Really positive experience, relaxing and comfortable environment and menu with interesting choices. We took advantage of the hamburger, chips and drink offer for only €10. The burgers are delicious and their drinks are especially spectacular.

Doable if you have too much time, waiting time of at least an hour for a burger.

Friendly, especially towards our child; uncomplicated, so: it was a pleasure for us!

It really wasn't busy, and it took too long for me to get a seat and be served. I ordered a macaroni and cheese burger. Sounded really delicious. By the time it arrived, I was really hungry. It turned out to be a vegan chicken patty. Disgusting. I immediately noticed the mistake. I was no longer hungry, and I was asked to pay the full price, as if I had made a mistake. The place actually looks quite inviting, but mistakes like that, and then they don't even do anything to please... never again. Carsten Bauer

We went there spontaneously without a table reservation 😅 The young man at the reception quickly assigned us a table. We ordered our food and drinks, and they arrived within a reasonable time (the place was very busy). The lemonade and soft drinks are delicious. The sweet potato fries are really great. Paying was also quick and stress-free. When we left, there were people queuing outside, which speaks volumes about the good service and taste.

The burger patties are, unfortunately, almost inedible frozen patties. The atmosphere is nice, but the food is just not good :(

Super friendly staff. Absolutely child-friendly. The value for money is also excellent. Everything seemed very clean, tidy, and organized.

Unfortunately, I had to complain about a few things with my delivery, for example, I received vegan patties instead of four regular meatballs. When I clarified the matter, I was promised a credit, but it never happens. It's a shame, as I used to like ordering again and again, but I won't do that anymore!

My friend and I were really disappointed with this place. The advertising on the door and in the menu for the business lunch is very misleading. It says the lunch costs €10, but in reality, they add extra charges — the burger was another €16, and even the coffee seemed to be charged separately. In the end, we paid almost €30 each for what was supposed to be a €10 lunch. My friend didn’t understand what was going on either. It felt quite dishonest, and I wouldn’t want others to be misled the same way.

We had a reservation, were on time, and stood at the reception counter. It took 5-10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. After that, they continued clearing away the dishes without making any attempt to greet or seat the waiting guests. After a few more minutes, the receptionist briefly approached us and asked if we had a reservation. We explained that a table had been reserved for us at 8 p.m. The receptionist then disappeared into the back of the restaurant and didn't return for another 5 minutes. We felt compelled to leave this "restaurant" due to the abysmal service and zero "attention" to the guests! It's a shame, we just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. We certainly won't be back...

Definitely my favorite Peter Pan in Germany. Since the prices are the same everywhere, it's still relatively affordable for Kudamm. It's not cheap, but the burgers are really great. And my absolute highlight: Peter Pan is playing as an audio play in the restroom. As someone who regularly eats out alone, I've always felt comfortable there.

Okay, on Friday evening, the place seemed understaffed, which led to stressed employees. Orders were sometimes only brought after reminders. The burgers were okay, but I can't recommend nachos as a side dish. The restroom was in terrible condition, which I pointed out, and I got a shrug. Sorry, I don't need to repeat that...

Great vegan burgers in Berlin. Huge choice for vegans.

Very unfriendly, grumpy waiters who make you wait for quite a while and prefer to relax at the door rather than pay attention to the customers. We will definitely avoid this Peter Pane from now on. As a couple, you also get a very small table where you can barely move around. Generally, it's delicious and nicely decorated, but I don't want the staff to spoil my mood anymore.

I recommend this place definitely! The management has put a lot of efforts taking care of details for an amazing price, it is certainly woth it! From toilets to outside everything makes sense. I have enjoyed sitting there and i have been served well by a sweet person who has considered me individually. I felt good😁 and enjoyed my breadless burger and got a home made drink on the house 🏠😋 Keep up the good work and good luck in your business...

I live around the corner and it's actually a two-minute walk. We were there many years ago, but then decided not to come back—we couldn't remember why. So we gave it another try. We were there in the early evening (around 5:30 p.m.), and there were plenty of empty seats. But the table we were seated at was absolutely not clean. The coasters were smeared, and everything was covered in crumbs. The waitresses (all of them actually very friendly) watched as we tidied things up ourselves. The cutlery from the take-home jug also had slight residue (not used, but clearly not thoroughly cleaned). The Gin Basil Smash (cocktail) didn't have a single basil leaf. So, it wasn't a "Basil Smash" at all, but syrup with gin. The prices are truly outrageous!! The presentation and the first bite of the burger were positive. Large portion (but relatively expensive). Unfortunately, neither of us finished our meals. Halfway through, I asked my wife if her burger tasted like sausage, and she completely agreed. It's not ground beef that tastes like that, but leftover meat. It's hidden under a lot of sauce, but the meat itself is inedible in my opinion. Even without finishing our food, we were both more than full, the service was friendly, and the interior looks relatively cozy. Unfortunately, I won't be back for the food, and I can't recommend any drinks to anyone.

The selection is extensive, from chicken and beef to vegetarian dishes. The sugar-free lemonade was delicious, and the burger was amazing. Service was fast, and all special requests were fulfilled. The ambiance is very nice.

To be honest, I expected a very ordinary burger and fries here, but I was surprised by the quality of the food. I tried the Dreikäsehoch burger along with the champion fries and enjoyed both. If you’re craving some indulgent, greasy fast food, this is definitely a good spot!

We recently visited Peter Pane in the western part of Berlin, and overall we had a very good experience. The restaurant is located in a lively and attractive area full of shops, which makes it a nice spot to stop for a meal. The atmosphere inside is cozy and modern, with a welcoming vibe. The food was very good, and we especially appreciated the wide variety of vegetarian options, which is important to us as a vegetarian family. They also offered a kids’ menu, and as soon as we arrived our 7-year-old daughter was given crayons and a sheet to color, which was a thoughtful touch and kept her entertained while we waited. The service was attentive and friendly, and everything ran smoothly. Prices are a little on the higher side, but considering the location and the quality of the food, it felt reasonable. All in all, we left with a positive impression and would recommend Peter Pane, especially for families and for anyone looking for tasty vegetarian choices in one of Berlin’s trendiest areas.

Shout out to Ishan who make sure we were taken care properly. We ordered a lot of different items but the one which I can vouch for was the CHEE's Vegan, Sir COCH-A-LOT and Peter's ApfelSchnitte. Obviously all recommended by the one and only Ishan kudos to his hard work and dedication to how he ran like a lighting bolt from table to table. Hope to come back soon!!!

Burgers were Amazing. Atmosphere was also Super chill. But the real MVP was our waiter, Ishaan. He was like Google Translate with a smile, switching between English and German so smoothly my family thought he had superpowers. Plus, he knew the burger menu like he wrote it himself haha. Very bad service, or rather the lady in the brown suit, who ignored us the whole time. I am a doctor of medicine for 52 years and I treat everyone decently. I would immediately fire such an employee. We spent a week in Berlin visiting the city, which we loved, and while looking for the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, we found this German franchise. We loved it, we ate very well, the place was nice and pleasant, and if you go with children, they'll like it because everything has Peter Pan motifs; even when you're in the bathroom, you can hear the Peter Pan story being told. There are several locations in Berlin, and we visited two, which were great.

Delicious food, a little small but delicious. Unfortunately, the service was overwhelmed, and we had to wait a long time to order. This definitely resulted in a loss of revenue for the restaurant.

We've always been satisfied there so far. The Esden is good, and the service was. This time: the waiter in a dingy camping outfit, didn't bring any menus of his own accord, used the informal "du" without being asked, ignored a simple question from my 11-year-old grandson (answer: "Continue"), was annoyed even though it was still very empty at midday. I had to chase him to pay, and no thanks for the generous tip. Even though the service was definitely not worth it, I know what's appropriate. In the future, we'll check who's working there at the time – unfortunately, tourists can't do that. They'll take the bad impression with them.

Positive: Very good selection on the menu. Overall, I'd say everything went quite well, but there are better options, especially in Berlin. It was quite empty on a Saturday night, which surprised me a bit. But that also meant we didn't need a reservation, and the food arrived very quickly. Negative was that at the end, they very pushy asked for a Google review. I personally don't like the "if you leave a review, you'll get a free coffee" approach either.

I really can't understand the bad reviews! We sat on the terrace – it was crowded, lively, and simply beautiful. Despite the hustle and bustle, the young lady Nadja served us with a smile, as if she had all the time in the world. She was so warm and attentive, you immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere was wonderful: fresh air, cheerful voices – almost like a little vacation in the middle of the city. A place where you'd want to stay the whole evening. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!
