Brilliant service and food tastes good. The shop is now called Cataleyas Kitchen.

This evening we ordered from Burgerme again after a long time. Unfortunately the burgers were ice cold and tasteless. There was hardly any sauce on the DreamyBBQ and therefore very dry. The Big Angus Mountain Cheese was cold and unseasoned. Really disappointing. The fries have always been these very thin things, but today they were still cold and soggy. It felt like they were warmed up in the microwave. Really disgusting. I will never order from Burgerme again.

I ate some of the best burgers in Berlin here. Super friendly staff.

I have no idea why the burgerme was rated so poorly. For my part, I was and am satisfied. This is the third time I have ordered and I am still satisfied. Food and service good to very good.

The burger was raw. How come??? We wanted to give you a chance despite the bad rating and I regretted it. Too bad

Absolute recommendation. Price, performance, selection, composition... top.

Tea for €3.20 on a football field? Absolutely cheeky to ask such a price for hot water and a tea bag 😤 Hot chocolate for €3.40 🙄 The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and remade the hot chocolate we complained about without any ifs or buts (the first one tasted a lot like coffee because it came from the same fully automatic machine).

It was simply one of the delicious burgers I ate in Berlin, thanks Erkan for the prepared onions and sheep,,,, I'll be happy to come back

Very bad food, staff is very rude and annoyed...not recommended

Reposting after the restaurant deleted my review: One week after placing the order: the burger never came, the marked it in the app as delivered tho even though they confirmed they will cancel the delivery. I still haven´t received the 28€ refund. 23:05. 30 min late: We ordered at 9 after seeing that the delivery time was 60 min, but once we paid we got a message that the delivery would take 90 min. It's already half an hour late, tried to call 10 times and didn't go through, and after reading some reviews, I am starting to panick that the food may never arrive. 23:35. 1h late: I managed to reach them on the phone. The guy said that they will be here in 20 min.... (25 min have passed). They claimed that they are very busy because it's Saturday... Okay dude, that's fine, but then don't lie to me when you confirm the order! Thinking to go to the kebab in the corner... These burgers will arrive for breakfast 23:55. 1h20min late: my order never came so I called again to cancel. They said Lieferando will refund me. I am now heading to the kebab and I really hope there's no more follow ups to this review. Summary: DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

The food was really delicious, especially the sweet potato fries, I've never had any that were better anywhere else. You can easily overlook the shop from the outside, as the shops next door are much more conspicuous and there are plenty of them on Berliner Allee. Now to the negative point, the employee on site was so unfriendly towards us from the first second we entered the store and I can't for the life of me explain why he wasn't in the mood for us. I'll put it this way, I work in service myself and know that you certainly can't or don't always want to have a big grin on your face, but the way he was there with us was really bottom drawer.
