Very good burgers and the best thing was the waiter Carsten who was very funny.

This café has the best burgers in Berlin. The waitresses, Abby & Le, were sweet and friendly. I'd gladly go back.

Great restaurant!! I eat here very often, and every time, both the food and drinks are top-notch. Even as a vegetarian, you always find something new to try, and every burger is better than the next. But the highlight is definitely the service!! I love coming here and feel so welcome every time. You won't find so much friendliness, helpfulness, and good vibes anywhere else!! It's not for nothing that this Peter Pane is my regular restaurant, whether after a workout, when I have something to celebrate, or just in between :)

Of all the restaurants I've been to, this is the one I go to most often and enjoy the most. The food is always very well prepared and served quickly, so you don't stay hungry for too long. The selection leaves nothing to be desired; whether you prefer meat, vegetarian, or vegan, there's something for everyone. This also applies to the drinks. The best part, and the most important reason I keep coming back, is the service. All the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and share their good mood with their guests. I notice every time that they care about ensuring a good time. And in my opinion, they always deliver. In short, I can only recommend it to everyone.

Everything top!!! Service, food, atmoshere. The best hamburger in the city. Very good meat, differente types of bread and amazing sorts of hamburgers. Regarding price, between 15-20e, considering to be in the total city center. We left with very good impression. Will come back and recomend further for sure.

Best burger I've ever had, staff super friendly too

We visited the restaurant with a group of 78 people. The service was excellent and fast. Oliver and the rest of the team took great care of us. The place is cosy and located perfectly.

Only went for a drink Thursday evening and treated like a leper because we didn't order any food!! DON'T INVITE PEOPLE IN FOR A DRINK ONLY THEN NOT SERVE THEM!! Terrible...

We had the burgers 🍔 as a menu. There was the Nacho Burger, the Double Peter, a Chicken Burger and the Legend. Sometimes with fries and salad. Finally there was frozen yogurt. Everything was delicious and juicy. The sauces were well matched to the burgers. The Legend Burger also came with a hollondaise sauce. It was light and delicious. The ambience is also nicely decorated. I didn't like some of the benches inside because they didn't have a backrest. The backrest is then the other guest. Since there wasn't much going on at the time, we didn't have any problems with that. The team was well coordinated and friendly.

Delicious vegan dishes. Went there twice in a row and Oliver always offered us top places outside and served us in a very friendly manner. Thank you

Absolutely delicious burgers, super friendly service and great ambience. Definitely recommended THE RUFFERED! Absolute culinary delight. There was also a non-alcoholic cocktail TropicalDream. A good, fruity addition to the burger. The waffles for dessert are also highly recommended! We'll be back!!!

Simply WOW!😍 My first long train ride to Berlin (coming from near Dortmund), and here the first Berlin meal of my life 😋😋 It was soooo delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic 🤗 We also had an incredibly great waiter; he was really incredibly friendly and obviously enjoyed his job 😁 With people like that, your faith in humanity is restored 🥰I'd love to go back!! Hopefully this place stays this awesome!😜 5/5 stars 🌟 absolutely deserved!!

The food is better than me because they are all very nice and in English we understand each other perfectly, the waiters are all very nice and the price is super good, we filled ourselves with delicious food for €10 so perfect, highly recommended

Very friendly staff. The food came quickly and was very good! I would definitely eat there again. However, the parking situation is extremely poor. You can only park in the parking garage at the main train station.

Visited with a group of 40 high school students. The restaurant had a pretty good vibe, good energy and the service was efficient given the size of our group. We had their basic burgers (chicken or beef) and fries, both of which were excellent. The fries reminded me of Red Robin back at home (IYKYK). Looking around at other dishes and the cocktails coming out of the bar, I’d happily go back. For a chain burger place, I give it 5 solid booms.

The whole chain of fast food restaurants "Peter Pan" is just amazing! But "Novy Promenade" is also very cozy and beautiful!

We ate there and had the lunch menu which is the price of the burger + drink, fries and dessert which all together is 9.90€ according to the menu, my burger cost 12.99€ so 9.90+12.99=22.89 however I paid 25.30€ and my friend had 11.99€ instead of 12.99€ and paid 24.30€ WITHOUT DESSERT which would have cost 5.90€ - 6.90€ so they ripped us off and after the burger we felt very sick but the fries were tasty and crispy we had sweet potato fries

I was here in early December last year, but I still want to share my experience as it is definitely worth reviewing. The Nacho Macho Burger at Peter Pane is a real treat! The juicy patty combined with crispy nachos, spicy sauce and fresh ingredients ensures a perfect mix of crunch and taste. A great change from classic burgers! The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and modern. The furnishings with lots of wood and warm light create a relaxed atmosphere in which you feel comfortable. Unfortunately, my visit to Peter Pane wasn't all that positive. The waitress seemed very unfriendly after my visit and because I didn't give a tip. At first the waitress was very nice and I ordered a burger. When the food was served, she asked three times if everything was okay. I understand wanting to make sure the guest is happy, but three times in a short period of time was a bit excessive. When I paid I didn't leave a tip - the waitress immediately became rude. She didn't say goodbye, just turned around and walked away without a word. With the other guests, however, she continued to be friendly and said goodbye politely. I found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing. That's why there's only one star - the waitress' behavior made me feel like I was a bad person just because I didn't leave a tip. A professional service should remain friendly regardless. My overall rating is not based on an average, but rather on the impression I had when leaving the restaurant.

Yesterday, March 6th, 2025, around 4 p.m., I had dinner with my wife and a very good friend here at Peter Pane on Hackescher Markt. We ordered the lunch menu - which costs on average €25 (without extras) for a tasty and large burger, a portion of fries, a large drink and a dessert. As expected, the food was very tasty and the waiting time was short. We were accompanied by the service worker Jan. At this point, many thanks to Jan, who accompanied us with a warm and funny demeanor, took our order, brought the food and collected it. Despite the lack of support, Jan was very quick, confident and always had a quick saying on his lips. I would like to thank you for the great and delicious experience that day and I would be happy to come back!

A disgusting service from a young unfriendly man who deserves to be fired. Didn't listen to us. We asked for a bigger table because we had lots of clothes (it's winter) and bags. We asked for another table, he said NO, but there WERE FREE TABLES. I was standing for several minutes waiting. After that I Asked for the manager and he said it was he and another guy who also didn't even try to solve the situation. When we finally decided to leave, he asked what table we wanted... too late. We left hungry, angry and frustrated. We've been loyal customers for 3 years. If you ask me if we are ever back to this particular restaurant-definetaly NO!!! Maybe to get personal excuses! And, please, do not hire people who do not know how to communicate with people, who are terrible brought up and who are not interested in their job... The first disappointment of the year -this Peter Pane.

If you want to put together your own burger from many components, you've come to the right place. Everything fresh and tasty, very attentive staff. And if you're lucky, there's a good musician on the corner playing great live music. Top
