Burger Vision in Berlin

Burgers are tasty but music is dangerously bad. Weird remixes of weird songs. You can complain.

I ordered the menu of the day which is 11.90 and I asked the waiter if they will charge any extra for ordering the sweet potatoes, to which he replied no. However, when I went to pay, he charged me €2 more for this reason without telling me anything or justifying anything. The burger was good although the bun fell apart in your hands. I don't think it will come back because lying to customers and then charging more doesn't encourage people to consume again.

The taste of the burger was quite good. Unfortunately the bread was soggy and lost its structure. Additionally, the cola was delivered warm, which didn't improve the dining experience.

I'm waiting to eat there late this afternoon. Unfortunately the service was impossible. The waiter was standing outside the door smoking with two friends and was visibly annoyed that he had to stop and serve me. It was my first time in the restaurant and I wasn't familiar with it. The menus were not explained to me. When I ordered I was only asked if I wanted the burger alone, I chose the menu with fries and a drink. My question as to whether only fries were available was answered in the affirmative, but I was not offered the option of choosing another side dish for an additional charge. When I paid with my cell phone, the waiter was annoyed again because it wasn't quick enough for him. When he brought the burger out to me, there was no “bon appetit” or “please” in response to my “thank you”. After a few bites I asked for napkins and was then rudely told that they were always inside. I replied that it was my first time visiting the restaurant and asked him again to bring me some. Then I got these. I was never asked whether the food tasted good or whether everything was okay. Not everything was right, because unfortunately the burger bread was very soft and crumbly (see photo), so the burger fell apart. Unfortunately, the bacon wasn't fried well either and was very difficult to chew and unpleasant to eat, similar to cartilaginous fish. The fries were seasoned well. I won't go there again. Apparently, given the choice of restaurants and the competition, you can afford to offer poor service.

These burgers are simply pure enjoyment. Especially the chicken burger. If you eat this, you will know what awaits you in heaven after death.

Really solid, tasty burgers at a reasonable price. The shop also looks good and there is seating

Bad service (at least in Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf). I wanted to order a single chilli-cheese smash burger on site. It's also available for delivery on the homepage, so it exists. According to the employee on site, the burger apparently doesn't exist. I'm of the opinion that the employee didn't understand me anyway because of his language barrier (and that has nothing to do with racism or discrimination, because I have a immigration background myself), because he insisted that there was no such thing as a burger. Although you can order it for delivery. There is probably only the double chilli cheese smash burger. I don't understand what was so hard about just making myself a single chili cheese smash burger. In the end I had to choose a different burger. Apparently it was extremely difficult for the employee to prepare the single version of the Chilli-Cheese Smash Burger. In my opinion, when choosing employees, you should pay attention to competence and communication skills. The regular smash cheeseburger I ordered was limp. In my opinion, the mozzarella sticks in the burger also didn't work well. The fries were good though.

The burgers are really tasty and the meat's quality is splendid. I had a huge burger with bacon and onion rings and it was the most delicious burger I ate in a while. The buns were also tasty and a bit sweet, I guess brioche, which had a nice contrast with the salty ingredients of the burger. We also ordered the cheese fries on the side and after all while you start to feel a bit sick of the taste, the cheese is a bit intense, I would say. But they were still good. My friend was sad that they don't make the box with chicken and fries with cheese anymore, now they only do either the chicken or the fries separately as a snack.

Loading the right rubbish you order at 10pm and at 12am you get a message that unfortunately had to be canceled rubbish rubbish rubbish I haven't figured out how to give a bad review on Lieferando yet, but that will happen soon

I had a smash burger that was really good. Nice and juicy but still firm to the bite. There were also fillet strips, which were tender and very tasty with the garlic dip. The cheese fries were ok but I probably wouldn't have them again

Food: meh Service: meh I had just about finished donating blood there in Berlin Charlottenburg and wanted to get something to eat as soon as possible, so I looked at the Lieferando app for any special offers near where I was. Burger Vision had a two-for-one available, so I placed an order, for me to pick up in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I walked into the shop, but the guy at the front counter couldn't find my order. After he looked at the confirmation on my phone he went back to the kitchen, I guess to tell them to cook two burgers for me. I was the only regular customer in the location; I counted 16 Lieferando couriers waiting around. After as while I sensed that the food prep isn't organized well. Every 15 minutes or so the counter guy (who was in the kitchen most of the time) would walk to the front with six or seven delivery bags in his hands, and the couriers would all go to see whether theirs was one of them. I considered going over to the Afghan place across the street as my 15-minute pickup time became 50. But my hamburgers eventually came, directly from the kitchen ... and they were room temperature. The meat: a bit overcooked and dry 😢. Their description of the burger says it has two portions of cheese, but I detected only one very thin slice. The bun is supposed to be something special, but I found it rather heavy. The crispy fried onions, soaked in the too-sweet burger sauce, were no longer crispy. Atmosphere? Surrounded by apathetic Lieferando couriers, music in the shop was Michael Jackson (or it at least sounded like that), with better Middle Eastern music blasting from the kitchen. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews. But my vision of burgers is different: for less money you can get a much better burger from Burgermeister.

Incredibly bad!!!!!! Didn't get any food, waited 2 hours. The Lieferando order was then simply canceled. Nobody called, nobody wrote a message. Nobody's answering the phone. I have never experienced it worse!! Incredibly cheeky.

Ordered food from Lieferando. Food was only delivered after 2:20 hours. Restaurant could not be reached by phone. When the driver from the restaurant delivered the food, despite asking nicely why it took so long, he was unfortunately very unfriendly and only complained that he had waited 1:40 for the food... we wanted to give constructive feedback and he did started arguing and said we should complain. At least the food was still warm. Burger much smaller than expected. Otherwise ok. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here. We are speechless about the interesting customer communication and will definitely never order or eat there again

Order was canceled for no reason

Ordered 2 burgers, arrived after 2 hours. Bun burnt Petty burnt it was cold dry and partly inedible and then the burger is no bigger than MC D. But here you pay almost 10 euros for one. One more question: how do you manage to make brioche so dry, it was like cardboard.

1.5 hour delivery time. Food colder than cold. Must have been lying around somewhere for at least an hour. It's an impudence and embarrassing to deliver something like that! It doesn't work at all. Keep your hands off it

I love the single cheese smash burger. Whenever i am in Berlin from Hungary. I nake sure i come in at keast once. For a change today i bought chilli chrese burger. I love it.

Strength: Good service. Development areas: To be able to get 5 stars, please - offer fresh fries. Mine were a bit cold and not tasty. - increase the quality of the meat.

Employees very nice and competent. The food came quickly and was very tasty despite the speed. Definitely better than the other stores around here. The prices are reasonable. All around a very nice burger shop

Single smash burger really not tasty! It just tastes finished and sweet.

The burger shop actually offers tasty burgers, but the stingy attitude of the management unfortunately clouds the overall picture. Despite my regular customer status, I was refused the exchange of normal fries for sweet potato fries (difference approx. €1.30). This lack of generosity despite the many hundreds of EUR spent there has permanently worsened my customer experience. I canceled the order and will definitely find better alternatives where the customer can still be king.

I waited 40 minutes for my burger, that shouldn't be happening

Chickenburger overrated Personal unfreundlich

Das Mittagsmenü lohnt sich 11.90€ für Burger, Pommes und Getränk. Essen war sehr gut und genügend Ambiente sehr schön und auch gute Musik. Wartezeit war einwenig lang. Empfehlenswert!!

Totale Enttäuschung! Burger war lauwarm, Speck in zu viel Räuchersalz "ertränkt", Curled Fries ganz ok, durch das viele Salz nix geschmeckt. Bääh! Nie wieder!!!

Bin nicht zu 100% überzeugt. Es gibt einige Konkurrenz, die besser ist. Brötchen schmeckt komisch, diese Käsesticks, nö überflüssig. Aber die Bedienung war nett. Die Pommes waren gut, aber ich mag kein Pommessalz. Würde ich nächstes Mal anders bestellen. Das Ambiente ist minimalistisch, typisch Burgerladen halt

Der Burger war wirklich Lecker und gut. Nach den Pommes hatten ich und meine Kollegen aber den ganzen Tag ein komisches Bauchgefühl und Übelkeit. Das Fett war anscheinend nicht sehr frisch aber der Geschmack war trotzdem gut.

Ganz nettes Burger Restaurant an der Wilmersdorfer Straße! Frisch zubereitet, lecker, aber ohne Saucen auf dem Tisch.

Der Smash Burger war der Hammer. Die Pommes dazu waren auch genau richtig knusprig und nicht übergart. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Also ganz im Ernst Leute über eine Stunde Wartezeit Mitarbeiter so lala und der Bürger war wirklich nicht so besonders also da habe ich mir was wirklich besseres vorgestellt erst recht bei der Wartezeit einmal und nie wieder dazu kommt noch es ist kalt innen

Ich hatte Lust auf einen Smashburger und dachte ich probiere burgervision aus. Sonntag Abend der Laden weitestgehend leer. Ambiente ist ok, was aber nicht geschafft wurde die Tür bei winterlichen Temperaturen geschlossen zu halten. 1. Der Burger für mich, subjektiv, ok. Die Sauce überwiegt, so dass man vom Fleisch quasi nichts schmeckt. 2. Einige Rezessionen haben die Fries bemängelt und ja die sind tatsächlich lauwarm bei mir am Tisch angekommen. 3. meine Bestellung wurde einfach mal vergessen, was mir zu einer längeren Wartezeit mit der nervigen Tür bescherte.

Wer sehr Saftige Fettige Smash Burger mag ist hier richtig. Für mich fast schon zu saftig. Ein Doppelsieges hat ein gutes Fleisch:Brot-Verhältnis. Die Fries mit Topping kann man leider nicht im Menü nehmen, sind aber Groß genug für 2-3 und sind dank der hervorragenden Käsesoße sehr zu empfehlen!

Leckerr burger und pommes. Die Einrichtung ist bisschen kleiner als erwartet. Service ist sehr nett. Sonst gibs nichts zu meckern.

Der Smashburger war schon sehr gut. Richtiges Munchie Essen. Hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Pommes waren leider nicht wirklich heiss und eher unspektakulär. Würde ich mir nächste Mal eher sparen. Der Laden ist ansonsten ganz cool und die Preise sind angemessen.

Der Double Smashburger ist ein starke Empfehlung. Die Smashburger sind geschmacklich Top. Das Fleisch hat tolle röstaromen und im Zusammenspiel mit den karamelisierten Zwiebeln und dem Broich bun einfach Weltklasse. Pommes sind auch super knusprig. Bei Stoßzeiten kann es manchmal etwas länger dauern, gerade wenn Lieferdienste ihre Bestellungen zur Lieferung abholen.

Handwerklich sehr gut gemachte Burger und super knusprige Süßkartoffel Pommes. Es gibt leider nur Ketchup und Majo in Portionspackungen. Das Ambiente ist eher kühl und imbissmäßig.

Sehr leckere Burger. Wer Burger liebt, sollte unbedingt mal einen Smashburger ausprobieren.

Burger, Pommes und Saucen schmecken mir sehr gut. Die Ladys bei der Bestellannahme waren bis jetzt alle freundlich genauso auch der junge Mann mit den Locken.

Sehr freundliche Service. Die Mitarbeiter*in waren auch freundlich und nett das Essen war sehr appetitlich insbesonders die curly Fries waren sehr knusprig. Das Essen kam nach 30 min und es ist ganz ok. Es ist eins von den besten Burger Läden in Berlin. DANKE FÜR DAS TOLLES ESSEN.

Me and my husband have had here multiple times burgers 🍔 and box with chicken. Everything is delicious 🤤 they opened another point at Wilmersdorf :) with bigger dining part inside.

Wir sind durch Zufall da rein gegangen bei einem Besuch in Berlin. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Burger und ein Mittags Menü. Für mich war es der leckerste Burger den ich gegessen habe. Man bestellt an der Theke. Danke Berlin danke Burger Vision.

War letzten Samstag da was essen . Bedienung war sehr nett Essen hat gut bis sehr gut geschmeckt . Muss leider einpaar Punkte abziehen weil kein Hähnchen mehr da war und finde die Auswahl an Getränke etwas dürftig :) . Aber essen würde ich da trotzdem nochmal :) , LG.

Geschmacklich lecker, aber leider nichts besonderes im Vergleich zu anderen Läden. Service war nett und jung.

Burger schmeckt gut, leider sehr lange Wartezeiten (30 Minuten vor Ort, spätere Bestellungen vor uns bedient), dadurch auch nur lauwarmes Essen erhalten. Schade, hat Potential!

Waren insgesamt zu dritt dort. Wir waren uns einig. Brot: trocken Fleisch: würzig ok Belag: OK aber nicht so frisch und wenig vorhanden gewesen Süßkartoffel Pommes: OK aber verbrannt Musik: naja war nicht so unser. Zu orientalisch. Mögen lieber englischsprachige Musik. Service: Nicht gut. Wir haben uns verabschiedet. Kein Feedback, obwohl die Damen uns angeguckt hat. Preis Leistung: OK Empfehlung BurgerVision: Nein! Da gibt's wesentlich bessere in der Umgebung.

Gute Burger, gute Auswahl und sehr netter Service in gutem, modernen Ambiente. Fleisch, Salat, Soßen, Brötchen, alles hat super gepasst, Fritten wie sie sein sollen, top! War bereits der dritte Besuch und wird sicher nicht der letzte sein!

Keine Ahnung warum, aber sie kriegen's nicht hin. Burger und Pommes schmecken einfach nicht so gut wie bri Burger Vision in Mitte. Schade.
