The bird's-eye view room is impressive! The restaurant is really good. The service was a bit overwhelmed at breakfast during my stay, but friendly.

Great view, perfect for 1-3 nights, but you'll need to get along well as the bathroom is open plan. Plus, there's no proper closet.

The hotel, with its 1,000 rooms, is distinguished by its central location on Alexanderplatz. The view from the roof of the 37-story hotel is particularly special. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. However, the soundproofing could be better, both from neighboring rooms and from the outside. The breakfast selection is extensive, but those looking for a leisurely breakfast should consider another café.

The rooms are as described and clean. Great view. Check in was quick and problem-free. Location was perfect.

The two ladies at the reception were very unfriendly, and no one even said hello (sad). Even though it wasn't stated when we booked online, we had to pay a €22 tourist fee and a €50 deposit. We didn't even get a receipt, only when we asked, which was ridiculous. They charged €2 per suitcase for luggage drop-off 😂

It has been a fantastic experience to stay in the Park inn hotel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Central location and good shopping opportunities in various shops and in the shopping centre. We would like to come back another time🙏🏻.

I visited the hotel with my English agency for four days the hotel was fantastic it lacked absolutely nothing the rooms were fantastic not so big but they were perfect the hall and all the corridors quiet the security didn't even play card to get into the elevator wanted. The service the best they were there for whatever you needed. the best hotel I have stayed in my whole life I would definitely go there again

Booked Sky Suite / 2 adults 2 children… arrived at 1 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. For two pieces of hand luggage we had to pay 2 euros (4 euros) per bag…. That's not possible... I didn't have to pay anything like that in the other hotels or with the suite prices...

Nothing beats the view and location of this hotel. It is truly magnificent. I was lucky to have a corner room and could see much of the city. The mattress was a bit on the hard side.

In the historic heart of Berlin. Wide avenues, huge squares, tourist attractions all around. On the banks of the Spree are the places to go.

Correct experience but compared to the price paid I don't think it was worth it. Ultimately we have the impression that we are mainly paying for the location which is just incredible. For the rest, very basic breakfast, room with minimal equipment (no fridge, bathroom closed with a simple curtain, and toilets not soundproofed). No air conditioning even though it was hot during the period and very limited window opening. Complicated shower because it is difficult to adjust the temperature and it is not constant (goes from hot to almost cold). Also the welcome is quite cold, not many smiles. We stayed there for 3 nights but were ultimately happy to get back on the road afterwards.

We had a fantastic stay in Berlin. The location is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are perfectly adequate, but unfortunately, one of the double beds consists of only two parts that keep slipping out of place. The view is great, the rooftop "bar" isn't a proper bar, but it's still absolutely worth a visit! We didn't find the food in the restaurant on the ground floor very convincing, and unfortunately, the portion of pasta (we only had four forks and then the plate was empty) was far too small for the price (€23.50). The breakfast buffet was absolutely appealing and sufficient, with everything your heart could desire! All in all, a good stay.

Very pleasant hotel in a perfect location

I came back today from this fabulous hotel, location excellent, staff very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and could go upto 11am. Brilliant that you don't have to check out till midday. Even visited the gym which was well equipped, and enjoyed the rooftop views. Would 100% recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed. 😊 thanks

The Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz is a modern hotel with a central location. It offers excellent facilities and panoramic views of the city from the 37th floor. Perfect for both business and leisure visitors.

Really good stay. Disappointing that the windows "opened" but seemed to have glass on the other side so never for fresh air into the room. The bathroom and showers are strange. Would suggest making the tiny curtain longer that it reaches the other wall for better privacy. One really bad point, pillows were terrible! Invest in better pillows!

Very clean and great location. However, I would not stay here again. The open plan bathroom is quite frankly sub-optimal and affords little privacy. One can't help thinking this concept was adopted in order to squeeze more rooms in and make more money. Privacy is clearly something that hotel designers don't value. The rooms are very small, coffee not replenished. Give me a proper private bathroom anytime though.

This was our second time here and we felt very comfortable. We were able to check in a little early with the friendly receptionist on a higher floor. Breakfast with a very large selection was very pleasant and delicious in a bright, sunlit room. The hotel is very centrally located on Alexanderplatz. The room has a great view.

Great hotel to visit and get to know Berlin. The hotel has been renovated and is well located, in addition to offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Less positive aspects: on the top floor there is a bar with a view over the city and a panoramic swing for the bravest. This space has a paid access even for hotel guests, but I thought that at least access should be free for guests. At the end of your stay, storing your luggage at the hotel costs €2 per bag, while most hotels offer this service at no extra cost.

The B&B is very close to Alexanderplatz. People who are sensitive to noise should definitely state that they do not want to sleep on the side of the tram, as we were given a room. Our bathroom smelled like a drain at first, but luckily that went away after the first shower. There is parking available in the Alexa shopping center next door. For the price and the breakfast selection you can't complain much. 😊 You can also decide for breakfast yourself in the morning, which is great. Most of the wait staff were friendly, one of the wait staff really didn't want to see us this morning and let it slide a bit. Otherwise the location and value for money are really good ☺️

Really nice hotel, our room spacious with plenty of storage space Functional but comfortable with a nice bed and was always very clean Location is excellent - just a couple of minutes from Alexander Platz, with direct trains to the airport and a U and S Bahn station Breakfast was excellent - wide choice and whilst the restaurant busy every day at the times we chose - we found seating quickly and unlike many buffets the dishes were quickly refilled if empty We had a couple of drinks in the bar - not the cheapest - but a nice place to sit and plan the next day Staff were always helpful, we were staying during the recent airport strike and had to stay over an extra night, reception staff helpful and very easy to deal with and along with British Airways resolved any issues that the delay could have caused Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel

Right on Alexanderplatz and therefore all kinds of S-Bahn and U-Bahn in front of the door. You can get to many sights quickly and there are many restaurants in the area. Room was clean and spacious, the suite was well furnished. Service could sometimes be a bit accommodating, I was told several times that I had to get things myself from reception that were missing from the room. The breakfast was okay, but could have been more varied

We booked a room without a window because my 8 year old son was supposed to stay alone in the room for one evening. Unfortunately, the room without a window is terribly noisy, an annoying fan runs day and night, which meant I could hardly sleep during the days. Although I asked reception twice about it, no one could tell me whether this was normal or whether a technician was in our room to check it. We weren't even offered another room. Apart from that, big plus to the people at the hotel bar, very friendly and competent.

OK this hotel has its location advantage. Alexanderplaz is a major shopping/transport hub so if location is your only concern then go for it. The rest brings you into ex-Soviet territory. Afterall it's built 1970s. As shown in the pics, my floor has this extra small single room at the end of the corridor. I'm a small person so it's ok, but if you're not, beware that the toilet glass door can't open full - it can't go pass the toilet bowl, or if opened outwards, you risk hitting the entrance door lol... It has high floor perk of having a good view (just not on the tower side), saved €6 for their tower viewing platform on higher floor. My plan was to be closer to the airport on my way home but then have to add extra €2 to store baggage lol In the end I sorted my bags at the museum coin lockers for free. Works better that way. Breakfast is ok, slight queue at 930am and busy floor, but decent cold cuts and German Brötchen. Not so much warm choices tho. Small gym with free weights, cable rack, treadmill but no Smiths. Stuffy air when more than 2 people inside. Managed an outdoor run which was so much better. Again it's in an older area, not glamorously clean, and with some homeless population so it smells a bit and just be ware.

Excellent location, clean rooms, reception service needs improvement

I have been to this hotel five times and have always been extremely satisfied. But this time my stay was a bitter disappointment - I've never been treated so badly in a hotel. As soon as I checked in, I was greeted disrespectfully by the first employee. She spoke to me in an unfriendly, condescending tone and made me feel unwelcome as a guest. This treatment was not only inappropriate but completely unacceptable. I have visited the hotel both privately and for business and have always been treated professionally - but this time I simply felt discriminated against. Another big problem was the room allocation. I had explicitly booked a single room with a double bed, exactly as it was stated in the photos and in the description. Instead I got a room with a small bed. At the reception I was told that since I was traveling alone and the hotel was fully booked, I “didn’t need a big bed”. This justification is not only incomprehensible, but also completely unprofessional. How can it be that in 2025 a supposedly modern hotel would simply give a paying guest a lower-quality room than the one they booked? Although some of the employees were polite and tried hard, that couldn't make up for my negative impression. The rude manner of the first employee in particular ruined my entire stay. I have never felt so unwelcome and belittled. Only after a lot of back and forth was I able to move to a higher room category on Sunday - but only for an additional charge, although I was originally assured that I could move for free as soon as a room was available. This stay was a complete disappointment. It is unbelievable that a single unfriendly employee could ruin my entire impression of the hotel after four positive visits. Even worse is the fact that what a guest wears apparently determines how seriously they are taken. I arrived after a long journey in comfortable clothing - something that shouldn't matter in a professionally run hotel. I am very disappointed and think it's a shame that I even have to write a negative review.

positive: Location: very central and was deliberately chosen that way. However, next time I will choose Motel ONE. Room: great view, very modern, more than enough space for 2 people Coffee machine in the room (but... see below) negative: Lack of friendliness of the employees: I only met absolutely unpleasant employees both at the reception and in the bar. Exception: friendly people for the first time at checkout after 4 days (they were trainees) Emails: From the moment I booked via booking.com I was bombarded with emails (upselling for an upgrade) Coffee machine: there are only 1x capsules on the first day, no more after that (but these are not available to buy either) Beds: I chose French. Bed, but there were 2 single beds pushed together that couldn't be fixed (so they slipped apart) - this would be easy to fix with clamps Water in shower: the temperature is not constant (from very, very hot to very cool, but changed in both directions several times in 5 minutes) Cleanliness: basically totally ok, until I looked under the bed because I pushed the trolley there... Room service on the last day: checkout was scheduled until 12.00, from 8.00 we were contacted a total of 7 times by room service, who wanted to clean the room. On the other hand, on the second day, two people from cleaning came out of our room at 4:10 p.m. As I write, I realize that I can overlook a lot of things, but not with such obvious unpleasantness and perceived rip-off (coffee capsule... that's so ridiculous)

Es un restaurante muy concurrido, así que el servicio, como otros comentarios han mencionado, no fue rápido, sin embargo, no teníamos prisa. I stayed in the hotel with my boyfriend for a week. Well I have to say it doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel, don't get me wrong it's nice the people are nice but there were certain things that just bothered me. The hairdryer smells and should have been checked on March 2018, the heating was very bad or broken, the first few days it was really warm and now it's just cold, the room cleaning was very strange, I had our personal belongings aside put the garbage and the dirty towels on the floor and after cleaning (around 2:30 p.m.) my things were in a pile, all the towels, including the clean ones that were hung up, were replaced and paper wasn't replenished, and whatnot I was very annoyed the day we checked out, I was told we had to be out by 12 p.m. and at 9:30 a.m. housekeeping was there twice and wanted to clean, that was very annoying. I thought to myself what would happen if I was around at that time you were still sleeping or showering and strangers just come in. On the day of cleaning they weren't there until 2:30 p.m. and on the day of checkout they were critical at 9:30 a.m

The pictures come from the Park Inn Radisson in Oslo. Since you can no longer do recessions there because of the renovation, I'll give my rating here since it's the same chain. When we arrived we were assured that there would be no noise as renovations would only take place after we left. The opposite was the case and there would be noise throughout the day. You can overlook the unclean room with mold. But the worst thing is the catastrophic customer service, if you can call it that. Submitted an email, didn't get a normal response, standard email that you received it. If you call, your phone will be disconnected in the middle of the conversation. Nothing more cheeky.

Advantages: location and good breakfast. Disadvantages: very small toilet and bathroom. The bathroom is transparent so you don't have any privacy at all. Also there is no refrigerator at the room. If you have to store your luggage you have to pay 2 euro for each peace.

The room had little comfort. There was a curtain running through the middle of the room; this was used to provide a certain amount of privacy in the bathroom. This was only added later. Toilet paper holder was torn away. Room is in need of renovation. The staff at breakfast were overwhelmed and stressed.

Great hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff. The rooms are very pleasant and the bedding is of good quality. The hotel is well located and the breakfasts are included and plentiful.

Towels were exchanged even though we hung them up. Coffee in thermoses on the table is a good idea, but like tea. So you go to the machine. You should probably throw in a toilet tab every now and then. Unfortunately it was very full, which made it very restless in the lobby. (The hotel can't help that)

The hotel impresses with its fantastic location and a rich breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the rooms leave a lot to be desired. The open design of the shower, toilet and bed takes some getting used to and means that the entire bathroom, including the toilet, gets wet when you shower. I wasn't entirely happy with the cleanliness either.

Continental breakfasts, the real ones!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the Berlin TV Tower, in the Alexanderplatz district, The colossal building rises high into the sky with 37 floors and over 1000 rooms. You can also pay an extra £6 to visit the roof terrace and take photos of Berlin City centre. The hotel is clean with a modern, high finish. The staff weren't overly helpful and seemed to not share information about what facilities had been paid for (such as parking) room service was also lacking... The shower gel was not refilled and only had a small amount in it, there were only 2 coffee pods which were not replaced and no Tea making facilities (which is a big disadvantage from an Englishman point of view!) but you could not beat the location and the building itself is a definite landmark in the city.

Too busy, front desk not prepared for amount of guest. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait long after a long day of travel before you can check-in to your room.

There was no air conditioning in the room, which was okay for the winter period, but gets too hot in the summer.

Great view from the Skysuite Corner Deluxe, super nice service staff in the small breakfast room. There are afternoon snacks and coffee or tea all day, great service. Everything is sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable. The location at Alexanderplatz is super central, you can get everywhere by subway and S-Bahn. We'll definitely be back.

I come to the hotel every year on a business trip, but without an overnight stay. That's why I can only rate the conference service. Always good hospitality, attentive service and nice staff!

I am so grateful for the staff of this wonderful hotel. It’s in a great location and I highly recommend staying here. My girlfriend and I forgot $$$ in the room safe but we opened it to remove our passports. I called 5hrs later after we realized we forgot the money and it was still there. The staff kept the money safe for 2 weeks until I couldn’t make it back to Berlin to pick it up. I am so grateful for the honesty and professionalism of the staff! We will stay again in the future! Thank you again!!!

The rooms are dusty and dirty even after cleaning. Two days in a row I asked the staff to take care of cold water in the shower and a clogged toilet. NOTHING happened. It's absolutely ridiculous that you pay over €100 for a good location but can't expect any service at all.

Great location can’t fault it! Very close to Alexanderplatz main station. Issue I had was noise from construction workers in the room next door at 7:45 am! Went to reception and they offered nothing in compensation or change of room! Totally unacceptable

Too many people coming and going. I suppose the issue of elevators is for safety but it is very limiting. And if you want to go up to the terrace to see the views you have to pay.

Am 16.11.24, am Abend, wollten wir in gemütlicher Runde noch einen Absacker nehmen. Eine Kellnerin in einem sehr lässigen Umgangston bediente unseren Tisch. Sie nahm die Bestellung auf und schaffte es, 5 Getränke in 50 min. an den Tisch zu bringen. Jedes Getränk kam einzeln. Selbst bei einer kleinen Anmerkung meinerseits, dass dieser Service nicht sehr gastfreundlich ist, gab es einen läppischen Kommentar. Ich denke, dass Alex am Alex, nie wieder!!!

The price does not correspond to the quality of the apartment (over PLN 600 per day for an apartment of 19 m2). Overall, it was clean, but the layout of the bathroom was a disaster - there was a separate washbasin and dressing table, a separate shower next to it, and a separate toilet next to it. There was no space for clothes or towels in the shower and you had to go to the toilet separately to get dressed - no privacy, and to make matters worse, the walls separating the shower and toilet were almost transparent. A plus is a nice view from the 28th floor.

The only thing special here is the location. Maybe breakfast. But nothing more. With the location right on Alexanderplatz, you have the first sights right on your doorstep. In addition, everything that public transport has to offer. The breakfast was also quite solid, once you get your bearings you can't complain. Unfortunately, the rooms were in need of renovation and seemed more old than modern. It's actually a shame when you consider this situation. More about this in the room description. All in all, I wouldn't come here again. Overpriced hotel where you only pay for the location.

I stayed at this hotel for five days during a work trip and overall it was ok. Positive: The best thing was the breakfast buffet. The selection was varied, fresh and of high quality. The rooms were good and practical Negatives: The biggest annoyance was the alleged WiFi in the rooms. Officially it's supposed to exist, but the connection was so bad that it was gone every few minutes. It was simply impossible to work continuously or even send emails. For a hotel that is obviously designed for business travelers, this is unacceptable and disappointing.

The location is really great. It's super quick to get to the U&S Alexanderplatz train station and the tram. When it comes to the rooms, I can only agree with the other reviews. The fact that the shower and toilet are basically in the bedroom is a little strange. The cleanliness really needs to be improved. 1-2 hairs in the bed and a lot of dust and crumbs under the bedside table weren't so inviting. But the breakfast was really very good.

Very beautiful hotel, with around 40 floors. Everything was very clean, there are public transport stops, museums and restaurants very close to the hotel (bus, underground and train), and the Brandenburg Gate was not really very far from there, around 2,5 km away, by bus it took me 10 minutes to get there.

Been to Berlin before but this part is everything you want to do a city break.

Looked at so many options in Berlin and kept coming back to the Park Inn as my choice for my recent visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was incredible. It was very simple to move around the city due to the hotel being conveniently location in close proximity to Berlin's transportation system. The price of the room also included breakfest and was a great way to start the day without having to search for a place to eat. I would recommend tthat you check out the Park Inn if you are traveling to Berlin.

I spontaneously spent a night at the Park Inn by Radisson at Alexanderplatz and would like to share my experiences to help other users. Location: The location of the hotel is really excellent. It is located in the heart of Berlin, very close to Alexanderplatz, which provides an ideal base for exploring the city. The connection to public transport is excellent, so you can quickly get to the most important sights. What I liked: The entrance area of ​​the hotel looks modern and attractive. The central location is also a big advantage, as you can easily reach many of the city's attractions on foot or by public transport. What I liked less: Unfortunately I was disappointed with my room. The rooms are in a rather run-down condition and the corners were not clean. The overall impression of the room was cheap and not up to the standard I would have expected from a 5 star hotel. I booked for 3 people, but there were only 2 beds in the room, which was very inconvenient. This meant I had to take the elevator down from the 29th floor and that took about 10-15 minutes as there were only 4 elevators available. The breakfast was also disappointing. There were no particular highlights and the selection was rather limited. For a 5-star hotel I would have liked greater variety and better quality. Conclusion: Overall, I would have expected more from a 5-star hotel. Despite the central location, I can only say that there are also cheaper hotels that are equivalent or even better in many areas.

Well situated Rooms quite small so it stays longer than a night Due to the location, it is a hotel with a lot of attention in the entrance hall and reception as it serves .... not only the hotel but also has other commercial and transit points ..... it gets confusing at times.

Wir waren am Sonntag mit einem Maydays Gutschein dort. Wir haben dort sehr gut gefrühstückt, das Buffet hatte alles, was ein Frühstücksherz begehrt. Wir waren bereits um 9:00 Uhr dort und genossen es 1 Stunde lang, in Ruhe zu frühstücken. Danach wurde der Laden sehr voll, und es war entsprechend laut. Besonders positiv hat uns das Personal überrascht. Egal, wie stressig es wurde, egal wie schnell und fast im Laufschritt das Buffet wieder nach gefüllt wurde, Getränke an den Platz gebracht wurde, sie waren immer überaus freundlich, und sobald ein Service Mitarbeiter/ in an dem Tisch trat, war er die Ruhe selbst. Die Köche beantworteten uns gerne Fragen zur Zubereitung ihrer Speichen. Wir waren sehr, sehr angenehm überrascht über das hervorragende Hand in Hand des Personals.

The hotel is silent, no noise from outside or the other rooms. Super. Room is enough, beds are comfortable, sheets and towels are clean, staff is helpful, breakfast is great. The location is so good. It was a good experience for us as a family.

We booked a standard room for 3 people for my birthday. When we got our room, there was a double bed 160cm wide available for the 2 of us and our 7-year-old daughter. After complaining at the reception, a woman (long brown hair) who also said that and at 10:20 p.m. told us. It was still there that it was normal to sleep in a mini bed with our daughter. Apparently this is a requirement if you want to sleep here with children around 6 - 7 years old. After several conversations between me and my wife, this person at the reception turned us down. Suggestions from our side to bring us an extra bed were also unsuccessful. This bed would have Fits in our room!!!! The woman at the reception treated us condescendingly!! We wanted to celebrate my birthday here and also leave money here, so we did this somewhere else. That was the first and last time here. Please DO NOT book this hotel with children? My birthday is ruined, THANK YOU Park Inn! PS: I have a lot to do with customers, if I treated my customers like that, I would no longer be in my company!!!!
