Great shop, the burgers were incredibly good! It takes a while for the food to arrive, but it is really different and much better than what every other burger shop has to offer. The chicken waffle was also good and something new, but not recommended given the fantastic burgers.

It's my first time in Berlin and I found this restaurant on Tiktok and I have to say, I don't regret coming there one bit!! The ambience is so nice but also chilled, you automatically feel comfortable. The service was great, as was the waitress, more than friendly and personable. The food was truly a 12/10! I can only recommend it to everyone. In addition to the food, the highlight was that I was able to immortalize myself on the wall, super cool!! I fell in LOVE with the restaurant!!

Visit on Sunday (12/15/24). I can only agree with the previous reviews with one star. The waiting time was almost 1 hour, when the food finally came the taste was simply not there. I haven't eaten so badly in a long time.

The selection of vegan options is simply impressive. The food impressed our entire group (whether it was vegan or with meat, everyone was impressed) and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

No joke, we waited 1.5 hours and the other people who came later got burgers earlier than us. Nevertheless, the burger was nothing earth-shattering. Price performance over all 2.5 out of 5 stars Ambience saves money wherever possible. The seats are boarded up and the ass hurts. Card payment idk didn't work or wasn't possible for the day The food was exactly the same with cold fries. I didn't have a good experience and there aren't any hate reviews either.

The restaurant is taking legal action against negative reviews in order to put itself in a better position. My review was already over 8 months old, so of course I no longer had a receipt to prove that I was really a customer. Unfortunately, Google reviews are no longer worth anything because they don't reflect reality. My rating of the food, service and ambience remains the same, but with such a ridiculous approach I have to revise my rating to 1 star. Just an indictment... Let's see how long the review stays until I have to write a new one. I've now made a special effort to look for a photo of my burger.

Food super good Service nice 10/10 will come back

We were here for the first time today. All I can say is sensational. Everything is freshly prepared, so the wait is worth it. Flavor explosion, great homemade sauces, great meat. We have never eaten or seen anything like it. A completely different league! Seating could be a little more comfortable. Very nice staff with patience and good advice.

Great food! It tasted delicious and the team was super nice too.

I was there with a few friends. The food was very tasty, especially the meat from the burger was great. The toilets still looked half under construction with a time switch on the motion detector in the men's toilet that was far too short. Prices range from the average price for a burger to exorbitant sums on the menu. The drinks were also slightly higher in price, but their house iced tea was very tasty, but it could have been bigger. Directly under the S-Bahn and long-distance railway tracks of the DB devalue the surrounding area a little. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

I ordered takeout from Lily’s and tried a double burger, the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and fries. The burger—especially the beef patty—was insanely delicious: juicy, perfectly seasoned, and unlike any other burger I’ve ever had. Honestly, no other patty I’ve tried can compare. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was also a hit. The meat was tender, the cheese perfectly melty, and every bite was packed with flavor. It had that classic, authentic taste that made it incredibly satisfying. I also have to give a shoutout to the chef, who was so friendly, pleasant, and helpful with his recommendation (which doesn’t happen very often in Berlin!). He clearly has magic skills when it comes to grilling the perfect patty. Overall, all items were fantastic, but the burger truly stood out. I’m definitely coming back to Lily’s for more!

My daughter was eating in the store with her friends, she doesn't earn her own money yet and as a parent the money doesn't grow in my pockets, they have paid the price that they should pay. This wasn't enough for the service person and so the service person changed it three times until it was ok for themselves. And I think that's an absolute bummer because you should know what prices you have in your store and not try to make the children look like they can't do math and ask for more than what's on the menu. Nevertheless, the children enjoyed the food. Tip You should know your own prices that you have in the store.

Cool shop with very friendly staff. It's not really comfortable to sit in and I think it took a bit of a long time. But the food was super tasty and fresh. Very creative burger selection and really something different.

It's been a while since I was there. On my first visit, I had ribs that were supposed to come with bacon, but they weren't available, so he gave me a finely chopped steak on top and served it with a small bowl of coleslaw. The ribs were very tender and buttery and literally fell off the bone, the spices came through well and the barbecue sauce also had a delicious smoky note. I ordered mac and cheese with it and I have to say it was the tastiest mac and cheese I've had in Charlottenburg so far. The man behind the grill and service was very personable and friendly. And the price-performance ratio is also okay. Definitely a good address if you want to enjoy delicious food.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our experience here was absolutely terrible from start to finish. We had to wait an entire hour before we got our order.  Portions? Laughable. Tiny plates with food so bland and tasteless, I wouldn’t even call it real food. Everything tasted cheap, from the sad, flavorless cheddar to the watery ketchup. Not to mention, we were practically sitting on top of each other with their uncomfortable, bargain-basement furniture. Zero legroom – we felt like sardines packed into a can. False advertising at its finest. The pictures on Google make this place look way better than it is. Honestly, it makes me wonder if the positive reviews on there are fake – they must be written by bots, because there’s no way real customers would rate this place highly. To top it all off, the owner was outright rude when we asked to split the bill with our friends, as if we were causing him a huge inconvenience. For the ridiculous price we paid, I felt completely scammed. This place is a classic tourist trap. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone… except maybe my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The reality of the place doesn’t match the online photos at all—it markets itself as alternative and unique, but there’s nothing positive to take away from it. We waited over an hour for our food, only to be served a lackluster meal. It’s hard to imagine how a place could sustain itself with this level of quality. The men’s restroom is extremely cramped, and the cook was noticeably rude and unapproachable. When it came time to pay, we were asked to pay as a group because they didn’t have enough change. This could have been easily avoided if they accepted card payments. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are far better options in the area, like Burgermeister, where you can get a quicker and more enjoyable meal.

Doesn't look like the photos. I don't know if these are old photos from another location, but it has more of a bistro character there. Unfortunately the food wasn't good either. Onion rings were dripping with fat and the mac n cheese buns only tasted like dough. Also really juicy prices. Not recommended. There are some local places in Berlin that either have the right price and/or make better burgers. Wouldn't go back.

A great insider tip. It takes some getting used to when you enter because of the simple furnishings, but the food is amazing. The employees are still customer friendly, nice and attentive. When we are back in Berlin, we will definitely come back.

Simply awesome, simply awesome. The mozzarella sticks were beautifully presented and were really crispy What was really amazing was that they were 4 TIMES larger than normal mozzarella sticks. There are also small fries. Chicken pieces. The burgers were really tasty and the meat was juicy. The coleslaw was a good kick. Loved that they don't use the typical burger bun. Definitely a must have when traveling in Berlin. I knew the old shop from Neukölln because I had already been there with my family. Now I was in the area on a school trip and luckily we passed by. Great atmosphere with burgers that were okay. Unfortunately, the burgers tasted a bit burnt and were therefore not quite our thing. The fries were delicious and there is always a salad with them. The service was nice but unfortunately we had to point out an incorrect bill at the end. Otherwise we would have paid too much. Here you can't pay with card but with PayPal!

Eat: Unfortunately, the food overall was disappointing. The quality of the burger was not convincing, the chicken tasted a lot like frozen food, and the spare ribs were too small and overpriced. The sauces were excessive and overpowered the flavor of the dishes. The fries were average and couldn't save the overall impression. Atmosphere: The atmosphere in the restaurant was also sobering. No renovation has obviously taken place as the interior of the store still looks the same as it did when it was an old pizza shop. Instead of a proper modernization, there was just unsightly scribbling, which further worsens the overall impression. Even the old Italian tiles can still be seen, which gives the restaurant a rather negative impression. Service: The service was not optimal. The staff seemed inexperienced and couldn't make sound recommendations. I found the constant requests for reviews from the staff, especially the owner, to be intrusive and unprofessional. I find it particularly incomprehensible that my friend, even though he already knew from a YouTuber that the store wasn't good, still went there. Prices: The prices were definitely too high for the quality and portion size offered. Drinks were also overpriced. Hygiene: The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The toilets were not renovated and the overall hygiene standards were rather low. Overall rating: Unfortunately I can only give this restaurant 2 out of 10 points. There are definitely better alternatives in the area that are more convincing in terms of quality, service and value for money.

My review is aimed at the shop on Schloßstrasse. Absolutely unpleasant atmosphere, wooden benches and tables lined up closely together. Cash only, absolutely outdated, but that's almost always the case on the street. Well, we wanted to try it anyway, but the service staff seemed so uninterested, smoking and talking on the phone outside was more important. Apart from us there was only one other couple there. When we finally wanted to order (we had to go in because no one came to us) we were told that there were absolutely no vegan or vegetarian options, that everything was supposedly already gone and that on a Saturday lunchtime?? Unfortunately, unbelievable. Then why do you advertise the options so much? So we left again because the staff seemed so unprofessional and uninterested and the store didn't have a nice atmosphere either way. It's a shame, because Lily Burger used to be an absolute must-do in F-Hain.

Don't worry about external scares! We had a burger and mozzarella sticks and fries. The taste is really amazing! However, it would be nice if the menu was adapted and not presented in the exercise book.

Once you have overcome the hurdle of the somewhat complicated menu, you can look forward to good, optionally vegan burgers here. The Lamborghini in particular is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a slightly different creation (with fried mac'n'cheese as buns). It's hard to handle in one go, but the vegan version is really delicious and doesn't lack anything in terms of taste! The two gentlemen behind the counter were very personable and accommodating, but unfortunately I have to deduct a star because of the waitress, who really complained about various customers incessantly and for no reason. For example, after a woman left the restaurant after paying, the waitress commented that her face "looked like a car accident." I would like to come back for the food, but with such rude service staff you'll think twice...

I was last at the store because of Holle's (YouTuber) review. Unfortunately it didn't convince me at all. We were there with several people and when the food arrived after a long wait, it was lukewarm at best. The service was pushy and did not behave professionally. In addition, there was a strong demand to write a good review. An absolute no go for me. 2 out of 5 stars. Maybe it was just a bad day, so make up your own mind. Thank you for reading :)

An absolute insider tip! The store has a funky interior, but it totally fits the store and rounds off the ambience. You can watch the chef at work and there is no wish that goes unfulfilled. There's something for everyone here! Whether vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian or just normal with meat, everyone can enjoy it.

Unfortunately, citizens (without fries) are far too expensive at €12. Nothing special in terms of taste either. A pity.

The burgers and ribs are worth a full 5 stars! The star deduction results from the uncomfortable seating that was due to the move to Schloßstr. were created. Really a downgrade considering how nice it was on Fasanenstrasse before. However, nothing has changed in terms of taste.

Lily Burger is simply fantastic! The burgers are incredibly tasty, the bread is fresh and flavorful, and the fries are perfectly crispy. Every visit is a real highlight. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every bite. Absolute recommendation for all burger lovers!

Unfortunately it doesn't have much to do with the pictures here. It's relatively uncomfortable to sit outside on beer crate furniture. The food is not on plates but in cardboard boxes. The taste is good, but in my opinion it cannot be compared with Hans im Glück etc. It's more of a snack bar than a restaurant, but it's relatively expensive.

Was in Schloßstr. 32 in Charlottenburg at the Lily Burger and was not at all happy with the Smashburger. It was very, very greasy and also very expensive. The menu is really a disaster, everything in English as if I'm in England... Nothing in German. We always ate at the Manhattan Burger and wanted to try the Lily Burger but unfortunately it didn't work out for me. I will continue to stick with the Manhattan Burger and I can still recommend it to everyone.
