The price does not correspond to the quality of the apartment (over PLN 600 per day for an apartment of 19 m2). Overall, it was clean, but the layout of the bathroom was a disaster - there was a separate washbasin and dressing table, a separate shower next to it, and a separate toilet next to it. There was no space for clothes or towels in the shower and you had to go to the toilet separately to get dressed - no privacy, and to make matters worse, the walls separating the shower and toilet were almost transparent. A plus is a nice view from the 28th floor.

The only thing special here is the location. Maybe breakfast. But nothing more. With the location right on Alexanderplatz, you have the first sights right on your doorstep. In addition, everything that public transport has to offer. The breakfast was also quite solid, once you get your bearings you can't complain. Unfortunately, the rooms were in need of renovation and seemed more old than modern. It's actually a shame when you consider this situation. More about this in the room description. All in all, I wouldn't come here again. Overpriced hotel where you only pay for the location.

I stayed at this hotel for five days during a work trip and overall it was ok. Positive: The best thing was the breakfast buffet. The selection was varied, fresh and of high quality. The rooms were good and practical Negatives: The biggest annoyance was the alleged WiFi in the rooms. Officially it's supposed to exist, but the connection was so bad that it was gone every few minutes. It was simply impossible to work continuously or even send emails. For a hotel that is obviously designed for business travelers, this is unacceptable and disappointing.

The location is really great. It's super quick to get to the U&S Alexanderplatz train station and the tram. When it comes to the rooms, I can only agree with the other reviews. The fact that the shower and toilet are basically in the bedroom is a little strange. The cleanliness really needs to be improved. 1-2 hairs in the bed and a lot of dust and crumbs under the bedside table weren't so inviting. But the breakfast was really very good.

Very beautiful hotel, with around 40 floors. Everything was very clean, there are public transport stops, museums and restaurants very close to the hotel (bus, underground and train), and the Brandenburg Gate was not really very far from there, around 2,5 km away, by bus it took me 10 minutes to get there.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Berlin

I spontaneously spent a night at the Park Inn by Radisson at Alexanderplatz and would like to share my experiences to help other users. Location: The location of the hotel is really excellent. It is located in the heart of Berlin, very close to Alexanderplatz, which provides an ideal base for exploring the city. The connection to public transport is excellent, so you can quickly get to the most important sights. What I liked: The entrance area of ​​the hotel looks modern and attractive. The central location is also a big advantage, as you can easily reach many of the city's attractions on foot or by public transport. What I liked less: Unfortunately I was disappointed with my room. The rooms are in a rather run-down condition and the corners were not clean. The overall impression of the room was cheap and not up to the standard I would have expected from a 5 star hotel. I booked for 3 people, but there were only 2 beds in the room, which was very inconvenient. This meant I had to take the elevator down from the 29th floor and that took about 10-15 minutes as there were only 4 elevators available. The breakfast was also disappointing. There were no particular highlights and the selection was rather limited. For a 5-star hotel I would have liked greater variety and better quality. Conclusion: Overall, I would have expected more from a 5-star hotel. Despite the central location, I can only say that there are also cheaper hotels that are equivalent or even better in many areas.

Looked at so many options in Berlin and kept coming back to the Park Inn as my choice for my recent visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was incredible. It was very simple to move around the city due to the hotel being conveniently location in close proximity to Berlin's transportation system. The price of the room also included breakfest and was a great way to start the day without having to search for a place to eat. I would recommend tthat you check out the Park Inn if you are traveling to Berlin.

Been to Berlin before but this part is everything you want to do a city break.

Wir waren am Sonntag mit einem Maydays Gutschein dort. Wir haben dort sehr gut gefrühstückt, das Buffet hatte alles, was ein Frühstücksherz begehrt. Wir waren bereits um 9:00 Uhr dort und genossen es 1 Stunde lang, in Ruhe zu frühstücken. Danach wurde der Laden sehr voll, und es war entsprechend laut. Besonders positiv hat uns das Personal überrascht. Egal, wie stressig es wurde, egal wie schnell und fast im Laufschritt das Buffet wieder nach gefüllt wurde, Getränke an den Platz gebracht wurde, sie waren immer überaus freundlich, und sobald ein Service Mitarbeiter/ in an dem Tisch trat, war er die Ruhe selbst. Die Köche beantworteten uns gerne Fragen zur Zubereitung ihrer Speichen. Wir waren sehr, sehr angenehm überrascht über das hervorragende Hand in Hand des Personals.

Lousy Internet coverage. But a central place to stay.

We booked a standard room for 3 people for my birthday. When we got our room, there was a double bed 160cm wide available for the 2 of us and our 7-year-old daughter. After complaining at the reception, a woman (long brown hair) who also said that and at 10:20 p.m. told us. It was still there that it was normal to sleep in a mini bed with our daughter. Apparently this is a requirement if you want to sleep here with children around 6 - 7 years old. After several conversations between me and my wife, this person at the reception turned us down. Suggestions from our side to bring us an extra bed were also unsuccessful. This bed would have Fits in our room!!!! The woman at the reception treated us condescendingly!! We wanted to celebrate my birthday here and also leave money here, so we did this somewhere else. That was the first and last time here. Please DO NOT book this hotel with children? My birthday is ruined, THANK YOU Park Inn! PS: I have a lot to do with customers, if I treated my customers like that, I would no longer be in my company!!!!

The location is of course great, the room is already outdated. Service at reception was super friendly, but in the morning at breakfast the gentleman was very unfriendly. I wanted to have breakfast downstairs and not on the 2nd floor because it is much more pleasant and brighter downstairs, but he told me to go upstairs after a short while I was then able to stay downstairs.

Very very well located. 50% of getting good views... The bathroom and shower are quite ridiculous for a 4* hotel. The wifi is regular, the beds are comfortable. The pillows are all 4 the same, very thin in thickness. They charge you to go up to the terrace with views even if you are a guest. The bathroom in the lobby also charges one euro. This is pretty crappy. The breakfast is good but not worth the price, there is almost no sweets and the juices are from a jar.

We arrived at 22:00 and went inside and told the waiter that we would sit outside. The waiter told os okay and that they would come and take our order. After 15 min we Called after a waiter who gave us thumbs up. We waited 30 min before they came. They were quick with our order - and the drinks Were okay. But still a Long wait before they took our order.

Hotel very well placed for visiting the center of Berlin

The service was first class! The cleanliness that prevails throughout the house makes you feel comfortable. I was told by a service employee, "We want you to be refreshed and a little relaxed when you leave." That was me, because in this house the guest is the king. I thank myself!

The hotel itself is quite okay. Room was nice, compact and clean. We had a great view over Berlin. However, the reception staff at check in and out were very incompetent and unaccommodating.

We've had a great stay here with my fiancé. The room was great, staff were helpful, kind. Breakfast was amazing.

Rooms were very nice, however, I was told I could not check in as it was too early & the room was not ready, I was then charged to leave my luggage, a few minutes later I received an email saying I could check in via self service, I showed the front desk the email and requested my luggage along with the fee for storing my luggage which they did not want to refund. I was woken up at 8:15am the day I was checking out to say I need to check out by 11am

The price is too expensive during certain periods. In France, it is not like this even during the peak season. Especially during the Innotrans exhibition, the price is close to 1 million won per night. The room price is about 80,000 won in Korean terms. The only advantage is that it is located in the center of Berlin.

Very central, friendly check-in, uncomplicated, small but modern rooms, it was quiet at night.

Very very bad service from Ms. Walters, she yelled at me on the phone and insulted me, was very snotty and rude! I wanted to change the date of a booking and was held up for three hours for nothing and then nothing so that in the end I was shouted at and expelled by Mrs. Walters, even though I was very nice and polite! I've been there several times at the Radisson but this employee is unreasonable for any guest!

Too busy at the breakfast buffet, making it very uncomfortable. Too few elevators due to the high number of guests. Sometimes you had to wait 20 minutes and you couldn't walk up stairs. Very unsatisfactory. Otherwise the hotel is good.

It's a shame that a good hotel behaves in a terrible way. Every day housekeeping knocked on our door, and every day we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign. They woke us up early every day! The worst was the last day, when we had to take a 17-hour flight to our country. They woke us up at 7, 8 and 9! Without words I called the reception and they just told me that they were sorry that they couldn't give me more hours after 11 o'clock which is check out, they couldn't solve something as simple as giving me hours to rest. The objective of a hotel is hospitality, taking care of your rest during your stay, they did the opposite. The last day was tremendous. If you go to that hotel, keep in mind to wake up early because you are not going to rest! They don't know the word hospitality clearly nor are they interested in it, it is a huge hotel and a lot of people come. If you were a hospital patient and they were the hospital, you wouldn't even survive the second day.

Wonderful Breakfast Buffet really well laid out great choice of food something for everone.Scrammbled eggs so tasty. Alex is a great place to visit. All staff very friendly professional helpful and cheerful look happy to work there. Love this place very clean great place for a lovely meal hope to return very soon highly recommended.

The unbeatable location. On Alexanderplatz itself. In front of the television lollipop It has a viewpoint on the 35th floor and if you are one of those who like action they have an attraction as if you were going bungee jumping (only for the most daring, I'm not crazy) 🤪 the rooms are quite good. The beds are super comfortable, clean and with everything you need. The breakfast is pretty good, you can go to the one on the first floor or the one on the second. If you want to pay it separately it is quite expensive €26 per person.

The rooms are very small. The view is beautiful from high floors. A very popular hotel, so there are a lot of people in it and everywhere. Queues for the elevator, queues for the reception.

Great location and service. Special shout out to Mona at reception. Our requested room was not available on arrival. However, she made sure to accommodate us midway our stay and went above and beyond. Gave us an upgrade for being underatanding. Will definitely be staying here again on next visit to Berlin. 10/10. This hotel is located in the middle of Alexander Platz and is known for its view. You have a beautiful view of the television tower and other sights. In just a few seconds you go from 0 to the 35th floor. From there it is a further 4 floors of stairs. At the top you buy your ticket for €6 p.p. and you can use the terrace for as long as you want. It's not very big, you can't go around. Definitely worth it if you like views.

The front room people are a joke and they treated us very badly. First of all we reached the hotel at 12.30. They told us that room is not available until 3 pm. We said it’s, OK and they told us that they will call us once the room is ready. We waited for 4 hours and still they said that they don’t have the room and finally at 10.30PM we got the room. Now come the amazing part. The first room is full of bedbugs and lavas and we had to shift to another room .. with all these delays it was 12.30. And when we go the room, the bathroom and the washroom are part of the room!! What!!(???) if you take shower the entire room is filled with it. And looks like they don’t want people to shower either. Coz when you shower, the water leaks into the bed (?) room. Sorry , confusing isn’t , there is a toilet and shower in the bedroom with a curtain separation !!! What ? And why this place a 4 star ? They got us a table side fan? And we spent $150 a night ! And if you are going there in August, good luck!! NO AC! They have a a small fan and we Coudnt sleep the entire night.

The lack of empathy of the reception staff I have asked for a thermometer since I was feeling unwell, and they tell me that they don't have one in the Hotel's medicine cabinet. It is quite unlikely that in a Hotel of that size they do not have such basic things.

I have been to the hotel several times as a guest. Unfortunately, this time I couldn't really enjoy my stay with my wife because the toilets were flushing around the clock. Even after the 3rd day and more than 4 malignant signs, it was not resolved nor was anything done for our short nights. The cautious indifference surprised me somewhat. Otherwise everything was as usual and we still felt at home.

Rooms layout is smartly designed but a bit outdated the design. The beds are not that comfortable especially the pillows. WC is separated bathtub in the room separates by a curtain. Staff was rude and bored on several instances both in check in and check out. Location of the hotel is great both in terms of proximity to transport and distance from several parts of the city. Good hotel, excellent location and friendly service. I would have liked fresh vegetables and fruits for breakfast. Even cucumber. I thought the rooms had minibars or refrigerators, but there weren't. In this heat, I would have liked to enjoy the drinks cold while in the room. Also the air conditioning should be bit more efficient.

We have just arrived in Spain, after a 7-day stay in that hotel. It is a very large hotel but we have been very comfortable, it is super central, the rooms are super good, the bathroom layout is a little strange but we have not had any problems. The breakfast was great and I can say that everything was great, I will definitely recommend it.

We were here for 4 days. 28th floor. Great view. Everything was clean. It's hard to understand why as a guest you have to pay 2 euros to store your suitcases and 6 euros to enter the roof terrace.

A top hotel for its location alone, with an adjacent underground car park and a breathtaking terrace that is worth a visit. The functionally designed rooms offer comfortable sleeping accommodation. The breakfast is first class and highly recommended. The online check-in is fantastic. Here you can avoid queuing at reception and the process takes less than 5 minutes. Overall we were happy with the hotel. It's centrally located, the view is to die for, it's clean and everyone was friendly. Nevertheless, it is very much geared towards mass tourism and the attention to detail is lacking. I think the shower in the room is terrible unless you're traveling with your partner. We wouldn't stay there again. A view of the roof terrace should also be included in the price.

Wir waren jetzt 4 Tage jeden Tag davon dort essen. Das Essen war eine Geschmacksexplosion. ( überhaupt die salted caramel bowl) die Kellner waren unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und modern gestaltet. Die cocktails waren sehr angenehm gemischt. Alles im allem jederzeit wieder. Ist ein richtiger geheim tipp !!!!

Unser Sightseeing rund um den Alexanderplatz haben wir mit einem Besuch im ALEX verbunden. Der Geschmack und die Portionsgröße unserer Gerichte waren TOP. Super war zudem, dass insbesondere der Innenraum angenehm kühl war. Lediglich das Personal im Innenraum könnte hinsichtlich weiterer Getränkebestellungen etwas aufmerksamer sein. Ansonsten ist das Servicepersonal jedoch sehr freundlich.

Nice place to have something to eat or to drink for a lunch break when sightseeing Berlin. Located at the bottom of the famous Berlin’s TV Tower. I can recommend Flammkuchen and Berliner Weisse mit Waldmaister.

A good hotel in an advantageous location for exploring Berlin. We had a room on the 33rd floor and therefore an indescribable view over the city. Everything was very clean and comfortable, the rooms are big enough. Before booking, however, you should be aware that most rooms do not have a bathroom, but a toilet and shower, separated only by glass, in the middle of the room. Unfortunately you couldn't shower in our room without flooding half the room. In addition, you could NOT turn off the air conditioning yourself, you could only regulate the temperature. So it ran loudly all night long, competing with the ventilation in the bathroom - even after complaining to reception, nothing changed! The breakfast was very varied and delicious, the entire team was very friendly and absolutely well organized. Despite over 1000 rooms, you could always find a free table and there were no long queues at the two buffets - hats off! Conclusion: All in all, a really good hotel - but the best hotel is of no use if you hardly get any sleep! A pity.

The rooms, which look good in themselves and were quite clean for me, would be positive. The toilet is separated by a kind of curtain. There is a need for improvement there! The breakfast itself is good, there is everything you need. Only one thing is annoying. There are staff running around all the time clearing the tables. You feel very watched. It's more reminiscent of a school assignment than breakfast. Location is good, you can quickly get to the gate, Reichstag, television tower, etc. However, Alexanderplatz is pretty crime-ridden. I don't recommend going there in the dark or staying there alone. All in all 3 stars. Okay for a few nights, but not for 2 or more weeks.

The roof terrace is simply sensational when the weather is nice - it even surpasses the view from the television tower. We always enjoy coming back here and look forward to our next visit. The hotel's cuisine is excellent and the Sparkos Restaurant offers an impressive ambience that makes every meal a special experience. I would like to give a big compliment to the lady on the roof terrace. She is an experienced and extremely friendly service person who carries out her tasks with great competence and warmth. Disappointed to say the least. Rooms are advertised as having air conditioning but don't actually have it. It's ventilation but still didn't do anything for us. Had to then have the window open but it was so loud with music playing. Coffee was never replaced in the room when cleaners came and we had to always get it from reception. Just the little things. I was so shocked to find out that it costs €6 to go to the roof top even if you're a guest of the hotel. Truly shocking. Also the first hotel I've been to where it costs to store luggage if you're a guest. Shocking

How can it be that when you are in the lounge you have to walk down from the 35th floor to go to the toilet? How can it be that you still have to walk up and as a hotel guest you still have to pay 6 euros

Absolutely appalling, simply a disaster! The room is in a dilapidated condition - dirt and grime everywhere. The toilet? Directly in the bedroom, separated from the bed only by a simple cupboard door. No trace of privacy. The towels and bed linen? Useless, simply disgusting. Showering is torture: it takes forever for warm water to come – if it comes at all. We are still here and unfortunately have to endure four more nights. Despite our complaints, nothing has changed. No room change, no cleaning, no shower repair. We are in room 1005 – avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay away!

An absolute disaster for the price. You pay a lot of money and get a mediocre room. The beds were two single beds that were easy to move, although you had to be careful not to fall between the two beds at night. The breakfast booked was mediocre, but acceptable. The room service was very inconsistent, sometimes nothing was done and sometimes when the "do not disturb" sign was hanging outside it was. All in all not recommended for the price.

The view was good. But unfortunately not the rest. The room was very loud. The fan in the toilet. Unbearable. The breakfast average. The audience not a good level. Sitting there with sweatpants etc...no go. I paid almost 700 euros for three nights...

Check-in took forever. The toilet brush and the aerator were missing from the bathtub faucet. Showering in the room where you sleep - not really great. No air conditioning available. The window only opens when it is tilted, so there is hardly any fresh air in the room and crazy humidity after showering. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS? A foreign word in the entire house. Mobile Internet? Nothing at the bunker. Working in the hotel impossible! With the volume, breakfast from 7:00 a.m. feels like Berlin Central Station during rush hour. There's no way you can start your day relaxed. Walks are incredibly long when the revolving door from Alexanderplatz is closed, because then you have to walk around the entire building complex to the left for 5 minutes. To the right is impossible due to construction work. Yes, it may be that you are central... But there are other better solutions within walking distance.
