Die besten Restaurants mit Burgerrestaurant Essen in Bayern

Mit zwei kleinen Kindern über eine Stunde auf Essen warten, das dann auch nicht wirklich geschmeckt hat. Preis-Leistung geht gar nicht. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Waited 40 minutes for a drink. Service was nice, though.

There were three of us there on May 13, 2025. We placed our orders, and even though it was the first day the menu had been redesigned, the menu was not explained to us. When the burgers arrived, all three were cold. We spoke to the waitress and were offered a new burger. 10 minutes later, the same burgers came back heated up. The already cut part of the previous burger was visible, and my request for a change was ignored. The waitress who handed me the food handed it to me from the other side of the table, and when I tried to take it, I accidentally spilled my drink. I was brought a new one, which was included in the bill. The ice cream, which was included in the dessert, was forgotten. We pointed this out and pointed out the many incidents that had occurred. The manager's suggestion: desserts are on the house. That was fine with us. Until the bill came and we saw that only one dessert had been removed from the bill, and the ice cream, which was included, was billed separately. We assumed it was an oversight and pointed it out to the manager. She replied, "I've already accommodated you with the dessert. If I gave you a discount for every mistake we made, I'd be bankrupt." Anyone can make mistakes, but when it comes to complaint management, this restaurant clearly failed. Definitely not an option for us in Kempten. Absolutely not recommended.

Not good service and had to wait almost 45 minutes for the food

The food was absolutely delicious and they have taken into consideration something specific I asked them, I really appreciated that. Although the place could use a little improvement, we’ll definitely go again cause the burger was too good. 👍🏼 Also great prices!

Just a pub. There are no burgers

I had made a reservation for 5 p.m. on Saturday just to be safe. But there was more than enough space, and we were picked up very quickly from the entrance and taken to a cozy little cabin that offered a touch of privacy. The service was very quick, after giving us plenty of time to browse the menu. I highly recommend the Zeitgeist Burger to anyone who wants to try a vegan chicken alternative. I've rarely eaten such a delicious burger. The food arrived super quickly, so the kitchen is really on the ball. Big praise to the team at Hans im Glück. We'd love to come back.

The waitress, Kristin, was very polite and accommodating, and the food was good. I can recommend it.

Feel-good atmosphere thanks to lots of wood and pleasant colors. Service was very friendly, cheerful and attentive. The food came about 10 minutes after ordering. Everything was as ordered and very fresh and tasty.

Non-alcoholic cocktails when you mention them you are ignored or told that there is alcohol in them. 4 colleagues don't taste alcohol either. Bad service

Absolutely not recommended on September 29th. Ordered for €38 and only got the call 2 hours later saying they would no longer deliver. I have never gotten my money back since then!!!! Absolute disrespect for calls not being answered. Feel free to read the other reviews so the store should be closed!!!!!!!!!!
