We were here on Sunday evening, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, delicious food and the service was extremely friendly. It was a nice evening.

Totally unfriendly boss even though I wasn't even in the store

We were there for lunch, what surprised us was that the shop was completely empty again and we were the only guests! The service staff seemed a bit annoyed by our visit and, in my opinion, behaved unfriendly towards us! Unfortunately, the extra request was not taken into account (which is really strange for two customers)! Too bad! The food was okay, but given the price I would expect better quality food! Unfortunately, the “homemade” lemonade was probably not homemade and the glass was unfortunately not completely clean! All in all, a very “loveless” visit, with a meal that was fine in itself, hence ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good burgers, the service could be a little better. We weren't asked if we would like a drink etc. after our meal. We had to take action ourselves, which is a shame.

Very bad ! Waiting for 3 hours despite only having a hamburger and mozzarella sticks, no one answers the phone. It was marked as delivered but nothing came.

For such a big fun pool and the amount of food that goes out here, the burgers and fries were really tasty. I only deducted a star for the high prices, as fries cost over €20. The ambience is very nice. The tables are in the shape of ships, which the children especially loved. Save yourself the other “restaurants” in the thermal baths and always eat here. Because the other restaurants are cheap deep fryer food and not recommended.

These are truly the best burgers I have ever eaten and probably ever will. We come from Berlin and whenever we visit here, we have to have a burger at Burgerstodl. :-)

Food arrived almost an hour late, so it was cold and hard to enjoy.

I've never had such bad service when ordering. Very unfortunate. We ordered early, the food didn't arrive and after a two hour delay we informed Lieferando. Called there and was treated absolutely unfriendly over the phone. Nobody could help and they kept hanging up on me. Not at all concerned about the customer. I would never order there again in my life. Not recommended! Absolutely sad and absolutely unacceptable. As a restaurant, you should consider whether you still offer delivery if you are not even capable of a simple delivery that was booked an hour before a fixed delivery date and the delivery date was also confirmed by them. Absolutely unbelievable. Thanks for nothing

Orders are constantly being canceled and you cannot be reached by phone. Very very bad restaurant.
