PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Berlin

The burger was truly delicious—juicy, well-prepared, and made with high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the service significantly spoiled the experience. We had to wait 20 minutes just to place our order. Then it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes for the bill. The napkins were missing from the table—we had to ask for them. When two cups of coffee were brought to us, sugar and teaspoons were missing. There were only knives and forks on the table. The service wasn't particularly friendly and didn't seem to be trying hard. It's a shame that the quality of the food doesn't match the service.

The patties are more like a meatball. Still very tasty. Clean shop. Rich in detail and there is a radio play playing in the toilet 😄😄😄

Were in Berlin for a few days in April and had something to eat here! We thought it was great! Food was freshly prepared and very good quality! Service very attentive and friendly... We will definitely come back again

Very tasty, very generous portions and our server Melissa was super friendly. What we also liked was that there is a large vegan/vegetarian offering.

Service was good atmosphere was also amazing love the Vibe enjoyed alot but food wasn’t good at all. we have paid 320€ 😖 they need to think about about their menu and need to change the taste we were different nationalities including locals everyone was like 🤮

Definitely recommended, everything was just right here, the service person Melissa was very attentive, you can count yourself lucky to have such employees. The food was very tasty. We will definitely come back

There were three of us in the restaurant. Food super delicious! Atmosphere great! And Melissa gave us great advice on the choice of food and served us wonderfully. Danger of repetition!

We ate here on a recent trip to Berlin. One of our group was keen to have a burger. It turned out to be the worst food we had over our 5 days in Berlin. Food looked the part but was tasteless. Burger was like a McDonalds pate rather than a thick burger. One of our group had chips with a topping and he couldn't even finish it as he said it was tasteless and the chips were rotten. Chain restaurant, charging decent money but delivering poorer quality than a McDonalds. Also, hated the bench seats that you shared with random people behind you.

Tonight I ate like a king, Tonight I decided to make Peter pane again and it was a very good idea. It's so cozy here on Kurfürstendamm and the music is pop. Bene der Kellern, who served me that evening, was extremely friendly and competent. After thinking about it for a long time, I decided on “the hero” from the vegan menu and a St. Peter’s Passion. The food came after a short time and everything was warm, just as I wanted it. After the excellent meal there was a waffle with vanilla ice cream and walnuts to round off the whole meal. I had a wonderful evening and really enjoyed my meal. That's why the Peter Pane here on Kurfürstendamm gets a 5/5/5.

The hamburger was not bad, I have eaten better ones of course :) The prices are reasonable compared to the hamburger market. The atmosphere is also very nice.

Generally speaking, the food at Peter Pane is always good. The service was very nice and friendly and obviously very well trained. In this context, however, I do have a complaint, and in retrospect, find it very annoying, that the prices are quite misleading. If I have to/can/may make so many choices when ordering a burger, I expect not to be charged a surcharge again because I ultimately lose track of it all. Especially since no one thinks of reducing the price if you deselect an ingredient. Besides, we waited over an hour for our burgers. And no, not all the seats were full. I've been to Peter Pane many times, but next time I might look for something else.

We were there on a Saturday evening without a reservation and got a table straight away. The food was very good and the portion was absolutely reasonable. We would particularly like to praise our cellar Isi! Super friendly and attentive! Really recommended!

I went there without any great expectations as part of an evening event, but the burger and fries were great, the service was a little too inattentive but friendly and the ambience was just what you would expect from a franchise. Overall, better than ok!

The food was good. I ordered a vegan chickpea burger and one drink for which I had to wait for almost 45mins which is not so nice experience. The service wasn’t quick. Also, the food esp. drink was tasty and pommes also. Vegan burger was good but the mayo sauce in it wasn’t vegan. I could smell egg in it. Since I am a vegan, I highly appreciate if the restaurant could mention the type of sauce that they are using is vegan or not in their speisekarte for the customers as well.

Food was delicious, unfortunately the service was very poor. A drink was forgotten and our table was generally forgotten/ignored. Very unfortunate. Towards the end it got worse and everyone was asked to tip for the “service”.

Unfortunately the burger was brought to the table cold. It was quite dry and quite hard. This hasn't happened at other Peter Pane restaurants. Edit: I went to Peter Pane again, this time everything was great! The food was super delicious! Service and ambience good as always.

It was our first time in Berlin and we ended up here for dinner and we didn't regret it. Super nice staff and the food was great too. The absolute blast was the children's/parents' toilet, our daughter and I celebrated it 😍

We love going to Peter Pane for burgers. However, this time we were not satisfied. Prices are getting more and more expensive. Today we ordered the “Smash Burger” as a single burger for €9.90. The burger was definitely not worth the money. For €10 I can get better, bigger burgers everywhere. Especially since Peter Pane doesn't come with any side dishes included in the price.

Very welcoming environment, very kind and smiling staff (even with tourists, which is not to be taken for granted!) Delicious sandwiches and their homemade drinks to try. I would definitely go back.

Hello We were there on 2/15/25. Really loved the food and selection, the quick service, the friendly service and the great atmosphere BUT the sanitary facilities were terrible, dirty, broken, and didn't smell good. I would have preferred to go backwards again. I hope the saying in the restaurant industry about the kitchen versus the toilets doesn't apply here and it was just a slip-up.

Staff really nice. Pleasant shop, BUT: Burgers are often only lukewarm and toilets are often unkempt. According to the protocol, the last check was at 5:00 p.m. today at 9 p.m. - and that's what it looked like. Not a one-time incident. The chocolate cake with cherries had a tiny dollop of cherry compote - without a single cherry! Everything is rather unusual for system catering. Maybe headquarters should send a mystery shopper over!?

Tasty burgers but terrible service overall. First you have to wait for everything at least 10 minutes (even for menu), then during the cooking time discovery comes out..they did wrong note and you get wrong order..or get something you didn’t order at all..or..wait 10-15 minutes for bill.. I can understand when it happens once, but not almost every visit. Don’t recommend it, there are better places around.

Peter Pane: Decent Burgers, but Extremely Slow Service We visited Peter Pane on a Friday evening, and while the burgers were quite good, the service left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was busy and likely understaffed, leading to a 20-30 minute wait just to be seated. The staff seemed disorganized. The person responsible for seating guests was either absent or busy serving food, while a waitress at the bar was scrolling through her phone and sipping coffee, seemingly ignoring the growing queue. It wasn’t until the waiting area became completely full and I approached her directly that she finally took action. By that point, the mood was already spoiled. Once seated, the service improved, and the burgers had a good variety at reasonable prices. However, the frustrating wait at the start left a bad impression. Overall, while the food is decent, the service needs serious improvement, especially during peak hours.

Plus, it wasn't as noisy as other restaurants and the service was very friendly. There are many delicious alternatives for vegans - I can only recommend this restaurant!

They didn't want to give us a table at first. When we then explained that we just wanted something to drink, we were given a table after a short time to think about it. We stuck with two cocktails which were okay. When we left it felt like being thrown out.

The burgers and fries were delicious but the nachos weren't worth it, they were just a small bowl of Doritos or something with a cheese dip, delicious but I could have bought 2 bags for that money

Unique burgers in a great ambience. The drinks are also worth a visit as there are specially created drinks such as lemonades, cocktails and many more. Unfortunately, I found the waiting times a bit long, which is of course understandable with a full restaurant, but that wasn't the case for us. Overall it is a very nice restaurant and always worth a visit.

We had our Christmas party there in a small group. We made a reservation there because after 6 p.m. it gets very crowded and loud. There is something for everyone here too, from vegan to vegetarian burgers 🍔. But those who like to eat meat won't miss out here either. Good selection of drinks. You'll get full from them🍔. 1 star🌟 deduction is available for the benches that have no backrest. You get back pain after a while.
