The hotel was exceptional, we enjoyed our room and how spacious and equipped it was. The viewing terrace on the roof was a great experience to add to our trip. The downsides included hairs on our pillow (we both have fair hair and these were dark so definitely not ours) and the shower temperature was inconsistent making it very difficult to enjoy a wash. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and helpful. Being vegan, we were well catered for and the staff made sure to provide us with all of the vegan breakfast options each day. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great nights sleep every single night.

It was a great stay. I've been to Berlin before, although not in the center. This time the location was perfect, and I was able to experience a lot. The breakfast is good. It's especially good for young people because the rooms are very modern and have good Wi-Fi.

The room was simply so dusty, the views were completely blocked, and there was no air conditioning.

The unacceptable demeanor of the employee (approx. 30 years old, slim, with long dark hair) during check-in was absolutely inexcusable, and she ultimately canceled the check-in without giving a reason. Fortunately, we were able to check in ourselves at the machine. Immediately afterwards, the same person again brazenly shouted at us from a distance of about 8 meters, "Don't look so stupid." We found the separation of the shower and toilet in the room by glass walls impossible (smell and noise). This created no privacy at all. The breakfast was poor, the breakfast room was too small, and too warm due to the sun. Therefore, we left a day early. We were still charged for the room and breakfast.

We had the panoramic room with a panoramic view. Since our journey was very long, we booked early check-in (from 11 a.m.). We arrived at the reception with our luggage around 12 p.m. We weren't allowed to check in. The room wasn't clean yet, and there was no alternative room available. We could have checked in at 2 p.m. An hour earlier for 25 euros, no thanks. The room was not very clean. The windows were covered in grease stains, as if someone had pressed their entire face against the glass. The back of the bed was also very squeaky. The bed was very creaky. The dust hadn't been wiped either. In the bathroom, the vanity mirror almost fell off the wall. There is a Nespresso in the room. You have to pay 1 euro for a coffee capsule, and then you don't even get the original capsules. There is no kettle. The only great thing about the room was the view. It is truly unique. But for just under 100 euros per night, I think you should expect more, which is a shame. The staff at the reception were very nice. The hotel is right on Alexanderplatz; you just have to cross the street from the train station. The entrance is right between Burger King and Primarkt, which made for a funny picture. From there, you can get anywhere quickly. There are so many shops at Alexanderplatz; you don't even have to leave to experience something. I would recommend the hotel based on its location, but only for the cheaper rooms.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was nice and modern, and we received a room upgrade, breakfast, and late checkout because I'm a VIP member. The location at Alexanderplatz is perfect for exploring, as the subway and S-Bahn stations are right next door. A definite recommendation for tourists.

A very nice hotel to start your tour of Berlin. The view of the TV tower from the bed is breathtaking, both during the day and at night.

Friendly and professional reception staff, a good location, and a nice hotel bar. Unfortunately, the room was small and claustrophobic and poorly furnished. I was very disappointed with the room. Breakfast was okay but nothing special; there wasn't a good selection of food, the fried eggs weren't fresh, and the fried eggs were cold. I received an advance bill, but I couldn't get a final bill upon checkout. I was told that the hotel was having technical problems.

Bed is uncomfortable, pillows are like sleeping on 2 pieces of paper, aircon didn't work, shower went red hot then freezing in the space of 2 seconds, they say it has a bathroom, well that's kind of true, a see through curtain wrapped around a tiny bath, no HDMI port access on TV, basic breakfast options, only redeeming factor of the hotel is the location, and staff were pretty friendly.

Just back from an excellent trip. I found all the staff very welcoming and friendly, any questions I had they were willing and able to help with. The hotel overall and the room was very clean and well maintained. I had breakfast and 1 dinner in the restaurant, service and food both great. Location of the hotel was perfect and central with good transport links to the airport and other parts of the city. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel is very well located, and the upper rooms offer a beautiful view. Given the number of rooms, the place feels impersonal. However, everyone at the hotel is very friendly and does everything they can to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The breakfast is exceptional. Good hotel in a prime location. We had a double room with a panoramic view on the 32nd floor and were absolutely thrilled with the view. It was a highlight, especially in the evening. There are a few minor things I'd like to point out, though. First of all, it would have been nice to have provided two bottles of water in a double room, instead of one that only holds 0.2 liters. The quiet on this floor was really great, despite the open window. I must mention, though, that when the neighboring rooms opened their doors, it was really loud. Perhaps they could adjust the settings so that the doors cushion a bit before closing. Finally, a word about the "bathroom." It's described as a bathroom, anyway. There were more like two glass cubicles, which lacked a bit of privacy. Stepping out of the shower was really slippery. I think that might be a problem for some. Those were a few minor things we noticed. Thank you anyway for a wonderful two nights in this hotel.

Absolutely terrible stayed 3 nights got hardly any sleep. Pillows are atrocious it was like trying to sleep using a crepe for a pillow. The beds are rock solid you'd be more comfortable sleeping in the bath or the floor if I could have scored it 0 I would.air con terribledoesnt seem to work very well. Main thing anybody wants from a hotel is a good night's sleep you will not get that here!!

Fantastic, we went to the terrace and tried the highest swing in Europe, a magnificent place where you can see all of Berlin from above

Located directly on Alexanderplatz. The standard rooms are okay, but since there is no proper bathroom (sink in the room), you'll need to get along well as a couple. I had a room on the 30th floor with a great view of the TV tower. Breakfast was decent with attentive service, but unfortunately, a problem with the safe wasn't resolved.

With over 1,000 rooms, this hotel is naturally anything but quiet, but the overnight stay is affordable, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. Since the line in the breakfast room can be long, you can also have breakfast at the nearby bakery. The view of the city from rooms on the upper floors is fantastic on a clear day. The rooms are very small, however, but if you're a night owl and just want to get to bed once you get to the hotel, a little space in the room is enough for me.

I was very disappointed. The room wasn't what I expected. The faucet in the shower was loose, and the shower head was worn. Absolutely not recommended for the price you pay.

Not impressed with this hotel at all…

The hotel clearly scores points with its excellent location right on Alexanderplatz – perfect for exploring Berlin. All major train stations are within walking distance, making the stay very pleasant. The self-check-in was also a plus and saved us a lot of waiting time. The room was tidy, but unfortunately the toilet smelled of urine throughout, which significantly spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the furnishings seem a bit dated and outdated; some renovation would be desirable. Parking was available on-site, which was convenient, but the daily rate of €24 is relatively high. Overall, a solid stay with room for improvement – ​​especially in terms of cleanliness and room standard.

Stayed in the "Corner Sky Suite", absolutely amazing view of the city on the 37th floor, floor to ceiling windows. Plus a lounge with food and breakfast for those staying on the 37th floor. Can definitely recommend this room!

A large hotel with over 1,000 rooms located directly on Alexanderplatz. Perfect train connections to all sights and locations. The view from the 33rd floor is simply breathtaking. The rooms are clean and tidy and include a coffee machine with capsules. A hairdryer is also available in the bathroom!

Location at Alex, what more can you say? We had a room on the 32nd floor with a great view over Berlin.

The view from our room on the 30th floor was fantastic. The room didn't have a minibar and was a bit dated. A dried-out basil plant greeted us at the bar, which was a shame. The location is perfect.

The main advantage is location and it's well connected to all parts of the city. But apart from that, the services offered as such are not par with the price you pay especially when you compare to other chains. Overall 3.5/5.

The pillows are horrible, so soft that I had to ask for 2 extra ones to make it look like 1, the mattress is hard and when I asked for separate single beds, they are 15 cm apart because the bedside tables are fixed. The bathroom is made of glass next to the bedroom, with no privacy whatsoever. The wifi barely reaches 5mb. The towels are old and worn, fraying at the edges. The TV is blocked by a system that prevents the use of smart functions. The location is what saves it, but I will never stay at this hotel again.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. It's centrally located right next to Alexanderplatz.

The shower is horrible, the water heats up and cools down without you touching it, and the pillows are terrible.

Everyone was nice and friendly, clean, and well-maintained. The only thing was that the bathroom floor was very cold, so you always had to put on extra slippers or socks before going in. Unfortunately, the water in the shower couldn't be adjusted properly. It would get scalding hot, then cold again without you having to adjust it.

Unfortunately, just a nice view isn't enough. The rest is a complete wasteland of service. Meter-long lines for check-in, check-out, and luggage drop-off. The room wasn't cleaned, I waited an hour for new towels (after repeated phone calls), and the shower leaked, so water ran into the toilet stall after every shower. And then they charge for luggage storage. No go!

The breakfast selection is extensive, but those looking for a leisurely breakfast should consider another café.

The two ladies at the reception were very unfriendly, and no one even said hello (sad). Even though it wasn't stated when we booked online, we had to pay a €22 tourist fee and a €50 deposit. We didn't even get a receipt, only when we asked, which was ridiculous. They charged €2 per suitcase for luggage drop-off 😂

I visited the hotel with my English agency for four days the hotel was fantastic it lacked absolutely nothing the rooms were fantastic not so big but they were perfect the hall and all the corridors quiet the security didn't even play card to get into the elevator wanted. The service the best they were there for whatever you needed. the best hotel I have stayed in my whole life I would definitely go there again

Booked Sky Suite / 2 adults 2 children… arrived at 1 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. For two pieces of hand luggage we had to pay 2 euros (4 euros) per bag…. That's not possible... I didn't have to pay anything like that in the other hotels or with the suite prices...

In the historic heart of Berlin. Wide avenues, huge squares, tourist attractions all around. On the banks of the Spree are the places to go.

Nothing beats the view and location of this hotel. It is truly magnificent. I was lucky to have a corner room and could see much of the city. The mattress was a bit on the hard side.

Correct experience but compared to the price paid I don't think it was worth it. Ultimately we have the impression that we are mainly paying for the location which is just incredible. For the rest, very basic breakfast, room with minimal equipment (no fridge, bathroom closed with a simple curtain, and toilets not soundproofed). No air conditioning even though it was hot during the period and very limited window opening. Complicated shower because it is difficult to adjust the temperature and it is not constant (goes from hot to almost cold). Also the welcome is quite cold, not many smiles. We stayed there for 3 nights but were ultimately happy to get back on the road afterwards.

We had a fantastic stay in Berlin. The location is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are perfectly adequate, but unfortunately, one of the double beds consists of only two parts that keep slipping out of place. The view is great, the rooftop "bar" isn't a proper bar, but it's still absolutely worth a visit! We didn't find the food in the restaurant on the ground floor very convincing, and unfortunately, the portion of pasta (we only had four forks and then the plate was empty) was far too small for the price (€23.50). The breakfast buffet was absolutely appealing and sufficient, with everything your heart could desire! All in all, a good stay.

I came back today from this fabulous hotel, location excellent, staff very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and could go upto 11am. Brilliant that you don't have to check out till midday. Even visited the gym which was well equipped, and enjoyed the rooftop views. Would 100% recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed. 😊 thanks

Very clean and great location. However, I would not stay here again. The open plan bathroom is quite frankly sub-optimal and affords little privacy. One can't help thinking this concept was adopted in order to squeeze more rooms in and make more money. Privacy is clearly something that hotel designers don't value. The rooms are very small, coffee not replenished. Give me a proper private bathroom anytime though.

Really good stay. Disappointing that the windows "opened" but seemed to have glass on the other side so never for fresh air into the room. The bathroom and showers are strange. Would suggest making the tiny curtain longer that it reaches the other wall for better privacy. One really bad point, pillows were terrible! Invest in better pillows!

Great hotel to visit and get to know Berlin. The hotel has been renovated and is well located, in addition to offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Less positive aspects: on the top floor there is a bar with a view over the city and a panoramic swing for the bravest. This space has a paid access even for hotel guests, but I thought that at least access should be free for guests. At the end of your stay, storing your luggage at the hotel costs €2 per bag, while most hotels offer this service at no extra cost.

This was our second time here and we felt very comfortable. We were able to check in a little early with the friendly receptionist on a higher floor. Breakfast with a very large selection was very pleasant and delicious in a bright, sunlit room. The hotel is very centrally located on Alexanderplatz. The room has a great view.

Location, breakfast and staff were great ♡ The room itself was great, the only criticism would be that the room was very dusty (not so beneficial for me with a dust allergy) and that the bathroom is open to the room. Otherwise a real recommendation, I'll be happy to come back :)
