This evening we ordered from Burgerme again after a long time.
Unfortunately the burgers were ice cold and tasteless. There was hardly any sauce on the DreamyBBQ and therefore very dry.
The Big Angus Mountain Cheese was cold and unseasoned. Really disappointing. The fries have always been these very thin things, but today they were still cold and soggy. It felt like they were warmed up in the microwave. Really disgusting.
I will never order from Burgerme again.
I wanted to buy a normal Hallumi today. He asked me "in bread" and I said "yes in bread". There were only two of us in the restaurant so it can't be that he didn't hear me at high volume. He made me a hallumi burger and when I asked why it was a burger he told me because I said "in bread". The menu said Hallumi Dürum or bread and usually "in bread" means in regular kebab bread. Otherwise I would have said "as a burger". He didn't care at all and I ended up having to pay even more. Apart from that, the "burger" was completely tasteless with a thin lettuce leaf and 1.2 thin onions. He could have at least apologized, things like that happen, but to have such an arrogant attitude and then blame me with "You said bread" is absolutely wrong. 7.70 euros for this is almost outrageous. I cannot recommend the store.
The prices do not correspond to the quality. I ordered potatoes and a cheeseburger, waited 20 minutes, only a cheeseburger was brought. They forgot about the potatoes
Since the one in Poelchausstr. was closed, I have to order burgerme from this place. But I won't order there again. The burgers are carelessly thrown together. Delivery is quick, but what you ordered doesn't justify the price for what you get. The only good thing are the fries, the rest is loveless, has hardly any taste, and completely falls apart when you bite into them. I don't recommend this store.
Tea for €3.20 on a football field? Absolutely cheeky to ask such a price for hot water and a tea bag 😤
Hot chocolate for €3.40 🙄
The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and remade the hot chocolate we complained about without any ifs or buts (the first one tasted a lot like coffee because it came from the same fully automatic machine).
Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment at lunchtime. Paid €30 for 2 pizzas (without drinks). €15 for a Bimibab! Really?! Are you serious? The quality of the pizza was good, but it was very sparsely topped. If there were 10 mushrooms on it, that was a lot. We actually wanted to eat sushi, but several restaurants were closed.
The toilets are not recommended, not even for washing your hands. The staff at many stands are disinterested and you get very short and unfriendly answers to questions.
The food was really delicious, especially the sweet potato fries, I've never had any that were better anywhere else. You can easily overlook the shop from the outside, as the shops next door are much more conspicuous and there are plenty of them on Berliner Allee. Now to the negative point, the employee on site was so unfriendly towards us from the first second we entered the store and I can't for the life of me explain why he wasn't in the mood for us. I'll put it this way, I work in service myself and know that you certainly can't or don't always want to have a big grin on your face, but the way he was there with us was really bottom drawer.
