Tasted good, but first they wanted to give me the wrong bag and then they also forgot my fries, unfortunately I didn't notice that until I was already gone. So if you order takeaway, be sure to check the order.

There are a few around Berlin. We ordered it to go, and both the burger and the fries with bacon were delicious. Very reasonably priced.

The food is a spectacle. Everything is great, but...they don't have a bathroom for clients! How can they not have a bathroom in a hospitality establishment?

First-class burger, especially since it's fried more like a smash. Unfortunately the fries are not good, too thick and with a peel 👎👎👎, you don't understand why Goldies are the only ones who make good fries (thin (!!!) and without a peel!)

The burgers are good but unfortunately there are no toilets. There should be no exception within the meaning of the restaurant regulations because there are more than 10 seats. I'm not an expert in restaurant law but I was very surprised that there was no toilet.

Super delicious burgers and fries. The place is small, it has a terrace. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have a bathroom. But the food is highly recommended. Good value for money

Cheeseburger is great. Bun soft buttery. Everything freshly prepared. For 6.90 a full recommendation. The chocolate shake is mega. Had a bet with one of the nice employees. He was right.

Nothing special. The ingredients are fresh, but I felt like there was a lack of seasoning and spices to make the flavor more pronounced.

We ordered home delivery via Wolt, and I can say it was the worst burger I’ve ever had. 😒 The burger was extremely dry—you need to drink something just to swallow it! The meat is especially dry and flavorless. Plus, the fries tasted like they were from the day before. We chose cheesy fries, but all we got was a completely artificial, flavorless cheese sauce. I thought they would put real cheese on top. 🙈 A huge disappointment. I will never order from them again.😔

Food is good, but why is there NO TOILET?? Also no wet paper towels, no hand sanitizer, even napkins are given out upon request. This is so not on par with the Burgermeister quality I know from other locations in Berlin.

We went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, it was quite full, however, the tables emptied quickly. The food is delicious, the portion of the potatoes is quite generous, I recommend the ones with the cheese sauce. The prices are very good compared to other restaurants in Berlin. Fresh ingredients. They don't take you to the table, you have to claim the food at the counter, the service is very agile. Everything was fine.

Worst burger master in town :( Nothing ever arrives correctly or completely!

It’s sad that since their debut at Schlesisches Tor they’ve lost a lot of their quality to expansion. For some reason also their prices on the app for online orders vary from one branch to another which is not cool - at Eberswalderstr. the price for a Hausmeister pick up is 8,60€ at other branches it’s 7,80€ ..

I paid via PayPal and didn't receive my food. Instead, I have to hear that I have to sort this out via Uber Eats. I will never order anything here again. Uber Eats doesn't even have contact information. I ordered from YOU, paid YOU and this is what comes out of it. Never again!!!

Not even remotely as good as at Schlesisches Tor...since when do you make SMASH burgers??? In the past, I didn't have a flat, flat slice of meat on my burger, but rather a well-seasoned and juicy meat patty... the guests used to smile at me and not complain in their own language that I wanted to pay in CASH... so now you will also to one of the many loveless burger chains? Food is delicious and service is always good, friendly staff, I've mostly experienced it and I like going there.. Waiting time... is so... tolerable... only when it's extremely full it obviously takes a little longer than usual! Delicious beer 🍺 is also available!

I am customer since they opened the first on at Schlesi, loved the burgers. But the quality is gone, burgers are too fatty and when I come to this one at Prenzlauer Berg I always feel nauseous afterwards.... And no worries I can eat fast food just no crap...

The burgers taste good but if you have the food delivered, never order drinks with it because they simply put the drinks in the same bag with the burgers and fries... which means that the food arrives cold and the drinks arrive warm. So if you order delivery, it's better without drinks!

Definitely worth a visit. And always top citizens at the start, even at a late hour. Master Burger on the 1!

Price-performance is top The staff are professional and friendly. With the good and simple selection you can always find something, even if you go there twice a week ;) The fries are very well done!!

After the hype, take a look here. The fries were okay, but the cheese sauce on top was really not edible and tasted like it came from a cafeteria. But whatever, I'm here for the burger. Unfortunately my burger was very bad. I don't know if I'm having a bad day or if people are just blind. The meat was really extremely dry and had hardly any taste. You couldn't taste the cheese and the rest of it wasn't spectacular. I wouldn't go there again.

I don't live far away and order often and it always arrives quickly and warm. So far I have never had any problems either on site or with my order!

Order via Lieferando, after 1.5 hours the delivery arrives incomplete, one of three burgers was missing, and the driver drops the drink in front of the door, turns around and leaves. After a call that the order was incomplete and what you could do now that you had finally paid, I was told that there was nothing you could do, that you couldn't view the order, and that I should contact Lieferando. You won't get any further on the Lieferando website and can send an email using the contact function. The food that was delivered was cold, we were the last stop on the driver's route. Absolutely disappointing!

The burgers are always great. The price is also completely fair compared to many other burger shops in the city. Price/performance ratio is simply right. The waiting time was quite critical on a Sunday evening because you had to deal with a lot of courier drivers. But the wait is worth it.

I ordered on Lieferando late in the evening. The first thing I received was a confirmation and then, after waiting for 30 minutes, it came out of nowhere that my order couldn't be prepared. It can't be the opening time because they're open until 1am. After calling there I was told to call Lieferando and they couldn't do anything there. Thanks for nothing. But after reading the latest reviews here, I'm also glad that my order was canceled.

Guys, the food here actually isn't bad. But remember who you support with every purchase here. Google “burgermeister lieferando violence” or something similar… There are really many other shops! I definitely won't buy anything here again.

Burger meat has been cut in half and is burnt... The meat tastes old and is dry... the bread is half the size of all other Burgermeister stores... The fries cheese sauce tastes old and looks old... Not recommended to eat there!!!

Everything is great! BUT: why can't you order every burger with a veggie patty. Very disappointing. Individual changes are possible, but not changing the patty. Incomprehensible to me in 2024. This even works at Burgerking. It's sad every time. Pretty much every person I know feels the same way.

Prices keep increasing while quality keeps going down. The cheese fries don't use real cheese anymore. 3.90 for a fatty small burger was nice, now you have to pay almost 6 for the same, no sense. It's not what you remember, at all. Also the staff is quite hostile and rude. Don't go there.

Here are one of the best burgers in Berlin. That’s why it is so disappointing, that the place gets worse and worse every time we visit it. I really hope my review will draw owner’s attention and some changes will be done. 1. No coffee served. You need to buy coffee somewhere and bring it here. 2. No toilet, no wet towels. There used to be one toilet, but now it is closed. How should I eat French fries or burger? With dirty hands? 3. No chilly sauce. Today there was only ketchup and majo. The third sause was empty and no sign for that. 4. Extra cheese poured now directly on French fries. Please don’t do that! If you don’t want use extra plastic, please use carton or disposable dishes.

On Saturday evening (August 25th, 2024) while I was waiting for an order at Burgermeister in Schönhauser Allee, a Lieferando employee, was attacked and beaten by the restaurant's employees. O Our partner just decided to wait to order inside to avoid the heat outside and also asked for water. Apparently this was reason enough for the attack. * The delivery driver suffered head injuries and had to be taken to hospital. ! Recently, accusations and accusations of mistreatment and attacks against delivery workers by this particular restaurant (and others as well) have increased. Delivery companies take no responsibility!

If have option zero star. I will give zero star. Bad service, Bad food, Bad atmosphere.

Absolutely terrible service. Rude staff and talks really disrespectfully. Never visiting again, and to think this comes from a food chain like Bürgermeister is disheartening.

Worst burger I have ever had. Fleischmeister = two burnt-to-a-crisp, dry, thin and flavourless patties on a very average bun with a hint of fried onion and some flavourless cheese - literally nothing else. For 12 euros one would expect something a little more pleasing to the eye and the belly. Had it delivered so couldn't send it back.

During our trip to Berlin we went there so often that it became our main sponsor of the holiday. In any case, the burgers are good, the fries superior to other fast food restaurants. I really enjoyed a mango and sticky rice milk shake.

Probably tasty, but We ordered burgers for 3 people via Lieferando at 6:50 p.m. After calling several times, the order arrived at 8:45 p.m. Fries and burgers were cold and the cola was warm. I ate half of my burger. The taste was okay and it would have been great warm, hence a fair 4 stars. Next time we'll order directly, according to the employee it was the driver's fault. All in all, it was too expensive for 3 cold burgers and 2 cold fries, even though they would probably be tasty.

What can I say, everything is absolutely spot on. If you are in Berlin, this is an absolute must visit.

Unsanitary situation: you can’t wash your hands before eating a burger with your hands. Make this make sense. There needs to be a bathroom to be a legitimate eatery. Good food though, but it was really not hard to enjoy due to lack of bathroom and leaving with dripping greasy fingers.

The burgers are of course great, the service is friendly as always. But the tables are only cleaned sparingly with the old servings and sticks. And even worse: you can't even wash your hands there after an expensive meal (35 euros for two people). No access to the bathroom, completely absurd.

Burgermeister on Eberswalder Straße used to be an exemplary place for my family. Unfortunately, that has changed. We visited Burgermeister twice in the last month. Both times the meatballs were too hard and untasty, and fries were too dry. A pity.

Point of contact if you're hungry late at night. Fast food atmosphere. Staff professional. Burger is too dry (meat could be juicier, or melted onions would improve this, and/or more sauce). Fries okay.

The order was incomplete, when we called the branch the lady unfortunately spoke no German and only spoke broken English. She was overwhelmed by the situation as there were a lot of orders at the time and couldn't find our order in the system. Then she just hung up and we paid for something we didn't get. Poor service.

I ordered from Wolt and wanted to pick it up. I had to wait over an hour for two cold burgers. They just didn't confirm that the burgers were ready. So the burgers were a waste. The order is still being processed today. If you don't understand the technology, just let it go. It's a shame about the time and money. Never again!!!!!

Best burgers in Berlin! There are a few more good burger places nowadays, but Burgermeister is still one of the best. The only thing i wish for is a choice of different fries, as I like mine peeled.
