I have ordered from this restaurant several times, but only recently dined there. From now on I will only eat locally, the fries are world class, nice and crispy and perfectly salted, especially the chilli cheese fries are very, very tasty, they are not just chilli cheese fries with a delicious cheese sauce and jalapenos also with minced meat which gives the whole thing something special. 10/10. The burgers are also very tasty with juicy meat and delicious sauces. The restaurant itself was completely empty the last two times, but in my opinion that wasn't due to the food at all. Service was also very good and courteous, which could also be because we were alone in the restaurant the last few times. With a drink, a chilli cheese fries and a burger you get 25€ pp. Unfortunately there is no parking space.

After several calls in which we were assured that the driver was already on the way, our order finally arrived after 1½ hours and went into the bin shortly afterwards! Information from the young man on the phone: "The driver is on the way - he'll be there soon" Second call from me at 9:25 p.m. Then I wasn't nice anymore.... Then I was told that they would contact the driver where he was (the young man on the phone, got my displeasure even though he probably couldn't do anything about it. He also apologized several times, You have to say that very clearly). Ten minutes later, almost 2 hours after ordering, the bell rings and what can you say? Everything is freezing!! Istanbul burger well at the price of 15 euros just for the burger was already steep, I didn't think anything of it. Bread was hard like old burger buns. For food, I was there on February 27th, 2024 around 6:30 p.m., I ordered a western burger and a portion of sweet potato fries to take away, I thought it was really cool that an extra dip was included without asking, but it has to be one It could be chilli mustard sauce, or simply mustard. We had burgers delivered. Unfortunately not recommended. We had to wait almost an hour for the food and it was all pretty cold. The fries were shrunken and bland. Die Sweet Potatos Frise waren wie Gummi und zu einem Klumpen zusammen geklebt. Die Pommes geschmacklich nicht lecker und ebenfalls laprich. Nach Rückfrage und Beanstandung kam keinerlei Entgegenkommen. 50€ für den Müll. Alles belegt mit Fotos, bitte überzeugen Sie sich selbst. Ich kann dieses Burgerrestaurant als Google Local Guide keineswegs empfehlen.

Von innen kaum schöner als von außen, Stühle sehen aus, wie mit Panzertape bezogen. Aber Essen ganz okay, Pommes richtig super, Mayo klasse, der Burger baut aber etwas zu hoch und die eingesetzte Salsa-Sauce ist mir etwas zu dominant.

Wollten mit einem Schlemmerblock dort bestellen in dem Stand das Lieferung möglich wäre. Bei einem Anruf wurde dies jedoch abgelehnt und mir wurden für eine Abholung statt 2:1 wie im Gutscheinheft geschrieben lediglich 20% Rabatt angeboten. Würde das Restaurant meiden.

Hole des öfteren was zu essen ab, hab einige Burger und Salate durchprobiert und wurde bisher nie enttäuscht.

Essen kann nicht bewertet werden da wir es nach über 1,5 Std. Wartezeit storniert haben, weil es immer noch nicht da war. Hatten nachgerufen, daraufhin wurde uns gesagt es kommt in 10 Minuten, nach 15 Minuten haben wir erneut nachgefragt und wurden wieder vertröstet… leider ein sehr schlechter Service!!!

Wir hatten 3 Menüs bestellt, bei keinem wurde das Getränk mitgeliefert. Der Lieferant rief zwar seinen Chef an, war dann aber weg und wir haben nichts mehr davon gehört oder gesehen.

Über 1h Lieferzeit für 2 kalte Burger und ein Kindermenü. Im Kindermenü wurden die Pommes vergessen.

Das Burger House macht leider von außen, wie von innen keinen besonders einladenden Eindruck. Wir waren an einem Samstagabend zum Essen da und hatten vorher reserviert. Es stelle sich heraus, dass die Reservierung tatsächlich nicht nötig war, da ohnehin lediglich wir und im Verlauf des Abends ein weiteres Pärchen Gäste waren. Als wir ankamen, waren die Tische leider nicht sauber, es standen draußen auf allen Tischen leere Bierflaschen und die Scheiben im Lokal waren allesamt nicht sauber. Der junge Mann der anscheinend mehr oder weniger alleine da arbeitete, war zwar freundlich aber kannte sich im Service offensichtlich gar nicht aus. Hier ist *dringend* eine Mitarbeiterschulung angebracht! Die Burger waren allesamt geschmacklich gut, aber leider nichts besonderes. Eine Bestellung kam nicht richtig an.

Leckeres Essen und Lieferung wie angegeben. Leider habe ich ein paar dips dazu bestellt und vorab bezahlt, die kamen nicht an. Das war der erste Stern Abzug. Der zweite weil der Fahrer mit quietschenden Reifen aus der Einfahrt gerast ist und dabei fast etwas mitgenommen hat… in einer Wohngegend doch etwas kritisch …

Leider mussten wir 2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten welches wir dann kalt und ohne Dips geliefert bekommen haben. Die Burger waren aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Für 6,50€ Pommes hätte ich doch aber gern noch meinen bestellten Dip dazu

Wir haben zwei Burger bestellt, beide wurden falsch geliefert. Statt Tomaten Relish gab es Ketchup und statt gegrilltem Gemüse gab es ein aufgetautes Gemüse Patty. Bei der Reklamation hat man uns einen kostenlosen Burger bei der nächsten Bestellung versprochen. Dieser kam wieder nicht mit dem angegebenen Grillgemüse, und das Patty war schwarz.

Die gelieferten Burger waren wirklich gut. Die Lieferung erfolgte in der halben Zeit, wie angekündigt. Also echt super. Leider fehlte bei den Wedges die selbst gemachte Sourcream, die lt. Speisekarte dabei sein sollte. Deshalb der Punktabzug.

Wir wollten dort Essen gehen aber leider kann man nicht mit katte zahlen was in der heutigen zeit echt traurig ist, die Toiletten sind sehr sehr dreckig und ungepflegt, was ein schon sehr abschreckt

Einfach nur geil. Bestellen mittlerweile 1x pro Monat Preis finde ich in Ordnung (teurer sollte es aber nicht werden) Burger kommen noch warm an Variationen Top Istanbul Western Bacon Chicken London Alle Burger top. Mein Favorit (als Sucuk Liebhaber) natürlich Istanbul. Gerne weiter so. Und der Schokokuchen sind hammer aus.

Ich habe für fast 25€ ein Burger, Pommes und ein Getränk bezahlt. Das Essen kam nach 1 Stunde 30 Minuten an und kalt war alles, Getränk und Pommes waren nicht die, die ich bestellt hab. Sehr schade und Geld Verschwendung

(Lieferung): die Pommes waren leider nicht annähernd durch- Wässrig zerfallend, lätschrig und kein Gramm Salz dran.. Die Burger waren sehr trocken, eher eine 5,5/10..

Sind Jetz hier seit ner halben stunde niemand anderes ist hier und wir haben immer noch nix bekommen.
