Yes, it's delicious and tastes grilled, but it's just a bit too expensive. Good idea that you get the ketchup/mayo/vinegar yourself and don't have to pay extra for it. Even if it tastes much better than the big M, we still have fast food with self-service and waiting in line. Great fries and good portion.

I need to remember quite how poor 5Guys is here in Berlin, if not indeed throughout Germany. The employees just don’t care about quality or indeed speed. My burger was just sitting on the side, getting cold for about 8 minutes, whilst waiting for the other employee to put a top-bun on it. So I missed my train. I mean, it tastes loosely like 5Guys in the US or UK, but it would be really good if the brand came in and made it more appealing. I think I’m going to make sure I go to nearby Burger Meister in the future, whose burgers are fractionally less good, but the service and care are significantly better.

Yes, really suitable for small families or groups of friends. Food is average, so completely ok.

Juicy, fresh burgers and refill drinks - the fries are also seriously delicious, with a small portion making a very large portion. They taste particularly good when spicy. Sauces and ketchup are plentiful, there are nice seats to look out for and the ambience is nice except for the somewhat annoyingly loud music

The standard of Five Guys is very low throughout Germany. The employees are extremely careless and never give the feeling of a hygienic environment. The tables are always very dirty. Fortunately, they could not ruin the incredible taste of Five Guys. Eating inside is not recommended, at least get takeaway.

I have been there last week. Have been hearing about 5 guys for some time and really disappointed with the burgers. Just ordinary burgers where you choose the content of it but definitely not worth for what you pay. The only positive thing is the election of drinks which are drink as much as you want. Also my son liked the milk shake. But if you are looking for a great burger, this is not the place for that amount you pay.

Good burgers, you can add whatever toppings you want without any addition. Their original potatoes disappointed me a little, I was expecting more of a peanut flavor. The smoothies are also delicious. The only bad thing, the price seems a little high to me.

Good burgers at American prices, so really very expensive (22 for burger, fries + drink). Wrapped in aluminum foil at the lowest level and in a store that is simply sterile and in terms of ambience is well below McD or Burger King. Tasty burgers, lots of fries (even the small ones are plenty), multiple drink flavor options, and friendly staff. Feels more like an American place. There are also tables outside. Can be crowded sometimes, but I enjoy visiting Five Guys every once in a while.

I happened to pass there after a long bike tour. Ordering went relatively quickly, although communicating with the employees there is easier in English than in German. The milkshake was really tasty, the rest was unfortunately so-so... there are neither tablets to put on it nor the possibility of getting a clean table. The milkshake was ready first, then you wait another 10 minutes for the rest. You look in vain for a display board; the numbers are shouted across the room in bad German. Fries are soggy, the burger is wrapped in aluminum foil so that it bakes half solid and the cheese is more on the foil than on the burger... but in my opinion, the prices are juicy. I paid €25 for a large fries, a large milkshake and a large burger. It could be done much better and even with table service...a shame, but that was my last visit there.

First time on 5 Guys. Burgers are super tasty, but obscenely expensive. Almost 10 euros for a burger? No matter how good it tastes, it won't happen again so quickly. I wrote this 5 years ago and gave it three stars. Today the cheeseburger costs €13.95. Absolutely insane. Never again.

Staff on site is great! Friendly, courteous and humorous. People like to eat here, and not just because it tastes good. ;)

Beware of the milkshakes!!! As much as I liked 5guys so far, I had a nasty surprise on 1/1/25. My husband got us food and I ordered a strawberry milkshake. Unfortunately this one was spoiled. I tasted it straight away and threw it away. Actually, I should have sent a sample to the laboratory, because that's absolutely not possible. My night and the following day were accompanied by severe gastrointestinal complaints. I don't know if it was due to incorrect cleaning of the machine or problems with the cold chain, or...! Poor hygiene is a reason to never visit 5guys again.

Classic five guys burgers - the taste is excellent, the fries were good, maybe they were a little saltier, the milkshake is of high quality and the mayonnaise is the best ever! But is it worth the price? Definitely not.

Considering the high price, the quality is simply too low. Fries were lukewarm, hamburger tasteless unfortunately. You can't sit comfortably there because of the crowds and too few seats.

First of all, it's a fast food restaurant. More expensive compared to the competition, but very high quality. The milkshakes are great, free refills for drinks, and great burgers which you choose the ingredients yourself. A great alternative to McDonald's if you want something really delicious to eat.

The food is good, the atmosphere makes you want to take the food with you rather than eat it there, it all seems very hectic, but I would still go there again.

If I gave 20 stars, I would. The service is unbelievable! I ordered through Lieferando and the delivery time kept getting pushed back. I probably spoke to Marco 4 times on the phone, who was/is so service-oriented and gave me tips on ordering and how I could cancel and order through another partner. He ended up even canceling the order for us. We also got extra milkshakes and cheeseburgers. I've never experienced anything like this before. 12/10 stars!!! ✨✨

Well from the point of view of a vegetarian… the experience was anything but positive… I had the vegetarian “sandwich” with cheese and it was in fact the burger bread with vegetables inside. I could barely eat it as it fell apart the moment I grabbed it… if you are vegetarian, stay away… my partner had the traditional burger and had the same problem. Good meat but terrible bread. What saved us were the free salted peanuts!!

I was here today for my very first time and I was amazed from the food and from the service, a guy who worked as a cashier, his name was Ibrahim.He was extremely kind and helpful with a nice recommendation for a food and beverages . I just about accept the price for the burger, but the fries and drinks are completely overpriced. The burger was mediocre. Bun soft and squishy, ​​the patty small and dry. I would like to thank the friendly staff İbo and Armi, who made me feel like I was in my hometown while abroad. I ate a hamburger, it was delicious, and the peanuts as a treat were well thought out. I stopped by once when I was on vacation and was very pleased, I will stop by again when I go again. Best regards

Fast food, got exactly what I ordered quick. It was nice and tasty.

We didn't like it that much at 5 Guys. My sandwich was pretty soggy and my wife's burger wasn't good either. The atmosphere is not very inviting. We didn't want to stay in the restaurant any longer than necessary. I also found a milkshake for just under 7 euros a bit overpriced. The service was friendly. I don't have to go to 5 Guys again.

I just like 5 Guys. I rate the burgers 5 stars.

Both me and my other half got food poisoning. My tummy basicly never reacts to anything. But around 1 Hour after eating here both our tummys said no. So well, thanks for a destroid trip to Berlin Guys.

I have been a guest on Five Guys for many years. During yesterday's visit I realized that the price and performance are no longer in an appropriate relationship. 13.50 € for a burger is quite a bit (or almost 8 € for a few fries (fried potatoes). Until a while ago there was at least a warm burger with a decent topping. That is, you bite into it and something falls out on the aluminum foil. This time it was different, more expensive, less topped and cold. The next shrink case.

Die große Portion Pommes ist wirklich groß und langt locker für zwei Personen. Die Auswahl an Geschmacksrichtungen bei den Getränken ist toll. Preislich natürlich nicht super günstig. Die Lautstärke ist in anderen Fast Food Restaurants besser, vor allem wenn die Bestellnummer immer wieder laut ausgerufen wird. Eine Anzeigetafel ist aber wohl in dem Konzept nicht vorgesehen.

Staff super friendly, selection is ok. I like it when I can choose my own ingredients for the burger. The meat is really very good, you can taste it. I also think the price is a bit high. What really bothers me is the aluminum foil around the burger. We ate in the store and if they asked us if we wanted to eat here or take it away, they could have wrapped it in paper. He wouldn't get cold that quickly. It's also stupid that the trash can has a separate tray for aluminum foil, separate for the rest. But the joke is that it still ends up in the same trash can. One of the best fast food chains I know. All the employees are very nice and it is very clean especially the toilet (which is very rare). The food is something out of this world so good and not even what I get at home or in the restaurant is that fresh. It's very nice (and you can still take peanuts with you for free)

UPDATE: The statement about fresh ingredients is simply not true. Industrial ingredients are used, you can see the ARD market check. Extremely overpriced! Yeah, no. I used to be a big fan of the chain, but the burgers are now at best below standard. Canned mushrooms, cold, unroasted buns, unmelted cheese - a list of misfortunes. Pay €16 for a small burger and fries - without a drink? Where has the golden burger time gone 😭

Mitt andra besök på en Five Guys restaurang, även denna gång i Berlin och mest för att bara få något litet i magen. Därför blev det denna gång ingen hamburgare utan en varmkorv vilken visade sig vara riktigt god. Bortsett från väntetiden på korven så var detta en trevlig upplevelse. Jag hade väl väntat mig en enklare korv men fick en ganska okej korv i storlek tillsammans med bröd - korven var delad på mitten och serverades med både ost och bacon vilket ju alltid passar bra till mat. Gott och lagom mättande så det blir nog fler av denna vid eventuella framtida besök.

Deliciously juicy burgers, here you can design your burger yourself, so that you get exactly the ingredients you want. The fries are served in large portions, you can easily share. Drinks are refilled for free. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A clear recommendation from here.

Way too loud, incompetent staff. For 8 people, food was wrong 3 times, drinks were warm and no ice cubes. Is this awesome fast food? No, definitely not.

Völlig enttäuschend und ehrlich gesagt das Geld nicht wert. Ich habe fast 20 € für ein vegetarisches Sandwich mit wässrigem, geschmacklosem Gemüse und einem ekelhaften Stück Kunstkäse zwischen zwei billigen Brötchen ausgegeben. Es gab kein Eiswürfel im Getränkeautomaten und die Tische waren dreckig. Ich ging mit Übelkeit.

Completely overrated and overpriced. €12.50 for a cheeseburger... wrapped in aluminum foil and then in a paper bag... not exactly sustainable. The facility has the charm of a train station toilet. The burgers have to be laboriously put together, which fails due to the staff's lack of language skills. In addition, there is an extremely long wait until the food is ready and even then the cheese is still “raw”. The whole thing is topped with rotten old free peanuts. Conclusion: overpriced and bad. Thanks, but no thanks. Once and never again.

Been a customer of Five guys for a lot of years. Today is the first time an employee of the chain gave me my order, which was two burgers and two drinks, without any “free fries” as the chain frequents. Of course I wasn’t going to ask for them since it’s considered a given, but completely threw my mood off. It’s the small things that sway a customer. It’s expensive and we look the other way due to the treat we receive, otherwise it’s just plain overpriced.

The best chain burger and the tastiest fries ever. Actually fresh ingredients and individual composition. The large portions are absolutely ok for the price and if you're really hungry. Unfortunately, the store itself only has the atmosphere of a factory hall, but when I visited on Saturday evening it was still tolerably clean.

I must say that this place is lovely. I was also pleased with the attendance. I don't usually do this, but I feel I should mention that I saw someone complaining specifically about the African gentleman working at the restaurant. I wonder if I might ask what happened to cause this. From my own observation, he is actually working as an attendant, which means customer service, which he needs to be friendly with everyone to avoid complaints being made. What are we going to call this now in the 20th century?

Ordered a sandwich with cheese, got a hamburger bun. Hamburger was good enough, but the sausages, the dinner sausage was split in half and fried.

FastFood halt. War ganz lecker, die Cajun Pommes sind sehr lecker. Portionen groß, Preise in Ordnung. Personal leider unterirdisch, bei der Bestellung ging eine Menge schief.
