Beef Burger in Berlin

The beef burger in Berlin really delivers on taste. The burgers are juicy, well-seasoned, and come with a generous amount of cheese – exactly as you'd expect. The fries were also fresh and crispy. The staff was remarkably friendly and attentive, which made the visit much more pleasant. The only downside: the restaurant was noticeably cold, which made sitting a bit uncomfortable. The taste was excellent, the service was excellent – ​​they just need to work on the temperature inside.

A friend of mine and I have been regular customers for years and go there regularly. There are better tables in the place now, but what I absolutely can't stand is when they serve me double-fried fries. You can definitely taste that the "chef" served us old fries. Reposting after the restaurant deleted my review: One week after placing the order: the burger never came, the marked it in the app as delivered tho even though they confirmed they will cancel the delivery. I still haven´t received the 28€ refund. 23:05. 30 min late: We ordered at 9 after seeing that the delivery time was 60 min, but once we paid we got a message that the delivery would take 90 min. It's already half an hour late, tried to call 10 times and didn't go through, and after reading some reviews, I am starting to panick that the food may never arrive. 23:35. 1h late: I managed to reach them on the phone. The guy said that they will be here in 20 min.... (25 min have passed). They claimed that they are very busy because it's Saturday... Okay dude, that's fine, but then don't lie to me when you confirm the order! Thinking to go to the kebab in the corner... These burgers will arrive for breakfast 23:55. 1h20min late: my order never came so I called again to cancel. They said Lieferando will refund me. I am now heading to the kebab and I really hope there's no more follow ups to this review. Summary: DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Good selection, good burgers! The menu features classics and a few delicious creations. The prices are fair, the burgers all taste good and you can now get your food pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the ambience there is a bit sparse. The new tables and chairs don't fit the bill of a cool burger joint. ...and it's too cold to sit there any longer - unfortunately.

The burgers taste really tasty and look very attractive. We've tried a lot of burger restaurants and snack bars in Berlin, but nowhere was it as good as here and the selection was as large. We always eat locally to eat the burger warm and fresh. The employees are always friendly. However, the snack bar could be cleaner and tidier, so only 2 stars for the ambience, but otherwise 5/5.

Rarely have I been so disappointed. Frying a burger patty isn't actually that difficult, but here it's "fried to death"! Dry and firm...damage to the meat. Fries were also dry and sticky and didn't taste like anything. The male waiter (preparer) spent the entire stay (approx. 40 minutes) talking very loudly and nonstop to his children in “foreign language”. Ambiance “station hall” Once and never again!

No recommendation: I ordered a hot dog and a burger. Unfortunately, they managed to make the meat of the burger even drier than possible. The sauce didn't really taste good and unfortunately the cheese wasn't really good either. The hot dog was completely ok, especially for €3 it was appropriate given the circumstances. But unless you're extremely hungry, I can't recommend it.

Are there actually zero stars? Such stores are a disgrace. I've been waiting more than 1.5 hours for a burger. The call was short and sweet. No German so he didn't understand me or want to understand me. It's a disgrace that people like that are allowed to do something like that. I just wanted a burger and not any more stress.

First time customer today. BBQ burger as a menu. Burger with fries and drink for €12.50. It was tasty and a decent portion. Price performance is top in my opinion. Definitely not the last time I'll be a customer.

The guy at the checkout gave me a euro short of change, which isn't a problem in itself and can happen. But instead of giving me a euro he gives me Syrian currency that is confusingly similar. impudence

Ich habe schon mehrere mal bei diesem Laden bestellt und jetzt reichts mir. Ich hab heute was bestellt (Ein Burger Menu). Ich kriege nur pommes + Burger, mein Fuzetea kommt nicht an. Außerdem hatte ich nur nen 20€ und habe daher angegeben, dass ich mit 20€ bezahle. Der lieferant nimmt mir den 20€ weg und nun hab ich mehr bezahlt als meine Gesamtsumme hoch ist + mein Getränk kommt nicht. SCAM !!!!

Frisch vor Ort zwei verschiedene Burger mit noch zusätzlichen Wünschen zubereiten lassen. Beide schmeckten frisch und köstlich. Zudem wurden wir sehr aufmerksam und freundlich behandelt. Auch der Preis ist recht angenehm. Wir waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden ( und satt ). Inzwischen gehört es bei uns nach dem Kino Besuch im Astra dazu 😀.

Hi ich war heute mit meine familie essen , hat super geschmeckt und werden immer vorbei kommen.

Habe 3 Cheeseburger Menüs zum mitnehmen bestellt.... Fleisch war extremst durch... haben die hälfte in den Müll geworfen und hatten zum Abend hin Durchfall. Danke und nie wieder.

Essen war sehr gut. Punktabzug fürs Ambiente und nur Barzahlung. Für den Burger komme ich wieder.

Bei Lieferando bestellt, warten mehr als 2,5 Stunden (in der Woche). Mehrmals im Laden angerufen, geht einfach niemand ran. Ob das Essen noch kommt? Ungewiss. Wir bestellen jetzt woanders. Falls es noch kommen sollte, hoffe ich, dass kein Stein oder Haar drauf ist und es noch warm und nicht durchgekaut aussieht, so wie man es hier leider schon lesen konnte. Nachtrag: nach 3 Stunden wurden wir mit einem Anruf überrascht. Der Herr meinte, bei Kunden, die Barzahlung angeben, ist es in letzter Zeit dazu gekommen, dass es Fake Bestellungen gab & es wurde sich vom Fahrer nicht gemeldet, da sein Akku leer gegangen sei. Was nun der Fahrer mit der 3Std. Bestellung zu tun hat, keine Ahnung, denn die Bestellung war nicht mal auf dem Weg! Darauf, das am Telefon der Filiale niemand rangeht, kam keine Begründung. Nach mehrmaligen Wiederholen, dass wir gerne stornieren möchten, hat er es schließlich verstanden. Eure Konkurrenz hat uns übrigens innerhalb von 30 Minuten leckeres, warmes Essen geliefert. PS: wir hatten schon mal bestellt, da war die Wartezeit und Essen von meinem Freund ok, mein Burger war matschig und ich musste ein fremdes Haar aus meinem Mund ziehen. Da dachte ich mir nur, kann ja mal passieren. Laut den anderen Rezensionen aber wohl üblich. Liest euch unbedingt die anderen noch durch, bevor ihr dort bestellt & besonders die Antworten vom Inhaber. Einfach nur lächerlich.

Ihr hattet einen der bestellten Burger nicht vorrätig und habt die Bestellung über Ubereats storniert. Seit knapp 2 Wochen wird auf Rückerstattung gewartet. Ubereats meint, Beef Burger meint wir hätten storniert, was nicht stimmt. Ihr konntet nicht die gewünschte Bestellung liefern! Lasst euch was einfallen, ansonsten leiten wir diesen Betrug einer nicht erbrachten Leistung weiter.

Selten so etwas Freches erlebt. Lieferung dauerte 90 min und kam unvollständig. Auf Nachfrage wusste man am Telefon sofort bescheid, was fehlte. Was den Anschein erweckt, dass die Bestellung bewusst so rausgegeben wurde. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir bei der nächsten Bestellung das Fehlende bekommen und/oder ein großes Getränk, da die Nachlieferung mindestens 1 Stunde dauern würde. Darauf haben wir uns aber nicht eingelassen, da wir schließlich alles schon vorher bezahlt hatten und auch in der Stadt nur zu Besuch sind. Zudem waren die Burger 1. nicht mehr wirklich ansehnlich (Salat matschig) und 2. das Fleisch knochentrocken und fast schwarz. Einen Bon bekamen wir auch nicht dazu. Die fehlenden Fries wurden nach 40 min nachgeliefert. Kalt, pappig und sahen aus wie zusammengewürfelte Reste. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Stadt sind, bestellen wir hier NIE wieder.

Schnell und sehr leckerer frischer Rinder Burger. Top gern wieder, das Ambiente könnte man verbessern aber es geht ums Lecker Essen

Burger sind roh. Wegen diesem Laden bekomm ich ne Lebensmittelvergiftung. Kassiert für Ketchup und Mayo ohne es geliefert zu haben. Versteht meine Sprache nicht. Ekliger 🍔

Für einen Schnellimbiss leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Es wird sicher Lieferservice angeboten, aber vor Ort habe ich zum Verzehr auf einen Blue Cheese Burger 25 Minuten gewartet. Saß Brot was trocken und der Belag war auch nicht herausragend. Für 8 Euro habe ich schon bessere Burger gegessen, auch in Inflationszeiten.

Das Fleisch war ein harter brocken der viel zu lange gebraten wurde, well done hatte das patty schon lange hinter sich 2. Der bacon hingegen hat den herd wohl nur anschauen können, zäh und weit entfernt von kross... 3. Das brot war einseitig schwarz angebraten, mir persönlich etwas viel röstaromen Die Beilagen waren super (mozarella sticks und süßkartoffeln) An diesen gab es nix auszusetzen, die beilagen haben 2 sterne gerettet für die Bewertung

Uriger Burgerladen. Ordentliche Portionen. Angerichtet auf Schieferplatten (wenn man vor Ort isst). Der Kümmel auf den Buns war aber nicht so meins.

Essen wurde über Lieferando bestellt. Aus 20-45 Minuten wurden 90 Minuten essen war kalt Schade Burger hätte echt Potenzial gehabt. Leider wird hier nicht mehr bestellt.

Haben eine Zeit lang sehr gerne dort bestellt, Qualität hat meines Erachtens aber ordentlich nachgelassen. Essen kommt kalt an, verkohlte stellen sowohl an Burger als auch an chicken Wings, Curly Fries schmecken irgendwie alt. Aber die größte Katastrophe war, dass ich aus meinem Burger ein sehr langes, dunkles Haar ziehen musste. Daraufhin verging mir selbstverständlich der Appetit, sowie auch meinem Partner. Also flog eine Bestellung von 30€ direkt in den Müll. Man sollte gegebenenfalls über ein Haarnetz oder wenigstens einen Zopfgummi nachdenken, wenn man als Koch lange Haare hat.

A better Fastfood type of restaurant and the burger was tasty

Essen kam 2,5 std zuspät und war eiskalt. Als man anrief und versucht hat das telefonisch zu klären wurde man beleidigt Es fehlte ein Burger der Hotdog sah aus als wurde er vorgekaut und serviert Fals ihr da bestellen wollt weil die Frau nicht kochen kann egal lass lieber die Frau kochen und bestellt da nicht!

Über eine Stunde zu spät so ein Much Laden sollten mal zu machen

Der Burger schmeckt, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Wir liessen uns das Essen nach Hause liefern - es ging schnell und das Essen war noch warm, die Pommes leider etwas labberig. Trotzdem bestellen wir sicher nochmal, da die Burger (und Hotdogs) ausgezeichnet waren.

Unterirdisch haben über Lieferando bestellt. Die Burger sind kalt angekommen. Der Käse hat ausgeschaut als würde er aus der Mikrowelle kommen. Das Hack war tot gebraten. War immer ein guter Laden aber sowas auszuliefern ist eine Frechheit. Die Süßkartoffeln waren schwarz tot frietiert in altem Öl. Dafür Geld zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit.

Das Essen war an sich gut 4/5, aber bitte sucht euch anständige Fahrer aus! Ich hatte leider kein Kleingeld (bezahlt wurde per Paypal), und der Fahrer nahm sich die Frechheit raus sich über mich aufzuregen warum ich kein Trinkgeld für ihn habe. Ab jetzt nie wieder Trinkgeld.

Auch zu späten Zeiten kann man hier noch für einen guten Preis einen leckeren frischen Burger essen gehen.

Wird zwar alles frisch zubereitet, dennoch ist das Fleisch einfach Standard, vermutlich aus dem Froster. Scheint auch eher was zum beliefern zu sein, dort seinen Burger zu verzehren ist eher nicht so angenehm. So sollten auch die Tische zwischen den Gästen mal abgewischt werden. Rustikal und szenenmäßig muss nicht schmuddelig sein.
