The atmosphere is nice, but the two tables are much too small! Compared to the competition, the burgers are hopelessly overpriced for what is on offer. You can quickly get to 13-14 EUR and don't even have a supplement. What!? But what's not right, especially in this particular store, is the arrogant and unfriendly service, even though the store wasn't even half full. I don't want to be treated like that. So never again for me. There is much better, especially in Berlin.

Real bullshit... I tried the smash burger there, it was a joke of burgers. Not recommended at all folks. When I compare it with the other Smash citizens elsewhere, it's worlds apart. Peter Pane is definitely not my first choice for a very good and tasty burger, but worth a visit if you're in the area. The price-performance ratio is okay, but some burgers have a hefty price tag. For a double burger you can quickly end up at almost €20, which doesn't mean you get the best meat. Juicy Angus beef costs extra. The new Smash Burger is quite tasty but nothing special, especially since it's relatively small and doesn't really fill you up. At €12 as a double burger it is also far too expensive in my opinion. Unfortunately it has very little to do with “Smash”. The patty could generally use more seasoning on every burger, but the bread types are really good. The sweet potato fries are delicious, but they could still stay in the fryer for thirty seconds longer. The thirst quenchers are all very tasty, and mint elderflower is particularly recommended, which is also available in a zero version. But it must also be said that it feels like there is 70% ice and 30% liquid in the glass. A bit of a shame! However, I liked the ambience and the service.

I went with my friend and we chose the Holzfäller Burger and the Doppelter Peter Burger. We were very hungry and we both upgraded our burgers to the menu but I think you should order a potato in the middle because it was too much for us. The fries are very fresh and we definitely recommend the TrüffelFritten that comes with truffle sauce. I should also say that the burgers are perfect from the bun to the patty, we both liked them very much and their quality is the same every time we go. Especially the staff is very friendly, they do their best to help you whether it is in English or German and they know the menu. The menu came out very fast for such burgers. We liked it very much. Definitely recommended!

Especially on Friday evening (July 26), super friendly lady at the counter (we have forgotten her name, but genuine interest and fast service!! Compliments). Portions are really more than enough!

Waren hier zum Mittagessen. Es dauerte mehr als eine Stunde bis das Essen kam! Und dann wurde bei der Bezahlung dreimal auf Trinkgeld hingewiesen-eine Frechheit! Obendrein wurde ein Burger vergessen und nochmals 12 Minuten später geliefert. Viel zu teuer-man wird mit Plakat für Menü für 10 Euro sprichwörtlich reingelockt. Dann bekommt man ein Buch als Menükarte, die sehr umständlich zu verstehen ist. Burger schmeckte jedoch. Aber trotzdem garantiert nie wieder!

July 19, 2024 I made a reservation for 2 people in the restaurant on July 19, 2024 at 8:30 p.m. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:20 p.m. and were seated directly at our seat (inside). After 10 minutes the waiter (a little shorter, black hair) came and took our order. After we took the order, we asked if we could sit outside because the air was very stuffy and it was very warm. The lady at the front desk then sat us outside and entered it into her system. At 8:42 p.m. the waiter who took our order came out and said across three tables in a louder tone, “You MUST let me know that you are sitting outside!” We replied that the colleague had moved us and that too in the system deposited, he went back in without saying anything. Our drinks arrived, the waitress asked us again and they changed our order. How answers yes and that she should pass this information on to everyone else even though it has actually been entered in the system. After 45-50 minutes we hadn't received our food yet so we asked. We were told the colleague would go to the back of the kitchen and ask. After this happened, our food arrived 2 minutes later. The gentleman who brought us the food said, “You’ve changed your ways, haven’t you.” We answered him that we’ve already told 3 colleagues that. We asked him if the food was now in the back of the kitchen because we had changed our ways, he said no, it had just been made fresh. We wanted to start eating, after the first bite the burger was extremely cold. I got up and went to the waitress (braids, light brown hair, very young) who brought us the drinks and asked if she was serious, that we had been waiting for almost an hour and that we were getting cold food that we didn't want to eat like that Answer original tone “yes, of course I’ll pay for it out of my own pocket” turned around and left! I was standing there and the lady from the reception came and asked what was happening (we described everything again), the gentleman who brought us the food said “well, you only ordered at 8:36 p.m. and it's now 9:00 p.m.: 12 p.m. I then asked if it was again that you wait so long for the food and then it arrives cold, the answer was “yes, it takes so long is normal”. Then came the question “so do you want to continue eating or not?”. Of course we didn't want to eat food that was cold! I've never seen anything so disrespectful in my life, condescending to the point of no longer possible. Not recommended at all!!!

Absolutely recommended restaurant. Service in a class of its own is offered here. What can be said about the furnishings is that they are quite rustic but elegant. In fact, sitting at some tables isn't really my cup of tea. Otherwise the food is just great. Anyone who likes burgers is in good hands here and every individual wish is either already offered or then implemented. I would particularly like to emphasize the service of the branch. So attentive and accommodating, despite the large groups in the restaurant, just great. Thanks for the good dinner.

I would like to tell you about an extremely disappointing experience I had in your restaurant on July 19, 2024. I had a reservation for two at 8:30pm and we arrived at 8:20pm. When asked, the waiter went into the kitchen and brought our food shortly afterwards. He also noticed that we had implemented what we were explaining to him for the third time. We asked if that was why our meal took so long, but he said no and said it was freshly prepared. At the first bite we realized the burger was cold. I went to the waitress who brought us the drinks and complained about the cold food after almost an hour of waiting. Her answer was, "Yeah, sure, I'll pay for it out of my own pocket," and she turned around and left. The lady at reception then came to us and asked about the problem, whereupon we described the incident again. The gentleman who brought us the food claimed we only ordered at 8:36pm and that the wait was normal. When asked if we wanted to continue eating the cold food, we of course answered no. I would never recommend this store to anyone. The store was a complete disaster.

We went to this restaurant yesterday to eat burgers and it was a disastrous experience. The menu promised a meal with burger, fries and a cocktail, but it was not at all clear that you had to pay extra for the burger. This is really misleading! The onion rings were either completely overcooked or very old - definitely inedible. The drinks were filled to the brim with ice, so there was hardly any of the actual drink left. And all for an outrageous price of €100 for 3 burgers! This is really way too expensive for what you get. Additionally, the store was not clean at all and the staff was extremely rude. The quality of the burger meat was also poor - dry and tasteless. Overall, an absolute no-go and definitely not recommended.

Beautiful restaurant, nice atmosphere. The burger is very delicious, the price seems fair to me and the service is good. It is located in a central location in Berlin. In relation to other comments, the menu is well specified in the case of the Menu of the night that pays for the chosen Burger + (the Menu and the specific drink). Since I also work in the gastronomy area, I understand perfectly that you have to draw a picture for the client to understand and many or most do not understand what they read or specifically do not read. For my part I had a good experience.
