Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz in Berlin

September 2025. Pleasant stay at Park Inn during recent Berlin Trip, it may be crowded due to Berlin Marathon. The bedroom is spacious and clean. Good breakfast was offered. Location is easy reachable by U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram.

I stayed at the Park Inn for 3 nights, and my room on the 10th floor was excellent. Comfortable, with a very good mattress and an excellent shower! I did find the room a little too hot on arrival though, but it was simple to turn the temperature down to what I found more comfortable. I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful, and the price I paid for my stay was very reasonable. I would happily stay there again!

I'm currently lying in bed with a very severe dust mite allergy. It's extremely dusty, I'm constantly sneezing and have a rash. There's an extreme amount of dust behind the TV and the bed frame. On top of that, some idiots were yelling.

I've been here since December 29th. What can I say... Staying at this hotel in Berlin is a magnificent experience. I'm on the 34th floor, and the panoramic room overlooks all of Berlin, with the TV Tower right in front of me. A very beautiful, huge, and centrally located hotel. The staff is super friendly, especially L. Gruber at the reception, who speaks Italian and made us feel right at home. He immediately took care of all our requests. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean. Magnificent room. Breathtaking view. I highly recommend it. It's in Alexanderplatz, and the location is strategic for getting everywhere!

Perfect as always. I had some special requests this time, all of which were fulfilled immediately. The room was perfectly prepared, and the staff, as always, were incredibly helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was great! - I'd gladly come again!!

Upon arrival, I noticed that there was no remote control for the TV in the room, the floor was filthy with dust, and the heating wasn't working. On the positive side, housekeeping was very helpful with every issue. However, all three of these problems could have been addressed before a guest even arrived in their room.

The location is fantastic, but everything else is terrible. First of all, we requested a larger room, paying extra for it. Even the corner room they gave us as a large room was really small. The bathroom cleanliness wasn't great. The pillows were like paper; we couldn't even stack three pillows on top of each other to raise them. Despite being two people, they only provided one bottle of water once during our two-night stay. Perhaps because they sell water for around €3.30 at check-in, they didn't bother to add more water even after cleaning. The breakfast wasn't bad, but the lack of croissants is a negative point. If you want to leave your luggage in storage, you have to pay €2 per piece. The room temperature was too high, making it very difficult to adjust. If you want to eat at night (around 11 pm), you won't find anything to eat. The location is 5-star, but everything else fails. It's only suitable if you're willing to pay for the location. It's not recommended for comfort or friendly service.

Take this hotel for the view. We have never had a better view. We were also allowed to stay on the 35th floor. The interior is very special. Not a separate toilet, but glass walls. You WILL get to know each other 🤭. Breakfast is big, but not that exciting. Internet is non-existent and does not allow changing DNS

The place is centrally located and the price-value ratio is very fair. Everything is modern, the room is cleaned and everything is changed daily. The staff is nice, the cleaners are nice. It is worth paying for the breakfast because it is plentiful and has a large selection. The view is good, everything is nearby.

The hotel's location is fantastic – it couldn't be more central. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. The room was dirty and very dusty, and overall in a condition that does not meet 4-star standards. The service was friendly, but also rather average and not what one would expect from a hotel of this category. The location is definitely a positive point, but there is significant room for improvement regarding cleanliness and the quality of the rooms.

On a cold and rainy winter evening, I was able to snuggle up comfortably in this hotel and find my footing. Thank you.

Fantastic accommodation with a great view! The rooms, including the bed and bathroom, were very clean. The hotel is generally in good condition. Breakfast was also great; we will definitely have very positive memories of this hotel.

A very large and busy hotel in the heart of Berlin. Pro's: 1. Corner Suite and views (shame about the new building construction next to the tv tower) 2. Room layout(corner suite) 3. Proximity to shopping areas, bars and restaurants and most historic sights Con's: 1. Lifts - despite there being 4 high speed lifts. It was very frustrating watching every lift repeatedly pass our floor ! (21st) Lifts - too cramped when trying to fit a wheelchair in! Too many people. 2. Restaurant - Breakfast food choice was OK and quality adequate but the amount of people using it made finding a table a lottery! 3. Room - 2 x single beds pushed together that easy separated. Quite dangerous ! Seems to be a common complaint on other forums. 4. 2 x Pillows like clouds ! Seems to be a common complaint on other forums. 5. A coffee machine too small for the cups! (unless you dismantle the machine!!) Only 2 pods and no identification of their contents. Almost nil other tea and coffee options. Not seen a tea/coffee setup so poor. 6. No hotel instructions or guides in the room and a phone that was unplugged (???)

Centrally located hotel, generous breakfast, small standard rooms with open-plan bathrooms. Room service with no foreign language skills, breakfast room on the first floor with a 2000s charm. Well heated despite -10°C outside. Television without smart features.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend. The location is unbeatable, and the parking situation is very good if you check beforehand. The view was amazing, however, the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. Signs of wear and tear on the furniture are normal, but dirt from the previous guest in the bathtub, toilet area, and on the sink is really unacceptable. The breakfast was great. There was a wide selection, the food was delicious, and it was constantly replenished. The staff was always friendly. We would gladly return, but we would appreciate a cleaner room.

Great location, great view, rooms are fine.

It is a hotel that maintains a high standard with a very well-laid out area. The view from high up is so nice with large windows. There is even a Nespresso machine in the room so you can get good coffee whenever you want. I also liked that the toilet and shower were separate. So you can share them. The only downside to the room was that the shower door and wall were transparent glass so you could see through. Not good if you share the room with your children. There is a curtain but it doesn't help. Then the toilet has a glass door so you can hear it in the room. Maybe too intimate and not everyone likes it. Otherwise the breakfast is fantastic, the location is perfect in the middle of town and close to everything. High up with a nice view of the town. The staff are very nice.

Located right on Alexanderplatz. The standard rooms are okay, but since there's no proper bathroom (just a sink in the room), couples need to get along well. I had a room on the 30th floor with a great view of the TV tower. Breakfast was decent with attentive service, but unfortunately, a problem with the safe wasn't resolved. Update (2nd stay, room on the 34th floor): everything was fine again; the central location is a plus.

The place is showing its age in some parts. The entrance area definitely needs improvement. It's not very inviting when there are regular passersby constantly walking through half of the lobby, and there's a Burger King and a souvenir shop right there.

Great setting for visiting four of Berlin's Christmas markets. Flew into Berlin airport, took regional/commuter train to hotel, crossed plaza from train station to hotel. Older hotel completely updated. Only negative is it's completely open to the public (including room hallways) who visit the rooftop and restaurants.

A sensationally great hotel. Breakfast, rooms, and the sauna area are fantastic. However, the equipment in the fitness area could use an update or repair; unfortunately, some of it is broken.

The service, location, and hotel itself are excellent. Only the room showed its age. The bathroom tiles were dirty, and while the door could be closed when leaving, it wasn't completely shut, so it didn't feel secure.

For New Year's week, my partner and I treated ourselves to a room with a city view for the first time, and I have to say: it was fantastic. Admiring Berlin by day and night was our favorite pastime. We had room 2805, and I can highly recommend it (even though the toilet flush was a bit stiff and it smelled of old urine. A little shower gel fixed that). Thanks to the self-check-in and quick check-out, we were always able to avoid the queue at reception. Since we wanted to sleep in this time, we didn't book breakfast (as we usually do) because it's only served until 10 a.m. Since the hotel is right by Alexanderplatz, we found plenty of options for breakfast or a hot meal at 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. I can recommend the Hofbräuhaus and the Kartoffelhaus. If you want to eat at the hotel on New Year's Eve, you have to reserve a table well in advance. Unfortunately, we were too late.

Our flight was cancelled and we were placed in this hotel as compensation. They staff were very kind, they allowed us to check out late as our next flight was at night. They attended to all our needs and requests. Highly recommended. Location wise, perfectly in the middle of the city.

The Park Inn is basically okay, but definitely not worth 4-star superior (if you're used to Austrian or Swiss standards), so don't expect too much. The rooms are nothing more than functional; you have to get along well with your roommate, because the moment someone goes to the glass-enclosed toilet, that's the end of any privacy. The breakfast selection is decent, but you should pay attention to the posted traffic light system for breakfast times; otherwise, you'll be sent to the second floor, where you'll feel more like you're in a 2-star hotel. It is what it is: a huge city hotel with mass catering, whose only justification is its location. You can certainly find more charming alternatives in this price range (after all, you can get around easily with public transport, so you don't necessarily have to stay in the city center).

Great place to stay with helpful, friendly staff and a fast and easy check in/check out system. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. Particularly liked the spa; a well-presented, relaxing space with great saunas for only €5 per day for hotel guests - I wish I could visit every day! The Gym is also fine for a basic workout. The only notes I have are from the morning that I checked out: I did experience the shower issue (suddenly changing temperature considerably) that others have noted and also, housekeeping gave one very quick knock and immediately proceeded to unlock my door and let themselves in, allowing me (pretty much) no time to respond before they entered. Luckily, I was decent and just finishing getting ready at the mirror… but I could have been doing anything! A few more seconds should be allowed out of courtesy before barging in, whether there is a DND sign on the door or not (mine had been taken away a few days before). Also, breakfast (a fantastic buffet every other day!) was mostly being cleared away at 10am, when it’s meant to be served until 11. Maybe there was less food/fewer guests as this was just 3 days after Christmas day. As I’ve mentioned, these events all occurred on the final morning of a 4 night stay, so it didn’t ruin my experience as I had already made up my mind, but they did let things down just slightly. I’ll still (just about) leave 5 stars. Would love to visit again!

False advertisement by posting pictures of rooms that don't look like it in reality. When giving feedback about it customer service doesn't see a reason to reimburse you for the wrong impression. The room had no windows (as stated in the description), but it had no phone reception and network access either. It was noisy all day and night due to the elevator nearby and the air con which you couldn't shut off. Breakfast felt like being at the airport, rushed, hectic, no comfortable atmosphere, missing description posts next to the food and beverages so you didn't know what was offered and the staff left doors to the outside open all the time so it was extremely cold and breezy. No recommendation at all from my side, will never stay here again.

Good hotel, good price, quiet rooms, great breakfast

Ideally located for visiting Berlin and everything the city has to offer (museums nearby and the metro right outside the hotel). Self check-in was convenient. Breakfast was plentiful and complete (as a Frenchman, I can only point out the lack of pastries, but that's a minor detail). The 37-story building is quite busy, so the elevators fill up quickly. The rooms are simple but well-designed and soundproofed. The semi-transparent walls are a bit unusual. The biggest drawback is the bedding, as the pillows are extremely flat and therefore uncomfortable.

I would gladly recommend this hotel. There's nothing to complain about. A fantastic view, a very good location, and a very good, plentiful breakfast. The only drawback is the water in the shower, which alternates between hot and cold.

Not happy with my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. In addition, the hotel has practically no common areas: beyond the lobby, which only has four sofas, there is no space to rest or socialize. On the first day they charged us €2 per suitcase to store them in the hotel and then they didn't want to give us a receipt for the payment. The shower temperature was constantly changing, which was quite uncomfortable. The rooms were not very clean... On the plus side, the New Year's Eve dinner was good, and the waitress was very pleasant and professional.

They treat customers like sheep! A disaster. Very disappointing.

The showers don't work well and the water comes out boiling or frozen. The reception service is very unpleasant and they don't take you into account at all. The breakfast is good and the views are beautiful. But we wouldn't recommend it.

Total dissapointment! Airco not working, breakfast too crowded, staff not very friendly. Not for business anymore. After staying here for more than 20 years this was my last time.

We stayed on the 19th floor for four days over New Year's. The view was truly fantastic, but that was the only positive thing. Our room wasn't properly cleaned once during those four days and wasn't clean upon arrival either. The furnishings seem to date back to the GDR era. The toilet and shower/bathtub were dirty and moldy. For this reason, we didn't use the spa area, because if hygiene standards aren't even being followed in the room, you don't want to imagine what you might catch there. Breakfast was okay, as was the New Year's Eve buffet including drinks, although some items listed on the menu were missing. The service was friendly but overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the service in the breakfast room and bar was consistently unfriendly. Several members of our tour group reported clogged toilets that weren't fixed despite repeated complaints. Definitely NOT a four-star hotel!

The location and the safety that the hotel offers are excellent. However, we missed the warm welcoming, politeness of the staff which in couple of situations we regretted our choice even as VIP members of Radisson .

The hotel's location is excellent, with the metro stop right outside. The room was adequate, the breakfast buffet was varied and good, and everything was very clean.

The location is excellent. The view is superb, but it's a shame the windows are so dirty. The soundproofing is mediocre. The shower is unusable: the water temperature is constantly fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. The toilet is too cramped, the door doesn't close properly, and the wall is transparent: no privacy whatsoever. The mattress is too hard and uncomfortable: guaranteed back pain. We requested a double bed, but received two single beds pushed together. Not having a smart TV in 2025 is a disgrace: it's impossible to stream content from streaming platforms. The little gift for premium guests is a stale box of nuts from a discount store. In terms of value for money, we've seen much better.

We stayed at the hotel this time over New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. The view from the 34th floor (corner room) is truly magnificent. At dusk, the view over Berlin from two sides is unique. Check-in is quick, and the staff in all areas is very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and has everything you could want for breakfast! A highly recommended hotel. We've already made our next booking for December (Christmas markets). See you soon...

Check-in took forever, the staff were very unfriendly, and to top it all off, the toilet in our room was clogged, so we had to move to another room... where the shower was full of hair, disgusting. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The room was very small and lacked a wardrobe. Definitely avoid the rooms near the elevator. Dinner at the hotel was extremely expensive and not good. Our filet steak was incredibly dry and tough. Breakfast was okay, but definitely needs improvement. The overzealous staff practically snatched your plate away while you were eating. Thank goodness we were only there for two nights over New Year's and could then go home. We definitely won't be coming back.

We just experienced the high swing on the 3rd floor of the Radisson. Guests pay a hefty entrance fee to a completely fenced-in terrace. The lure of profit 😞

The hotel is ok, but we chose it only for its location, which is super close to the city center, and if you need shopping, everything is also within easy reach.

Hotel ticks every box. It is in a great location, with many sights within walking distance and excellent transportation options to destinations all over Berlin. The rooms are great and offer a variety of options, including family and single rooms. There is a rooftop with good views over Berlin. The bar and restaurant are very comfortable, and there is a self-service shop that offers beverages and snacks. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is really well located, with excellent public transport links (tram, metro, bus, etc.). There are plenty of shops nearby. We were there during the Christmas markets, and there are several around the hotel. Our stay got off to a bad start in room 923 (clogged bathtub, water leaking from the ceiling due to the room above). The staff was incredibly responsive, and we were upgraded to a room on the 15th floor with a view of the TV Tower. Thank you so much! :) The breakfast selection is impressive. The staff is truly attentive. Regarding the room, it's very strange to have the bathroom in the bedroom. You draw a curtain for more privacy. Similarly, the toilet doesn't lock and has a frosted glass panel. Be very comfortable with the person sharing your room.

The largest hotel I have ever stayed in 🏩🥇 with elegant rooms. Thoughtful design of the rooms including a table area where two people could sit in comfortable leather swivel chairs, drink a cup of hot coffee (nespresso machine and coffee capsules in the room) and enjoy the view 🫡 lightning-fast elevators make a difference when going up and down in the super tall hotel 😀👍 nice breakfast buffet that lacks nothing. We checked into the hotel on 25.12.2025. At check-in, we were charged 25 EUR under the name of a tourist tax. We paid it after being told that it was a rule and a legal requirement. In the room assigned to us, two single beds were pushed together to form a larger bed. However, during the night, the beds separate from each other, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. When we first entered the room, there were not even disposable slippers provided. Housekeeping staff come every day under the name of room cleaning, but the bed sheets and duvet covers are not changed; only basic straightening is done. Shampoo and shower gel were added only after we specifically requested them. The shower faucet is extremely sensitive — the water is either scalding hot or freezing cold, with no stable temperature in between. We believe that the hotel’s technical service should regularly check and maintain such issues. On the first day, capsule coffee and one bottle of water were placed in the room, but these were not replenished on the following days. Even the water glasses were not changed; they were delivered with visible fingerprints and lipstick marks. We had to clean them ourselves. Today is the third day of our stay, with two days remaining. We are honestly just waiting for the stay to end as soon as possible. We have stayed at other hotels belonging to the same group, especially in Romania and Turkey, but this is the first time we have encountered such a negative experience. This is certainly not a hotel we would consider again during a future visit to Germany.

Great location, fantastic breakfast. The breakfast room was very crowded during peak times, making it difficult to find a seat. The Wi-Fi was sometimes very poor or nonexistent. The sauna/wellness area was too small considering the number of guests, meaning it was overcrowded and not relaxing. My wife reported that, inexplicably, men were also in the women's sauna with their wives!

The view of the cathedral from room 2714 is unfortunately obstructed by a high-rise construction site. Breakfast could be more varied. The standard fare of Viennese sausage, scrambled eggs, and bacon includes beans in tomato sauce. Unfortunately, this wasn't available.

There is no doubt that the hotel is a big money machine.. as a guest at the hotel you are not given a particularly high priority.. the standard of the rooms is okay... The service is just non-existent after four days I had run out of soap and paper.. I even asked if I could have my room serviced because I had run out of soap and various papers there I was told that I could just get some paper and some soap down in Skrænten... I spent Christmas in Berlin and on December 23 I asked about the food on December 24, which is Christmas Eve because I had been looking forward to it. I was told that there was no room in the restaurant and I should have booked a place... And I really apologize for that but you can't fill a hotel with guests and not expect them to have some Christmas food on December 24 there was nothing to do I couldn't eat at the hotel on December 24 because all the other restaurants in the area closed at 4 pm so there was only McDonald's left.. so if you just need a place to sleep and had to go a bath then it is an excellent place but maybe just too expensive.. unfortunately I cannot recommend this Hotel

Clean, tidy, and in a great location! Near most of the Xmas markets and reasonably close to the tourist attractions. I would highly recommend.

High-rise hotel with a fantastic view over Berlin – it's worth booking a panorama room (for an extra charge) if you want the best view. The rooms are small – you can tell it's a typical mass-production operation, but it's always clean – prime location right on Alexanderplatz. Parking is available in the underground garage directly opposite the hotel.

The junior suit is very comfortable and spacious. The location is great. Everyone is so helpful and tries to give us the best experience possible. They are so kind and try to solve a problem quickly if it happens. The only negative thing is the lack of elevators. We once had to wait for more than ten minutes to go from 34th floor to the ground. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Berlin.

I stayed there for four nights at the beginning of December. I had a small single room. I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere is really nice. The view from the room was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was the atmosphere at breakfast. It was far too crowded and noisy. Everything else was absolutely fantastic.

The view is great and the hotel is clean. But I've never slept in such a hard bed. My neck will be thanking this hotel for weeks to come. Otherwise, it's just carton eggs for breakfast and Wi-Fi from the pre-war era. I wouldn't want to experience that again for that price.

Let’s start with the positives, the hotel is in a really convenient location near the trains and trams. The hotel also has a nice bar area downstairs with comfortable sofas which was nice to have a sit down and drink. The rooms were average sized and we had the cleaners who kept our room nice and clean. The negatives I would say is that the hotel had very soft pillows to sleep on, I saw the hairdryer had some hair in it, the light switch to the shower area kept giving me an electric shock. On our last night there was some event on and they removed all the sofas by the bar area so this meant there wasn’t any space for us to sit around and wait after we checked out the room. The breakfast area was abit unorganised, there was 2 floors but the first floor we only sat in the first day and kept getting sent to floor 2 so on.. breakfast was average, could’ve done with more hot food selection. We rarely had any run ins with the staff but they were friendly. Anyway, if you want a place to stay for a convenient location this is the place, do expect it to be around a 3 star than 4 star though! If you are still reading this, thanks!

The best way to describe it is "functional." The location is fantastic, as are the views from the upper floors. The room wasn't very big, and the cleanliness was just okay. The self-check-in machine wasn't working, so I had to go to the counter, which took quite a while. It's definitely fine for one or two nights.

A complete tourist trap, more quantity than quality. The room concept is poor – no separate bathroom or toilet. The food is unfortunately fast food-style; it's hard to find good food in this area anyway.

If you want a good photo that includes the TV tower, the Park Inn is highly recommended. You don't need a room to go to the rooftop terrace, but there's a €6 entrance fee, which I think is perfectly reasonable for the view. And we were the only ones up there at the time. For those looking for an adrenaline rush, there's a giant swing on the rooftop terrace 😁

The hotel boasts a fantastic location and a truly excellent breakfast – both are highly recommended. Unfortunately, this positive impression is significantly marred by a major drawback: the parking fees. Upon arrival, I inquired at reception about parking options. I was advised to use the adjacent parking garage and told to simply let them know when I was leaving, and my ticket would be validated. There was no mention of the €24 daily parking fee. When I checked out, I was charged €72 for parking, which came as a complete surprise. I was shocked by this lack of transparency. Unfortunately, the hotel showed no willingness to compromise or show any understanding in this matter. It's a shame, because clear and timely notification of the parking fees would have easily prevented this negative experience. As it stands, despite the good location and great breakfast, the overall impression is very disappointing.

The Park Inn Hotel has a great location; everything is easily accessible on foot or by bus and train. However, the rooms are far too small, and everything is wet after showering because the bathroom and bedroom are connected. Fresh towels aren't provided either, which should be standard practice when the room is cleaned. And the breakfast isn't great; I haven't had such bad coffee in ages. But hey, to each their own.

From the very top, you have a fantastic view over Berlin! You can only see in two directions, but the view only costs €6 – instead of €28 at the TV Tower. I've been there twice now and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location was fantastic. 3-minute walk to the train station. Being next to shopping malls was great. Ideal for a stay in the city center. Apart from the rooms being small, there were no problems. I recommend it.

The panoramic view of the city was beautiful. We had an incredible view of the TV tower from out window. Highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located to all the things we wanted to see, beautiful location.

The best location in Berlin because all transportation is connected to this center. It is very easy to get from here to anywhere in Berlin. In addition, the service is very high and they care about the customer. On the other hand, because it is a huge hotel, there is a crazy load in the elevators at certain times and the water temperature also changes, maybe for the same reason

Honestly, I’m kicking myself for booking this hotel. It definitely put a damper on our short two day trip to Berlin. They make it seem and look better than it actually is. Do yourself a favour and book literally anything else The rooms were not actually that clean. I wiped around before using bathroom and the wipe was yellowy brown. The WIFI was shocking- the worst I’ve ever experienced in any hotel I’ve been to. Was beyond frustrating. Basic TV a few channels so can’t even watch anything in evening as you had no other option since the wifi wouldn’t even load a basic email properly. The shower is basically in the bedroom and a tiny sink and mirror. They give you coffee capsules for one day and then nothing else. No kettle or anything in room. Turn off the heating completely unless you want to roast in your room, there’s no ventilation unless you open up window at top and even then, our room was so hot we had the worst nights sleep. It’s a huge hotel so incredibly busy all the time and we weren’t even there on weekend, so good luck trying to get into the breakfast. The coffee they serve is toilet water. It’s included in the price but we didn’t get to go once. The only positive is it’s easy to get to because of Alexanderplatz. But a hugely touristy busy area and not really that nice tbh. Bit rough as there’s many homeless scattered around in tents.

I had a wonderful stay with my mom! Breakfest was super good and the staff were very welcoming and nice. Definitely coming again!

The highlight is its excellent location, very central. You can walk almost anywhere. It's about a half-hour walk from the Brandenburg Gate. We stayed at Christmas and it's right on Alexanderplatz, with a Christmas market directly across the street. There are shopping centers, shops, and restaurants right below, including a Burger King. The subway is in the square and there's a taxi rank outside, making it very easy to get around. The staff is friendly and always attentive. We traveled as a family with a child (3 rooms) and had no problems. They respond quickly to emails. I requested rooms close to each other and they took that into consideration. From the 35th floor, there are good views of the entire city. The elevators take a long time to arrive, are always occupied, and it's frustrating. The room didn't have a refrigerator. The mattress was too soft and sagged, and the pillows weren't very comfortable either. But the room overall was quite comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was decent, although the lines started getting longer after 7 am. A good selection of cold cuts and breads, but I missed having more pastries like croissants or chocolate sweets. The Wi-Fi signal isn't very strong in the rooms. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel; I would definitely return.

It's really not great. I think this hotel survives solely on its location. The rooms are weird, I didn't necessarily feel they were unclean but the shower is in the bedroom. There's a lack of drinking water, no extra coffee capsules for coffee, no milk. There weren't towels. It was really hot and no way to turn the heating down enough to matter. The WiFi is non-existent and phone signal isn't much better. The lobby is chaos, as are the lifts. I waited four minutes and thirty three seconds for a lift and there's four lifts. There's one queue for people at reception and a priority side which I assume absolutely no one has as I didn't see a single 'priority guest'. I didn't feel any staff were explicitly rude, I think they are overworked and understaffed though. Breakfast is chaos, basically just shove people in a room with some food and hot drinks, we walked in and then straight out. I wouldn't stay again, had I known what the wife was considering booking I would have protested. The bonus of staying there was very much the location and strangely late check out at 12:00. Considering they nickel and dime you for everything it was a surprise (€6 to go on the roof to pay for drinks, €2 to store bags in the luggage room and so on).

The lobby is accesed by public meaning pick pockets in elevators for hotel guests. Nice rooms and veiw over Berlin. God breakfast. Check in time is unacceptible.

Great location for a visit to Berlin, great view from the roof terrace, unfortunately very mass-oriented, breakfast is honestly too expensive for the quality and selection, everything costs extra, including access to the roof terrace and even luggage storage.
