PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Berlin

This has been our favorite place for many years. In my opinion, it's the tastiest burger in Berlin.

We sat outside, were served quickly and had a delicious meal :)

Unfortunately this time we were assigned a very small table. Despite other free tables, there was no opportunity to change tables. Food and service good as always! Prices increased significantly!

We were there on a Saturday evening without a reservation and got a table straight away. The food was very good and the portion was absolutely reasonable. We would particularly like to praise our cellar Isi! Super friendly and attentive! Really recommended!

I went there without any great expectations as part of an evening event, but the burger and fries were great, the service was a little too inattentive but friendly and the ambience was just what you would expect from a franchise. Overall, better than ok!

The food was good. I ordered a vegan chickpea burger and one drink for which I had to wait for almost 45mins which is not so nice experience. The service wasn’t quick. Also, the food esp. drink was tasty and pommes also. Vegan burger was good but the mayo sauce in it wasn’t vegan. I could smell egg in it. Since I am a vegan, I highly appreciate if the restaurant could mention the type of sauce that they are using is vegan or not in their speisekarte for the customers as well.

Always very tasty food, especially the fries platter is recommended as it is cheap and large. Unfortunately, the music is always a bit too loud and when it's full the waiters quickly overlook you

Food was delicious, unfortunately the service was very poor. A drink was forgotten and our table was generally forgotten/ignored. Very unfortunate. Towards the end it got worse and everyone was asked to tip for the “service”.

Unfortunately the burger was brought to the table cold. It was quite dry and quite hard. This hasn't happened at other Peter Pane restaurants. Edit: I went to Peter Pane again, this time everything was great! The food was super delicious! Service and ambience good as always.

It was our first time in Berlin and we ended up here for dinner and we didn't regret it. Super nice staff and the food was great too. The absolute blast was the children's/parents' toilet, our daughter and I celebrated it 😍

We love going to Peter Pane for burgers. However, this time we were not satisfied. Prices are getting more and more expensive. Today we ordered the “Smash Burger” as a single burger for €9.90. The burger was definitely not worth the money. For €10 I can get better, bigger burgers everywhere. Especially since Peter Pane doesn't come with any side dishes included in the price.

We were there on Sunday February 23rd, 2025 We ate here and were served by the very nice Melissa, she was courteous and friendly.

Very welcoming environment, very kind and smiling staff (even with tourists, which is not to be taken for granted!) Delicious sandwiches and their homemade drinks to try. I would definitely go back.

Hello We were there on 2/15/25. Really loved the food and selection, the quick service, the friendly service and the great atmosphere BUT the sanitary facilities were terrible, dirty, broken, and didn't smell good. I would have preferred to go backwards again. I hope the saying in the restaurant industry about the kitchen versus the toilets doesn't apply here and it was just a slip-up.

The service was good but the burgers unfortunately not good at all. The bread was cold and the burger was completely overcooked and chewy.

Staff really nice. Pleasant shop, BUT: Burgers are often only lukewarm and toilets are often unkempt. According to the protocol, the last check was at 5:00 p.m. today at 9 p.m. - and that's what it looked like. Not a one-time incident. The chocolate cake with cherries had a tiny dollop of cherry compote - without a single cherry! Everything is rather unusual for system catering. Maybe headquarters should send a mystery shopper over!?

Tasty burgers but terrible service overall. First you have to wait for everything at least 10 minutes (even for menu), then during the cooking time discovery comes out..they did wrong note and you get wrong order..or get something you didn’t order at all..or..wait 10-15 minutes for bill.. I can understand when it happens once, but not almost every visit. Don’t recommend it, there are better places around.

Peter Pane: Decent Burgers, but Extremely Slow Service We visited Peter Pane on a Friday evening, and while the burgers were quite good, the service left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was busy and likely understaffed, leading to a 20-30 minute wait just to be seated. The staff seemed disorganized. The person responsible for seating guests was either absent or busy serving food, while a waitress at the bar was scrolling through her phone and sipping coffee, seemingly ignoring the growing queue. It wasn’t until the waiting area became completely full and I approached her directly that she finally took action. By that point, the mood was already spoiled. Once seated, the service improved, and the burgers had a good variety at reasonable prices. However, the frustrating wait at the start left a bad impression. Overall, while the food is decent, the service needs serious improvement, especially during peak hours.

It was really nice to finally be able to visit this restaurant myself after reading so many good reviews! The ambience was very cozy and the food was served in a few minutes. Plus, it wasn't as noisy as other restaurants and the service was very friendly. There are many delicious alternatives for vegans - I can only recommend this restaurant!

It has been a long time since I have eaten such bad burgers. Price aside it is astonishing that the meat is so bad. It is clearly frozen and without a doubt even McDonald taste better... the price is also very high

They didn't want to give us a table at first. When we then explained that we just wanted something to drink, we were given a table after a short time to think about it. We stuck with two cocktails which were okay. When we left it felt like being thrown out.

The burgers and fries were delicious but the nachos weren't worth it, they were just a small bowl of Doritos or something with a cheese dip, delicious but I could have bought 2 bags for that money

Unique burgers in a great ambience. The drinks are also worth a visit as there are specially created drinks such as lemonades, cocktails and many more. Unfortunately, I found the waiting times a bit long, which is of course understandable with a full restaurant, but that wasn't the case for us. Overall it is a very nice restaurant and always worth a visit.

We had our Christmas party there in a small group. We made a reservation there because after 6 p.m. it gets very crowded and loud. There is something for everyone here too, from vegan to vegetarian burgers 🍔. But those who like to eat meat won't miss out here either. Good selection of drinks. You'll get full from them🍔. 1 star🌟 deduction is available for the benches that have no backrest. You get back pain after a while.

During our visit to Berlin in December we ate at Peter Pane. Service was friendly, but unfortunately not attentive and not customer-oriented. We had to wait over an hour for our food. That's clearly too long, especially if you're hungry like we are. My husband had the burger salad, it was really small, the portion looked significantly larger in the pictures on the menu. This is misleading! The rest of the food was only lukewarm. I didn't like my burger at all. After two bites I couldn't eat any more. When asked if everything was right, we answered honestly! We were offered something warm to drink, but we politely declined. A burger + fries + soft drink over 30 euros is not justified. I certainly expect more. We won't be visiting Peter Pane again.

Just as varied as the burger selection is the drinks menu, which also includes something refreshing for everyone, such as the in-house thirst quencher. I always try peter pane in every city in germany, because it is almost the best Burger in country. there is no other better choice.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with this PeterPane restaurant after our last visit. After a 5 minute wait at the door we were greeted, only to continue to wait as reservations were the shift manager's responsibility. After almost 10 minutes we sat at the table - which had not been wiped properly after the previous guests - and had to wait a while for the cards. At this point the store was at most half full. It can happen that the limited offers are no longer available, but then you shouldn't spend the special card if the products are not available at all. From the moment we ordered it was actually the usual experience: the food tasted good, the waiter was generally friendly and so the end was forgiving. Nevertheless, an aftertaste remained, as we are much more familiar with it from other PeterPane restaurants.

We gave Peter Pane another chance because my children and I have found this place to be a wonderful experience for years, especially at Christmas time. But this year, with every visit our disappointment grew greater. It's really annoying when you spend 200 euros but get bad service and cold food. This no longer has anything to do with the Peter Pane concept from before, which I think is a shame. One of the waitresses was extremely annoyed throughout our entire visit. Even when my daughter politely asked for extra napkins or art supplies, we were ignored. The children had to wait almost 40 minutes, even though the store wasn't particularly busy. When the food finally came, it was initially the wrong burgers. That wasn't a big problem in itself, as they could have been replaced, but the lady's way really didn't work. When we got the real burgers, they were cold and significantly inferior compared to previous visits. It was obvious that the quality had deteriorated significantly. What was particularly disappointing was that the extras we ordered weren't included in the burger, but we still had to pay for them. After the food was served, no one came to our table, neither to clear away nor to ask if we needed anything else. But as soon as we signaled that we wanted to pay, the waitress was suddenly there very quickly with a big smile. What particularly irritated me was that there was no smile from the staff during the entire visit, but when we paid we were informed about the tip. I found that almost ironic. At the end I was even suggested to write a good review in order to receive free ice cream. This suggestion left me speechless and probably explains why there are so many good reviews. It is clear to us: My family and I will no longer visit this store.

We were on a short trip to the capital. After a nice visit to KaDeWe, we spontaneously decided to come here for dinner. The service was very friendly. We got a place immediately. Thanks to the very attentive service, we didn't miss anything; drinks were delivered straight away. We were also asked several times whether we liked it. ... and not as "slimy or superficial" as you know from other places. The food met our expectations. Gladly again. All the best to you in service and kitchen for 2025!

I don't even know where to start. First of all: Despite having a reservation, we were hardly noticed and had to wait until a table was cleaned for us - even though there were several clean tables available. Normally I wouldn't write something like this, but the manners of a dark-haired waitress, who we perceived as Nadia, were shocking. If you're so unmotivated, why are you doing this job? The food was OK, but the service left a lot to be desired. Although we were friendly and understanding, we were poorly served and downright disrespected. That's a real shame, because I remember Peter Pan very differently for years. The place goes from being a regular restaurant to a place I will never visit again, sad.

I often go to dinner with colleagues on Rankestr after work. and has been served by Arbnor several times and again on Thursday. This time he recommended the new aperitif to us and I have to say it was extremely tasty and the food was also very good. As a regular guest on Rankestr. My only drawback is the cold inside, otherwise there is nothing to complain about. Arbnor and the other service staff do a very good job. Always happy to come by.
