Kreuzburger in Berlin

If you’re from out of town, especially America and need a comfort food burger, this is the place. Fresh ingredients and all delivered hot and fresh.

Great burgers. Juicy and properly grilled burger patties. Buns are good along with everything else as bacon, cheese and the sauces.

Chili burger is awesome, fries okay, chili cheese nuggets not baked through, mozarella sticks nice, nice service staff 👍🏼

They have creativity when it comes to the menu without any doubt and reading the menu makes you excited and you want to order all of the items. When it comes to the food, the fries are good not too oily or dry, and the burger itself tastes good.

The food here was so good! I got the Currywurst meal with fries and it was delicious. My first time eating Currywurst, so it was a great first experience. I loved the interior, the decor was really cool. The bathroom was covered in graffiti and that ac to ally gave a nice urban vibe to the restaurant 😂. I loved it!

Mega fries, burgers I'll try right away and otherwise I know Kreuzburgers from before and am happy to be able to try them again. I would love to come back with you...

The burger was delicious, but I was amazed by the potatoes, they were incredibly delicious. I still don't understand whether I was too hungry or there was another reason, but the first thing that comes to my mind about this place is the french fries. And also ready-made frozen potatoes, I don't understand, but they were extremely delicious.

The place seems small from the outside but it is big inside. They have a big menu and a big variety of dishes. You can have a vegan burger or your normal hamburger. The price is good compared to the quality and size of the portions. You can order to go as well or order online.

Hamburgers are delicious. There is self service and prices are normal.

I'm writing this review from the toilet. I think I got food poisoning. 30 minutes after eating the burger I wasn't feeling well at all and my stomach was on a rollercoaster ride. Unfortunately I can only advise against the food. The staff was very friendly.

Crunch with crunchy, non-salty vegetables Burger + Crazy Pomes + Radler: It's not the juicy type of burger, but it's reasonably tasty and healthy.

Really tasty and cheap! Lots for vegetarians, but also meat lovers. I can recommend the halloumi burger, I went there two evenings in a row for it!

One of the best burger spot in Berlin. Service was good, Pommes was very fresh and crispy. Probably, some dissatisfied comments come from the relatively narrow spot. Apart from that, nothing to complain about. They were very helpful when receiving orders.

Very very good burger, the truth is that there is quite a variety and it is really good value for money. The attention has been great since we are tourists and they have taken a lot of interest in understanding us. We'll be back before we leave!

I went to the restaurant at Rosenthaler Str. and mistakenly ordered from another Kreuzburger branch (near Landsberger Allee through Uber Eats). I went to the guy with the beard at checkout on the cashier and told him. He told me to “Go pick it up.” and did not offer to help at all. On the contrary the saint of a guy i called at the other branch offered to and did send me a driver with the order. So yeah the only problem they have is that guy with the beard.

This comment goes to the guy at the checkout with the beard and extremely rude person who urgently needs to change his behavior. It was on October 26th, 2024 at 6 p.m

Very tasty food with endless free mayo and ketchup prices are moderate highly recommended

One of the burger places I tried in Berlin so far. Chicken burgers are all delicious. Cheeseburger and Chilli burger are good as well. Onion rings and mozzarella sticks are nice also. They have different types of fries and all are delicious. My favorites are curly fries and potato wedges. And they’re open until late usually which is amazing.

Popped in a few times after coming home from the bar, food is of a great quality, freshly cooked and really filling, would definitely eat here again next time I come to Berlin.

Staff went like this. The food was just bad. Cleanliness in the dining room was subpar. Frozen fries were simply placed over the deep fryer in the evening. The so-called visitor toilet was just dirty. The floor in the guest room hasn't seen a damp cloth for a long time. Simply not recommended.

Go on your way! Here the fries are not homemade, the welcome is bad. You will regret spending your euros there.

Place next to our apartment, the burgers are really good and the ingredients are spot on. I tried the bba, the chili and with the mushrooms, all three very good, the place is clean and easy-going, very well done for those who want to have lunch or dinner on the fly with a cost of €10/12. Black Angus in the burger recommended!

A bit dreary interior and street terrace, but the food was good. And I was the only customer dining there at 3:30pm on a Thursday.

Unfortunately not as good as it once was. Always full of annoying tourists. So if you want to eat in peace (and well), you've come to the wrong place. The burger meat is poorly seasoned. The patty tasted of nothing. The burger seemed “slapped together”. The hot dog has an old sausage, probably from a discount store, and unfortunately without any taste. The only good thing is the fries. They're really good. Unfortunately, you can't save the food alone. Conclusion: The store lives from its old reputation, which unfortunately it no longer lives up to.

Organic patties way too salty - for the second time within a few weeks. You cannot eat it. When I asked at the counter I was told its normal because of the organic meet....

Our burgers were totally over salted and we didn't like them at all

This was my first meal in Berlin. Tried their Chilli Burger and hot dog and both were delicious. The service is quick and no fuss, provided you know what you want to order. Would definitely love to go back if I have time.

Inexpensive fast food restaurant for burgers, not only in Kreuzberg in Berlin

The burger is quite nice, the pommes (curly and normal) also good and the onion fries are decent. The location is the best I would say and if at a “late” time you are carving burger and fries this place will satisfy your cravings.

Great little fast food burger place, lots of choice, very reasonably priced burgers, superb sweet potato fries, I would happily go back there, not too noisy, fast service, you can pay by card and in cash (although not very practical with cash ). Nice reference to the Berlin Wall on the wall on the left when entering, with the image of the soldier from the Soviet side fleeing over the barbed wire to reach the European side.

Kreuzburger offers one of the tastiest burgers in Europe. The employees there are also helpful, nice and committed. The food is freshly prepared for you in less than 10 minutes. There's nice music and cool art on the walls inside, and there's plenty of seating outside for large groups. You also have a nice view outside. You get ketchup and mayo for free, which is no longer the case in many burger restaurants. Thanks to the Kreuzburger employees and the management of the business. It's good that you exist. 🫶

You can always go there if you're nearby. Food tastes great.

Hopelessly overwhelmed at lunchtime. Paddy from the TK, delivery 30 minutes late (despite an hour's pre-order) and still being pampered (by the messenger (unkempt)), poor value for money and a bad mood for free, thank you, I don't need that again

One of the worst burgers in Berlin! Burger wasn't juicy at all and this branch has nothing to do with its origins 10 years ago... just sad... no flair... no love... Two guys made love in the toilet, so it can also be an inspiring place. Unfortunately, the toilet was occupied accordingly.

We chose it because it was open late at night. The products were not tasty. Let's say it's softer than stone. Also it was expensive. The price of 0.5 liters of water was 2.9€. It wasn't clean either. We were not satisfied.

Unacceptable! Full of oil, very rude staff attacking customers. I personally found a hair on my plate... luckily after I argued they were willing to at least give me a refund. I do not recommend it under any circumstances!

What happened to this burger shop? It was good two years ago. I ordered a menu today and it didn’t taste good at all. And the worst, one of the staff said “you can’t get fritz kola, it’s not a part of menu” — Seriously, you have to pay extra for Fritz cola? I paid 14 euros for the menu and yet can’t choose a simple drink. Same guy was also arguing with me about making my food takeaway. The food was still being cooked, they haven’t put it on plate or anything, and this guy was arguing “You said it’s for here!!!” — dude, what’s wrong with you? you hate your job?

Really good hamburgers that were very filling. It was incredibly good fries that stayed crispy for a very long time and tasted really good, highly recommend 👍😋🍔😁🔥

The last 3 times I was there, I got diarrhea afterwards. This doesn't happen to me at any other castle shop. Can only mean that it is very unhygienic

Kreuzberger consistently makes errors in orders when ordering in. If you decide to eat at this place, rather go to the restaurant so when they forget something in your order, you can just go straight to them and get it. I used Wolt as delivery service. Won't order here again.

Extra Käse aufm Burger, extra dafür bezahlt: nicht erhalten. Extra Homesauce bestellt, extra dafür bezahlt: nicht erhalten. Extra Aioli bestellt, extra dafür bezahlt: nicht erhalten. Ich hab sogar in den Notizen geschrieben, dass man doch bitte nicht, so wie beim letzten mal, das Aioli vergessen soll. Und das ganze nicht zum ersten mal. Als ich dort angerufen habe, hieß es, man könne nichts machen. Damit war Thema für Kreuzburger erledigt. Der Burger generell sah auch sehr hingerotzt aus. Nie wieder bestelle ich dort. Vor allem, wenn man am Ende nur so abgespeist wird, obwohl der Fehler ganz klar beim Restaurant liegt.

A delicious burger and the curly fries are a must - on the more expensive side for fast food but given the atmosphere of the place it’s definitely worth it

If you’re in a hurry and are looking for a quick bite, then definitely try this burger joint. Good value for money and it has a wide range of vegan burgers that a vegetarian can choose from too.

Meine Freundin und Ich wollten nun zum 2. mal bei euch bestellen. Und exakt der selbe Ablauf wie beim ersten Mal: Wir bestellen über Uber, ihr storniert online ohne Angabe von Gründen und als wir angerufen haben wurden wir unfreundlich am Telefon abgefertigt. War das letzte Mal. Würde jedem von Bestellungen bei euch abraten.

Nie wieder! Hatten über wolt in der Aktion 2 x "2for1 Cheeseburger" bestellt. Also 4 Burger. Angekommen sind zwei kalte Burger. Der Fahrer hat sich ganz schnell aus dem Staub gemacht. War übrigens weder als Woltfahrer zu erkennen, noch gab es eine Quittung. Er bestand darauf er habe die Tüte (ebenfalls nicht von Wolt) so erhalten und wenn es Probleme gibt, soll ich beim Laden anrufen. Ich habe sofort bei Kreuzburger angerufen. Dort wollte mir erst niemand helfen, dann wurde mir mitgeteilt, die zwei fehlenden Burger würden nicht nachgeliefert werden, da es keine Fahrer gäbe.. Frecherweise wurde mir dann vorgeschlagen, die fehlenden Burger einfach abholen zu kommen... Bitte was?! Wofür habe ich denn bitte 4 Euro Lieferkosten bezahlt. Paypal-Käuferschutz ist eingeschaltet! Will das gesamte Geld zurück. Zwei kalte Bürger für (inklusive Lieferung) 20,48€ sind eine Frechheit. Der Service überhaupt nicht an einer Lösung interessiert. (Geld zurück, Gutschein, irgendwas...) Unterirdisch. Die kalten Bürger waren übrigens auch mies. Wabbeliges Brötchen, Fleisch so lala, Soße nichts besonderes. Weder eine große Portion, noch sonderlich lecker gemacht. Unabhängig von der heutigen Erfahrung hätte mich das nicht überzeugt.

BBQ-Burger ist ziemlich klassisch gehaltener Burger. Der BBQ-Burger ist lecker, aber etwas fettig. Die Burger-Patties waren leider etwas zäh und trocken, da sie etwas zu lange gegrillt worden sind.

IMHO der beste Burger in Berlin

Burger waren wirklich geschmacklich sehr lecker! Preise stimmten für uns komplett und es war völlig ausreichend, sich die Pommes zu teilen da man schnell satt ist. Sauberkeit bei den Tischen vor dem Lokal könnte noch verbessert werden. So müsste man nicht zuerst denn Müll/Dreck der Gäste zuvor selbst entfernen. Gegend toll um das Geschehen der Kreuzung zu beobachten da immer was los war.

Das Essen war top und die veganen Optionen waren auch gut, Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Arbeiter hat mir zu wenig Wechselgeld zurückgegeben aber wann Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, der habe mir das richtige Geld zurückgegeben👍 Trotzdem kann ich die veganen Burger auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Burger was very good, fries also, crunchy with a mix of spices. Double burger with fries menu is way too much for one person. Service is very stressed and chaotic, it's up to you to know when your order is ready.

Schöner Style im Laden, Berlin gerecht. Essen wird schnell zubereitet und ist auch geschmacklich gut. Service ist gut und nett. Auswahl an Burgen ist gut, für jeden etwas dabei.

Great burger and one of the best (sweet potato or regular) fries I’ve had! Loved the fact you can add on your fries as much mayo and ketchup as you want. Portion sizes keep you full and satisfied. very convenient location and working hours, as many food places in Berlin close about 10pm. I definitely recommend it!
