupboard door. No trace of privacy. The towels and bed linen? Useless, simply disgusting. Showering is torture: it takes forever for warm water to come – if it comes at all. We are still here and unfortunately have to endure four more nights. Despite our complaints, nothing has changed. No room change, no cleaning, no shower repair. We are in room 1005 – avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay away!

Hello 😃 This hotel is one of my absolute favorites in Berlin. The team is extremely friendly and always helpful, which creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere. The roof terrace is simply sensational when the weather is nice - it even surpasses the view from the television tower. We always enjoy coming back here and look forward to our next visit. The hotel's cuisine is excellent and the Sparkos Restaurant offers an impressive ambience that makes every meal a special experience. I would like to give a big compliment to the lady on the roof terrace. She is an experienced and extremely friendly service person who carries out her tasks with great competence and warmth. Your outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay. We are really looking forward to the next time. Many greetings and thank you again!

Service and location were perfect, however the room was so small for 2 people

Disappointed to say the least. Rooms are advertised as having air conditioning but don't actually have it. It's ventilation but still didn't do anything for us. Had to then have the window open but it was so loud with music playing. Coffee was never replaced in the room when cleaners came and we had to always get it from reception. Just the little things. I was so shocked to find out that it costs €6 to go to the roof top even if you're a guest of the hotel. Truly shocking. Also the first hotel I've been to where it costs to store luggage if you're a guest. Shocking

An absolute disaster for the price. You pay a lot of money and get a mediocre room. The beds were two single beds that were easy to move, although you had to be careful not to fall between the two beds at night. The breakfast booked was mediocre, but acceptable. The room service was very inconsistent, sometimes nothing was done and sometimes when the "do not disturb" sign was hanging outside it was. All in all not recommended for the price.

The view was good. But unfortunately not the rest. The room was very loud. The fan in the toilet. Unbearable. The breakfast average. The audience not a good level. Sitting there with sweatpants etc...no go. I paid almost 700 euros for three nights...

“Regular hotel” in Berlin. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. The location is optimal. In the rooms we have always stayed in, the bathroom was always only separated from the room with a curtain.

Check-in took forever. The toilet brush and the aerator were missing from the bathtub faucet. Showering in the room where you sleep - not really great. No air conditioning available. The window only opens when it is tilted, so there is hardly any fresh air in the room and crazy humidity after showering. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS? A foreign word in the entire house. Mobile Internet? Nothing at the bunker. Working in the hotel impossible! With the volume, breakfast from 7:00 a.m. feels like Berlin Central Station during rush hour. There's no way you can start your day relaxed. Walks are incredibly long when the revolving door from Alexanderplatz is closed, because then you have to walk around the entire building complex to the left for 5 minutes. To the right is impossible due to construction work. Yes, it may be that you are central... But there are other better solutions within walking distance.

We only spent one night there. The location is excellent and the rooms are great and simple. The breakfast was a bit 'canteen-like'. Some things were missing, the juice and coffee were watered down. Parking at very good. 👍

Terrible experience. The bedsheets and towels were thin as paper. The “king size” bed were two single beds put together. The housekeeper failed to clean my glasses or supply me with water throughout my stay. I emailed the staff in advance to receive a package for which arrived the day before I checked in, and they failed to do so. I never got that package. The worst thing - the room was incredibly cold, which combined with Berlin’s sudden rains has made me sick for long after the trip. The experience screams “cheap” and feels more like I was living in a motel. Definitely not worth what I paid for.

So not worth the money. Things that I did not like 1) I absolutely disliked that were was no separate bathroom and no proper doors for the bathroom. This is the worst and I have zero understanding. 2) paying almost 200 EUR per night and then having to pay per bag for a few hours of luggage storage. This is just greedy. 3) the payment process with a weird payment because they wanted to make sure you pay weeks in advance. Also the link first didn’t work first. Things I liked: The location is great. 100% would not recommend - save your money and go elsewhere! I’d recommend a motel one instead for anyone looking.

It's a nice, very central hotel. It's a bit of a problem that the showers in the rooms are open, but overall we were satisfied. The price-benefit balance was good. The metro was right next to us.

Very small rooms, ventilation doesn't work, internet in the room doesn't work and the lobby is very weak. We are with a group of 37 people and therefore I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel!!! So a shame for a Radisson Hotel!!!

Rooms were nicely furnished, but there was the huge problem that the air conditioning didn't work and you couldn't really open the windows. Accordingly, sleeping was difficult and very hot.

Excellent room with a great view of the TV tower at night! Very good website booking, check-in and check-out electronically, staff super friendly and relaxed, despite high customer volume. Also great: parking garage directly in the hotel complex. Here, however, the note or suggestion for improvement is that - especially during the current construction phase - signs indicating the ENTRANCE TO THE PARK HOME are put up and / or the ENTRANCE is clearly indicated on the web. I admit, I was being stupid. But due to distraction - pedestrians and cyclists swarming around you - I had to do three laps with a total of 38 minutes of driving time (!) directly around the house in full traffic. That was a downer, but also partly self-inflicted. That's why there are of course no points deducted for this.

Hotel way too big a station hall

Great location in the city center of Berlin next to Alexanderplatz. The hotel is very busy and crowded. Overall, ok for a short stay for a business trip. There are too many big tourist groups in the hotel. Breakfast rooms are too small for a hotel with ~1000 rooms.

What use is the “status” to a guest if he cannot use any of the services offered...

I personally can't rate the hotel because I've never stayed in it. But the ROOF TERRACE is freely accessible. You have a wonderful view of Berlin from there. 120m high. Highly recommended as there are no waiting times or costs. 👍 From June 2024, the Park Inn will have the highest swing available! Who dares? From the hotel's roof terrace you can reach lofty heights, held by a crane. Ages 14 and over can be accompanied by an adult. Max, weight 118 kg. Duration approx. 30 minutes, normal physical condition, not barrier-free.

Stayed there for work with a large group of colleagues. The internet does not work in the rooms at all. So do not stay here if you plan on working in your room. I was travelling with a large group of people and they all had the same problem. In the morning I was there, there was no hot water. The staff, while friendly, were visibly demotivated. The location is excellent though.

Location location location!!! Right outside the train and literally on Alexanderplatz. Rooms are clean but very small. Notice the shower is behind a curtain so you don’t get enough privacy. We ordered a twin room but the two bads were right next to each other. We asked about it in the reception but we were told that those are two mattresses, so this is basically a twin room.

Do you want to have a bad time during your stay? This hotel is for you. I have never been to a hotel with such poor service and quality of attention from the reception team. People with very bad treatment and customer service work there. I firmly believe that the staff is not well qualified to serve the public, unless their objective is to be rude to the client, because they are experts in that. I would never return nor would I recommend this hotel. 1 star for those who work at the central table.

Unfortunately, internet in the rooms is a disaster. Working is not possible. A personal hotspot is therefore mandatory upon arrival. Unfortunately, hot water wasn't available all the time, so we had to take a cold shower. The use of the bar in the RoofTop is subject to a charge, even for guests of the hotel. Location is great, but that doesn't save everything.

We had a room on the 35th floor. Great view of the TV tower and Alexanderplatz. The room is not that big and a bit shabby. The toilet in the room, which is only separated by a non-closing glass door, is not good. The mattresses are medium hard and OK. Breakfast is not okay for 26 euros. There is a lot to choose from but the quality is average. No fresh vegetables (cucumbers, peppers, etc.) Sausage and cheese in discounter quality. No cakes, thawed mini Berliners, etc. The breakfast room is overcrowded at certain times and the employees had a hard time keeping the tables clean. We paid 340 euros for 2 nights, which I regret in retrospect. You shouldn't book the hotel just because of the good location and the view. Especially since you still have to pay extra for a visit to the roof terrace. There are plenty of other better hotels nearby for less money.

Basically a great hotel for the price and location, unfortunately my room was very dusty and the toilet smelled of urine. I understand that cleaning is done under time pressure, but perhaps more human resources can be made available. As a plus, I would like to highlight the easy check-in and check-out.

Comfortable hotel, very good breakfast and excellent location! Just a few blocks from Museum Island

The hotel itself is nice as well as the location. However, I probably would have expected a minibar. The toilet's door is just a milked glass that doesn't close completely. The internet is the worst - not high speed at all and quite unstable. Actually, even with times where there wasn't any internet connection at all. I would even challenge the soundproofing when I could hear the chairs of other rooms moving... All in all, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Rooms were clean, average… no fridge so we had to constantly get ice buckets to keep drinks cool as weather was so warm, so bare this in mind for summer vacations. Food is Spagos Restaurant on lobby floor was over priced and TERRIBLE. Do not recommend. Try the other restaurant on the 2nd floor instead. Wi-Fi was awful, very slow, I ended up just using my mobile data the entire time. We couldn’t connect our iPad to it either. Very poor service. Never had house keeping barge into my room so many times! check out is at 12pm, house keeping coming into my room since 9/10am, they should be made aware which guests have not checked out yet. Best thing about this hotel is the location & the staff, they were quite friendly and helpful. Hotel is only a minute walk from the train station and a lovely area for sight seeing

Hotel is really in a great location. The staff are friendly, as soon as the lady noticed that I was a bit afraid to take the elevator (the room was on the 20th floor), we were offered another room. After the first trip to the 20th floor, the fear subsided because the elevators went up super quickly. The breakfast staff who set and clear the tables looked a bit listless. The rooms are quite small. But it's not too bad. The mattresses were really great. The view from the 20th floor is great. The only thing I would complain about in the rooms is the toilet. No privacy. All in all a hotel that you can recommend with a clear conscience.

2 nights, woke up twice in the morning with red vampire eyes, swollen. Anti-allergic tablets and cortisone eye drops have made me look somewhat sorted again. The room was visibly clean, but were there dogs in it before? Traveling is difficult if you are allergic to dog hair. We are not taken into account in any way. Although breakfast was advertised until 11:00 a.m., the staff ended it by dismantling it from 10:30 a.m. onwards. Normally this process would have to be announced. Here the guests were, so to speak, scared away by the body language and activity of the staff at the buffet. Stay 07.06. 2024 -09.06.2024.

Good and central hotel. Service was good and the room was great.

I think this hotel don't have a good balance between price and quality. It lack of important items to deserve a 4 starts hotel. I spend 3 nights and I left the hotel with a bad gut. Lack of focus in housekeeping. One of the days, they missed to put towels. I need to make a claim. When I talked to the deputy manager she was very rude, not polite and simple put three types of excuses. Not what you expect when you pay full price and received a very bad treat from hotel shift manager. Breakfast has a lot of options. Two sites to choose: ground floor and 2nd floor. Keep in mind that in 2nd floor there is only one coffee machine and almost no natural light. Breakfast lack of croissant and sweet pastry. A lot of cheeses, bread and yogurt. Lack of hot food (only 2 per day). Room: Keep in mind that colour suite does not have windows. Room 3240 had the floor swollen, no plug or usb next to the double bed (only one side) which is very uncomfortable. Lack of water pressure to use bath and shower at the same time. Coffee machine espresso in the room but they only leave 1 coffee capsule and one sugar per adult. Weird. Small towels, but included bathrobe. Comfortable bed and douvet. I asked for non feather pillows and I picked up in the reception in 10 minutes. 2nd floor bathroom next to the breakfast room. They put cardboard to hide the pipes below the hand wash sink. Not what you expect in 4-starts hotel. Radisson rewards: they don't always honor the priority in check in queue.  No upgrades. However, after I reported an issue I get the late checkout. Spagos bar: we use the welcome drinks gift left by the hotel. The place is nice but the waiters and bartenders didn't worry about the experience. They do not offer anything else, neither offer something to eat or drink. So, if you don't pay extra, the good manners and be polite is not part of the experience. I found my table without cups or knife/fork 2 of 2 days (at breakfast time). Lack of attention. Waiters do not care about customer. On the bright side, I want to highlight the help provided by Mona (Reception) who understands customer issues in a good manner and tried to provide as much as she could to improve my experience. Also, Florian (Assistant Director) tried to understand my problem and promise to avoid any other issues. I hope future visitors have a better experience. The location is amazing, and Berlin is a beautiful city.

We paid €6 to get to the rooftop bar. And what awaited us? A small area on the roof, a few lounge chairs and pallet seats. There was no sign of a bar, but you could buy very expensive bottled drinks. Conclusion: nice view of 1/3 of Berlin - not worth it!

Untidy area felt a little unsafe

They deserve a 5 definitely - if only on the last night I've been moved to another room - with AMAZING views on the 29th floor (2913) - yet thee room was filthy, not well cleaned and smelled so horrible that I couldn't even sleep because of the smell... Please hire good cleaning crew!! It's a pitty - this hotel is wonderful and the staff at checkin is super!

The hotel has a great location and you definitely pay for it. Great access at Alexanderplatz and from there you can also take public transport or walk to many places worth seeing in Berlin. We travel a lot to hotels and I have to say I have never experienced such unmotivated and unprofessional check-in staff. A lady with long hair, another lady (trainee) assisted her. The lady who checked us in whispered something very quietly to herself, which was difficult to understand given the noise. Our credit card was already on file - but they still wanted to see our credit card as plastic again. Of course we didn't have these with us. During the process, the employee discovered that it also works with Google Pay. On the homepage it is written that the city of Berlin charges an overnight stay tax, which is then billed separately - unless you have a confirmation for a business trip with you. At the reception when we arrived they didn't know about this and didn't want our confirmation. You couldn't pay in advance for your stay, but only for 1 night. Other hotels are happy if you want to pay for everything straight away.... The rooms are old and the corners are scratched. Nothing special. It's all in one room - no separate bathroom. The shower is leaking so that the tiles in the room or hallway are always under water after showering. Our predecessors in the room smoked and the cleaning staff probably didn't see this and the butts and ashes were still completely spread on the window sill. Breakfast is very good. We were always early and got a table. But then it got very crowded and we saw a lot of guests looking. Check out was very friendly. We did that in the evening.

Hotel with a view, two restaurants, a Skybar and Lounge. Just the entrance to the parking deck should be more visible, was confusing to investigate (while in Berlin rush hour) where the entrance is.

Worst internet I have ever experienced in a hotel. Unable to even browse google. Unable to make a WhatsApp call. Unacceptable.

The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are too old. There were no bedside sockets and the WiFi was very slow and almost unusable.

Perfect hotel to discover Berlin! Metro and train at your doorstep, directly on Alexanderplein. Rooms are neat and clean! A bit strange bathroom and toilet, bathroom separated by a curtain and toilet with a glass wall. Breakfast was really great, plenty of choice and enough space to sit. Staff are not friendly everywhere. There is also an on-site souvenir shop. Also take a look on the top floor, great views! Recommended!

The glass doors and glass panes to the sink, tub, shower and toilet cannot be dimmed or can be covered by a curtain and are very unpleasant.

Price performance wasn't right for me. There is a draft in the room. But probably what you pay for here is the central location. The entrance area is unusual: Burger King, Tourist Information in the same building and you have to pass both before you get to the real lobby. As a result, arriving didn't feel like the stars. An absurdity: that hotel guests also have to pay for the roof terrace (6,-), I don't know that from any other hotel! Good: you can cancel room cleaning for the next day using a button in the bathroom. small caveat: I know from other hotels that you get a drink or something similar for free. Very good: access to the elevator and rooms is possible with an app. Very modern.

The location, right on Alexanderplatz, is great. The view from the higher floors is really nice. What I personally didn't like was that there was no separate bathroom/shower. There was only a small door and a curtain for the shower and toilet. The sink was right in the room. Even if you are very familiar, I still lack privacy here. This is absolutely sufficient as a single room. The breakfast buffet is great. The selection is very extensive, the service is quick and friendly.
