The service was super sweet and nice and showed great understanding and interest in my autistic eating disorder because I was there on May 4th, 2025 to make progress with my autistic eating disorder in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere and ambience

Not recommended. First we had to actively ensure that someone came to take our order and then we had to wait almost an hour for two burgers. But at least it didn't taste good. The burger patties could have been from McD or BurgerK and had been fried to death. But the fries were ok. The price is definitely NOT proportional to the quality.

Was left waiting for over an hour for two burgers, chicken nuggets, and a salad. We reminded a staff member after 40 minutes and got up yo leave when our good arrived. When we went to pay bill, we were again left waiting, because they couldn't find the staff member who served us. We just wanted to pay and leave. Unbelievable awful service. Avoid.

We went to this restaurant before a concert at the Uber Arena. Everything is very narrow and squat. It's not possible to sit comfortably here. The burger was delicious. We had to borrow sauces from the neighboring table. Not available for every table. The fries were cold. The waiter just shrugged his shoulders at this. Expensive and unspectacular.

It was a great experience! Delicious food at fair prices. Above all, Janne's service was outstanding. A very attentive, friendly waiter. Definitely coming back!!

We ordered food which for the high price was mediocre AT BEST and received it 45 minutes later. This is 2 burgers and 2 portions of fries. The service was very nice but the level of the food and the waiting time make it impossible to give this restaurant more than 2 stars

A delicious burger with a great price-performance ratio. The ambience is ok, you sit right in the center. But the service is great and nice.

The food is always great. But their service is awful. The poor waiters are getting overworked. They don’t have enough waiters every single time I come here (and I come here almost every other week) the manager should really consider getting more waiters because there are always people queuing and waiting. But just getting our food, even right now while I’m sitting here in the restaurant and writing this, takes almost 50 mins. We have to flag down a waiter otherwise we would be sitting here for 2 hours instead. They don’t pay attention to their customers because they are rushing with other orders. Pure chaos. For peter pane I expected better service.

As Hans im Glück ordered on Wish. The fries taste like frozen fries and are unseasoned. In contrast to Hans im Glück, the burgers look like they are made of papier-mâché and the meat also seems to come from the frozen section. All in all, not good value for money in my opinion.

Super tasty food and drink, very nice service staff and fast service. The only drawback and therefore only 4 stars: the price. The drinks in particular are very expensive. The washrooms are also very clean and modern and you can listen to a radio play. Pretty creative, I think.

We had ordered a table before a concert, the table was assigned to us, we also ordered food and drinks straight away, drinks came quickly, unfortunately after waiting for over an hour we still didn't have any food. We ended up canceling the meal because we wanted to get to the concert on time. The waiter apologized by saying that there were too many guests in the restaurant... well, when you accept reservations, you also know how many guests are there at the same time... if that's not possible, you can't accept that many reservations. We won't be going to Peter Pane again because we've seen the wait for a burger take longer than an hour several times.

We were at the Peter Pane East Side Mall on Saturday March 29th, 2025 at 5:35 p.m. and wanted to grab something quick to eat before a concert at the UBER Arena. We entered on the upper floor. Unfortunately there was no one at the entrance who gave us a table. (probably staff shortage). We walked past the sign “please wait you will be assigned a table” and asked the friendly service staff for a table for 2 people and were ultimately able to choose a seat/table. It took a while until we received the menu or menu book, so around 5:45 p.m. we were able to order drinks, 2 burgers and one sweet potato fries. The drinks came after a normal waiting time. After that, unfortunately, patience and a growling stomach were required. After 35 and 45 minutes we politely asked if it would take long for the food to arrive? Finally, at 6:45 p.m. (over 1 HOUR WAITING TIME) the warm fries and the second burger arrived, which unfortunately were only lukewarm and almost cold. Of course, after an hour of waiting, our drinks were now warm instead of cold. The burgers and fries tasted good, the service staff were nice and polite, but we were very dissatisfied with the unusually long waiting time and the burgers that were only lukewarm. Unfortunately, it also affects the nice service staff when it comes to the amount of the tip, even though they are probably the least responsible for it taking so long. Because of this bad experience, I think we won't dine at Pete Pane next time. Too bad

My girlfriend and I went to PETER PANE for the first time. The atmosphere was very pleasant, it wasn't crowded (it was a weekday afternoon), and we received very friendly and courteous service. The selection was fantastic—our meal was incredibly delicious, and because everything was so relaxed, we completely lost track of time and stayed longer than planned. We'll be back!

We had reserved for 7 p.m. and arrived 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, we stood in the drafty, open entrance for 17 minutes, pretty much deserted, waiting until we were taken to the square. Several employees often rushed past us and either turned their heads to the side so as not to have to speak to us, or promised that someone would take care of us straight away. We were then taken to our table on the empty first floor, which we didn't like. As I said, the upper floor was empty, there was no one to be seen apart from the guests who were using the toilet. Our request to sit at another table (exactly one next to it because of the view) was reluctantly granted with a pinched face. We asked how long it would take because we wanted to go to the concert in the Uber Arena. It would be quick, they would let you know in the kitchen. We waited 10 minutes for the drinks, then another 20 minutes for 2 burgers! We had almost no time to eat, it was completely wasted waiting. We had to leave half of the delicious food for reasons of time; we paid downstairs because there were no employees left on the first floor. Conclusion: food great, service more than poor. To eat a burger in a restaurant, 1 hour should be enough, unfortunately not here. Addendum: Peter Pane responded to my criticism in an extremely friendly, courteous and serious manner. I was invited with my companion by Peter Pane for another visit on an evening of my choice. Dear PETER PANE team, thank you very much for this. However, I don't write reviews to scrounge up another meal. I am pleased that you took my criticism seriously and ask you to donate the amount of our invitation to the Berliner Tafel - THANK YOU

The food was very tasty and I would always recommend it. But what impressed me most was the service. Our waitress Maja was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, my companion and I both have allergies and therefore always take a little longer to order. We often have the feeling that the service doesn't take us seriously and that we take too long to order, but not here. Despite the relatively full restaurant, Maja took time for us and gave us good advice so that we were able to find an allergy-free option. We wanted to thank you again for the lovely evening and the great service!

We stayed at Peter Pan EAST SIDE for the first time on the recommendation of our 18 year old daughter and we would love to come back. Our assigned waitress Maja was very courteous, well-groomed and professional. Maja was always there when we needed something. The shop is very cute and cozy.

We had the super friendly and courteous Maja as our waitress, who gave us a nice and quiet table, despite two high school classes (who entered shortly before us). She warned in advance that it could take longer (up to 40 minutes), but that wasn't the case. The food itself was super fresh and, despite the hustle and bustle, arrived in about 20 minutes. Peter Pane is simply HiG. I had the Chick n Rings (crispy chicken with onion rings) and sweet potato fries. Plus a cocktail and a ZERO thirst quencher. Again, best regards to Maja!

Cozy and unique atmosphere, super nice people looking after you and super tasty burgers, fries and drinks. 🥰 Today I ordered for the first time. Oh, what a great evening at Peter Pane! 🥰 As soon as you enter the restaurant you can tell that everything here is made with a lot of love and dedication. The atmosphere is simply cozy – ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or family. 🏡 The burgers are a poem! 🍔 – juicy, perfectly seasoned and topped with fresh ingredients. 🧀 The cheese was nice and melty and the meat was wonderfully tender. Simply melt away! 😋 The fries were also crispy and hot, as they should be. 🍟 The service – absolutely top! 🧑‍🍳 The waitresses and waiters were very friendly, always had a smile on their faces and took care of everything. I can really only recommend Peter Pane. I'll definitely go there again! 🏅

Very courteous service. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck with the patties, they were all fried (for all 5 people) and therefore very dry. Unfortunately there were hardly any nachos in the Nacho Burger, which was a bit of a shame. Otherwise, a successful meal

The food was very tasty, good quality, no decent draft beers. Location is also very nice, but the shop is quite cold as the door is constantly opening and closing. Unfortunately the service staff is underground, no uniform clothing, no plan, no professional behavior. A colleague could hardly be seen because his cap was hanging over his face. Everyone was simply inattentive, you basically had to run after your colleagues if you wanted to reorder something. Despite the good quality of the burgers, the price-performance ratio is not good when I have to pay almost €16 for a burger and it doesn't even come with fries.

To eat: Tastes very good, nothing to complain about! Nothing is missing from the map. Our dishes fully met our expectations. Unfortunately, the ratio between patty and salad on the veggie breadless burger is very unbalanced. On the other hand, the ratio was good for the breadless burger with beef. The cocktails, with and without alcohol, taste like those in a good cocktail bar! It tastes like high quality ingredients. About the service: Food was served quickly and hot. Unfortunately, the waitress responded to questions, but was very short (only yes-no answers). We were therefore missing a certain feeling with the customer. Ambiance: Without any deductions, we felt comfortable and it is very creative and cozy. Insider tip (even if it's definitely no longer an insider tip!): The in-house sauces are amazing and can be purchased.
