Have reserved for 7 p.m. Then it took at least half an hour until a waiter came and we could order. Then we were told that our order (crispy chicken) was out and that there was only grilled chicken patty. Afterwards we were forced to look for another burger. We waited forever again, ordered and said 'no onion please'. The waiter said there weren't any inside anyway, which is different according to the menu. Waited about 45 minutes for our food, then the burger came. With onion. Too expensive for that.

We specifically asked if it could be done within 45 minutes because we were under a bit of time pressure. The gentleman (waitress) said: No problem at all. So we sat down. After 20 minutes we left without being served. If a guest asks whether it could be quicker and you receive confirmation, then a waitress has to “check” that after a few minutes he will serve the guest and take the order. Really annoying and a real shame. (November 20th at 5 p.m.)

Absolutely inattentive service! How can you make customers wait 20 minutes for an order to be taken? They weren't understaffed. I work in the catering industry myself and have never experienced anything like this.

Unfortunately, my visit to Peter Pan Burger disappointed me. The taste of the food was really unconvincing and unfortunately I found the prices far too high. The price-performance ratio is simply not right here. It's a shame, I was hoping for more.

Very bad service, you weren't allowed to sit upstairs because there weren't enough waiters upstairs, downstairs you were stuck at a narrow table for 4 people, and you weren't allowed to move to a larger one that was free. It was supposedly reserved. But no one came to the table during our entire visit. It took forever for someone to come to the table and bring us cards, even though it wasn't that full. When the food came, 3 burgers came at the same time and the 4th and the fries first minutes later, so you sat there with no side dishes and one person completely without eating. The quality of the food was also quite disappointing, definitely not a recommendation compared to other castle shops in the area. Especially for this price. In the end we were brought the wrong bill and charged. If we hadn't checked the receipt again, we would have simply had to pay almost 15 euros more. Once and never again, the only good thing about this shop is the ambience including the toilets - everything seems to be of a higher quality than in a run-of-the-mill burger shop

Went here recently after shopping at the mall. I've known Peter Pane restaurants for a long time. The food and service were fine. But what's really gone down are the drinks. The supposedly great homemade lemonades no longer taste good. Totally watered down. That's not possible people!! 🤨 Looks like a lot of profit optimization. Leave it!! This ruins the otherwise solid overall impression. 😞

We were booked at short notice with 6 people in the Peter Pane in the Eastsidemall in the evening before the ice hockey game on October 26th, 2024. Good ambience, cozy. Delicious food and friendly, attentive service who took great care of our well-being. (The colleague was called Klara or Clara) We can only recommend Peter Pane.

Delicious food for young and old! Freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Reservation is recommended, so we did and it was a perfect fit.

The burgers are simply delicious. Service was very friendly, quick and attentive. The food also came quickly. The only drawback was that one bench didn't have a backrest, which wasn't very comfortable and we were always sitting on the train when the door opened.

A very lovingly furnished restaurant. For me personally, the music was sometimes a bit too loud. The lamp at our table hung a little too low so that we couldn't see each other, but that didn't affect the great quality of the food in any way. The service was totally attentive and friendly. I went here for the first time on Friday and let's be honest, I'm not used to going to this kind of restaurant. However, I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the huge choice on offer and the service. We could choose our burgers and the type of bread we wanted, I left feeling full. The staff were quick and friendly. The only downside was the slightly high prices for burgers, but they were good. We had a great time with my boyfriend, the place was very clean and the staff were polite. I would recommend :D

Today I was back in Berlin for the first time in a long time and went to see my mother. We went straight to Peter Pane when we arrived and I don't regret anything! We had a huge selection and I was completely overwhelmed but was able to decide due to “peer pressure” 😅... It was really tasty and I can definitely recommend it!! The staff was sooo nice and really cool. So I can really only recommend spending the evening there because it is just beautiful and also a great environment!!

The food was good. A “very good” is given if the burgers match the price (or vice versa 😉). Ambience is very nice. Staff is courteous and quick. What's less nice are the uncomfortable tables/seats, which are far too small and too narrow. We had a table for two. There was extremely little space on it, as there also had to be room for the tray with the sauces, a beer mug with cutlery, the menu and an advertising sign 🙄.

Unfortunately the food was cold and we had to wait forever and not recommended for the price!!!
