Burgerzimmer XIII in Berlin

I ordered from there last night. It was absolutely horrible. This morning I had terrible diarrhea and stomach cramps. The food came cold and wasn't tasty. But apart from that, you order from a shop that's only 5 minutes away by car and a delivery is guaranteed between 11 p.m. and 11:20 p.m. This wasn't the case, so I called the shop at 11:30 p.m. and they told me very rudely that the driver was just leaving. OK, so far so good, time was running out, I had to get to work, so I went downstairs, as the shop, as I said, is a 10-minute walk away. At 11:50 p.m. there was still no driver in sight. I waited another 5 minutes. A blue VW Lupo approached, but what happened next is inexplicable. The delivery man got out and a taxi stopped behind him. The delivery man apparently knew the taxi driver, and instead of delivering food that was already 40 minutes late, the two of them chatted in front of me for another 5 minutes.... After another 3 minutes, the driver finally managed to get his He grabbed a small orange Lieferando bag from his car and wanted to head towards the house. I said hello, who's the food for? He looked and said my name. I said okay, thanks for the food. I went upstairs and the food was ice cold and inedible... So to anyone who wants to order from here, don't be surprised, the owner of the shop has no control over his drivers and you'll probably get your food 50 minutes later than stated. Furthermore, as I said, the food gives you stomach cramps and diarrhea. I advise against eating here or having anything delivered.

The burgers were very tasty, well-balanced, well-filled, and fresh. I don't like sweet potatoes, but the sweet potato fries were very good. The chili cheese fries were a bit soggy due to the cheese, but that's perfectly fine and still tasted very good. The cheese sauce should perhaps be served separately. The service was extremely friendly. I'll be ordering from there again!

Absolutely abysmal. Please don't order here, then you can just send me the money via PayPal; it's in better hands there... Order placed at 9:15 p.m., stating that it would be delivered in 45-65 minutes. After three whole hours, at around 12:15 a.m., the order finally arrived. A free Spezi on the house... Ice-cold, soggy fries, half-raw meat, and a burnt fried egg were served in the top... Anyone who orders here will only be disappointed, unfortunately.

20€ for a menu and then that, I hope that you will close something like this soon, it's absolutely a disgrace, you would have preferred to forget about the meat altogether!

They never have sweet potato fries, put what you ordered in the burger and are then rude

Inspired by the sign as I drove past, I ordered a burger here. The shop is not a place to dine in, but that may be fine in the summer - there are a few benches outside. The staff was friendly, the selection was large, the price was reasonable for the size and the taste was excellent. Thank you!

I've ordered twice now and the burgers are actually really tasty. However, the cardboard boxes from the last order were absolutely wrong! The boxes in which the food was delivered smelled extremely musty, almost moldy! We immediately took the food out of the boxes. Unfortunately, the smell had already permeated the lower burger buns, so we threw them away. Absolutely unprofessional to still use such boxes that have probably become damp! Never again!

I would prefer to give ZERO stars. We waited over 3 hours for our burgers. In the end a completely wrong and cold order arrived. After weeks of back and forth, including with Lieferando, because we asked for cancellation, it seems that no one can remember the incident anymore. I have never experienced such poor customer service. We will never order there again.

Ordered food almost 3 hours ago via Lieferando and it still hasn't arrived... cold burgers and sticky fries will probably await us. Never again.

No lie, we've been waiting for 3 hours. The worst thing we have ever experienced. Every 10 minutes, we were put off, coming in 5 minutes. Ridiculous and outrageous. It was a delivery of over €70

Super fast and friendly delivery. The food is warm even though it is delivered to Ludwigsfelde. The fries weren't soggy and the burgers were really great. It's really really tasty. Please keep it up!!! Always my pleasure.

The prices are extremely exaggerated, a menu costs €20, the food tastes good but it's no longer worth it for this price.

I ordered food there for €90. After 1.5 hours! Delivery time, although it said 30-40 minutes, 1/3 of the order was missing. When asked, the answer was rude that everything had been delivered... NO, it was NOT! After an eternity of discussion, a subsequent delivery was promised over the phone, but it never arrived! An absolute disgrace and rip-off! Just don't order here! The food doesn't taste good either! You might be better off getting a burger for the microwave from a discount store! We will never order anything here again. Absolutely bad and completely overpriced!!!

just wow As soon as I remember the burger we ordered today I start drooling again 😳 It's the juiciest and tastiest burger. what I've eaten lately. They enjoyed it right in the cafe so the speed of serving was instant. I will definitely come here again to experience new tastes. I recommend!

Waited over 2:10 hours for the order. The children fell asleep while waiting and couldn't eat their order. Food cold and not tasty. The onion rings and the other fried foods cannot be enjoyed because they are burned. The phone is answered like this: “Yeah!” No: “Hello” or “How can I help you?” just cheeky service like that. No recommendation from me.

We had to wait over 2 hours for our food. We called 3 times and the phone was always answered rudely. There was no insight as to why we didn't feel like waiting anymore and wanted to cancel. They gave us onion rings as an “extra” (see photo) which is an absolute joke! The food has also gone extremely bad and tastes absolutely nothing like it should! I'm really disappointed with the absolutely poor service!!!

I just ordered from Lieferando. I'm pregnant and was actually really looking forward to my chili cheese burger. Unfortunately only a cheeseburger came. The onion rings were completely burnt and there was no filling left in the chilli cheese nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Unfortunately, fried breading doesn't taste that great. When I called, they wanted to bring me extra chili cheese sauce and jalapenos so that I could top my own burger, which had already been delivered incorrectly. Scrape off any remaining sauce and then enjoy with the cold patty. Mmm delicious. When I declined, I was told I would get my money back. Half an hour after I called, the delivery person came with the fried things that you could also eat, sauce and extra jalapenos. It was nice, but not what was agreed upon.

Thank you for the delicious food! Simply fantastic every time. Even today, years later, I have to say again: You are great and do a good job. Yesterday I visited the Wilmersdorferstr branch and was horrified by the bad food.

Sehr unhöflicher Herr am Telefon, Lieferung hat sehr lange gedauert, Ketchup, Mayonnaise und die anderen Soßen haben gefehlt, Gibt bessere Burgerzimmer, Weiß nicht, ob ich hier nochmal bestellen werde...

Since we run a business in the neighborhood, we discovered the burger shop by chance. Unfortunately a bit hidden. We always pick up as we are within walking distance, so we cannot say anything about delivery times. The burgers are incredibly tasty. The Blue 🍔 is highly recommended. A fantastic taste. Full stars for that 🌟

Deliveries came much quicker than expected. Top service and super friendly. When it comes to food, all I can say is that there won't be any other burger restaurant for me. Absolutely top class in my opinion 100/10

Das Essen ist super! Die Lieferzeiten im Normalfall kurz und die Lieferanten nett. Das "Ambiente" kann man nicht schlecht bewerten. Es ist nur eine Burgerbude ohne Sitzplätze.

Lieferung 0 / Essen 5 Sterne verdient, haben über ubereats bestellt, ca. 2 Std gewartet obwohl angekündigte Lieferung schnell erfolgen sollte. Sehr ärgerlich, dann lieber gleich eine längere Lieferzeit angeben, damit man planen kann. Aber dennoch ist der Burger (Cheeseburger und Türkisch Deluxe Burger) extrem lecker. Ein Burger kam kalt an aber der Geschmack und das Aussehen haben trotzdem überzeugt. Lieferzeiten vielleicht überdenken!

Empfehlenswert! Das Essen war schneller da als angegeben! Der Cheeseburger sehr lecker und die Pommes auch! Eine Cola und einmal Mayo und Ketchup fehlten, der Lieferant flitzte los ohne das Geld anzunehmen und war rechtzeitig zurück mit einer Cola extra, cool! Immer wieder gerne! Super Service Dankeschön.

Das Essen kam pünktlich, aber die Lieferzeit ist dennoch viel zu lang (1,5 h). Warten hat sich aber gelohnt: Pommes waren knusprig und die Burger lecker saftig.

Ich habe hier immer gern bestellt (Essen zum Mitnehmen, Lieferung). Lieferzeit war auch immer super bis human zu stoßzeiten. Zu Stoßzeiten wirkte es nur meist als wenn die Bestellung schon länger fertig war, nur das die Lieferzeit (direkter Fahrweg beträgt keine 5 Minuten) zu lang war (manchmal fast "kalt", Labbrig etc). In den letzten Monaten hat die Qualität der Zutaten und der Zubereitung leider deutlich nachgelassen... Das Mal eine Bestellung murks ist, ist ja okay und kann passieren, aber mehrere Male infolge? 👎 Beim letzten Mal war das Fleisch bei den Burgern zudem stark verbrannt und die Pommes total versalzen. Schade ... scheint wohl mit den Umstrukturierungen bei den Burgerzimmerfilialen zu tun

Mehrere Cheeseburger bestellt und auch andere Bürger jedoch war auf den Cheeseburger nicht ein Krümmel Käse und der Bürger in blau war ne kleine Ecke drauf. Bei 10 bestellten Bürger sind das einfach mal 5 Euro für 0 käse und netmal ne Info... das war es nun letzte Bestellung hier. Gibt in der Gegend 4 weitere Bürger Läden die genau gleich schmecken

Burger ist okay. Tiefkühl Patty also absolut nichts besonderes.

Ich hab zum ersten Mal auf Empfehlung hier zwei Burger Menüs bestellt bzw selbst abgeholt, da ich mir ein Eindruck machen und zum anderen auch die Leute dort kennenlernen wollte. Ich bin positiv sehr überrascht. Freundlichkeit, Schnelligkeit und die breite Auswahl an Burger-Menüs sind nur zu empfehlen. Ich möchte mich an Mohammed herzlichst bedanken, dass er bei so vielen Bestellungen meins ebenfalls gefertigt hat, sodass ich zum Fastenbrechen rechtzeitig zuhause sein konnte. Vielen Dank! Ich werde euch definitiv weiterempfehlen und mit Sicherheit nochmals bestellen. Die Burger waren sehe lecker und sättigend. Bestellt haben wir Cheeseburger Menü und Tax-Max Menü.
