Great selection, delicious food, and quick preparation. Perfect for a quick and easy meal in Mitte! The currywurst with fries was excellent, but the hot dog and the crunchy chicken salad also lived up to their promises. Highly recommended – and not just because of its central location!

The order was simply given to another guest. When I complained, I received the succinct reply that the order with the number had already been issued! Only when the guest who received the incorrect order came forward and told the staff that they had been given the wrong order did the staff apologize! What's really irritating is the fact that they wanted the guest who had received the incorrect order back to give it to me! Questionable sense of hygiene! Only after a loud protest was the order re-made! All in all, disappointing and unprofessional!

Very tasty fries, great location, and great if you want something quick to eat.

We had the chicken and crispy chicken burger with a side of fries and wow! The meat was so juicy and the fries were super delicious - crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside. The sauces and veggies on the burgers harmonised perfectly with the ensemble, too. Big variety of vegan and veggie option!! There's a toilet with soap which is great for a berlin restaurant. The music choice threw us off though, like a german charts 2015 vibe

Food wasn't delivered because no driver was on site... No info, no comment... I called the store after an hour and was told: "You can cancel, otherwise it'll take a while..."

I ordered a chili burger without tomatoes or cucumber, along with chili cheese fries. Without further comment, I received the burger with tomatoes and cucumber, along with fries with cheese sauce and a kind of ketchup with jalapenos. After asking twice that these weren't chili cheese fries, the answer was that they were out of ground beef. That was my last time at the place, because the burger just didn't taste good in general. For that price, you can usually get really good burgers!

I've been coming here since they first opened about a decade ago and saved the neighborhood from the overpriced and/or mediocre burger places that were the only options. I still go, happily. Appreciated how they were open late nights when I was traveling for work. I usually get it to go but the guys who work here are great and there's nice tables outside; anyways decent atmosphere for a burger joint!

The burgers are super tasty, richly topped. The staff is very friendly and special requests are also taken into account. The price-performance ratio is right.

The original, plain hamburger was really good. My wife, who doesn’t like hamburgers, even said it was a really good hamburger. However, the only downside of our meal were the cheddar poppers. The cheese wasn’t melted, and there wasn’t much flavor to them.

My girlfriend and I found the staff very unpleasant, and this experience was reflected in both the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food. Everything seemed very dirty to us or it was roughly wiped over in a careless manner. We weren't impressed with the food at all. Sure, it tasted like fried ground beef, and the fries tasted kind of like fries, but we were about as excited about it as frozen fries and a microwave burger would be.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kreuzburger. The bun was completely burnt, the burger was overloaded with onions, and the meat was practically raw. Definitely not what I expected.

If you’re from out of town, especially America and need a comfort food burger, this is the place. Fresh ingredients and all delivered hot and fresh.

They have creativity when it comes to the menu without any doubt and reading the menu makes you excited and you want to order all of the items. When it comes to the food, the fries are good not too oily or dry, and the burger itself tastes good.

The food here was so good! I got the Currywurst meal with fries and it was delicious. My first time eating Currywurst, so it was a great first experience. I loved the interior, the decor was really cool. The bathroom was covered in graffiti and that ac to ally gave a nice urban vibe to the restaurant 😂. I loved it!

The burger was delicious, but I was amazed by the potatoes, they were incredibly delicious. I still don't understand whether I was too hungry or there was another reason, but the first thing that comes to my mind about this place is the french fries. And also ready-made frozen potatoes, I don't understand, but they were extremely delicious.

The place seems small from the outside but it is big inside. They have a big menu and a big variety of dishes. You can have a vegan burger or your normal hamburger. The price is good compared to the quality and size of the portions. You can order to go as well or order online.

I'm writing this review from the toilet. I think I got food poisoning. 30 minutes after eating the burger I wasn't feeling well at all and my stomach was on a rollercoaster ride. Unfortunately I can only advise against the food. The staff was very friendly.

One of the best burger spot in Berlin. Service was good, Pommes was very fresh and crispy. Probably, some dissatisfied comments come from the relatively narrow spot. Apart from that, nothing to complain about. They were very helpful when receiving orders.

Very very good burger, the truth is that there is quite a variety and it is really good value for money. The attention has been great since we are tourists and they have taken a lot of interest in understanding us. We'll be back before we leave!

I went to the restaurant at Rosenthaler Str. and mistakenly ordered from another Kreuzburger branch (near Landsberger Allee through Uber Eats). I went to the guy with the beard at checkout on the cashier and told him. He told me to “Go pick it up.” and did not offer to help at all. On the contrary the saint of a guy i called at the other branch offered to and did send me a driver with the order. So yeah the only problem they have is that guy with the beard.

This comment goes to the guy at the checkout with the beard and extremely rude person who urgently needs to change his behavior. It was on October 26th, 2024 at 6 p.m

One of the burger places I tried in Berlin so far. Chicken burgers are all delicious. Cheeseburger and Chilli burger are good as well. Onion rings and mozzarella sticks are nice also. They have different types of fries and all are delicious. My favorites are curly fries and potato wedges. And they’re open until late usually which is amazing.

Popped in a few times after coming home from the bar, food is of a great quality, freshly cooked and really filling, would definitely eat here again next time I come to Berlin.

Staff went like this. The food was just bad. Cleanliness in the dining room was subpar. Frozen fries were simply placed over the deep fryer in the evening. The so-called visitor toilet was just dirty. The floor in the guest room hasn't seen a damp cloth for a long time. Simply not recommended.

Go on your way! Here the fries are not homemade, the welcome is bad. You will regret spending your euros there.

Place next to our apartment, the burgers are really good and the ingredients are spot on. I tried the bba, the chili and with the mushrooms, all three very good, the place is clean and easy-going, very well done for those who want to have lunch or dinner on the fly with a cost of €10/12. Black Angus in the burger recommended!

A bit dreary interior and street terrace, but the food was good. And I was the only customer dining there at 3:30pm on a Thursday.

Unfortunately not as good as it once was. Always full of annoying tourists. So if you want to eat in peace (and well), you've come to the wrong place. The burger meat is poorly seasoned. The patty tasted of nothing. The burger seemed “slapped together”. The hot dog has an old sausage, probably from a discount store, and unfortunately without any taste. The only good thing is the fries. They're really good. Unfortunately, you can't save the food alone. Conclusion: The store lives from its old reputation, which unfortunately it no longer lives up to.

Organic patties way too salty - for the second time within a few weeks. You cannot eat it. When I asked at the counter I was told its normal because of the organic meet....

This was my first meal in Berlin. Tried their Chilli Burger and hot dog and both were delicious. The service is quick and no fuss, provided you know what you want to order. Would definitely love to go back if I have time.

The burger is quite nice, the pommes (curly and normal) also good and the onion fries are decent. The location is the best I would say and if at a “late” time you are carving burger and fries this place will satisfy your cravings.

Great little fast food burger place, lots of choice, very reasonably priced burgers, superb sweet potato fries, I would happily go back there, not too noisy, fast service, you can pay by card and in cash (although not very practical with cash ). Nice reference to the Berlin Wall on the wall on the left when entering, with the image of the soldier from the Soviet side fleeing over the barbed wire to reach the European side.

Kreuzburger offers one of the tastiest burgers in Europe. The employees there are also helpful, nice and committed. The food is freshly prepared for you in less than 10 minutes. There's nice music and cool art on the walls inside, and there's plenty of seating outside for large groups. You also have a nice view outside. You get ketchup and mayo for free, which is no longer the case in many burger restaurants. Thanks to the Kreuzburger employees and the management of the business. It's good that you exist. 🫶

One of the worst burgers in Berlin! Burger wasn't juicy at all and this branch has nothing to do with its origins 10 years ago... just sad... no flair... no love... Two guys made love in the toilet, so it can also be an inspiring place. Unfortunately, the toilet was occupied accordingly.

We chose it because it was open late at night. The products were not tasty. Let's say it's softer than stone. Also it was expensive. The price of 0.5 liters of water was 2.9€. It wasn't clean either. We were not satisfied.

What happened to this burger shop? It was good two years ago. I ordered a menu today and it didn’t taste good at all. And the worst, one of the staff said “you can’t get fritz kola, it’s not a part of menu” — Seriously, you have to pay extra for Fritz cola? I paid 14 euros for the menu and yet can’t choose a simple drink. Same guy was also arguing with me about making my food takeaway. The food was still being cooked, they haven’t put it on plate or anything, and this guy was arguing “You said it’s for here!!!” — dude, what’s wrong with you? you hate your job?
