PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Berlin

It was very full, which isn't a bad thing, but we waited over an hour for our food, so an indication that it might take longer would have been nice. We honestly answered the question of whether everything was okay and were then told how stressful and crowded it was. But the food was good.

The store was very crowded. The food takes forever to arrive and the toilets were very dirty.

Bad service. Coffee cold We had to wait more than an hour and 15 minutes for our food. Super bad again.. will definitely never come back here. People who work here are also very unfriendly and not helpful... better go to CurryWolf

Today the two of us went to Peter Pane for a burger 🍔 We went at peak time but luckily had a reservation and it was pretty busy. Nevertheless, the staff was super friendly and just sweeties (especially Melissa, she deserves at least 6 stars! ⭐️) Unfortunately, there was a bit of a pull on my back because the door was often open because guests wanted to come in (speaks for the store :)) Food was great, despite the long wait. 🍔

Arrived and ordered. Told the burgers would come in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later we asked what was happening and we’re told the food would come in 2 minutes. After waiting for 4O minutes not including the time we sat down and looked through the menu. Waitress did not apologize - just threw her eyes up and said they were busy. Not true as there were two empty tables next to us for at least 20 minutes. Food was mediocre. So wait for 40 minutes to get a burger and chips - not going back again.

Even though the restaurant was completely full, the service staff was very friendly and took enough time for us.

The food was good and sufficient. Unfortunately I deducted a point for the drinks. Service without negative points. The ambience is decorated with a lot of love.

Despite its size, the location is comfortably furnished and you will enjoy spending more time here. The food was delicious and fresh. We were served by Mandy, who took a lot of time for us. Thanks for that :)

I went to this Peter Pane for the first time on Saturday and unfortunately also the last time there. We had reserved in advance and also stated that we would get a quiet table. Unfortunately we had to wait and then got a table at the counter, where it was very loud and there was a lot of foot traffic. After we received our cards, we were finally allowed to order after 30 minutes, and only because we had waved the waiter over. At the beginning he told us that it would take about another 30 minutes to prepare the food. Unfortunately, he didn't understand us very well or didn't know how to correctly enter into the system that I wanted an extra patty. It only worked after questions. We waited and waited and waited until our patience ran out after more than 45 minutes. Afterwards we had to wait another 5-10 minutes and then our food came, but we were really disappointed. For one burger the patty was almost cold and for me the fries were neither crispy nor hot. I know it differently from my Peter Pane. After we wanted to pay, also with a waiting time, we complained and instead of responding to it, we were proactively asked for a tip, which we found rude. Overall, the evening remains chaotic and not pleasant to remember. We could have spent the almost €60.00 better at the fast food restaurants... unfortunately.

I think it's stupid when the waiter chooses a seat for us even though the restaurant is almost empty. The waiter was not motivated and somehow spoiled our mood. I've been to this place several times, but I don't go there anymore.

Cool burger restaurant. The food was great and the service was great. When the kitchen made a mistake, the service responded with humor and was very courteous. You can't be mad about that. I'll definitely come back on my next visit to Berlin. 🍔🍟🍹

The burgers, fries, salads, dips and drinks are really great. The service was also great, very quick and very friendly. The experience is 10/10! What we didn't think was so great: Benches very narrow, very hard and uncomfortable. You almost sit on the lap of the next table and every time you move you bump into the other guests. The lamps above the tables hang so low that they are almost in your face and you can hardly see the person opposite you. That's a bit of a shame really because the service and food were really great.

Overrated. Burger good, service mediocre. Wouldn't recommend it...

We were very impressed with the quality of the food. Large portions, lots of vegan dishes and a very pleasant price on the menu. For children up to and including 12 years there is the kids menu on Sundays for 5.90 euros. Wow! There is a baby changing room on the ground floor. Friendly staff.

An impossible situation. We went to the restaurant there without a reservation. Everything was okay, we were brought to a table and first studied the cards. The conditions don't seem to include a hard and fast rule regarding clothing. Band t-shirts, shirts... the only thing missing is someone running around in jogging pants. My fiancée and I had absolutely no idea who worked there and who was a guest, apart from the nice waitress who brought us to the table. Great, of course if you have any questions. The drinks arrived after 10 minutes, the food after half an hour. The aisles are very narrow in the store. Like the other Peter Pane restaurants I know, the ambience is nice and inviting. The food was mediocre, lukewarm and, as we know, sporty prices. But that didn't spoil our stay. She was a blonde, cheeky employee. I could clearly see what the dynamics were like from my seat. 4 people receive, one serves and clears tables and two somehow make the cocktails. None of them work clothes. The blonde waitress walked around haphazardly with her cell phone and didn't do anything. My fiancée went to the bathroom while I took care of the bill. Since I noticed that none of the guests were being served, I just raised my arm normally and waited for people to notice me. Why do I say cheeky service? Well, when I reported, she spoke to me very arrogantly and said: Are we at school here? Or what does that mean? I then explained what a report in the catering industry means. In my case the bill. She continued with the statement: Yes, I'll be right there. So I looked more after our waitress, who was nice from the start. I said I would like to pay and it went very quickly. I tipped her accordingly and insisted not to share it if she had to. This branch has absolutely nothing to offer. Greetings from Bielefeld.

We had to wait a full 70 minutes for our food. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very tasty either and every run-of-the-mill burger joint tastes just as good. The regular burger meat is tough and I definitely recommend paying extra for the Angus beef. The waiters are hopelessly overwhelmed and even complain about the boss or the management. Normally food is NOT served on the upper floor, but the management wants it that way and so nothing works on site anymore because the kitchen can't keep up and neither can the waiters. It's better to eat at normal little burger joints. 1. It is significantly cheaper 2. Significantly faster 3. Very tasty I cannot recommend Peter Pane. Waiting 70 minutes for a €15 burger is not possible

Cheeseburger + small cola = 14 euros! Too expensive for what's on the plate. And: being addressed as “my dear” all the time. Annoying!

I didn’t like my experience at this restaurant much. The french fries were expansive but not homemade, also I felt a bit forced to consume and pay more than I wanted to. It’s good that you can find vegan hamburgers and that the menu is translated in différent languages. The music is maybe a bit too loud.

We've been meaning to try Peter Pane for a long time, and the day before yesterday we finally did. We use the Neotaste app and there are currently 2 attractively priced deals, so we took that as an opportunity. First the positive: the atmosphere is quite nice and the vegan mayo tasted surprisingly good. That's it for the plus points and let's move on to the negative: Although the store was not particularly busy at 8:45 p.m. on a Monday, the staff was understaffed and/or severely overwhelmed. We had to wait quite a long time to be able to order. This obviously happened to other customers too. Many also had to wait for the opportunity to pay. You could also see that the kitchen staff helped out with serving. When the burgers we ordered (Smashburger, Dreikäsehoch and Der Trufflete) were finally served to us after an above-average wait, they were all already cold to lukewarm at most. Cutlery was only brought to us when we asked. Instead of the pineapple juice spritzer I ordered, pure pineapple juice came and the Peters Passion lemonade turned out to be an overly sweet syrupy spritzer. The taste of the burgers also left a lot to be desired. The brioche buns were dry and a bit hard-crusted, which clearly made a stale impression. The fries were at least lukewarm, but otherwise just so-so. The Smashburger was an absolute bad joke. First of all, it wasn't a smash burger at all, just a very sparsely topped smaller burger with a smaller, half-sized patty. No smash, no braised onions, no burning aroma, nothing. The thing is supposed to cost €9 on a regular basis and was actually just worth the €1 we paid with the Neotaste deal. The other burgers were nothing earth-shattering in terms of taste, they were almost cold and the buns were stale, but they should still normally cost €15.90 per piece, WITHOUT fries, mind you. We had a 50% deal for 2 burgers through Neotaste, so that would have been bearable. However, during the ordering process, after the bun selection (at no extra charge), the waitress asked for BlackAngus for the patty and we said yes without thinking too much. After all, we had only selected individual burgers from the menu and had not studied all the possible additional options and their possible prices in detail. When I asked, the lady hadn't mentioned anything about an additional charge. The surprise then came on the bill, because this extra charge was a whopping €2.95. Per burger! So they want the regular price to be just under €19 for a burger without fries if you innocently agree to the BlackAngus offer. Craziness! If only the things were at least warm and tasty... The question also arises as to whether it is legally permissible to make additional offers for a fee without also communicating the price. We doubt that very much and in any case we were maximally satisfied with the number. Unfortunately, we had already tipped by card before we realized that there was something wrong with the amount of the bill. By the way, you can only get a receipt if you ask. They already know why... Addition: In the men's toilet, 2 out of 3 sinks had no soap, there was no paper to dry your hands and no other option for it. Our conclusion: Even as a gift, we will definitely never eat here again. There are fantastic burgers at comparatively very fair prices a few streets away, but you should give Peter Pane a wide berth for all the reasons mentioned. ************************ Update: After contacting Peter Pane customer service directly as requested, Peter Pane invited us to a branch of our choice as compensation for our experience. We had a lovely evening, the branch in Magdeburg did a great job and made us forget the negative experience in Berlin. We are therefore adjusting our Google rating to 4 stars.

Spectacular! Varied menu, but its strong point is the burgers. Try them yes or yes. You can choose bread, I recommend the brioche. Amazing fries too. The place is divine. Prices a little higher than average but it's worth it.

waren gestern zum ersten mal in der Peter Pane Filiale in der Rankstrasse , Seitenstrasse vom Ku'damm in Berlin. Sehr stilvolles Restaurant, gute Musik und sehr freubndliches Servivepersonal. Wir hatten einen Doppel Peter und einen Nacho macho mit jeweils Black Angus Beef. Ausgezeichneter und saftiger Patty, super beefgeschmack. Sauerteigbrot sehr gut. Mit den Pommes war nicht nur die Qualität top, auch die Menge war kaum zu schaffen. Getränke, Limonaden und Rosé wein perfekt. Der süsse Moment für zwei Personnen ( Brownie, Lavacake und zwei fozen Yogurt mit verschiden toppings und vielen Nüssen war supergut, auch hier eine riesen Portion. Einziger kritikpunkt war mein Esspresso, kaum Crema und lauwarm, da muss nur jemand mal die Maschine richtig einstellen. Also wir kommen wieder und können den Laden am Ku'damm nur wärmstens empfehlen. Peter Pane hebt sich deutlich von den anderen Fastfoodketten ab. War ein sehr schöner Abend, Vielen Dank.

Thanks to Mohamed Aoude very tasty. What turned out in the end was that we didn't get vanilla ice cream with the chocolate cake, but rather frozen yoghurt. It doesn't work at all if I order a vegan product.
