Burger City Köpenick in Berlin

I just ordered from the store via Lieferando and can't believe what arrived. Didn't get all of my food that I ordered. And when I asked several times, I was answered very vulgarly and simply hung up on me. I would give 0 stars for the service but unfortunately that's not possible. (ordered on January 21st, 2025 at around 4:30 p.m.-5 p.m.) Conclusion: I will never order here again!

Worst support ever, I called because I had questions and they hung up immediately. In addition, the contact person was extremely rude! Never again.

Never again! This burger joint is an absolute disaster - both the service and the food leave a lot to be desired. The delivery was late and when the food finally arrived it was a complete disappointment. The burgers were cold, carelessly thrown together and tasted an absolute failure. The meat was dry, the salad was soggy, and the bread tasted stale. There can be no question of quality or taste here. After delivery, I tried to call the store to address the poor service and misstatement of the 2 for 1 promotion. But the phone call was the next low point: the person on the other end was snotty, unfriendly and showed no interest in finding a solution. After a few annoyed answers, they simply hung up - incredibly unprofessional! In summary: Unfriendly staff (except the driver), lousy food and no customer orientation at all. Save your money and order somewhere else – you will only be disappointed here!

If I could give 0 stars I would have. We ordered the 2 for 1 promotion 5 times via Lieferando. Only 5 burgers arrived for almost the same price. When we called the store to ask if this was a mistake, the employee spoke rudely and after asking several times, the employee simply hung up. So the store didn't deliver 5 burgers even though it shows that way in the app. Burgers were of poor quality and certainly not worth almost €9 each.

Unfriendly employees. Supposedly 2 for 1 promotion and still ended up paying for 5 burgers. Nowhere did it say that the promotion only applies to one order. And on the phone the employee was very disrespectful and simply hung up. Burgers didn't taste particularly good either.

We were so cheeky at 10:20 p.m. we ordered through liferando. At 11:40 p.m. the order would arrive. After waiting almost 1.5 hours, we were really happy and hungry. At 11:41 p.m. the restaurant simply canceled the order and we waited so long who specifically confirmed our order. People don't recommend the restaurant/döner stall, there are 1000 times better ones that deal better with their new customers. impudence

Waited over 1 1/2 hours for the food (estimated delivery time 30 - 40 minutes!) Food arrived almost cold...

I ordered at 4:30 p.m. via Lieferando here at 6:30 p.m. At 7:04 p.m. the delivery still hadn't arrived. When I asked over the phone where my food was, I was told that it would be delivered immediately. When I asked why we couldn't deliver on time with a lead time of 2 hours, I was told that the traffic was to blame. When I pointed out that this had to be taken into account when making the delivery and that if I ordered two hours in advance I could assume that the delivery would arrive on time, the phone was passed on. The very unfriendly and unprofessional handling of my complaint ultimately led to the cancellation of the order. I got my money back. Guys, if you have no idea about time management, customer friendliness and dealing with customer complaints, then don't do it. I ordered here for the first and last time. P.S. It's nice that some of the other negative reviews agree with my feelings. 👍🏼

It's a shame that the quality has declined. Parts of the order are missing or implemented incorrectly. Food arrives cold. Meat is dry.

After 2 hours of waiting, the burgers arrived COLD. When I complained over the phone, the employee was very unfriendly and even threatened me. He would know my address. It's been a long time since I've experienced such an UNPROFESSIONAL handling of a customer complaint. Never order there again!!!!!

After calling several times and waiting over 2 hours for food, we canceled. They just responded pissily and hung up. We got the money for the food back. They cheekily kept the tip… unbelievable!

I have ordered here several times and have always found it very good. Unfortunately today my food only arrived after 2 hours and was therefore already cold. But the quality was top as always, so it was a shame. I don't know whether it was our own driver or one from Lieferando. (This is often a larger time difference) When I asked when my order would arrive, I was answered immediately on the phone and the driver was contacted.

Delicious burgers where you can even choose the size. For me it was the Crispy Chicken in size L. Everything was very tasty, but no card payment, which is a shame.

Have it delivered. Almost 2 hours. Fries cold and sticky. Super thin meat patty, extremely thick bun. Toppings were okay (sauce, fried egg, cucumber), but the roll completely overshadowed the taste. Pretty much a letdown.

For some reason the staff was quite rude, I couldn't explain it. The food was okay but only 2 stars based on the experience with the staff.

We ordered from Burger City for the first time today and were so impressed. Several things were missing from our order (cheddar cheese, several sauces (mayo, chili cheese sauce)) which were not only ordered additionally but also the essential things that were in the description of the product (the walnuts on the burger in blue). We also didn't order a product and still received it and paid the price for it. So we won't be ordering there anymore.

Probably one of the best burger shops in the area. We particularly like the fries with chili cheese sauce.

We always enjoyed ordering so much, we really became regular customers and Burger City has become our absolute favorite burger shop - I said this beforehand: When the delivery person left today after delivering, we noticed that a hamburger and 2 hot dogs were missing. When we called we were first told that the order couldn't be found in the system and that they would call back. When they called back, they said we were lying, everything was there and then they simply hung up and the restaurant has not been available since then. We then contacted Lieferando support, who couldn't help us because the restaurant Lieferando said that everything was delivered properly. We have never experienced such behavior and we will never order there again.

Waited 3 times as long as promised. One Patti was burnt. Mozzarella was raw. Answered the phone after the 5th time.

Until today we really liked this burger shop, fast delivery and the food was good and tasty. But after ordering today, that was the last order here. The burger buns were bone hard, the meat tasted rancid, we took two bites and then threw the burgers in the trash because they tasted so bad that we were worried they were expired. And we'll catch another illness just because of the egg on the burger. It's a shame, we have always recommended the store.

We ordered a vegetable burger, a falafel burger, chilli cheese fries and sweet potato fries. Everything was ordered with no extras. What follows is an attempt at constructive criticism in the hope that it reaches the right place: First of all, there is an extra star for the portion size. It's really good. When ordering, it would be really great if there was a little more detail about what was on the burger you ordered (sauce, patty, which vegetables...). What is described should be true. In particular, when specifying rye buns, a rye bun should also be delivered and not a standard burger bun. The bun is really huge! Top. It just makes the tiny patty seem even smaller. Ergo, I would either make the bun smaller or make the patty larger. Without extra sauce the burgers were very dry. The falafel was tasty but dry. In fact, I was expecting a falafel patty. The Chilli Cheese Fries are good fries, lots of chilli and noticeably little cheese in terms of taste. By the way, the internet presence is quite good. My tip to all customers: order extra sauce and ingredients so that the large bread doesn't look so out of place.

Absolute crap shop! The order was delivered 40 minutes late, cold and inedible. The burgers are also maximum for the bin. If you like to order waste, this is the right place for you.

Now underground. We ordered there from the beginning, everything was great at the beginning. Now the extras we ordered are COMPLETELY forgotten (additional cheese)!!! Only 10 of the 12 ordered chilli cheese nuggets were delivered!? Mom's favorite. Brought without eggs and fried onions and almost no sauces were put on the burgers. What's going on??? Waste of money. The only plus point are the fries. Will not order there again, have been disappointed too often 😞

Average food at an above average price. You can eat, but there are definitely better burger places. There are no prices on the board outside, nor can you find all the prices in the store itself. The sauce for the fries is served carelessly in the form of Heinz plastic bags (like at McDonald's) - a no go for me. You can do it if necessary, but I personally won't be entering the store again.

Solid burger...the petti was a bit thin, so I would offer something thicker if desired, otherwise you can quickly eat something there for a quick snack without being disappointed. Service was also very nice.

Wir haben zwei Mama‘s Liebling bestellt und beide kamen ohne Spiegelei an und die Pommes wurden mit Mayo bestellt, jedoch kam ohne geliefert.

Die Burger sind gut, jedoch hat bei meinem Burger das Spiegelei gefehlt, was bei dem Preis ABSOLUT inakzeptabel ist.

Haben bestellt und die Nuggets haben gefehlt - haben angerufen und sie haben uns 6 weitere geschenkt - tolles Essen toller Service - kann man nur empfehlen 👌🏾

Ich hatte eine Bestellung ohne Eisbergsalat / Ruccola / Lolo Bionda gemacht, dazu noch angerufen weil die Bestellung sich verspätet hat, bei der Gelegenheit habe ich noch gesagt, dass die Bestellung ohne Salat ist. Die Bestellung kam dann mit alldem was ich oben genannt habe.. Ich habe angerufen und der Mann am Telefon hat respektlos geredet, während ich sagte, dass ich allergisch bin, er sagte, es sei nur ein Salat ich kann und werde nichts machen, bietet keine Lösungsmöglichkeiten an und redet dazu noch total respektlos.. Würde ich nicht empfehlen !

Lieferung kam eine Stunde zu spät. Essen war kalt.

Ich habe gerne dort bestellt. Seit gestern nicht mehr. Lieferzeit wurde leicht um 20 min überschritten, Burger war kalt, Pommes kalt und matschig. Trinkgeld gegeben und der Lieferant bedankt sich nicht einmal. Geschmacklich ganz OK, aber nichts "besonderes" Man lernt aus Fehlern.

Lieferung kam viel zu spät und war kalt warum sollte man da nochmal bestellen?!

Nachts um 00:30 Uhr noch super Burger bekommen. Die Bedienung absolut nett, trotz der Uhrzeit. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Essen war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. TK Pattys und Fertig-Bun. Die Pommes waren wirklich gut. Preis-Leistung ist aber in Ordnung. Läuft die ganze Zeit laute orientalische Musik und Tür war die ganze Zeit offen, muss man mögen. Sonst ordentlich und sauber.

Der Burger ist preismäßig schon eher oben angesiedelt, ist aber auch ein ganz schönes Monstrum. Geschmacklich absolut super, die Fritten ebenfalls top. Ich habe abgeholt, der Service war freundlich. Ambiente - wenn einem das wichtig für das Abholen - es ist halt ein Burgerladen zum Abholen, nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger. Ich komme wieder. :)

Ganz spontan und mit Hunger, entschieden wir uns für Burger City. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Burger und was für mich toll ist, auch Varianten von Pommes in Süßkartoffel. Leider gibt es keine Burgervariante ohne Brot, denn Weizen kann ich nicht essen. Es gab aber die Roggenvariante. Echt lecker und eine echte Konkurrenz zu den üblichen Burger Restaurants. Das Ambiente war jetzt nicht so gemütlich, da sich dieser Standort wohl eher auf Bestellungen spezialisiert hat. Doch nach dem Essen im Park spazieren gehen war auch gut. Also wirklich lecker

"Auf dich habe ich nicht gewartet." - Dies war die Antwort am Tresen! Was war geschehen? Ich hatte mein Essen bestellt und mich an den Tisch gesetzt. Nach 15 Minuten, ohne dass das bestellte Getränk kam geschweige denn das Essen, fragte ich am Tresen nach, ob meine Bestellung bearbeitet wird. Okay, ich verstehe, dass es Stoßzeiten mit hohem Stressfaktor gibt. Aber seinem Kunden im Lokal eine derartige Antwort an den Kopf zu knallen, ist ein absolutes NoGo in meinen Augen. Das Essen kam dann nach 30 Minuten und schmeckte gut. Das bestellte Getränk sollte ich mir dann selbst aus der Kühlung holen. Für mich war es bei klebrigem Fußboden und lauter orientalischer Musik eher kein Ort, an den ich gerne wiederkehre.

Hatte heute über Lieferando bei Burger City bestellt. Lieferung ging schnell, aber die Burger waren nicht der Knaller. Der Crispi Chicken Burger hatte Salat drauf, der schon seine besten Tage lange hinter sich hatte. Nicht zu genießen. Der Ceddar, den ich extra bestellt hatte fehlte. Das Beste waren die Pommes. Der TexMex Burger ging, aber nicht überragend. Was war los? War schon mal besser.

Die Bestellung wurde rasch aufgenommen und die Burger waren sehr lecker. Gut belegt, frisch zubereitet, gute Garstufe und schön präsentiert. Von der freundlichen Bedienung gab es noch extra Soßen/Dips.

Tolle Ambiente und sehr nette und zu vorkommende Mitarbeiter. Das gesamte Ambiente ist toll. Die Speisen werden frisch vor den Augen des Kunden zubereitet. Preise Leistung ist all dem angemessen. Pluspunkt extra für die längeren Öffnungszeiten. Meine Teampartnerin und ich sind gerne hier.

Nette Bedienung (Service),lecker und sehr schnell.

Das Personal ist bei unseren ersten beiden Besuchen sehr freundlich und kompetent gewesen. Der Laden ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und umgesetzt. Extra Wünsche wurden korrekt umgesetzt. Der Cheeseburger und die Pommes schmecken sehr gut und werden nach Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Die getesteten Brokkoli Nuggets schmecken akzeptabel sind aber nicht besonders im Geschmack hervorzuheben. Die Burger sehen optisch top aus und schmecken auch so! Es ist ein kleiner Burgerladen mit wenig Sitzplätzen direkt neben der Straße im Gürtel Berlins. Sehr schön sind die Öffnungszeiten bis 2Uhr Nachts🤩 Absolute Empfehlung👍

Super gutes Ambiente mega geile Burger und Pommes nur zu empfehlen

Ich finde sie habe wenig Zwiebel und kein Knusprigen Brot gebracht für das was ihr für euren Namen steht find ich dass ne frecheheit "Bürger" City seit ihr nicht das wert so einen Namen zu führen

Waren heute zum ersten mal da. Es war mega lecker alles frisch. Tex-Mex Burger war gut mit Jalapenjos belegt die auch gut Scharf waren 👍 Besten Dank am das Team

Wir haben ein weiteres Mal bestellt und waren auch dieses mal sehr zufrieden. Das Essen entsprach wieder nach unseren Wünschen und auch Vorstellungen. Alles war super lecker und natürlich auch sehr frisch. Werden auf jeden Fall auch wieder Bestellen. Ein Danke und großes Lob an das Team !!!
