€12.99 for a falafel plate with just raw vegetable salad, falafel (which is delicious after all), hummus and yoghurt. At the same time the most expensive and humble falafel plate of my life. The bread that came with it was rock hard. And then specifying €12.99 as the price instead of €13 - embarrassing.

Burger Kraft used to be my go-to burger place and the one I recommend to everyone, but my last two orders were terrible. The INCREDIBLE buns they used to have (homemade, I believe), that were their signature and the best part of the burger, have been replaced with the same bog-standard, boring, seemingly mass-produced garbage every burger place uses. A cost-cutting measure I assume? Very disappointing. I was hoping it was a one-time thing and they might have run out of the good buns last time, but I got the bad buns again today, and the burger was just NOT good as a result. Not worth the money at all for what is now more or less McDonalds quality. 2 stars, but only for nostalgia for how good their food used to be, and could be again.

Burger was okay, the atmosphere is a food court and therefore very loud. You shouldn't expect much from the service, but there should actually be basic politeness, but this wasn't the case during today's visit. You order the burgers at a terminal and get a receipt printed out with a number. Afterwards you were supposed to receive a pager, but the employees ignored you and later yelled at you because you didn't have a pager. The good woman who prepared the burgers must have had a bad day. At least that's what we can only hope for, otherwise it's incomprehensible how someone like that can work in contact with people. First and last time here.

They looked great, but unfortunately, no one managed to eat them. The meat was very tough and had an unpleasant aftertaste.

DANGER! DO NOT ORDER! Although the store is shown as open on Lieferando and online, it is not! I've driven by many times in the last two months and the store has always been closed, despite opening hours online. Google should definitely set it to temporarily closed for now!
