Peter Pane in Berlin

Let's start with the good. Service was friendly and attentive, toilets were clean, atmosphere was very chic, only the music was very loud and the tables were too small. The waitresses kept coming at people's backs, it was so tight. However, the prices cannot be justified in any way. It's clearly frozen goods, at least the patties, and then charging at least 10.90 euros for a burger is very cheeky. Especially since you can get much better for half the price at Burgermeister. I was there with neotaste, so it didn't hurt quite as much. The legend, the biggest burger at Peter Pane, just wasn't tasty. The meat is a disaster. The burger itself was simply dry. The fries were okay, you can expect that for around 11 euros for a large portion. You want to sell a premium dining experience, but neglect the essentials. The food.

Very friendly staff, the burger I got was definitely not what it cost! ...the "truffled" was miles away, it should be called a Parmesan Burger! Too expensive for what you get!

Tourist trap. I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was subpar, and when I asked for the bill, the staff became visibly unhappy with the tip I left. They went as far as to claim that tipping 10% is mandatory in Germany, which is not true. Tipping is always optional and based on the quality of service. This kind of coercive behavior leaves a bad impression and detracts from the overall dining experience. Based on my visit, I would not recommend this place to others.

I'm always there. The food is always consistently good and the quality is also right. The staff is actually always very nice (there was one exception, but everyone has a bad day sometimes)

As always, it's a very tasty affair. Unfortunately, ordering doesn't always work so smoothly. We received the cards straight away, but the service didn't arrive until half an hour later. She was very nice, but the waiting time is just a bit too long. Unfortunately, the toilets were also very dirty. Otherwise everything was ok.

16.90!!!! For a burger. Not a big burger. No gold on it. No fries included. No drink. Only the burger 16.9!!! Although lunch menu 10 euros. No mention of it. No hint. You don't see me anymore. People about 17 euros for a citizen!!! Leave the church in the village!

Great service, warm atmosphere and delicious food. The sweet potato fries are my favorite and they go absolutely fantastic with the parmesan sauce. Their Holunderblüten drink is very delicious.

We spontaneously dined there on a Saturday evening and, to our surprise, got a table straight away. The shop was very busy so we had to wait a bit for the food, but as always it was well worth it. The positive atmosphere and friendly staff were particularly noticeable at this Peter Pane. A special thank you to our waitress Abby for the good service.

It was our first time at Peter Pane. It was a lovely evening with really good food! We were warmly welcomed and served in a very friendly manner. The selection of food and drinks was extensive, but not at all overwhelming and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Overall perfect! We will definitely come back! I heard that a table reservation is recommended, and that was pretty easy too.

The food was very tasty, there was a very large selection of food available, the service was super nice and fun to have. We had reserved a table for 5 but spontaneously came for 6. We came and asked by phone whether this would be possible spontaneously and it was no problem at all. We'll all be back.......

I rate the food four stars because the fries were too dry for me. The “Menu” offer only saved me €1.40 and limited my choice of drinks and fries, as with “Menu” you can only order certain cheapest options. So for me it's a pointless offer. However, the “Berry Hunger” salad tasted very good and the selection of non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails was a pleasant surprise. The ambience was well thought out, but the lanterns weren't lit, which I thought was a shame and the horror of the evening were the benches. The benches are covered with the felt fabric and attached to the bench with Velcro. The problem is that the felt material was attached crookedly, so I was sitting on the Velcro with my tights on. The pants were immediately ruined. Hence three stars. Service only gets one star from me. Because my order was mixed up. Although the error was quickly corrected, there was no response to my complaint about ruined tights. This service from the shift management on October 26th, 24th evening is just annoying. I would also like to note that dealing with customers could be more professional. Because not every customer wants to be called a little mouse. For me, the overall rating is NOT an average of the food, ambience and service, but rather the overall impression and how satisfied I was when I came out of it. And that can only be rated with one star.

Hello , I just wanted to share my experience that i had faced at peter pane restaurant . First of all , I have visited there with my friend after researching so many restaurants and we had a very pathetic experience because of a lady serving at entrance ( her name is may be abby (got to know about her name when someone called her ) seemed like she was in senior post . she was impolite , rude and unprofessional by nature . I visited there 2 times and unfortunately both times I found her as my assigned service lady . Talking about food and ambience - 5/5 Thanks

The burger was very big and overall the portion was plentiful! It seemed fresh and well made. The taste of the sauce was a bit disappointing. The staff are also very friendly and nice. However, I think it takes a bit of time for the food to come out. It could be because I ordered a lot.

Sorry “Peter Pane”, that was probably nothing. Table reservation and food were the best part. Otherwise, the seating options (everything is far too narrow, no coat hooks) and the overwhelmed staff are a real embarrassment. You should really rethink your processes!

4 of us had lunch at this cute burgergrill in Hackesher Market during our stay in Berlin. The place is very beautiful, the setting is that of the fabulous world of Peter Pan. We had lunch outside but the place is worth a visit inside given the particularity of the furnishings. The food was excellent The right prices Yann, the boy who served us, was amazing... kind... nice and helpful. Highly recommended

Yes, there are burger restaurants where the burgers taste better (to me). The beef was pressed too tightly for me. However, our stay was great! The friendliness of the staff there on site should be highlighted. Not obvious and therefore worth mentioning. In addition, a meal must be gluten-free - the burger was bread-free and the food was very well tolerated. You could even choose any burger from the menu. Thank you very much and continue to enjoy your work and always have nice guests!

We took the lunch break. It includes a burger, a homemade soda 0.5 and a small side dish. The offer is mega at €10, which saves you a whopping €9! Between 3 different ones ~ You can choose from burger bread, types of meat and side dishes. Highly recommended👍

firstly, a lot of bees in the area so be careful if you’re getting a beer or a coke cause you’ll be fightin them for your drink. The meat wasn’t very tasty, even with all the cheese and sauce we still didn’t enjoy it much. the cheese fries were as bad as cheese fries could be. i would rather have my burger at a regular fast food joint than here.
