Amazing view – amazing location. But it's far too big for my taste. You really notice this when you take the elevator from the 31st floor down to the ground floor for breakfast and arrive in a totally chaotic breakfast room. Otherwise, it's very clean, modern, and has functioning digital systems, which unfortunately isn't always the case.

The standard rooms are quite simply but functionally furnished. The breakfast buffet is really good, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. The service staff are incredibly efficient, clearing tables, resetting them, and always with a smile. For a city trip, the central location is a definite plus.

The open room layout – sink in the hallway and shower next to the bed – takes some getting used to. Cleanliness could be better, but this is surely due to the staff's time constraints. The breakfast is very varied, even for guests with gluten intolerance. It's strange that the accompanying person of a guest with a severe disability card is denied the status of a necessary caregiver if they share a room with me. As I understand it, only external caregivers are recognized, which I consider an intrusion into my privacy and simply unacceptable. The hotel management shouldn't even get one star for this. These gentlemen(?) don't understand how much we, as people with physical – and certainly also mental – disabilities, depend on active support from our personal networks. What a shame! I can only recommend this hotel to healthy people.

The location is fantastic. The standard room is quite small and sparsely furnished. The city view is okay. The large single bed is simply two small ones pushed together, which tend to slide apart. The beds are not very comfortable, and the pillows are generally uncomfortable. The hotel service is pleasant.

Very nice rooms and conveniently located hotel for travel from Aleksanderplatz. The WiFi was very unreliable during my visit (in two different rooms), probably due to the hotel being busy. Breakfast is okay, but falls short of other Berlin hotels of a similar price.

Been there last week. great location, right on alexanderplatz We got a room that is big enough for a family, with a big bed and tiny living room, but without windows at all. Instead, 2 big pictures with LED screens behind them, controlled by dimmer which sometimes just decided not to work, and then the room is pitch black if you want to sleep and turn off the normal lights. Not the best experience I had, at least Cleaning service was ok. Every day we returned to the room the floor was spotless, but for some reason empty bottles waited for us every day at the room, and the sheets wasn't changed even if they were dirty On the other hand, the staff were very nice, and I talked with some of them, and the location is great as I mentioned above. Bottom line, nice hotel, don't book the big "family" rooms

Spent a lovely weekend here. The hotel is super centrally located, making it easy to get around. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms have a great view. The interior design is a bit dated, but tidy and clean. The organization and flow of breakfast could use some improvement. There were long waits before items were replenished, and not enough space for all the guests. Simply not a good start to the day… The spa area is small. There are two saunas, but the infrared cabin was unfortunately out of order. The staff here are also incredibly friendly. The massage was fantastic! The relaxation area isn't very quiet, but it's still very nice.

I was out until late, and shortly after 8 a.m., there was frantic knocking on the door. The door handle was aggressively forced down, and the room key was held up to the buzzer. "Get up, get up!" someone shouted. I experienced the same thing at the neighboring doors. I panicked, thinking it was a fire alarm or a shooting. I got dressed to open the door, only to find that no one was there, but the cleaning cart was sitting unused in the corner. Annoyed, I went back to my room and prepared to leave. At 9 a.m., there was the same knocking again: "Get up, get up!" This is not how I wanted to be woken up after a short night! Simply kicking guests out early (check-out at 12 p.m.) to clean the rooms is outrageous.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel; the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was far above average, if not perfect. Two things were less pleasant: every time we used the shower, water ran down the side of the tub, leaving the floor completely wet. The shower cubicle should be better sealed, or a different partition should be installed. The other issue was finding a parking space. We were told there was parking nearby, so I searched, drove around, and finally parked in the Rathaus-Passagen (City Hall Arcade) for four days. The problem there was that the machine didn't accept large bills or cards, which caused considerable extra work and stress. The hotel itself is recommendable, and I highly recommend enjoying the view from the rooftop! --- Unfortunately, I have to deduct another point: I don't have to put up with the rudeness of being addressed informally. This wasn't the case during the booking process (which I forgot to mention in my review) nor in the response here. And the responses to other reviews here show that it can be done differently.

We stayed two nights at the Park Inn by Radisson at Alexanderplatz and unfortunately left with a very negative impression. On the positive side, the location was truly central, right on Alexanderplatz, perfect for exploring Berlin. Breakfast was also good and offered a decent selection. Unfortunately, the room was very small and in no way met the standard one would expect from a hotel of this category. The bathroom was particularly disappointing: the shower couldn't be regulated; it only ever produced either cold or hot water, making a normal shower impossible. The worst incident, however, was that the toilet overflowed, flooding the room (and even the hallway) with toilet water. According to the technician, this was due to old pipes. Although the water was removed after about an hour, the room wasn't cleaned afterward, despite repeated requests. Only the towels were changed – which was completely inadequate and absolutely unhygienic after such an incident. Overall, the service was only average. While the staff were friendly, one would have expected significantly more effort in this situation. Conclusion: Great location and good breakfast, but the rest was a huge disappointment. The hotel in no way lives up to the Park Inn by Radisson name – definitely not for us again.

Not worth the money!! Not recommended! For around €170 per night, you have to pay extra for luggage storage, as well as access to the rooftop terrace. Free access, even several times a day (depending on the light and atmosphere), would be nice, but the hotel itself isn't "nice" – although the staff were, and they always tried (in a good way) to solve problems. My main problem: My (expensive) room with a panoramic view wasn't comfortably warm; for the first few days, the temperature only reached a maximum of 18°C. The maintenance man then bled the radiators, and one of them got warm, making it more comfortable. The second one remained cold, and the bathroom temperature stayed a constant 17°C. Only an additional heater provided any warmth; I always switched it on 20 minutes before planning to shower. And the internet in the room: Worse than in a developing country! It took me about 15 minutes to download a daily newspaper (PDF), around 20 MB, while sitting at the table. Both rooms have free Wi-Fi. Also: Small wardrobe, no refrigerator. The coffee capsules were only refilled once (during my 7-night stay); I bought my own coffee, but then one of my two cups was simply gone. Breakfast is "cozy," like a wholesale market. The bread rolls were once fresh, but not on the first morning; you can find fresher ones at any discount supermarket. If you stay for 7 days like I did, the selection becomes quite limited. On the plus side: the pots of filter coffee. The connection to public transportation is also a plus.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my 10-year-old son. We really enjoyed our stay. The panoramic room with a city view on the 14th floor had a great view, was quiet, and clean (although I don't lie under the bed looking for dust like some others do). My only criticism would be the toilet ventilation, which is constantly running, unfortunately even at night, and cannot be turned off. Check-in at 7:30 p.m. was straightforward and there was no wait. The breakfast on the second floor was very good for us. We found everything we liked and were absolutely satisfied. I have no idea why some guests have such exaggerated expectations. The hotel officially advertises its 4-star rating, but in my case, the expectations regarding comfort and amenities were not met. The room was very small—so small that there was barely enough room to open my suitcase. The shower and toilet were located directly in the room, separated only by a thin curtain, which is neither comfortable nor appropriate for a hotel of this category. There was no minibar, and despite the stated 4-star rating, there was no air conditioning, only air-conditioned blankets, which were of no use in temperatures above 36 degrees Celsius. However, a member of staff was understanding, and immediately after we complained, a portable air conditioner was brought to our room! Another point that stood out as very negative was the lack of cleanliness in the room. For a hotel of this category, a higher standard of hygiene and care is absolutely to be expected. One positive aspect is the central location on Alexanderplatz, which allows for quick access to many sights and transport links. Conclusion: Based on my experience, I cannot understand the official 4-star classification. The stay was more on the level of a simple budget hotel, rather than an upscale city hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is its location, right in the center of town. It's very easy to find even if you're far away, as the TV Tower is a great reference point. There's a small supermarket in the hotel itself, but it's very expensive. The hotel has a shopping mall where you can buy souvenirs or grab a hamburger. You can visit the rooftop for €6. You have to pay even if you're a guest. You also pay for the left-luggage service. Excellent breakfast in the hotel's two cafes (they serve the same). I recommend the one on the 2nd floor, which is much less crowded and quieter. Reception is open in German, English, and Spanish. Average rooms. We were out all day and basically only went there to sleep. We managed fine. Comfortable beds. Very thin pillows. Despite being a very large hotel with 37 floors, if I remember correctly, the elevators are very fast and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only good thing about this hotel is its central location. Other than that, it's debatable whether we got our money's worth. We arrived early in the morning at the Chek Inn and were told we could check in around 12:00 PM, which is 3:00 PM. Luggage is charged 2 Euros at the safe, regardless of your current location. When we arrived at noon, the Indian receptionist rudely told us we could check in at 3:00 PM. Then, around 1:00 PM, another member of staff took us to the room. There was water and coffee in the room the first day, but it was never replenished during the three days we stayed. The elevators are fast but crowded. The breakfast is passable. The beds are comfortable. Other than being centrally located, there's no real advantage. For the price, I think there are better hotels to choose from.

This hotel has unfortunately arrived in the future. There's no driveway to the hotel where you can leave your car until you check in – unless you have an electric car and charge it there. There are always about 20 people standing in front of the reception because two completely overwhelmed receptionists can't keep up. Of the four self-check-in terminals, only two ever work. Once you've entered your information there (a phone number can't be entered due to a program error), a white card falls out, with a note saying you can get the room number and key at the "kiosk." I then asked the very nice security guard where the kiosk was – but there isn't one in the hotel. The key is the white card, and the room number is displayed on the screen after being told about the kiosk. It's just annoying if you've already left and the text message isn't sent because the phone number couldn't be entered... To put it briefly – the entire check-in process is a disaster. The rooms don't have one! The air conditioning is really nice at 36 degrees Celsius outside, but you have to be very flexible to get into the shower, as you have to climb over the very high edge of the bathtub. Visiting the roof terrace costs an extra €6, even for guests, and it closes at 10 p.m. The bar is run by bored staff who are more concerned with getting ready for the evening than serving another guest. The entrance to the hotel from Alexanderplatz closes at 11 p.m., so you have to walk around the entire building complex to get in. All in all, the hospitality of a bygone hotel has completely disappeared at the Park Inn. You feel like a stranger, unwelcome, like a number, and as long as you swipe your credit card somewhere, you're allowed to stay there. I certainly won't be going back.

The hotel is in a great location. The room amenities were also fine. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a great selection. Unfortunately, the breakfast rooms are a bit small, so you had to wait a while to find a seat. Unfortunately, our table was immediately cleared, even though we had just put down full glasses, so the search for a free table began again. The elevators are actually quite slow. There were four elevators, but only three were running. We had a room on the 34th floor, and we sometimes waited up to 10 minutes before an elevator even came. This was a bit annoying at times, but was quickly made up for by the great view from the room. We would definitely come back again.

Park Inn Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz – disappointing despite top location and view We booked a room with a surcharge for the best view and were put on the 31st floor. The view is undoubtedly a real highlight, and the location on Alexanderplatz is perfect – it couldn't be more central. Unfortunately, the positive impressions end there. The room itself was functional but uninviting. It was noticeable that it had been renovated and upgraded several times over the years – with partition walls and ceilings for the technical equipment. The result seemed more improvised than high-quality. Particularly disturbing: There is no separate bathroom with real walls. Instead, a frosted glass structure separates the toilet and shower. This is neither visually nor acoustically pleasant; you can hear and see almost everything. In addition, there was an extremely loud ventilation system in the toilet and shower that couldn't be turned off. Normally, the ventilation system is linked to the light and quiets down when turned off. Here, however, it ran continuously, all day and night. The technician we called also confirmed that this was a known problem. However, he arrived very quickly, was extremely diligent, and did everything he could to help us as best he could. He was also extremely friendly. While he was ultimately able to reduce the noise somewhat, it still wasn't truly quiet. Breakfast was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Tasteless rolls, scrambled eggs from a carton, no choice of meat or egg salad, and very basic cold cuts and cheeses. The breakfast area was completely overcrowded, and the staff were visibly overwhelmed. On the second morning, we were even shown to an alternative room, but there, too, chaos and mass processing reigned. Conclusion: The view and location are impressive – everything else, unfortunately, falls far short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Those who book just for the view will be happy. Those expecting comfort, peace, and quality will probably not be.

I spent four days in Berlin with my son at the Park Inn at Alexanderplatz. We had a room on the 34th floor: a fantastic view overlooking all of Berlin. Simply amazing! The room was very modern and clean. The only drawback: the shower water kept changing from hot to cold and vice versa – it wasn't very pleasant. Some reviews mentioned that the separation between the toilet, shower, and sink area is awkwardly arranged: but you can see it in the pictures beforehand 😉. But otherwise, I have to praise the staff first and foremost: so friendly, accommodating, and solution-oriented! The breakfast buffet is a solid 1! We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! A little tip: I find it a bit unfortunate that the roof terrace costs extra for hotel guests. Perhaps this entrance fee should include a drink or simply be omitted.

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Park Inn Hotel again – and it was definitely worth it! The service was consistently excellent, from the friendly welcome to the superb buffet, which boasted an excellent selection. Room service was also top-notch – fast, reliable, and very attentive. I particularly liked the hotel's small surprises during my second stay, which made the visit even more personal and enjoyable. The value for money is absolutely top-notch, and the public transport connections are excellent – ideal for business and city travelers. For me, there's no doubt about it: five stars all around!

The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly, and the hotel's location was ideal! The biggest problem is the bathroom and toilet in the room; privacy is impossible and very annoying in the long run. A huge downside for the rooms.

Overall, a pleasant hotel in an unbeatable location. However, if you're looking for a personal, homely atmosphere, this isn't the place for you. The rooms certainly live up to the five-star rating in terms of furnishings and cleanliness. The view of Alexanderplatz and the TV tower is fantastic. The breakfast selection was, in my opinion, more than plentiful. I found it annoying that there are no designated smoking areas in the entire hotel. This forces you to take the elevator to the ground floor and stand in front of the main entrance, regardless of the time of day or night. Having a few designated smoking areas on the floors would certainly not be a bad idea. I also found it negative that the room service staff (a young to middle-aged woman with dark, slightly longer hair, on the 33rd floor on August 17th) addressed you informally without being asked if you had a brief question in the hallway. Although the tone in Berlin is somewhat relaxed in some places, this is not appropriate for a stranger. The rest of the staff seemed friendly.

- No air conditioning, no proper ventilation - Toilet doesn't work properly, easily clogged - Showers: The water didn't adjust properly; the water alternated between hot and cold during showering - Mattresses were very hard, and the pillows smelled of sweat, which was very unpleasant - Comfort doesn't match the room rate paid

It's great, very centrally located. Everything is close by, subway, S-Bahn... Our room was on the 27th floor, with a direct view of the TV tower, fantastic. The room was tidy and clean. The team could work on two small things. First, you unfortunately have to wait a long time for the elevators. And the second issue: the colleague at check-in could work on his friendliness. Since we booked through Check 24, we had the feeling that this didn't suit him. Maybe he was just having a bad day. But we'll definitely be back.

Excellent location: very central and close to public transport, restaurants, and shops. Rooms are small, with hardly any privacy when using the shower and toilet due to frosted glass walls. Large and (very) busy breakfast area. During our visit to Berlin, we also stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott, which has lovely rooms and friendly staff, but unfortunately also a very busy breakfast area.

Huge hotel with lots of rooms. Breakfast was ok, dinner buffet was quite limited, it changed every day. Since there is a swing upstairs, you share the elevator with those who go there, and sometimes you had to wait a long time to go up or down. The reception was ok but we didn't have any problems. You pay €2 to store your bags. Excellent location for getting around the center.

The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding — from housekeeping to reception, security, and management, every single person was warm, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to guest comfort. I would especially like to thank Ms. Stein and Ms. Schneider for their exceptional kindness, professionalism, and sincere care. They went far beyond expectations to assist me, always with a smile and positive attitude. I also want to acknowledge the hotel’s management team for leading by example and creating such a welcoming and service-focused atmosphere. Their leadership clearly inspires the entire team to deliver top-class hospitality. Combined with the hotel’s perfect central location and spotless, well-maintained rooms, my stay was truly unforgettable. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Horrible Experience – Do Not Recommend This is easily the worst Radisson I have ever stayed in, and as a VIP member who has visited many locations across countries. The room was outdated: the bathtub was full of scratches, the side table was falling apart, and—most importantly—there was no AC or fan. The so-called “climate control ceiling” did not work at all. When it was 35°C outside, it felt just as hot (if not hotter) inside, and when the temperature outside dropped to 24°C in the evening, the room still felt like 35°C—stuffy and suffocating. The window couldn’t be opened, making it even worse. Sleeping was impossible. The hotel’s response was unacceptable. They said there was nothing they could do except have someone check it the next morning. There was no ice machine, and when we asked for ice to help cool the room, they suggested we go to the bar. They offered to switch rooms but couldn’t guarantee it would be cooler. Only after reading other reviews did we realize that some guests at least had been given table fans, something they never offered us. We booked for three nights as a birthday trip for my partner. It was so unbearable that we had to leave in the middle of the night on his birthday. As loyal Radisson guests, this was beyond disappointing. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

I knew it as soon as i stepped in the Hotel that i had made the right choice booking our stay at this hotel. My son got a free birthday cake in the restaurant as he turned 8 during our stay and really enjoyed that Chocolate cake during our breakfast 🤩 The view from our room on the 33rd floor was spectacular, it woowed both my son and I. The breakfast was wonderful, there was enough to choose from, the only issue is the juice was never cold all the 5 days we stayed there. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The location is very good too, it took as less than 30 min to walk to most of the places we had on our list. And lastly THE STUFF at this hotel were very helpful and always with a smile. The receptionists answered every single question of mine and i had alot of them😁 The stuff from the restaurant SUPER NICE, they always had time to come and ask our dinner was okay even though they were super busy and that's a bonus from me. I'll definately stay at Park Inn by Radisson again😊 I hope this review reaches the personale, so they get to know that they are doing a great job.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent, but we would advise against the Color Suite. Although it's a room on the 20th floor or higher, it has neither a window nor air conditioning.

The view is amazing when the setting sun reflects off the sea and the chalk cliffs glow orange. Unfortunately, I missed the polar bear show in the foyer. One star deducted because there were too many raisins in the muesli.

The hotel is well located. It's very convenient for taking the train and getting to the airport, as there's a direct train. It's located in East Berlin and is in an obelisk-like area, so it's very crowded. It's not a cool area and is quite dirty. There are stores like Primark, Uniclo, and a shopping mall with top brands nearby. As for the hotel, I'm giving it 2 stars because the bed isn't comfortable and the bathroom is very small, with a screen that lets in all the water. The breakfast is plentiful but of poor quality. They have a viewing platform on the terrace for 6 euros, which is nice, but it's quite small and has a protective mesh that's annoying to the eye. For those who like adrenaline, there are also swings to jump on.

Perfect location to explore most of the iconic landmarks that Berlin has to offer and easily accessible from the airport by train. Directly outside the hotel you have the underground station which can get you around the city quickly. We stayed on the 13th floor and the views were incredible but you can also take the lift to the top where there are deck chairs and a small bar to soak in more of the views. Pillows in our bedroom were thin and there was issues with the shower and toilet draining. When drinking or eating in the restaurant/bar in the lobby there is only a toilet which you have to pay for by coin otherwise you have to take the lift to the second floor.

Nice hotel conveniently located close to Museum Island, U and S stations and with many bus and tram stops in the vicinity. My room was in the 18th floor, with a nice view from the window, clean and modern. I got new clean towels everyday. Breakfast is abundant and served from six to eleven each morning and dinner in the hotel restaurant is good price and good quality. If I would come back to Berlin I would stay here.

We thought it was a shame that the room didn't have air conditioning, especially on the 22nd floor, where air conditioning is a must. The bathtub was red and scratched and positioned so that you could barely see the city from the window. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied with the good parking directly at the hotel, with easy access to the best shops right around the hotel, where you can get everything you want. It was very important that we were able to pay in cash on the day of our arrival without any problems. We found the Park Inn Hotel near Alexanderplatz to be the best and most luxurious hotel in Berlin. We would definitely come back and have already recommended your hotel to others. Many thanks to the entire team and the beautiful hotel with a fantastic view.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The only downside was that it was very difficult to ventilate, which made the room extremely warm. We were also there over New Year's Eve, and unfortunately, the windows were fogged up from the heat, which made the view a bit poor at times.

The hotel has a very central location, but unfortunately, there are far too few parking spaces for guests arriving by car due to the large number of visitors who visit daily. Check-in took about 20 minutes for us because there were so many guests waiting at the reception. The rooms and service were good. The breakfast was very good.

The food was ok, but it was disgusting how they handled the money and cooked with the same hands. stopped going after realizing this. It's misleading to think that gloves are sanitary if they do all kinds of stuff with them and then handle the food. washing hands is more sanitary.
