I've been waiting for my food for over two hours now, and I can't call anyone because the phone number doesn't work. It's a scam.

Ordered & no delivery received, I do not recommend

Firstly, the employee on September 8th either didn't understand German very well or didn't want to understand me. I ordered the hot dog meal including a drink for two times and clearly showed him the offer for €14.40 on the sign. Instead, he entered the hot dog meal once and also added four different drinks, which then came to roughly the price of two hot dog meals. That was very annoying; I was there with my children. What a sad act, the man should be ashamed of himself. When I complained, he couldn't even give me a receipt, he just pointed at his screen. I can't recommend this shop at all; these people enrich themselves at the expense of parents with children, how disgraceful is that. I hope he can pocket his money and karma gets him. My three children were able to share two hot dogs for €28. Sad and very annoying.

Good food and tastes really good too

We ordered burgers and fries and had them delivered. The delivery took over 90 minutes, which was far too long. The fries were cold and soggy, as was the burger. The cheese, which I ordered and paid for separately, was forgotten, and the note about no onions was also ignored. We wouldn't order from here again. It's quite possible that you'd have a better experience eating in-house.

We waited 2 hours for the food (Lieferando said 30 minutes). After 1.5 hours, I called and asked what was happening with our food. There were serious communication problems because they didn't understand German very well. I asked for compensation, and they hung up. Five minutes later, I called back, and suddenly the same person could only speak English. They assured us they would deliver chicken nuggets, which never arrived. The food was okay, but nothing earth-shattering.

The worst experience I've ever had. Ordered while they were listed as open, but they called to say they were closed. They promised to cancel and refund the order. They lied. Lieferando confirmed the restaurant refused to give my money back. Don't risk it – you'll pay for food you never get. I'm shocked Lieferando allows a business like this on their platform.

Ordering via Lieferando: Absolutely unacceptable. It was supposed to be delivered to the hospital, which was super easy to find with a large, lit entrance area and a 24/7 receptionist. No call, no notification. After what seemed like an eternity, we finally called and were told we couldn't be reached by phone (no missed call, I checked the number for accuracy) and the driver couldn't find the delivery location, but he would now drive back for us (eh, thanks...??). Another 20 minutes later, the food arrived: cold, sticky, wrong (vegetables instead of haloumi), and inedible. The 'vegetable patty' was soggy, tasteless, with large chunks of some kind of cabbage in it, and definitely no haloumi. The falafel was bone dry, and we'll let the photos speak for the rest. We're now requesting our money back. Pure disappointment for around €12 per burger. (We paid extra for the sauce.)

I order food at 1.55am and get order confirmation 30 minutes later... 3.19am no food but I paid for it really great so I will never order a burger from you again and I don't recommend anyone else to order from you either

You can really throw it in the trash. Not even a star rating. I'm really shocked. I came from Charlottenburg and now live here. You can forget about ordering it, and the product is disgusting.

"Disaster! We, two colleagues from the emergency services, ordered burgers from City Burger at 8 p.m., paid, and even tipped. Due to three emergency calls, we couldn't come back until three hours later. They actually gave us the same burgers from 8 p.m. – cold fries and completely dry. Never again!" I wish we, as emergency services personnel, had been treated with a little more warmth and understanding, especially when we're saving lives." It certainly wouldn't have been much of a hassle to quickly make two new cheeseburgers and fries for us."

I was at Burger City today at 10 p.m. I ordered a Cryspy Cheddar, and it didn't taste good. It was just covered in ketchup. And that cost around €12. I have no idea why. I'll be avoiding Burger City when I get home from work.

Great shop, I order from there very often

After more than an hour and a half, we called and were given a barely understandable message saying the delivery person was on his way. He was 7 minutes away. We waited another 35 minutes without success. We called again and received the same response. No apology or anything like that. After a total of 2.5 hours, the food arrived cold. A real disappointment.

I've been ordering chili cheese fries there for years, but the quality has declined dramatically and is unreliable. A few months ago, the sauce was lighter, thicker, and spicier. Now it's dark, gel-like, and just plain hot, with none of the flavor it used to have. I used to tell my friends that the chili cheese fries there were the best, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. The type of potato also changes constantly, and the amount of sauce varies from one dish to another. What a shame!

Very unfriendly staff. We placed an order via Lieferando and were able to select a desired delivery time. A call then came from a rude employee who immediately changed his tone and used pet names like “baby” to make it clear that the desired delivery time could not be met. It was a very aggressive phone call. If they had explained objectively that the food would be delivered a little later than the requested date, it would have been completely okay with us, but after such bad behavior we had our order canceled and will definitely not order there again. Maybe you should adjust your delivery times so that you no longer have the option of choosing a “short-term” delivery time. We ordered at 9:15 p.m. and were able to select the delivery time at 9:55 p.m. Delivery location: Rahnsdorf, so in principle feasible and even if not, the sound makes the music. I've really never experienced anything like that.

Order burger shortly after midnight, burger comes with hair in the salad. Regardless, I'll just write it in the review. I get a call from the restaurant employee/boss the next day asking if I would like to come over if I dare and what I would allow myself with the rating. 0/5 won't order again.

Even not deserve to give them one star! I ordered the food 2 days before from Lieferando and I got stomach aches! Wasted my money ! And the manager of restaurant without asking permission send me message on what’s app ( you are not allowed to use the customer personal data’s ) and pushing me to delete the comment and then they will refund the money and suggesting the free food ! I don’t need that money , keep for your self but be honest with your customers and don’t give them the rubbish food

Once again the wrong thing was delivered. The “special” burger was only half full. It was definitely the last time!

Very disappointing! I ordered burgers, but we waited over an hour longer - but the food still didn't come. What's that supposed to mean? There is no way to contact the store directly - the phone number provided doesn't work or no one answers. You feel completely abandoned. Such service is really unacceptable. Never again!

The restaurant was friendly, flexible and you got the food quickly. It looked very good and was well decorated. I can only recommend the food and it is a fair portion for the price.

The food was delicious but the waiting time was disrespectful. I had ordered at 11:30 p.m. The food arrived at about 2 a.m. and after several calls, they first said the food was on its way and then that it had just been prepared. Because of this experience, I will never order there again if I am already there.

The food is very tasty and freshly prepared. The portions are generous and filling. There is a burger to suit every taste. The parking situation is a bit difficult as the restaurant is on a busy street. However, parking spaces can be found a little further away on the side of the road, which requires a short walk. Overall, I recommend it to anyone who loves burgers and wants to eat something delicious.

It's best to give minus stars, I've never felt as ripped off as I did by you. Order normally for a lot of money and then you get 2 burgers too few and there is NOTHING AND NO ONE who can help you or even a number on the Internet that you can call. I am very disappointed with your service. My order was canceled without explanation and customer service was rude and unhelpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. We ordered the 2 for 1 promotion 5 times via Lieferando. Only 5 burgers arrived for almost the same price. When we called the store to ask if this was a mistake, the employee spoke rudely and after asking several times, the employee simply hung up. So the store didn't deliver 5 burgers even though it shows that way in the app. Burgers were of poor quality and certainly not worth almost €9 each.

We were so cheeky at 10:20 p.m. we ordered through liferando. At 11:40 p.m. the order would arrive. After waiting almost 1.5 hours, we were really happy and hungry. At 11:41 p.m. the restaurant simply canceled the order and we waited so long who specifically confirmed our order. People don't recommend the restaurant/döner stall, there are 1000 times better ones that deal better with their new customers. impudence

Never again! This burger joint is an absolute disaster - both the service and the food leave a lot to be desired. The delivery was late and when the food finally arrived it was a complete disappointment. The burgers were cold, carelessly thrown together and tasted an absolute failure. The meat was dry, the salad was soggy, and the bread tasted stale. There can be no question of quality or taste here. After delivery, I tried to call the store to address the poor service and misstatement of the 2 for 1 promotion. But the phone call was the next low point: the person on the other end was snotty, unfriendly and showed no interest in finding a solution. After a few annoyed answers, they simply hung up - incredibly unprofessional! In summary: Unfriendly staff (except the driver), lousy food and no customer orientation at all. Save your money and order somewhere else – you will only be disappointed here!

I ordered at 4:30 p.m. via Lieferando here at 6:30 p.m. At 7:04 p.m. the delivery still hadn't arrived. When I asked over the phone where my food was, I was told that it would be delivered immediately. When I asked why we couldn't deliver on time with a lead time of 2 hours, I was told that the traffic was to blame. When I pointed out that this had to be taken into account when making the delivery and that if I ordered two hours in advance I could assume that the delivery would arrive on time, the phone was passed on. The very unfriendly and unprofessional handling of my complaint ultimately led to the cancellation of the order. I got my money back. Guys, if you have no idea about time management, customer friendliness and dealing with customer complaints, then don't do it. I ordered here for the first and last time. P.S. It's nice that some of the other negative reviews agree with my feelings. 👍🏼

After 2 hours of waiting, the burgers arrived COLD. When I complained over the phone, the employee was very unfriendly and even threatened me. He would know my address. It's been a long time since I've experienced such an UNPROFESSIONAL handling of a customer complaint. Never order there again!!!!!

After calling several times and waiting over 2 hours for food, we canceled. They just responded pissily and hung up. We got the money for the food back. They cheekily kept the tip… unbelievable!

I have ordered here several times and have always found it very good. Unfortunately today my food only arrived after 2 hours and was therefore already cold. But the quality was top as always, so it was a shame. I don't know whether it was our own driver or one from Lieferando. (This is often a larger time difference) When I asked when my order would arrive, I was answered immediately on the phone and the driver was contacted.

Delicious burgers where you can even choose the size. For me it was the Crispy Chicken in size L. Everything was very tasty, but no card payment, which is a shame.

Have it delivered. Almost 2 hours. Fries cold and sticky. Super thin meat patty, extremely thick bun. Toppings were okay (sauce, fried egg, cucumber), but the roll completely overshadowed the taste. Pretty much a letdown.

For some reason the staff was quite rude, I couldn't explain it. The food was okay but only 2 stars based on the experience with the staff.

We ordered from Burger City for the first time today and were so impressed. Several things were missing from our order (cheddar cheese, several sauces (mayo, chili cheese sauce)) which were not only ordered additionally but also the essential things that were in the description of the product (the walnuts on the burger in blue). We also didn't order a product and still received it and paid the price for it. So we won't be ordering there anymore.

Probably one of the best burger shops in the area. We particularly like the fries with chili cheese sauce.

We always enjoyed ordering so much, we really became regular customers and Burger City has become our absolute favorite burger shop - I said this beforehand: When the delivery person left today after delivering, we noticed that a hamburger and 2 hot dogs were missing. When we called we were first told that the order couldn't be found in the system and that they would call back. When they called back, they said we were lying, everything was there and then they simply hung up and the restaurant has not been available since then. We then contacted Lieferando support, who couldn't help us because the restaurant Lieferando said that everything was delivered properly. We have never experienced such behavior and we will never order there again.

Until today we really liked this burger shop, fast delivery and the food was good and tasty. But after ordering today, that was the last order here. The burger buns were bone hard, the meat tasted rancid, we took two bites and then threw the burgers in the trash because they tasted so bad that we were worried they were expired. And we'll catch another illness just because of the egg on the burger. It's a shame, we have always recommended the store.

We ordered a vegetable burger, a falafel burger, chilli cheese fries and sweet potato fries. Everything was ordered with no extras. What follows is an attempt at constructive criticism in the hope that it reaches the right place: First of all, there is an extra star for the portion size. It's really good. When ordering, it would be really great if there was a little more detail about what was on the burger you ordered (sauce, patty, which vegetables...). What is described should be true. In particular, when specifying rye buns, a rye bun should also be delivered and not a standard burger bun. The bun is really huge! Top. It just makes the tiny patty seem even smaller. Ergo, I would either make the bun smaller or make the patty larger. Without extra sauce the burgers were very dry. The falafel was tasty but dry. In fact, I was expecting a falafel patty. The Chilli Cheese Fries are good fries, lots of chilli and noticeably little cheese in terms of taste. By the way, the internet presence is quite good. My tip to all customers: order extra sauce and ingredients so that the large bread doesn't look so out of place.

Now underground. We ordered there from the beginning, everything was great at the beginning. Now the extras we ordered are COMPLETELY forgotten (additional cheese)!!! Only 10 of the 12 ordered chilli cheese nuggets were delivered!? Mom's favorite. Brought without eggs and fried onions and almost no sauces were put on the burgers. What's going on??? Waste of money. The only plus point are the fries. Will not order there again, have been disappointed too often 😞

Average food at an above average price. You can eat, but there are definitely better burger places. There are no prices on the board outside, nor can you find all the prices in the store itself. The sauce for the fries is served carelessly in the form of Heinz plastic bags (like at McDonald's) - a no go for me. You can do it if necessary, but I personally won't be entering the store again.

Solid burger...the petti was a bit thin, so I would offer something thicker if desired, otherwise you can quickly eat something there for a quick snack without being disappointed. Service was also very nice.
