A fantastic experience, a very pleasant atmosphere, a wonderful choice of music, and many thanks to our waitress Nadija who made our evening so special.

Stopped by here spontaneously because I was passing by and hungry. The food options looked promising, but the prices were definitely on the high side. So I thought to myself: this better be good! And wow, I have to say they really delivered. I chose the vegetarian mac & cheese cheeseburger with the lunch menu, including fries, a drink (even a beer) and the frozen yogurt for dessert. The food was nicely presented, and I already knew it was going to be good before biting into it. The fries were perfect. And being able to help myself from three different very tasty sauces from the table was nice. The burger was beautifully cheesy, spicy and super tasty. So my final verdict is you pay a bit more than the average burger joint, but in return you get a nice ambience, attentive and friendly service, a nice view and very high-quality food. I will be back if I’m in the area for a nice treat. The only things that could’ve been better that I thought of was a) the music and b) providing a wet wipe for the hands

You don't even realize you're in a mall; you can relax and enjoy delicious food, and the service is perfect. Shout out to Gloria!

We visited Peter Pane for the first time and ate there as a couple. The initial impression and the concept are strongly reminiscent of Hans im Glück, both in terms of layout and menu – which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it does lack originality. We ordered two burgers and a pound of fries. The food tasted okay, but nothing special. Especially compared to other burger joints that offer fresher ingredients, more expertly prepared burgers, and a more authentic overall experience, often at a lower price, the value for money here seems rather average. You can tell it's a chain restaurant – the ambiance is decent, but lacks any particular charm. Overall, not a bad restaurant, but not one we'd wholeheartedly recommend. If there aren't any better options nearby and you're in the mood for a no-nonsense burger, Peter Pane is an acceptable choice – but nothing more. 🍔

I really enjoyed my visit, and I always find Peter Pane's burgers absolutely delicious. There's also a great selection for vegetarians. The server at our table was very friendly and made sure we got our food and drinks quickly despite staff shortages. We had reserved in advance, which was definitely a good thing. We wouldn't have been able to get a table for six people at that time without a reservation. It was quite busy on that Sunday evening, just before a concert at the arena.

The food and service were very good. I especially recommend the vegetarian and vegan burgers. Absolutely delicious. The entrance definitely needs a windbreak. It was so unpleasant every time someone came in, and we weren't even sitting right by the door.

The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal. We had to wait 30 minutes for our order to be taken, and the order process was interrupted because another table wanted to pay. The staff was also very rude and didn't pay attention to the customers. Because the restaurant is open-air, it's very cold through the entrance doors.

The service here is simply abysmal. Aside from the fact that just taking an order now takes forever, things have just gotten even worse. After an employee showed us to a table—who, by his own admission, could only wipe tables—the service stopped altogether. When his colleague came, supposedly to take our order, he pointed to a QR code for ordering and disappeared again without even making eye contact. The bottom line: the QR code was invalid, and we left. Regarding deliveries: I've placed over five Uber Eats orders from this restaurant. The delivery time was consistently at least 1 hour and 40 minutes, even though we live just a 3-minute drive away. Once, I spoke with an Uber driver and asked what was going on: he said Peter Pane is so unpopular among delivery drivers that many colleagues accept the order and then immediately cancel it. He said it's almost always the case that drivers have to wait outside the restaurant for at least half an hour until the food is ready. With this information, I thought I'd just call and ask if my order had been received in the system today, Friday, at 6:00 PM. Up until then, I'd assumed the orders simply got lost in the shuffle. I called at 6:10 PM and was told the order had been received. I was finally able to pick up my order at 7:40 PM. Sorry, but 6:00 PM is far from prime time at this restaurant, and there's no justification for such a long delivery time. On top of that, with the last two orders, I only received half the usual portion of fries. Besides, almost every other restaurant manages to staple the delivery bag shut; here, it's one step too many. So I have no idea where the other half of the fries actually went. ;)

We were here today, a Monday, at 1 p.m., as a couple. Unfortunately, even after a considerable wait, we weren't able to get a table. The restaurant wasn't full. The manager seemed completely overwhelmed and kept saying at least four times that someone would be there to seat us. Sadly, nothing happened. 😐 We won't be coming back.

A dream! Really great burgers, fries, sauces, and cocktails!!! Fantastic service, truly friendly and attentive! BUT why isn't there a curtain at the entrance??? Especially in winter, the extremely cold air every time the door opens ruins the pleasant feeling; this urgently needs to be addressed!

We're regulars here, but our evening last night was unfortunately disappointing. To the owner: if you have too few staff, why not serve fewer tables? That would only be fair to the guests and especially to your staff. In any case, we were very dissatisfied with the service (the staff member in question seemed more like a participant in the Berlin Marathon; we actually felt quite sorry for them!). There were far too many guests for too few staff. The food, however, was great as always 🍔👍

⸻ We've been there three or four times already, but what we experienced yesterday means we won't be visiting again for the foreseeable future. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes for our table, even though there were several free tables upstairs – which is where we were eventually shown. Another 15 minutes passed without anyone coming to take our order, and the QR code on the table displayed "System offline." After finally receiving the menus and ordering immediately, we waited 40 minutes for our drinks. A polite inquiry with the server was met with an annoyed "Coming right up" – without any eye contact whatsoever. The food finally arrived within another 30 minutes and, as always, was delicious and a generous portion. However, even ordering another round of drinks only resulted in increasingly irritated behavior from the staff until we paid, which completely detracts from the otherwise positive overall impression of the restaurant. For us and our friends, this was therefore our last visit for the time being. Competitors like Hans im Glück, just down the street, demonstrate that there's another way – professional service and significantly faster service. Our concern isn't about having to wait when the place is full, but about respectful treatment and at least a brief "Sorry, we're currently understaffed" or something similar. Sincerely,

A restaurant called [Name of Restaurant] is located right by the East Side Mall. The line at the entrance was very, very long, and it was clear from the start that the staff was overwhelmed. Unfortunately, we had to go to the staff twice and politely remind them that we wanted to order! After an hour, our food arrived. It was very tasty, but no longer hot! It was also quite chilly upstairs in the restaurant! Tip: Sit downstairs, as there are hardly any staff members upstairs!

A 110-minute wait and still no food. After asking several times, we were repeatedly told our order was being prepared... We then wanted to pay for our drinks, but this was supposedly not possible because it was a set menu. After a long argument and absolutely no goodwill gesture, I had to pay €20 for drinks that shouldn't have cost even €15. We were even threatened with the police. If I hadn't had three children with me who behaved impeccably despite the long wait, I would have taken it upon myself to do so. It wasn't just our table that had this problem. Several guests experienced similarly long waits and left... Not recommended!!! No manager or person in charge was present. Even on Friedrichstrasse, you don't have to wait this long, and the place is packed.

We were there on a Saturday (we had a reservation) and were informed at reception that the kitchen was closed until 5 pm. Even after that, we still had to wait a very long time for everything. The food arrived 40 minutes or more after the drinks, and the waiters selectively ignored us. We made it easy for the staff by piling up all the empty plates and other items, but they still didn't clear them away. Nevertheless, the food and drinks were tasty.

Great place, if you can actually get in after a 45-minute appointment. Then you have to wait 40 minutes for the bill. Great place. The waitress said she couldn't right now, several times.

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. The food was lukewarm, and to top it off, they brought me the wrong thing. How something like that could even happen is beyond me. The service was incredibly slow; it felt like they'd simply forgotten about me. The wait was endless; I thought I'd grow old there. Although I did get a discount in the end, the incorrect order meant the final price was still higher than what I had originally ordered—absolutely incomprehensible. All in all, a complete disaster for me—I wouldn't go back.

I'm here today with my school class on a school trip. Good music. Fast, delicious food. Taste is truly 10/10. The waitress Gloria, the best employee, is giving her a raise.

This place is the best I've ever eaten at, and definitely the most beautiful. Then there are the incredibly friendly staff, like Gloria, who was always there for you and always took care of you. In my opinion, she deserves a raise! 🥳

We went to the restaurant today before the Nina Chuba concert. We had a table reservation for 4:45 pm and had to wait an hour and a half for our food. The restaurant wasn't full. The server was very friendly, but you could tell she was stressed because almost all the other guests were heading to the concert and the food was taking so long. The same chaos ensued when we paid. We barely made it to the concert in time. We felt sorry for the server. She did her best, and it wasn't her fault at all. I have no idea what went wrong in the kitchen. All the other guests were annoyed, and the poor server, who was completely out of her element, became increasingly nervous. There was no apology. If you're planning to go to a concert, I wouldn't recommend making a reservation there, or at least plan on spending a lot of time there.

The fries with guacamole were delicious, and my wife's Thanksgiving salad was perfect. We especially want to commend our waitress Gloria, who was very friendly and attentive. She informed us right away that the wait would be over an hour due to staff shortages – which was perfectly fine with us. The atmosphere was cozy and modern. We'll definitely be back!

No beer, no information that some of the drinks were sold out. Not even a bottled beer. The cocktail was just too sweet. Sorry, but never again. A shame, I expected more. The service was completely unenthusiastic. I'd rather go to the place across the street.

Extremely long wait. We only wanted a burger an hour before our movie. We missed it. We initially thought it was a tactic to get us to order more drinks, but the staff skillfully avoided all eye contact. They were worried someone might order something.

We visited your restaurant again today. We had friends with us, planned a movie night, and wanted to eat at your place beforehand. Unfortunately, the wait for our food was 1 hour and 15 minutes. We're not used to that from you. Even if you're short-staffed, a quick heads-up from the waiter would have been appreciated. We arrived at the cinema too late. It's a shame, this visit was a bust.

It's taking too long I've been here for a while it's taking too long!!!

The table next to us received their food earlier than we did, even though we had ordered earlier. Furthermore, there was a severe shortage of mayonnaise throughout the entire restaurant.

The food is amazing. However, I've never actually had the chance to order sweet potato fries. Every time I order them, they're expensive, but when I pick them up, they're always sold out. This is incredibly frustrating and destroys my trust in the restaurant, especially if they could manage to run a proper business again.

We had a reservation and stood around for minutes, actively ignored by the staff. Then we tried to speak to the waiters. They just walked right past us. No "Hello, just a moment" or anything. One of them even pushed my girlfriend's bag away. There was a woman sitting at the front, completely disoriented, just talking on her phone. I understand the stress when it's busy, but to ignore our very existence when we had a reservation is just crazy...

The food was delicious, as always. Only the service was overwhelmed...

Fries delicious and the hamburger delicious

We tested this place out with the discount app NEO TASTE and it was such a good VEGAN burger!!! Their beef-like burpee Patti is amazing!!! Also the fries with truffle loaded sauce is damn good! But unfortunately we had to wait for aged to order and for our food even the restaurant wasn’t that full (understaffed).

Even though we hadn't made a reservation for seven people, everything was done to ensure we were seated. Very friendly staff, fast service, and excellent food.

Nice place, fast food but well prepared

We went to Peter Pane in the East Side Mall this afternoon. There's nothing to complain about: delicious burgers, delicious thirst quenchers, and delicious coleslaw. We "only" had Peter's Break each day, but it was still a pretty decent portion for our stomachs.

Kitchen closed at 8:38 PM, even though it's open until 10:30 PM. Really?

Four of us went to Peter Pane and were really looking forward to it. We were not disappointed! Our server, Gloria, was very attentive and always available to help and advise us. The food was delicious, and my picky little girl loved my burger so much that she surprisingly ordered another one too. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening. My kids loved the atmosphere.

The staff were so friendly and dedicated; I would gladly give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, there were simply far too few staff for the number of guests and the size of the restaurant. As a result, we had to wait quite a while for our food, although I don't see the staff as being at fault. As someone who comes from a restaurant background, I always feel sorry for such situations. Thanks to the lovely waiter who still tried to make the most of our visit!

The food was very good but the service was uncoordinated and too fast and the ambience was also good but too cramped.

First of all, I have to say that the employees (waiters) are very unfriendly and disrespectful to customers. They brought me a Coke Zero even though I had ordered a Fanta. I then told them I had ordered a Fanta, and they were very annoyed (noticeably so). And there was a hair in my dessert. The atmosphere was loud, with music playing in the background. You couldn't talk quietly with your friends.

We're used to a higher standard of service at Peter Pane. The waiter's service was unfriendly and almost rude, as was his advice. The ordered dishes weren't served in their entirety. When asked about this, the succinct reply was: "Sorry, I'm alone, it's just like that." No receipt was handed out when paying. When asked, the answer was: "Sorry, the paper is empty."

We had reserved a table and still had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes...like many others...the absolute worst...

It was truly delicious, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was fantastic and very clean. We even got a seat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love Peter Pane, the best burger in the world, and the restaurants are always beautifully made. All the burgers are great, and they have a really wide variety. The drinks are also great, and you can even hear the story of Peter Pane in the bathroom. I would recommend everyone to go here and spend a few euros more instead of eating at McDonald's. 10/10 I love eating here 🍔🍟😋😃

2 Burgers for 40min，Ridiculous service

Unfortunately, it was an absolute disaster. The ambiance was positive, but that was about it. The staff were completely overwhelmed. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. A 40-minute wait for a drink. And that wasn't just for us, but for all the guests. The meat in one of the burgers was barely edible, as it was only half cooked. For these high prices, the experience was a disgrace. Never again – and in our opinion, that was true for many guests yesterday (we could hear a lot of grumbling from the guests). It's a shame.

We came today Saturday before the concert in the Arena. Luckily we had booked a table The team was clearly understaffed, we had to wait one hour for our food The food was good and the waitress was running everywhere but was still super friendly with us! Our one star is for the management, it cannot be so poorly organised on a Saturday afternoon.

Three of us were here on a Saturday afternoon. All three of us ordered a lunch menu and had to wait almost an hour for our burgers. Since we had movie tickets, we couldn't even eat our dessert, which didn't arrive in time. When we rounded up our bill without tipping, we received a snide comment from the waitress. The burgers and fries were delicious, but the wait for the burgers and fries was far too long. What a shame.

Got a table without a reservation. Not all of the benches had backrests. There was also no coat rack, so I had to stuff my jacket between the seats. The noise level was high. The food came quickly and was delicious.

The waiter was very enthusiastic and super friendly, a real sweetheart. He also recommended that we order Manu from "Peter's Pause," which was a great price! (A burger, small fries, and a large drink for €10) was delicious! The restaurant is also very nicely decorated with a beautiful panoramic view.

Like all Peter Pane restaurants so far, it's simply excellent. Nice atmosphere, reasonable prices, delicious vegan food. We were there for lunch during the week with our young children (6 and 4), and it was a great experience!

A very nice restaurant with friendly staff and good food. There was hardly any wait time for either the table or the food. Unfortunately, it was a bit expensive; for example, a 0.5-liter drink cost €5.90. Otherwise, it was very good.

I ordered a double Peter and my wife an avocado burger without bread. Both were perfectly prepared and served with special requests (plus jalapenos, plus cheddar, no chips, plus extra paddy).

Food is good but a bit over priced. Waitress needs to work on her attitude.

The food was good, as always at Peter Pane. We were there on a Friday afternoon, and there seemed to be only one server on site. This obviously didn't help with the speed of service. The atmosphere at other branches was a bit nicer. But that might be because this restaurant is located in a shopping center.
