Burgerhelden in Berlin

This was by far the best burger I have ever eaten. Me and my friends will go there so often. And not only the food but also the location, the decoration and above all the service you get here is simply great. If it were possible I would give 100 stars. By far the best burger shop in Germany. :)

Very friendly welcome, accommodating Lekka was too. The next burger 🍔 is already booked.

For my taste the best burgers in town. Spogebob and the Krusty Krab would really have competition.

We are regular customers at BurgerHelden and have never been disappointed. No matter whether we order or pick up the food on site, the quality is always excellent. The burgers are juicy, the side dishes are delicious - especially the curly fries with sour cream are a dream! If I don't feel like making burgers myself, BurgerHelden is my first choice. A clear recommendation for all burger lovers!

Super tasty burgers with very fluffy bread and very fresh juicy meat. Very high quality all the ingredients and very freshly prepared. For me the best burger shop in Alt-Hohenschönhausen. Definitely recommended. 😊

I got Hawaiburgers from Bürgerhelden for the first time today. Really A, we are very pleasantly surprised. The young man behind the counter is also very nice. The well-known, insignificant competitor can learn a lesson here.

Meine aber bisher gekauften Burger waren alle mehr als die Zerstörung der Geschmacksrezeptoren......Chilicheese Burger grandios, Potatoe Burger einfach Klasse, also mal ehrlich wer kam auf die Idee einfach mal ein Kartoffelpuffer auf den Burger zu legen Geil....Nacho Burger hmmm ... Ach wisst ihr was Liebe Leser dieser kleinen Empfehlung bestellt einfach und ihr werdet schmecken was ich meine .....

Kudos for the fries! I ordered a menu there via Lieferando. I can't remember the last time I had fries as good as they were there!

Good food, quick delivery and preparation.

Very pleasant atmosphere, nice owners, large selection, large portions and everything was delicious right down to the last bite. It's a shame that we were only there for one appointment and that we live near the Spreewald.

I haven't received such friendly treatment from a restaurant in such a long time. Will definitely recommend the store to everyone ❤️

We ordered from Burgerhelden for the first time. A family of three. Four burgers and sides like sweet potato fries, regular fries, chili cheese nuggets and chicken strips and I have to say... full marks. The burgers were fantastic. The buns were fluffy, soft and delicious, the house sauce was delicious and the vegetables on my vegetable burger were awesome. My 13 year old literally ate up the crispy chicken burger. And nothing came from my husband at first 😁 Delivery was supposed to be at 1 p.m. and it is. The prices are absolutely reasonable for such good and thickly topped burgers. The Burgerhelden flyer has found a place on our refrigerator. We will always order our burgers there in the future. We can only warmly recommend them. ❤️

There isn't much in the area, so it's a great shop. But I think the food is better if you eat it fresh there. But they also deliver super fast and are always nice!

Short and sweet, everything was great...!!! Burgers are delicious, prices are ok and they always deliver faster than stated online. I have nothing to complain about!!! Please keep it up!!!

If you're in a hurry it's a good alternative, otherwise you can go to the restaurant for the prices.

A very nice find :-) It was our first time in the area and we needed to find some food for the kids. We looked for luck along the route and really hit the mark :-)) The burgers were very good, meat juicy, buns fluffy, solid salad garnish. Everyone liked the fries. The staff was very nice, even the employee who was about to finish work (which we didn't know at first). The shop itself is not big, has three regular tables and one small one inside, but when the weather is good you can sit outside at two large, solid tables. Yes, the street has a lot of traffic, but you sit back against the wall of the house. I thought it was quite nice (Saturday afternoon). This is the first shop where I would like to go again with my kids (big fries and burger fans of course ;-). A clear recommendation 👍

The food tastes wonderful and also fresh. The staff is really nice and caters to all requests.

The staff is very friendly. The prices normal. The burger was very oily/greasy. When I got home, my stomach/intestines were already grumbling and everything wanted to quickly leave my body in the direction of gravity (!) But overall, it's okay for quick hunger and if you don't have far to go home.

Top burgers for a reasonable price, the burgers are very tasty and large, they are also cheaper than most and also taste better than most burgers. Delivery is not the fastest but the food is always warm and delicious

So I've been here a few times in the last few weeks and have eaten my way through the menu (to be precise, I've tried every burger that interested me). Basically, all the burgers were very tasty, although some impressed me more (Potatoburger and Captain Hook) and others less (Mama's Burger and Milano Burger), but that's normal. The important thing is that all the burgers tasted very good. The Chicken Mango Burger is also very interesting because there is a real piece of chicken on the bun. In general, the buns are the highlight of the burgers for me. The people who work there are all very nice too. What I read in another comment and can unfortunately confirm is that the choice of drinks is very limited (Cola, Fanta, Sprite). The ambience itself is fine and the music played inside is pleasant both in terms of type and volume, but it suffers from the fact that the shop is very small, which gives it more of a snack bar feel (which is basically the case). OK, since the focus is probably on delivery, but for some it may be of interest).

Wasn't a fan of delivered burgers at first. I thought it wouldn't taste good because of the delivery time. Was completely convinced of the opposite. Great taste and great prices. The only shop in town that manages to deliver fresh and crispy fries.

Best burger place in East Berlin

Super tasty burgers and very fresh, best to pick up and eat at home, limited selection of drinks

So I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered a children's cheeseburger menu, a cheese hot dog and sweet potato fries. The bread is hard and dry. Everything is super cold, not even the cheese is even remotely melted. The sweet potato fries aren't done either. The sauces were forgotten. I also had to wait another 20 minutes.

Burgers good as always. Unfortunately you can't say anything about the fries. This time they were sticky and seemed like they had been warmed up again. A pity. Hopefully just a blip.

Great burger shop! Found by chance, friendly service and great burgers that really look like the pictures and are just as tasty. Price/performance is also absolutely top! I ate there once, had it delivered once - there's really nothing to complain about! When I'm back in Berlin, this will be my first port of call!

It was super tasty (barbecue burger) and had great roasted flavors. The store is kept very simple, but it's all about the food. And if I ever come to Berlin again, I'll get myself a burger 🍔

Super Burger, we had a cheeseburger and a natchoburger for take out and they tasted really good. The place is not really the attraction, it's probably better for delivery or take out. Prices are great!

A really good burger joint. The food tastes great. Every time. The delivery is very quick so that the fries are still crispy and hot. And the employees are really great. Even if something is accidentally forgotten during delivery, we will quickly ensure that it is delivered later, including large compensation. Very great service. I will order there again and again

We had burgers and side dishes delivered to the A&O Kolumbus Berlin and were pleasantly surprised. Delivery time was around 30 minutes, everything was still warm and the burgers were huge. I ordered 2 but one was enough. We were all thrilled with the taste. We will definitely order again.

Top shop. Nice staff with whom you can chat about "God and the world" and there are also good burgers. A small point of criticism would be that there are no gluten-free burger buns.

First time eating there. Service friendly. The meat and bread are good so far but the sauce really doesn't taste good at all, I'm sorry. I usually order chilli cheese at the burger shop and this is the first time it doesn't taste good at all. The sauce also drowned out everything that didn't make it any better.

I really like eating burgers, but what I was able to experience here was... a burger that far surpasses all other burgers. I've never had a burger as tasty as it was here. The selection here is also very varied and what is shown on the menu is true, not like other burger providers. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und großzügig auch was die Herausgabe der verschiedenen Saucen angeht. Ein wenig schade war's, dass kaum eine Sauce selbstgemacht ist, alle sind abgepackt und sorgen somit für viel Müll- vllt geht das besser?!

Food was really nice and pretty cheap. I guess I'd recommend the nachos burger or chicken burger.
