Delicious burgers and even better dessert...👍 Excellent service!

Went there for brunch and the service was abysmal – simply because it wasn't there? For example, no plates were cleared, nothing? Even when you approach people? You can tell quite clearly whether the staff here has a restaurant background or not. It's a shame, the place has potential! Brunch itself was okay, there was a good selection, but nothing earth-shattering. A good mid-range option. They could offer more options for vegetarians. And a good portafilter wouldn't hurt :)

The burger was decent, the attitude of the waiter however unacceptable! I asked upon arrival if I can sit upstairs and he told me in a very unfriendly way: “Ungern!” I have been at this place before and I was satisfied with the food and the service but this time I was baffled at this attitude. I proceeded to sit upstairs as I liked it anyways because I am not going to follow some waiters wishes just because he is lazy to work. He kept being rude and to be honest I could feel a racist attitude from him as well, also when he took the order and overall this left me with a very bitter feeling and I couldn’t enjoy my stay there at all. I thought multiple times to just stand up and leave but it’s not on my nature to leave scenes as my character does not allow it. But one thing I know for sure, I won’t be coming back!

Parking garage right next to the building. The restrooms are one floor down. The ambiance is cozy and stylish. Service is still a top priority here. Ken's job was clearly a joy – great. The food arrived at a reasonable time, and we were all satisfied and, above all, full.

I've eaten here a few times now, with my best friend and my wife, and I'm completely satisfied every time. The food is amazing, especially the beef with avocado dip and sweet potato fries. 👍🤩 However, I wouldn't recommend eating there if there's a festival going on at the Enschilade across the street, as it can be very loud due to the sheer volume of traffic (from people). However, if you eat upstairs, it's still OK. Personally, I think eating out is best because it's very quiet! And you get an interesting view. 👍

We drove here directly from another burger restaurant at Röhrensee. Even though it was considerably busier, and we didn't have a reservation, we received quick and super-friendly service. The prices are reasonable, and the service is simply top-notch. We're not going to make a fool of ourselves anymore.

RoxyBurger... used to be great. But the emphasis is on "was." Unfortunately, that's how it is sometimes: A place you were once very happy with noticeably declines over the years (in this case, MANY). As a result, my Google review (formerly 5 stars, then 4, now 2) is sinking more and more. And why? Here's a direct comparison: Before: A cool burger joint where people could grab a quick, good meal before/after a movie. Today: A pub where more people are glued to their beer at the bar than there are guests at the tables. Before: Generous portions at reasonable prices. Today: Generous prices for barely reasonable portions. (€19 for a mini steak baguette without any sides? Seriously?) Before: Great staff who enjoy their work and care about their customers. Today: Someone taking orders but not really knowing what they're doing. (You don't clear dishes while people are still eating at the table! A no-go!) Let's not even talk about the young lady's motivation. In the past: Excellent food creations with flair. Today: Carelessly thrown-together food of mediocre quality. (A side salad in which EVERY lettuce leaf has brown edges? How can that be?) I think this was the last time we'll be here. What a shame.

The food here was always great, but the changes to the menu are unacceptable. The Bridgeport was by far the best burger, and our entire group often came to the Roxy just for that. The service is very friendly, but some employees still need to practice mixing the lemonades. Overall, this is a sad development.

I've been a long-time customer and have always been delighted by the culinary and quality skills of this establishment. However, my opinion was abruptly changed by the removal of the "Bridgeport" burger from the menu, as I believed it was an essential part of what made the Roxy so good. I speak here in hopes of a reversal of this grave error.

The Bridgeport Burger was THE reason I kept coming back—juicy, perfectly seasoned, simply unbeatable. Now it's gone from the menu, and my heart with it. Please, please bring the Bridgeport back! Everything else is great—the service, the ambiance, the rest of the menu—but without my favorite burger, it just doesn't feel complete. 🙏🍔

So far, my experience at Roxy's has been quite positive, but unfortunately the by far best burger, the Bridgeport, has been removed from the menu, which is definitely something to be criticized.

I was a very satisfied customer for many years. However, the Bridgeport Burger has been removed from the menu. For me personally, this is an incredibly sad development, which makes a visit to the Roxy no longer worthwhile.

We were there as a family of seven for lunch before continuing on to Fichtelberg for our hike. The burgers and wraps were delicious, the salad fresh, and everything came to the table promptly. The service was friendly and uncomplicated – just right for a relaxing stopover. Well-fortified, we then headed out into nature – and no one had to climb the mountain with a rumbling stomach.

Something new would do the entire store good. An attractive menu with pictures instead of a clipboard with its constantly crumpled paper, nicer table decorations instead of canned food, or simply hot food on the table. For comparison: The Rustic Burger is cold when half of it's eaten. At Burger King, you have to blow on your breath while eating a burger because it's so hot. Depending on the month and time of day, you're either sitting alone in the restaurant and it's very quiet, or you can share a meal from the next table, and the best way to chat is to use a messenger because it's so loud. If I had to choose between fast food and Roxy Burger, I'd have to choose fast food. The difference in price-performance ratio is noticeable. The service is friendly and varied. Hey Roxy Burger, you have potential for improvement, make something of it and stand out from the crowd again!

The lukewarm to cold food, which we waited a good hour for, included only two main courses and an appetizer. An additional drink we ordered was completely forgotten, and when we pointed it out to the waitress, they simply said there was nothing they could do. Just once, never again.

I was there on June 2nd with two rehab colleagues. Very good burgers and a modern, attractive atmosphere. I would particularly like to emphasize the great service. We were served by Matze. A guy who doesn't just work there, but also lives and breathes the restaurant business. It was brilliant how he recommended the right cocktail by cleverly asking questions about taste. I have rarely been served so well by someone who puts so much heart and passion into his work. For him, the job there seems to be not just a profession but also a calling. I would be happy to go back anytime. It's just a shame that Bayreuth isn't around the corner.

I had the best burger here in ages. Definitely worth going back for. The fries, however, make you want to drink a lot; they're quite salty...

Our visit to the Roxy was rather mixed. It's in a prime location, right next to the Cineplex. Reservations are recommended. The tables are very close together. The service was attentive and friendly. The food served in shifts (two-hour time slots) was rather annoying. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio was poor. Overall, it was just okay. There are burger joints that simply do better.

Very friendly staff, and the food was really delicious. Everything was fresh, and there were plenty of dressing options, for example, for the salads. The dishes were beautifully presented, and I'm glad there are some vegetarian options. The only downside is the ambiance, as you're sitting right on the noisy street when eating outside (but that's not really a criticism of the restaurant itself).

The Roxy is a great place to eat burgers. Whether with friends, family or on a date. The service is also great, everyone is friendly and accommodating.

Non-alcoholic cocktails when you mention them you are ignored or told that there is alcohol in them. 4 colleagues don't taste alcohol either. Bad service

I've had much better burgers. Unfortunately the meat was a bit dry. But I can imagine that the next burger would have been better. The service at the entrance/reception was semi-polite because after greeting me, she ignored me when acquaintances of hers entered the store. Instead, the service at the place was very friendly and accommodating. Conclusion: Quite ok for a quick burger in a modern, hip atmosphere. But you shouldn't expect too much either.

Everything can still be expanded. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold and the buns were not toasted. Everything from the meat to the sweet potatoes was a little too salty. The young man who served us really tried hard, in contrast to his colleagues who either stood behind the bar and chatted privately or walked past our table four times and ignored the empty plates. Price performance is really questionable. I hope for the coming guests you can do better.

Ambiance and service good. Waitress friendly and accommodating. We ordered a burger and an Agnus roast beef. The burger was very good, the fries too. The taste of the burger went well together. The Agnus roast beef was raw except for a quick sear. When initially asked, this medium should have come from the kitchen. The meat was then brought back to the kitchen with an apology. After 10 minutes the same piece of meat came back. The meat was briefly placed on the grill with the sides cut open and returned. The two halves were still raw... Thanks to the hot plate, this could be balanced out and brought to just medium. Unfortunately, it wasn't a nice visit. If we come back, it will be for the burgers, because they were good.

We were guests here on the weekend after a successful Google reservation. The food was really, really good. Service worked despite the restaurant being packed. Also the nice guests around, in short... it was a nice evening. Thanks to the entire team, and when we're there again, we'll be back.

We have been coming here for dinner several times for several years and it is wonderful every time. The atmosphere is just great, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is always very good. The cocktails, which are also available at a discount during happy hour, are also recommended.

We were at the Roxy today from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. We said 3 times within 25 minutes that we wanted to pay. Because we wanted to go to the cinema to see our film. The young man at the cocktail bar just looked. The manager looked three times and gave no reaction. It was more important to him to eat his burger. He skillfully ignored us. I passed on my dissatisfaction on site to the waitress, who turned out to be the manager. And I also told them that I would rate it on Google. If you want to visit restaurants in Bayreuth where friendliness and hospitality reign, you should rather go to the Oskar, Heimathafen, Florian etc. market. ..But not to the Roxy... They still have to learn how to be inviting. 1 star for the service..

Service was friendly and fast. Waiters spoke English and there was an English menu which always makes things easier. Burger itself was tasty but nothing special. In my opinion, it was a bit too "moist" and the burger itself fell apart very quickly. What I did think was a shame was the "side" Cole slaw. You pay €2.5 for it but then get a mini jar of Cole slaw. I expected a bit more here.

Went to the Roxy last night and it was really worth it. You can almost always tempt me with burgers, but unfortunately they are often just average, the patty is hard and chewy or something else doesn't go well. Quite the opposite here, the Lord BBQ at Roxy was the best burger I've had in a restaurant in a long time. The Curly Fries (aka Potato Twister) that were ordered with it were also not limp and tasteless like at McDonalds, so they would only taste good with sauce. These were super crispy, well seasoned - perfect! I didn't need any sauce because they were already delicious. Don't be alarmed by the syringe, that was the BBQ infusion for the burger. Funny idea in my opinion! My wife ordered a steak on the hot stone and that was really good too. Overall, a highly recommended place to get something good to eat. It's best to time the cocktail happy hour, then you'll get even more out of it. Would love to come back.

The so-called Angus roast beef, which was served on hot stones, was raw. Also, the menu didn't say that I had to finish cooking it myself. It's better to stick to burgers and dishes that you can.

Sunday evening, place full - two waiters. Brilliant performance! Even though both of them had to walk quite a bit, both were always friendly, fulfilled requests and made wobbling tables slip when customers were stressed. Something like this should be seen and recognized, great staff! P.S. The food was also very tasty and served quickly, good chef!

We hadn't been served for the last 30 minutes and when someone finally came we were told they couldn't serve anything because they were closing in 5 minutes. We were then ignored and had to wait forever to pay. In the end, the waitresses preferred to chat and push on with their tasks rather than do their jobs.

Unfortunately, very long waiting times for the food. Ordered a steak medium rare, but I got it all the way through. Since I didn't want to wait another half hour+, I accepted it. Food also didn't arrive at the same time, so I had to wait 10-5 minutes+ for my companion to eat. Here, too, I would not have given a negative review. When I asked if everything was OK, I told the waitress that the steak was well done and not as ordered. She started arguing with me and told me it looked medium rare when she brought it here and I would I'm wrong... the lady had no understanding, was absolutely rude and unfriendly, and also constantly interrupted me... This isn't the first time I've eaten a steak... it's a shame...

We spontaneously reserved a table online for the same day and the confirmation came quickly. Everything problem-free. The service was very nice and friendly, often asked if everything was okay, etc., but was not intrusive. The food was great! We had the Sesame Delight Salad with the lime basil dressing and the Sloppy Joe Wrap with sweet potato fries. Everything was perfectly balanced with plenty of fresh vegetables. The portions were large and the plates were beautifully presented. I would recommend and visit again.

Super tasty burgers for every taste and fast, charming service! We were there as a group of 5 and had reserved online. I particularly remember the friendly greeting right at the entrance. In short, only recommended! Since we are in the beer region, an important tip: be sure to try out the changing monthly beers!

Top burger joint (and more) in Bayreuth. The conditions are mostly students, presumably, doing their job well. It's usually quite warm in the restaurant but I think the ambience is really good. The “beer garden” is right on the street but I think that’s great too. Price/performance good. All in all, cool location in BT :)

Mozzarella sticks and cheeseburgers tasted perfect. The homemade lemonade was great. Despite being busy, the service is always friendly and attentive. Nice places, nice weather. We'd love to come back.

Sign vegan things better and more transparently and maybe offer two at the same time so that if you don't like the topping, you have a choice. Because currently either you like it or you can't go there!

Children get their food first, which is super relaxing for the parents 😀 Food was absolutely delicious!

The food came quickly, the service is nice and the place is very nice, but there isn't that much choice of vegetarian burgers anymore and the taste has noticeably diminished. The burgers with meat also taste good, but are a bit too small for the price.

The wrap was good, unfortunately it is very loud here and the staff was a bit overwhelmed with the number of guests.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant and I was not disappointed. Not only was the food good, but it offered a variety of flavors that exceeded my expectations. The drink selection was equally impressive and I would particularly like to highlight the beer with tequila which offered a unique and delicious taste. As for the service, it was outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, making my visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience. All in all, it was an enjoyable evening and I look forward to returning soon to sample more culinary delights.

We visited the Roxy at the end of a movie night. The reservation went absolutely smoothly via the website. Burgers and fries really do justice to a restaurant that specializes in burgers. Medium rare fried patties and fluffy buns. Our waitress was extremely friendly and even had time for a short chat. Unfortunately our coleslaw was a bit too salty. The handling of this complaint was absolutely exemplary! It was sampled from the kitchen, taken off the bill and a drink was given as an apology. Other restaurants can really compare themselves! Everything was done to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the evening. We would be happy to come back and recommend you at every opportunity!

There is plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegans! The taste was a 9 out of 10. We'd love to come back!
