The burgers are always delicious and juicy. This isn't the first time I've come here with friends. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat with the kids. The staff are polite and friendly. The food is good quality. It's very tasty and leaves you wanting more.

Definitely not recommended. The fries and meat are poor quality. The fries made me feel sick, even though I love fries. They were drenched in oil. That's probably because they put the fries in the oil before it's warmed up...

The two of us recently ate here and were very satisfied. There's a large selection, including vegetarian dishes. The prices are reasonable, the food came quickly, was beautifully presented, and tasted delicious. We'd be happy to go back!

I ordered a vegan burger from Lieferando and received one with meat. I only noticed this after the first bite. This is clearly consumer deception, because all of the burgers on Lieferando are labeled as vegan, but this doesn't seem to be the case. The audacity is beyond compare! This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident, so I'll report this to the consumer protection agency.

Super saftiger Burger auf den Punkt gebraten. Hätte gerne noch etwas mehr Käse auf dem Cheesburger vertragen. War lecker.

One Of The best burgers in Berlin

Does not provide free water and does not accept card. I tried the classic poutine there, and it clearly is not worth it. It's not a real poutine without the correct cheese. The poutine is also the size of a side dish, so you might want to order a burger with that, but then you're in for a meal over 10€.

OK, now the quality is good again, and the prices are still reasonable. I particularly appreciate the mix of the burgers, which includes a good sauce. The ingredients are also very good, including the buns, and they're freshly toasted.

I don't know what happened to this place. once surely in the top 10 destinations for burgers. today, unfortunately, not even close. hygiene is far from desirable. they were probably based on home delivery, but that's no reason to give up. I wanted to go out to dinner with my 2 friends today around 6:30 p.m. The employee was super disgusting in front of the counter at the food in front of the guests... with the gloves she ate with she then wanted to prepare the burger for me? Debt relief? EMBARRASSMENT! Left the store after that!

I think Kreuzburger is one of the best burger shops in Berlin. I deducted a star because the portion (fries) was rather small compared to other locations and there was far too much sauce on the burger. Nevertheless, I can absolutely recommend Kreuzburger in general!

Very tasty vegan selection of burgers. Special requests were also addressed. Unfortunately, due to the open kitchen, there was an unavoidable smell in the things. The portion was huge and very filling.

Have been here many times and the burgers have always been really good. Today the meat was very hard/chewy and there was a lot of garlic in the sauce. It's a shame, there are too many better alternatives!

Best of all, 0 stars. My order was taken incorrectly instead of crunchy chicken I was given crispy chicken and it didn't taste like anything. No flavor and no spices etc. The sweet potato fries are dry, hard and burnt. 11.30€ for such a bad meal is a disgrace. Opposite oregano is recommended. Price performance, customer service, ambience and quality are offered there, which is definitely not the case with this store.

Food was super tasty. The service was also very friendly. However, it is quite “cool” there. You feel like you're in a hall. Very loud there and strange people sitting there. So I wouldn't recommend it for a date. But if you want to eat something casual, it's cool. Truffle mayo was super tasty too!!

Kreuzburger used to be really good, but those days are over! Ordered today via Lieferando, including a vegan cheeseburger. Unfortunately, a non-vegan cheeseburger with a meat patty came instead. Not bad in and of itself, mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, when we asked over the phone, there was no constructive suggestion for a solution. "You can then get something for free with your next order..." doesn't help me if one of the three people at the table doesn't have a burger. I then went back myself and picked up a vegan burger. No apology on site, no free drink, nothing. Back home we discovered that a sauce had been delivered incorrectly, there was the wrong dressing on the salad and the drink was also wrong. Wow! Great performance!

Ordered through Wolt. Chili burger, crazy fries, chili cheese fries, 2 drinks. Delivery time: 30 minutes longer than stated. Cold drinks on the warm food. Crazy fries and chili cheese fries were cold and soggy. Burger was lukewarm and tasted nothing special. A drink was delivered incorrectly. I would recommend holes in the fries packaging.

Excellent preparation of hamburgers. You can have a double burger or single, depending on how hungry you are! Very nice options for fries, specially the fries with cheese. I totally recommend this place in Kreuzberg, Berlin, if you are looking for a very good quality hamburger.

So I've never had such a bad burger before, but unfortunately I was almost forced to do so by friends. An apt word would be bottomless, the meat was hard and the buns were cold. The fries I tried from my friends tasted like old oil and were soaked in fat.

Sehr cool das man heutzutage so ein "Ketchup-Burger-Ding" verkaufen kann. Ich war sehr beeindruckt wie mies das geschmeckt hat und wie versalzen die Pommes waren. Cool fand ich auch wie schwer das Zeug im Magen lag. Dieses Zeug hilft einem, wenn man zu viel gesoffen hat, denke ich, weiter. Dennoch , der Körper ist dankbar, wenn man das wieder los ist. Ja, das Personal wurde öfter kritisiert , naja, die Leute wirkten eher überfordert ... Ich würde da nicht wirklich zum essen hingehen.

Das Essen ist ok (Halloumiburger und Currywurst mit Pommes). Was allerdings gar nicht ok ist, ist das Selbstverständnis der zwei Mitarbeiter, dass ich als Kundin in der „richtigen Reihenfolge“ meine Bestellung ansagen muss, damit Currywurst+Pommes+Softdrink nicht einzeln, sondern als Menu abkassiert werden. In meinem Verständnis kann man auch darauf Hinweisen, dass es in dieser Konstellation ein Angebot gibt und sich nicht unwissend stellen und dadurch mehr abkassieren. Sorry, aber geht gar nicht. Und darauf angesprochen auch noch belehren, dass er einmal in die Kasse eingetippt, es nicht mehr ändern könnte. Nach 5 Minuten Diskussion habe ich dann doch die Differenz erstattet bekommen. Fühle mich trotzdem verarscht und komme hier nicht nochmal her.

Awful service. There was a miss in communication when ordering our food due to language barrier. When that was clarified, directly after the payment, the personell refused to change our order and let us pay the difference, but instead said it could only be solved by us ordering a whole extra dish (the one we actually wanted in addition to the two we already ordered). As one of us was a vegetarian, and the order that was incorrectly placed was a meat burger, there was unfortunately no way that burger would work for us. Big dissapointment with such a bad service for the customers.

Die Burgers sind wirklich lecker und groß, wenn man sogar keine "XXL-"Option bestellt. Vor Ort kann man nur mit einer EC-Karte zahlen. Die Ambiente an sich könnte man gemütlicher gestalten: sieht eher wie eine Kantine aus.

Gestern seit langem mal wieder hier gewesen und sie haben uns tatsächlich versucht wie „Touris“ abzuziehen nur weil ich mit meiner Freundin auf Englisch geredet habe. Nice try! Einfach irgendwelche Sachen mit auf die Rechnung zu schreiben. Nachdem alles geklärt war, weil wir ein Menü mit egal welchem Softdrink bestellt haben hieß es dann auch noch, die Fritzcola kostet nochmal 20Cent mehr. Never again Zum Glück ist Berlin voller guter anderer Burgermeister!

Klassischer Touri-Laden, mit Action-Videos auf dem Wand-Fernseher, Burger mit Stadtteilnamen und zu lauter Musik. Essen war entschäuschend, sieht und schmeckt alles nach Fertigprodukten, hatten beide Veggi, an Fleisch würde ich mich hier nicht ran trauen.
